Claims

1. A method for producing a seasoning liquid used to produce noodles packed in a retort pouch, which is made by filling noodles with a seasoning liquid containing isomaltodextrin and / or a starch hydrolysate, the method comprising heating a seasoning liquid raw material that does not contain isomaltodextrin and / or a starch hydrolysate to a temperature exceeding 60°C, cooling the heated seasoning liquid raw material to 60°C or below, and then adding the isomaltodextrin and / or the starch hydrolysate.
