FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0008] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. Common reference numerals in each drawing indicate the same parts unless otherwise specified. Furthermore, the components and parts shown in each drawing are merely schematic, and the size and positional relationship of the actual product are not necessarily accurately reproduced. Furthermore, the notations "mountain fold line" and "valley fold line" in the following description indicate the folding direction as viewed from the outside. Note that the left-right direction in the following description is not based on the perspective of the drawing, but rather specifies the left side of the completed measurement frame 30 (see FIG. 14) as "left" and the right side as "right."
[0009] (1) Measurement Frame 30 The measurement frame 30 (see FIG. 14) according to this embodiment is formed by combining an outer wall 34 (see FIG. 5) and an inner wall 35 (see FIG. 11). Both the outer wall 34 and the inner wall 35 are formed from a foldable, light-blocking material, specifically, paper, and more specifically, paper with a light-blocking rate of 90% or more. The paper referred to here includes not only ordinary fiber-based paper but also resin-based synthetic paper and stone paper produced by mixing crushed stone and resin. It is desirable that the material constituting the measurement frame 30 be rigid enough to provide sufficient strength for the imaging device 50 (see FIG. 21) to be placed on when assembled as shown in FIG. 14.
[0010] (1-1) External wall section 34 FIG. 1 shows the front and left side of the outer wall portion 34 in a folded state. FIG. 2 shows the back and right side of the outer wall portion 34 in a folded state. That is, the outer front surface 34a, which is the front of the outer wall portion 34, is connected to the outer left side surface 34c, which is the left side surface of the outer wall portion 34, by a mountain fold line AC fold line 100 (FIG. 1). The outer back surface 34b, which is the back surface of the outer wall portion 34, is connected to the outer right side surface 34d, which is the right side surface of the outer wall portion 34, by a mountain fold line BD fold line 101 (FIG. 2). [0012] A front hole 31a that is long in the width direction is formed at the center of the front middle piece 34g1. Two slits are provided on each side of the front hole 31a, spanning the outer front surface 34a and the front middle piece 34g1. The areas sandwiched by the slits on the left and right sides are the left pushing piece 34i and the right pushing piece 34j, respectively. The left pushing piece 34i is separated from the front middle piece 34g1 by a left GI fold line 112, which is a mountain fold, on its upper side, and from the outer front surface 34a by a left AI fold line 113, which is also a mountain fold, on its lower side, and is horizontally bisected by a left II fold line 114, which is a valley fold. The right pushing piece 34j has its upper edge defined as the front middle piece 34g1 by the right GI fold line 115, which is a mountain fold line, and its lower edge defined as the outer front surface 34a by the right AI fold line 116, which is a mountain fold line, and is also divided horizontally in two by the right II fold line 117, which is a valley fold line.
[0013] The upper side of the outer back surface 34b is connected to the back surface holding portion 34h via a BH fold line 118, which is a mountain fold line (FIG. 2). The back surface holding portion 34h is composed of a middle back surface piece 34h1 having the same width as the outer back surface 34b, a right back surface piece 34h2 protruding to the right from the right edge of the outer back surface 34b, and a left back surface piece 34h3 protruding to the left from the left edge of the outer back surface 34b. The middle back surface piece 34h1 and the right back surface piece 34h2 are connected by a right HH fold line 119, which is a mountain fold line. The middle back surface piece 34h1 and the left back surface piece 34h3 are connected by a left HH fold line 120, which is also a mountain fold line. The right HH fold line 119 and the left HH fold line 120 each have a slit in the middle, which is referred to as a right back surface slit 119a and a left back surface slit 120a, respectively.
[0014] A rear hole 31b is formed in the center of the rear middle piece 34h1, extending to the upper end of the outer rear surface 34b. Further, a rear right hole 31c and a rear left hole 31d are formed on the right and left sides of the rear hole 31b, respectively, spanning the outer rear surface 34b and the rear middle piece 34h1.
[0015] A tongue-shaped front left insertion piece 34c1 and a rear left insertion piece 34c2 respectively protrude upward from the front and rear sides of the upper edge of the outer left side surface 34c (FIG. 1). The outer left side surface 34c and the front left insertion piece 34c1 are separated by a front left lower fold line 121, which is a valley fold line. A front left upper fold line 122, which is a parallel mountain fold line, is provided above the front left lower fold line 121. The outer left side surface 34c and the rear left insertion piece 34c2 are separated by a rear left lower fold line 127, which is a valley fold line. A rear left upper fold line 128, which is a parallel mountain fold line, is provided above the rear left lower fold line 127. Furthermore, an outer notch 36a, which will later constitute the notch portion 36, is formed on the front side of the lower edge of the outer left side surface 34c.
[0016] A tongue-shaped front right insertion piece 34d1 and a back right insertion piece 34d2 respectively protrude upward from the front and back sides of the upper edge of the outer right side surface 34d (FIG. 2). The outer right side surface 34d and the front right insertion piece 34d1 are separated by a front right lower fold line 123, which is a valley fold line. A front right upper fold line 124, which is a parallel mountain fold line, is provided above the front right lower fold line 123. The outer right side surface 34d and the back right insertion piece 34d2 are separated by a back right lower fold line 125, which is a valley fold line. A back right upper fold line 126, which is a parallel mountain fold line, is provided above the back right lower fold line 125. Furthermore, a bonding line 34d3 created when the papers are bonded together is visible on the outer right side surface 34d.
[0017] Between the outer left side surface 34c and the outer right side surface 34d, there are provided a middle partition wall 34e (FIG. 1) that connects the inner surfaces of the outer left side surface 34c and the outer right side surface 34d near the middle, and a rear partition wall 34f (FIG. 2) that connects them on the rear side. The middle partition wall 34e and the rear partition wall 34f will be described later.
[0018] (1-2) Inner wall 35 FIG. 3 shows the front and left side of the inner wall portion 35 in a folded state. FIG. 4 shows the back and right side of the inner wall portion 35 in a folded state. That is, the inner front surface 35a, which is the front of the inner wall portion 35, is connected to the inner left side surface 35c, which is the left side surface of the inner wall portion 35, by a mountain fold line ac fold line 102 (FIG. 3). The inner back surface 35b, which is the back surface of the inner wall portion 35, is connected to the inner right side surface 35d, which is the right side surface of the inner wall portion 35, by a mountain fold line bd fold line 103 (FIG. 4). The inner front surface 35a and the inner right side surface 35d are connected by the edge that appears at the right end of FIG. 3 and the left end of FIG. 4, and the inner back surface 35b and the inner left side surface 35c are connected by the edge that appears at the right end of FIG. 4 and the left end of FIG. 3.
[0019] The upper side of the inner front surface 35a is connected to the outer lid 35e via ae fold line 107, which is a mountain fold line (FIG. 3). The outer lid 35e is divided into a lower mounting surface 35e1 and an upper folded piece 35e2 by ee fold line 108, which is a mountain fold line parallel to the ae fold line 107. A first window 31e, which is an opening, is provided on the lower left side of the mounting surface 35e1. In addition, a front small hole 35a1, which is a relatively small opening, is provided near the lower center of the inner front surface 35a.
[0020] The upper side of the inner back surface 35b is connected to the rear inner lid 35f via a mountain fold line bf fold line 106 (FIG. 4). An opening, a second window 31f, which will later coincide with the first window 31e (FIG. 3), is provided on the upper left side of the rear inner lid 35f. In addition, a rear small hole 35b1, which is a relatively small opening, is provided in a position toward the lower center of the inner back surface 35b.
[0021] The upper side of the inner left side surface 35c is connected to the left inner lid 35g via a mountain fold line cg fold line 104 (Fig. 3). A substantially semicircular inner lid notch 35g1 is formed near the front of the left inner lid 35g. An inner notch 36b, which will later coincide with the outer notch 36a (Fig. 1), is formed at the bottom edge of the inner left side surface 35c. Meanwhile, the upper side of the inner right side surface 35d is connected to the right inner lid 35h via a mountain fold line dh fold line 105 (Fig. 4). A substantially semicircular right notch 35d1 is formed at the center of the bottom edge of the inner right side surface 35d.
[0022] (2) Assembly When the outer wall portion 34 is folded as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the AC fold line 100 (Figure 1) and the BD fold line 101 (Figure 2) are simultaneously folded in a mountain fold to form a self-standing box shape, as shown in Figures 5 (a perspective view showing the front, left side, and top) and 6 (a perspective view showing the back, right side, and top). The partition wall 34e connects the inner surfaces of the outer left side surface 34c and the outer right side surface 34d near their middles, and the rear partition wall 34f connects the inner surfaces of the outer left side surface 34c and the outer right side surface 34d near their backs. The middle portions of the upper edges of the partition wall 34e and the rear partition wall 34f form recessed first and second mounting portions 32a and 32b, respectively.
[0023] On the other hand, when the inner wall portion 35 is folded as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, if the ac fold line 102 (FIG. 3) and the bd fold line 103 (FIG. 4) are simultaneously folded in a mountain fold, the inner wall portion 35 assumes a self-standing box shape as shown in FIG. 7 (a perspective view showing the front, left side, and top) and FIG. 8 (a perspective view showing the back, right side, and top).
[0024] From the state shown in FIG. 7, the left inner lid 35g and the right inner lid 35h are folded inward as shown in FIG. 9 (a perspective view showing the front, left side, and top view) by making mountain folds along the cg fold line 104 (FIG. 7) and the dh fold line 105 (FIG. 8). Next, the back inner lid 35f is folded inward as shown in FIG. 10 (a perspective view showing the front, left side, and top view) by making mountain folds along the bf fold line 106. Furthermore, the outer lid 35e is folded inward as shown in FIG. 11 (a perspective view showing the front, left side, and top view) by making mountain folds along the ae fold line 107, and the fold piece 35e2 is folded back as shown in FIG. 12 (a perspective view showing the back, right side, and top view). In this state, the positions of the inner lid notch 35g1 in the left inner lid 35g, the second window 31f in the back inner lid 35f, and the first window 31e in the placement surface 35e1 are aligned in plan view.
[0025] 11 and 12 is inserted from the bottom side as shown in Fig. 13 (a perspective view showing the back, left side, and bottom) into the space surrounded by the outer front surface 34a, outer left side surface 34c, outer right side surface 34d, and partition wall 34e of the outer wall portion 34 in the state shown in Fig. 5 and 6. At this time, the inner wall portion 35 is inserted from below into the outer wall portion 34 with the placement surface 35e1 facing up, in a direction such that the inner front surface 35a coincides with the outer front surface 34a, the inner back surface 35b coincides with the partition wall 34e, the inner left side surface 35c coincides with the outer left side surface 34c, and the inner right side surface 35d coincides with the outer right side surface 34d.
[0026] Here, if the outer surfaces of the inner wall portion 35, specifically the outer surfaces of the inner front surface 35a, inner back surface 35b, inner left side surface 35c and inner right side surface 35d, are laminated, or if at least a portion of the inner surface of the outer wall portion 34 that contacts the outer surface of the inner wall portion 35, specifically the surface that forms the space into which the inner wall portion 35 is inserted, is laminated, or if both are the case, the inner wall portion 35 can be smoothly inserted into the outer wall portion 34.
[0027] FIG. 14 is a perspective view showing the front, left side, and top of the measurement frame 30 with the inner wall portion 35 fully inserted into the outer wall portion 34. The measurement frame 30 of this embodiment holds a test piece 60 for measurement (FIG. 17) and an imaging device 50 (FIG. 21) for photographing the test piece 60, as described below. The measurement frame 30 is made of a foldable, light-blocking material, and when the test piece 60 and imaging device 50 are attached (FIG. 23), an imaging space 38, which is the internal space from the imaging device 50 to the test piece 60, is shielded from external light. In this state, the mounting surface 35e1, which is the top surface of the inner wall portion 35, is at the same height as the first mounting portion 32a of the partition wall 34e, and the second mounting portion 32b is slightly higher from the bottom surface than the first mounting portion 32a. Further, a cutout portion 36 is provided on the front side of the lower edge of the outer left side surface 34c, where an outer cutout 36a (FIG. 5) and an inner cutout 36b (FIG. 11) coincide with each other.
[0028] FIG. 15 is a bottom perspective view of the measurement frame 30 shown in FIG. 14. The internal space of the inner wall portion 35 of the measurement frame 30, specifically the space surrounded by the inner front surface 35a, inner back surface 35b, inner left side surface 35c, inner right side surface 35d, and outer cover 35e, is a photographing space 38 for photographing a test piece 60 (FIG. 17) with a photographing device 50 (FIG. 21). A portion of the bottom side of the photographing space 38 serves as a holder accommodating space 37 for accommodating a test piece holder 40 (FIG. 16), which will be described later. As shown in FIG. 15, the photographing space 38 has a double structure consisting of an outer wall portion 34 and an inner wall portion 35. In other words, the measurement frame 30 includes the outer wall portion 34 and the inner wall portion 35, which is configured separately from the outer wall portion 34 and also forms the photographing space 38. 1 to 4, the measurement frame 30 is not bulky when the outer wall portion 34 and the inner wall portion 35 are folded, and the light-blocking properties of the photographing space 38 are further improved. In other words, the measurement frame 30 shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 includes a holder accommodating space 37 that accommodates a test strip holder 70 that holds a test strip 60, and a mounting surface 35e1, a first mounting portion 32a, and a second mounting portion 32b as mounting portions on which the photographing device 50 is placed. Furthermore, in the measurement frame 30 shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the holder accommodating space 37 is provided below the photographing space 38, and the mounting surface 35e1, the first mounting portion 32a, and the second mounting portion 32b as mounting portions are provided above the photographing space 38.
[0029] (3) Test piece holder 40 FIG. 16 is a top perspective view of the test strip holder 40 housed in the measurement frame 30 (FIGS. 14 and 15) of this embodiment. The test strip holder 40 has a box-like shape and has two openings on its top surface: a measurement opening 43 and an identification opening 44. An optical filter 45 is fitted into the measurement opening 43. A light-sensing sensor 47 is also provided on the top surface. An insertion opening 41 is opened on the side of the test strip holder 40, through which a test strip 60 (see FIG. 17) described below is inserted. The internal space of the insertion opening 41 is also connected to the measurement opening 43 and the identification opening 44, forming a test strip housing space 46 in which a portion of the test strip 60 is housed. A measurement light source (not shown) is provided in the test strip housing space 46 to irradiate the test strip 60 with light of a predetermined frequency during measurement. The optical filter 45 has optical properties that allow only light of a wavelength suitable for the measurement to pass through.
[0030] (4) Test piece 60 FIG. 17 shows a plan view of the test strip 60 held in the test strip holder 40 (FIG. 16). The test strip 60 has a flat, rod-like shape. One end of the test strip 60 has a recessed grip portion 65, which allows the test strip 60 to be held with the fingers. A test paper 64, which is elongated along the longitudinal direction of the test strip 60, is housed inside the test strip 60. The test paper 64 is exposed upward through two openings formed on the top surface of the test strip 60. Of these two openings, the one closest to the grip portion 65 is the sample application portion 63, and the one furthest from the grip portion 65 is the first region 61, which is the measurement region where the measurement target is measured. Furthermore, at the other end of the test strip 60, i.e., the portion of the top surface farthest from the grip portion 65, a second region 62 is formed as an identification region in which information about the test strip 60 is recorded.
[0031] (5) Measurement housing 20 16 is accommodated in the holder accommodation space 37 of the measurement frame 30 shown in FIG. 15, thereby obtaining the measurement housing 20 shown in FIG. 18 (a perspective view showing the front, left side, and top). That is, the measurement housing 20 of this embodiment is composed of the test strip holder 40 that holds the test strip 60, and the measurement frame 30 that holds the test strip holder and has an upper edge 21 and a lower edge 22. The measurement housing 20 of this embodiment has a lower edge 22 and an upper edge 21, and holds the test strip 60 (FIG. 17) for measurement on the lower edge 22 side, and a photographing device 50 (FIG. 21) that photographs the test strip 60 is placed on the upper edge 21 side. The photographing device 50 has a photographing portion 51 located on one side, and the height of the portion where one side of the photographing device 50 is supported differs from the height of the portion where the other side is supported, based on the lower edge 22. Specifically, the photographing device 50 has a generally rectangular shape composed of a pair of long sides 55 and a pair of short sides 56. The photographing unit 51 is located on one side of the pair of short sides 56. With respect to the lower edge 22 as a reference, the portion supporting the other of the pair of short sides 56 (specifically, the second mounting portion 32b) is higher than the portion supporting the one side of the pair of short sides 56 where the photographing unit 51 is located (specifically, the mounting surface 35e1 and the first mounting portion 32a). The insertion opening 41 for the test strip holder 40 can be seen through the cutout 36. In the following figures, the space occupied by the test strip holder 40 within the photographing space 38, which is the internal space of the inner wall portion 35, is the holder accommodating space 37. In this state, the first window 31e of the mounting surface 35e1 is aligned in plan with the measurement opening 43 ( FIG. 16 ) of the test strip holder 40.
[0032] Figure 19 is a perspective view showing the front, left side, and plan view of the test strip 60 shown in Figure 17 inserted into the insertion opening 41 of the measurement housing 20 shown in Figure 18. Figure 20 is a plan view of the test strip holder 40 with the test strip 60 attached in this state. As shown in Figure 20, the test strip 60 is inserted into the test strip accommodating space 46 through the insertion opening 41 with the end opposite the gripping portion 65 first. In this state, the first region 61 is in the same planar position as the measurement opening 43, and the second region 62 is in the same planar position as the identification opening 44, as shown in Figure 5.
[0033] (5) 50 Photographic Devices FIG. 21 shows a bottom view of the photographing device 50 placed on the measurement housing 20 (FIG. 19) of this embodiment. In this embodiment, a smartphone is used as the photographing device 50, but a tablet terminal with a camera function may also be used as the photographing device 50. The bottom side (i.e., the back side) of the photographing device 50 is provided with a photographing unit 51 configured as a camera and a lighting unit 52 configured as a flash that irradiates visible light, located next to the camera. The top side (i.e., the front side) of the photographing device 50 is provided with a display unit 53 (FIG. 22). The photographing device 50 has a substantially rectangular shape consisting of a pair of long sides 55 and a pair of short sides 56. Here, "substantially rectangular shape" means that the photographing device 50 does not necessarily have to be strictly rectangular geometrically, as long as it has an overall rectangular shape, such as by rounding the four corners as shown in FIG. 21. The photographing unit 51 and the lighting unit 52 are located closer to one of the pair of short sides 56. Hereinafter, this one side will be referred to as the "upper side" and the other side opposite thereto will be referred to as the "lower side."
[0034] (6) Measurement System 10 19, the measurement system 10 shown in FIG. 22 (a perspective view showing the front, left side, and top) is obtained. In other words, the measurement system 10 of this embodiment includes a measurement frame 30 and a photographing device 50. Specifically, the photographing device 50 is placed on the measurement housing 20 with the display unit 53 facing upward, the lower side fitted into the second mounting portion 32b, the middle portion fitted into the first mounting portion 32a, and the upper side placed on the mounting surface 35e1. At this time, the photographing unit 51 (FIG. 21) of the photographing device 50 is aligned in plan view with the first window 31e (FIG. 11) of the mounting surface 35e1.
[0035] From the state shown in FIG. 22 , the front holding part 34g and the back holding part 34h are closed to hold the photographing device 50 as shown in FIG. 23 (a perspective view showing the front, left side, and top view). Specifically, the front holding part 34g is folded back to cover the upper side of the photographing device 50 by making a mountain fold along the AG fold line 109. At the same time, the left GI fold line 112 and the left AI fold line 113 are mountain folds and the left II fold line 114 is valley folds to push the left pushing piece 34i back, and the right GI fold line 115 and the right AI fold line 116 are mountain folds and the right II fold line 117 is valley folds to push the right pushing piece 34j back. In addition, the back holding part 34h is folded front to cover the lower side of the photographing device 50 by making a mountain fold along the BH fold line 119.
[0036] Furthermore, the left GG fold line 110 and the right GG fold line 111 are mountain folds, and the left front piece 34g2 and the right front piece 34g3 are folded back to the side, respectively. Then, the lower left front fold line 121 is temporarily valley fold, and the upper left front fold line 122 is temporarily mountain fold, and the tip of the left front insertion piece 34c1 is inserted into the left front slit 110a, and the lower right front fold line 123 (FIG. 2) is temporarily valley fold, and the upper right front fold line 124 (FIG. 2) is temporarily mountain fold, and the tip of the right front insertion piece 34d1 is inserted into the right front slit 111a, thereby maintaining the front holding part 34g in a closed state.
[0037] At the same time, the right HH fold line 119 and the left HH fold line 120 are mountain-folded, and the right back piece 34h2 and the left back piece 34h3 are folded back to the side, respectively. Then, the lower right back fold line 125 (FIG. 2) is temporarily valley-folded, and the upper right back fold line 126 (FIG. 2) is mountain-folded, and the tip of the right back insertion piece 34d2 is inserted into the right back slit 119a, and the lower left back fold line 127 is temporarily valley-folded, and the upper left back fold line 128 is mountain-folded, and the tip of the left back insertion piece 34c2 is inserted into the left back slit 120a, thereby maintaining the back holding portion 34h in a closed state.
[0038] That is, in the state shown in FIG. 23 , the holding portion consisting of the front holding portion 34g and the back holding portion 34h holds one side and the other side of the photographing device 50, specifically, a pair of short sides 56 of the photographing device 50, from above. In this state, the photographing space 38, which is the internal space from the photographing device 50 to the test piece 60, is shielded from external light. Here, as described above, the second mounting portion 32b is located higher (specifically, 1 mm higher) from the lower edge 22 than the first mounting portion 32a and the mounting surface 35e1. Therefore, the photographing device 50 placed on the measurement housing 20 is kept with its upper side low. That is, since the measurement frame 30 constituting the measurement housing 20 is made of paper and is assembled prior to use, it may not be easy to keep the photographing device 50 horizontal depending on the user's assembly method. Therefore, by designing the measurement frame 30 so that the side of the photographing unit 51 is intentionally lower, it is possible to control the variation in the distance between the photographing unit 51 and the test piece 60 and prevent rattling that occurs when operating the photographing device 50.
[0039] 23, a sample is applied to the sample application portion 63 (FIG. 17) of the test strip 60, and the sample is sufficiently spread with the test paper 64. Then, the test strip 60 is irradiated with a measurement light source (not shown) in the test strip holder 40, and the light emitted from the sample is photographed by the photographing portion 51 of the photographing device 50 through the measurement opening 43 and the first window 31e, thereby performing the measurement. After the measurement is completed, the photographing device 50 and the test strip holder 40 can be removed, and the outer wall portion 34 and inner wall portion 35 that make up the measurement frame 30 can be folded compactly again to the state shown in FIGS. 1 to 4.
[0040] It should be noted that the measurement frame 30 of the present disclosure holding the test piece 60 is not limited to the measurement frame 30 itself directly holding the test piece 60, but also includes indirectly holding the test piece 60 via the test piece holder 40, as in the above-described embodiment. Of course, the test piece holder 40 may be configured integrally with the measurement frame 30, so that the measurement frame 30 itself directly holds the test piece 60. [Industrial Applicability]
[0041] The present invention can be used in a measurement system for measuring test pieces using a photographing device such as a smartphone. [Explanation of symbols]
