Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a window glass angle adjustment structure. [Background technology]

[0002] Patent Document 1 discloses a structure that allows a vehicle window glass to swing relative to a carrier plate of a window regulator. The structure in Patent Document 1 includes a main body and a swing plate that can swing relative to the main body, with the main body and the swing plate swingably connected at their upper ends by a cylindrical rod. In the structure in Patent Document 1, a threaded rod is inserted through the main body and the lower end of the swing plate. Rotating the threaded rod changes the angle of the swing plate relative to the main body, thereby adjusting the angle of the window glass. Once the angle of the window glass is adjusted, the threaded rod is fixed with a lock nut. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] U.S. Patent Application Publication No. 2020 / 0338965 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, in the structure of Patent Document 1, the cylindrical rod is supported by a bearing, so that the main body and the swing plate rotate relative to each other. Therefore, the cylindrical rod needs to be fixed by a lock nut, crimping, or the like while rotatably inserted into the bearing, which makes the connection between the main body (first member) and the swing plate (second member) complicated.

[0005] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a window glass angle adjustment structure that is easy to attach between a first member and a second member. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] The window glass angle adjustment structure of the present invention is a window glass angle adjustment structure comprising an attachment member to which a window glass is attached, the attachment member comprising a plate-shaped first member, a plate-shaped second member attached so as to be able to swing relative to the first member, and a fastening member that penetrates the first member and the second member and rotates around an axis to swing the second member relative to the first member, the second member comprising a female thread portion that screws into the fastening member, the fastening member comprising an operating portion that can rotate the fastening member from the side of the first member opposite to the side facing the second member, and an insertion portion that is inserted into the female thread portion, The device includes a swing mechanism that connects the first member and the second member so that the two members swing relative to the first member, the swing mechanism including a guided portion provided on one of the first member and the second member, and a guiding portion provided on the other of the first member and the second member, the guiding portion having a groove that accommodates the guided portion, and at least one of the guided portion and the groove includes a swing portion that can slide relative to the other of the guided portion and the groove when the second member swings around a swing axis relative to the first member, and the groove is open in a direction approximately perpendicular to the swing axis so that the guided portion can be attached in a direction approximately perpendicular to the swing axis. [Effects of the Invention]

[0007] According to the window glass angle adjustment structure of the present invention, the first member and the second member can be easily attached to each other. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0009] Hereinafter, a window glass angle adjustment structure according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the embodiment described below is merely an example, and the window glass angle adjustment structure of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiment.

[0010] In this specification, the expressions "perpendicular to A" and similar expressions do not refer only to a direction that is completely perpendicular to A, but also refer to a direction that is approximately perpendicular to A. In this specification, the expressions "parallel to B" and similar expressions do not refer only to a direction that is completely parallel to B, but also refer to a direction that is approximately parallel to B. In this specification, the expressions "C-shape" and similar expressions do not refer only to a perfect C-shape, but also refer to a shape that visually resembles a C-shape (approximately a C-shape).

[0011] First Embodiment The window glass angle adjustment structure S of this embodiment (hereinafter simply referred to as the angle adjustment structure S) is a structure for adjusting the angle of a window glass W. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the angle adjustment structure S includes a mounting member 1 to which the window glass W is attached, and the mounting member 1 adjusts the angle of the window glass W (the angle about a swing axis extending in the width direction D3 described later). In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the angle adjustment structure S is applied to a window regulator WR of a vehicle and adjusts the angle of the window glass W that moves up and down in the up-down direction D1. The angle adjustment structure S may include some or all of the components of the window regulator WR. As will be described later, the angle adjustment structure S adjusts the angle of the window glass W by adjusting the position of the lower end of the window glass W in the width direction of the vehicle (the angle is adjusted so that the position of the upper end of the window glass W in FIG. 2 is displaced in the width direction of the vehicle (thickness direction D2 described later) (see arrow A in FIG. 2 )). The angle adjustment structure S can be applied to, for example, a sashless door of a vehicle that does not have a window frame.

[0012] In this specification, with respect to the angle adjustment structure S, the vertical direction D1 is the direction in which the window glass W rises and falls. In this embodiment, the vertical direction D1 is the direction in which the mounting member 1 rises and falls when the window regulator WR is in use. In this embodiment, the vertical direction D1 is slightly inclined with respect to the vertical direction (the vertical direction on the paper surface in FIG. 1 ) when the window regulator WR is in use, but it may be a direction parallel to the vertical direction. In this specification, when the terms "upper," "upper part," "upper side," "lower," "lower part," and "lower side" are used with respect to members or parts constituting the angle adjustment structure S, they represent the direction, position, or positional relationship along the vertical direction D1 when the angle adjustment structure S is in use. Furthermore, with respect to the angle adjustment structure S, the direction in which the first member 2 and the second member 3, which will be described later, face each other is referred to as the thickness direction D2. In this embodiment, the thickness direction D2 is also the width direction of the vehicle, and as shown in FIG. 2, it is also the direction in which the outer panel PN1, which is the outside of the vehicle door, and the inner panel PN2, which is the inside of the vehicle door, face each other. Furthermore, a direction perpendicular to both the up-down direction D1 and the thickness direction D2 of the angle adjustment structure S is referred to as a width direction D3. In this embodiment, the width direction D3 is also the front-rear direction of the vehicle.

[0013] 1 and 2 show schematic diagrams of a window regulator WR equipped with an angle adjustment structure S of this embodiment. In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1, the window regulator WR includes a drive unit DR, a cable C (cables C1 to C3 in this embodiment) driven by the drive unit DR, a mounting member 1 (carrier plate in this embodiment) to which a window glass W is attached, and a guide rail GR to which the mounting member 1 is attached directly or indirectly. Note that although the mounting member 1 is a carrier plate in this embodiment, it may also be a window glass holder as will be described later.

[0014] The window regulator WR drives a cable C using a drive unit DR to move a mounting member (carrier plate) 1 along a guide rail GR. This causes a window glass W (see FIG. 1) attached to the mounting member 1 to rise and fall. The window regulator WR is attached to a predetermined mounting target. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the window regulator WR is disposed in the space between an outer panel PN1 and an inner panel PN2 of the door of the vehicle to which it is attached, and is fixed to the inner panel PN2.

[0015] The overall shape and structure of the window regulator WR are not particularly limited as long as the drive unit DR can drive the cable C and move the mounting member 1 along the guide rail GR. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the window regulator WR includes a first guide rail GR1 provided on the front side (right side in FIG. 1) in the longitudinal direction (width direction D3) of the vehicle, and a second guide rail GR2 provided on the rear side (left side in FIG. 1) in the longitudinal direction (width direction D3) of the vehicle and spaced apart from the first guide rail GR1. A first mounting member (first carrier plate) 1A is attached to the first guide rail GR1, and a second mounting member (second carrier plate) 1B is attached to the second guide rail GR2. In this embodiment, the drive unit DR is attached to the second guide rail GR2. In this embodiment, the drive unit DR is configured to directly or indirectly drive the first cable (cable for raising the first mounting member 1A) C1, the second cable (cable for lowering the first mounting member 1A) C2, and the third cable C3.

[0016] The first cable C1 is routed along a predetermined path. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, one end of the first cable C1 is connected to the first mounting member 1A, the other end of the first cable C1 is connected to the second mounting member 1B, and the first cable C1 is routed along a predetermined path between the first mounting member 1A and the second mounting member 1B. More specifically, the first cable C1 extends upward from the first mounting member 1A along the first guide rail GR1, is redirected by a first direction changing member P1 on the upper end side of the first guide rail GR1, and extends toward the lower end of the second guide rail GR2. The first cable C1 is redirected by a fourth direction changing member P4 on the lower end side of the second guide rail GR2, extends upward along the second guide rail GR2, and is connected to the second mounting member 1B. The second cable C2 is routed along a predetermined path. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, one end of the second cable C2 is connected to the first mounting member 1A, and the other end of the second cable C2 is connected to the drive unit DR, and the second cable C2 is routed along a predetermined path between the first mounting member 1A and the drive unit DR. More specifically, the second cable C2 extends downward from the first mounting member 1A along the first guide rail GR1, is redirected by a second direction-changing member P2 at the lower end of the first guide rail GR1, and extends toward the drive unit DR. The second cable C2 extending toward the drive unit DR is connected to a drum DR2 of the drive unit DR. The third cable C3 is routed along a predetermined path. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, one end of the third cable C3 is connected to the second mounting member 1B, and the other end of the third cable C3 is connected to the drive unit DR, and the third cable C3 is routed along a predetermined path between the second mounting member 1B and the drive unit DR. More specifically, the third cable C3 extends upward from the second mounting member 1B along the second guide rail GR2, is redirected by a third direction-changing member P3 at the upper end of the second guide rail GR2, and extends toward the drive unit DR. The third cable C3 extending toward the drive unit DR is connected to the drum DR2 of the drive unit DR.

[0017] In this embodiment, with respect to the first mounting member 1A, the first cable C1 is an ascending cable, and the second cable C2 is a descending cable. On the other hand, with respect to the second mounting member 1B, the third cable C3 is an ascending cable, and the first cable C1 is a descending cable. In this manner, one and the same cable may function as both an ascending cable and a descending cable. In this specification, the first to third cables C1 to C3 (or the ascending cables and descending cables) are collectively referred to as cables C. The first mounting member 1A and the second mounting member 1B may have the same shape and structure, or may have different shapes and structures. Furthermore, the first guide rail GR1 and the second guide rail GR2 are collectively referred to as guide rails GR. The first guide rail GR1 and the second guide rail GR2 may have the same shape and structure, or may have different shapes and structures.

[0018] In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1, the window regulator WR is configured so that one window glass W is driven to rise and fall by a pair of mounting members 1A, 1B (and a pair of guide rails GR1, GR2). However, the structure of the window regulator is not limited to the structure shown in Fig. 1, and the window regulator may have a structure different from that shown in Fig. 1. For example, the window regulator may be configured so that one window glass W is raised and lowered by only one mounting member (and only one guide rail).

[0019] The drive unit DR is a drive source that drives the cable C. The drive unit DR may be either electrically driven or manually driven. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the drive unit DR includes a motor DR1 and a drum DR2. The motor DR1 is configured to be rotatable forward and reverse, and rotates the drum DR2 forward and reverse. As a result, the cable C connected to the drum DR2 is wound onto the drum DR2 and unwound from the drum DR2.

[0020] In this embodiment, the drive unit DR is connected to the guide rail GR (second guide rail GR2). The position at which the drive unit DR is connected to the guide rail GR is not particularly limited. In this embodiment, the drive unit DR is connected to the lower end region of the guide rail GR in the up-down direction D1. Note that the drive unit DR may be provided in another region, such as the central region, instead of the lower end region of the guide rail GR.

[0021] The cable C transmits the driving force of the drive unit DR to the mounting member (carrier plate) 1, which is the object to be operated, and moves the mounting member 1 connected to the cable C in the vertical direction D1 (the direction in which the window glass W moves up and down). The cable C is routed along a predetermined routing path so that the driving force of the drive unit DR can be transmitted to the mounting member 1. The routing path of the cable C is not particularly limited as long as it can transmit the driving force of the drive unit DR to the mounting member 1. The cable C may be inserted into an outer casing OC (see Figure 1) in part of the routing path. The cable C can be, for example, a known inner cable made of a metal wire. The cable C includes a long cable main body and cable ends provided on both ends of the cable main body.

[0022] The guide rail GR guides the mounting member (carrier plate) 1 in the vertical direction D1. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the guide rail GR guides the mounting member 1 so that the mounting member 1 moves along a predetermined movement path extending in the vertical direction D1. The guide rail GR has a predetermined length to allow the mounting member 1 to move a predetermined distance. The guide rail GR is fixed to a mounting target, such as an inner panel PN2 (see FIG. 2) of a vehicle, by a known fixing means such as a bolt. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the guide rail GR includes, at its upper end, direction-changing members P1 and P3 that change the direction of the cable C, and at its lower end, direction-changing members P2 and P4 that change the direction of the cable C. As shown in FIG. 1, the guide rail GR includes an engaged portion EN that engages with the mounting member 1.

[0023] 1, the guide rail GR is provided at an angle such that the upper end of the guide rail GR is offset to one side (toward the rear of the vehicle in this embodiment) in the width direction D3 relative to the lower end of the guide rail GR when the guide rail GR is attached to an attachment object (a vehicle in this embodiment). Note that the guide rail may also be provided so that the guide rail extends in the vertical direction (the upper and lower ends of the guide rail are not offset) when attached to an attachment object.

[0024] The shape of the guide rail GR is not particularly limited, and various known shapes can be adopted, as long as it can guide the mounting member 1 along a predetermined movement path extending in the up-down direction D1. In this embodiment, the guide rail GR is formed in the shape of a long, narrow plate, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, and is curved in an arch shape along the length of the guide rail GR so as to follow the curvature of the mounting object (e.g., the outer panel PN1 and the inner panel PN2, etc.) (see Figure 2). The material of the guide rail GR is not particularly limited as long as it has the predetermined rigidity required to withstand the tension applied by the cable C, but the guide rail GR can be made of, for example, resin or metal.

[0025] Next, the mounting member will be described. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the mounting member 1 includes a plate-shaped first member 2, a plate-shaped second member 3 attached to the first member 2 so as to be able to swing relative to the first member 2, and a fastening member 4 that penetrates the first member 2 and the second member 3 and rotates about an axis to swing the second member 3 relative to the first member 2. The window glass angle adjustment structure S (mounting member 1) also includes a swing mechanism 5 that connects the first member 2 and the second member 3 so that the second member 3 swings relative to the first member 2. In this embodiment, the swing mechanism 5 swingably connects the upper portion of the first member 2 and the upper portion of the second member 3 to each other so that the lower portion of the second member 3 can move toward and away from the first member 2 (see FIGS. 7 and 8). However, the structure of the swing mechanism 5 is not particularly limited as long as it is configured to connect the first member 2 and the second member 3 so that the second member 3 swings relative to the first member 2. For example, the swing mechanism may be configured to connect the lower portion of the first member and the lower portion of the second member to each other, or may be connected to the first member so that the second member swings around the center in the up-down direction D1 of the first member. Here, the upper portion of the first member 2 (or the second member 3) may be a portion above the center in the up-down direction D1 of the first member 2 (or the second member 3), preferably a predetermined region from the upper end of the first member 2 (or the second member 3) (e.g., a region extending 1 / 3 of the total length in the up-down direction D1 from the upper end of the first member 2 (or the second member 3)). Similarly, the lower portion of the first member 2 (or the second member 3) may be a portion below the center in the up-down direction D1 of the first member 2 (or the second member 3), preferably a predetermined region from the lower end of the first member 2 (or the second member 3) (e.g., a region extending 1 / 3 of the total length in the up-down direction D1 from the lower end of the first member 2 (or the second member 3)).

[0026] The mounting member 1 is a member to which the window glass W is directly or indirectly attached. In this embodiment, as described below, the angle of the window glass W attached to the mounting member 1 is adjusted by swinging the second member 3 relative to the first member 2 (see FIGS. 7 and 8). The material constituting the mounting member 1 is not particularly limited as long as it has a predetermined rigidity. The mounting member 1 can be made of, for example, a synthetic resin or metal having a predetermined rigidity. In this embodiment, the mounting member 1 is a carrier plate, and the carrier plate, which is the mounting member 1, includes the first member 2 and the second member 3. In this embodiment, the angle adjustment structure S includes the mounting member 1, which is a carrier plate, and a window glass holder 6, and the window glass holder 6 is attached to the mounting member 1. In this embodiment, the window glass holder is incorporated into the carrier plate and constitutes a part of the carrier plate. However, the window glass holder may be a window glass holding member that is not on the carrier plate but is, for example, bonded to the window glass W and provided integrally with the window glass W. The mounting member 1 does not have to be constituted by only the carrier plate, and for example, as will be described later, a part of the mounting member (e.g., a first member) may be constituted by the carrier plate, and another part of the mounting member (e.g., a second member) may be constituted by a windowpane holder provided separately from the carrier plate and attached to the carrier plate (see FIGS. 16 and 17). Also, the mounting member may be a windowpane holder provided separately from the carrier plate, and the first member and the second member may be provided on the windowpane holder attached to the carrier plate.

[0027] The first member 2 is a plate-like member that is swingably connected to the second member 3 by the swing mechanism 5 and serves as a base for the swinging of the second member 3. Here, the "plate-like" first member 2 means that the first member 2 has a predetermined thickness in the thickness direction D2 and a predetermined area extending in the up-down direction D1 and the width direction D3. The first member 2 may have a portion where the thickness is thicker (for example, a cable connection portion 22 described below).

[0028] In this embodiment, the first member 2 is configured to be attached so as to be movable relative to the guide rail GR. More specifically, the first member 2 is a member of a carrier plate formed by the first member 2 and the second member 3 that is attached to the guide rail GR and to which the cable C is connected. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the first member 2 includes an engaging portion 21 (see FIG. 6) that engages with the engaged portion EN of the guide rail GR, and a cable connecting portion 22 to which the cable C is connected. As shown in FIG. 6, the engaging portion 21 is provided on the surface of the plate-shaped first member 2 opposite to the surface facing the second member 3. The cable connecting portion 22 is provided at one end of the first member 2 in the width direction D3, to the side of the area where the first member 2 and the second member 3 overlap when viewed in the thickness direction D2.

[0029] 5 and 6, the first member 2 has an overlap region R1 that is arranged to overlap with the guide rail GR when viewed in the thickness direction D2 of the mounting member (carrier plate) 1, and a protruding region R2 that protrudes in the width direction D3 of the guide rail GR relative to the guide rail GR. The overlap region R1 is a region that has a predetermined area extending in the up-down direction D1 and the width direction D3 and that overlaps with the guide rail GR when viewed in the thickness direction D2 with the mounting member 1 attached to the guide rail GR. The protruding region R2 is a region that does not overlap with the guide rail GR when viewed in the thickness direction D2 with the mounting member 1 attached to the guide rail GR and that protrudes in the width direction D3 relative to the guide rail GR and that has a predetermined area extending in the up-down direction D1 and the width direction D3.

[0030] In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 9, the first member 2 has a through hole 23 through which the fastening member 4 is inserted. In this embodiment, the through hole 23 is provided in the lower part of the first member 2 (below the center of the first member 2 in the up-down direction D1, preferably in the lower end region of the lower one-third in the up-down direction D1). The shape of the through hole 23 is not particularly limited as long as it is configured to allow the fastening member 4 to be operably inserted therethrough. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, the first member 2 has a spherical recess 231 having a shape corresponding to the spherical portion 43 of the fastening member 4 at the portion (through hole 23) through which the fastening member 4 is inserted. In this case, as will be described in detail later, the angle of the fastening member 4 can be changed in response to the swinging of the second member 3 relative to the first member 2. The spherical recess 231 is a recess having a shape corresponding to the spherical portion 43 of the fastening member 4 (approximately hemispherical in this embodiment) and penetrates in the thickness direction D2. The through hole 23 may be formed only by the spherical recess 231, or may be formed by a combination of the spherical recess 231 and a linearly extending hole. When a fastening member without a spherical portion 43 is used, the through hole may be formed only by a linearly extending cylindrical hole. For example, in the case of a through hole formed only by a cylindrical hole, it is preferable that a predetermined clearance be provided between the through hole and the fastening member so that the angle of the fastening member can be changed in accordance with the swinging of the second member relative to the first member.

[0031] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 7 , the first member 2 has an opening 24 for accommodating the head B1 of the glass-fixing bolt B, which protrudes from the surface of the second member 3 facing the first member 2. The glass-fixing bolt B is fixed to the second member 3 and the windowpane holder 6 to secure the windowpane W, as described below. The glass-fixing bolt B is not fixed to the first member 2, and the head B1 of the glass-fixing bolt B is accommodated in the opening 24 of the first member 2. In this case, accommodating a portion of the head B1 of the glass-fixing bolt B in the opening 24 reduces the amount of protrusion of the head B1 of the glass-fixing bolt B in the thickness direction D2, thereby preventing the mounting member 1 from becoming larger in the thickness direction D2. The shape and size of the opening 24 are not particularly limited as long as it can accommodate the head B1 of the glass-fixing bolt B. In this embodiment, the opening 24 is located between the swing mechanism 5 (plate-shaped portion 51) and the through-hole 23 in the up-down direction D1, as shown in FIG. 4 .

[0032] The second member 3 is swingably connected to the first member 2 by the swing mechanism 5 and swings relative to the first member 2 (see FIGS. 7 and 8). In this specification, the rotation axis about which the second member 3 swings relative to the first member 2 is referred to as the swing axis. In this embodiment, the swing axis extends along a direction (width direction D3) that is approximately perpendicular to the up-down direction D1. In this embodiment, the windowpane W is directly or indirectly attached to the second member 3 (see the two-dot chain line in FIGS. 7 and 8). The swing mechanism 5 swings the second member 3 together with the windowpane W relative to the first member 2, thereby enabling angle adjustment of the windowpane W. In this embodiment, the second member 3 is a member of a carrier plate formed by the first member 2 and the second member 3 to which the windowpane W is attached. Note that the second member may be formed by a windowpane holder attached to the carrier plate, as described below. The second member 3 has a main body portion 31 having a predetermined area and extending in a plate-like shape in the vertical direction D1 and width direction D3 below a part of the swinging mechanism 5 (in this embodiment, the guide portion 52) provided on the upper part of the second member 3.

[0033] In this embodiment, the second member 3 includes a windowpane support portion 32, as shown in FIGS. 4, 5, and 7. The windowpane support portion 32 is a portion that supports the windowpane W. The windowpane support portion 32 is provided in a portion of the main body portion 31. In this embodiment, the angle adjustment structure S includes a glass-fixing bolt B, which passes through the second member 3 and the windowpane W at a position between the swing mechanism 5 and the fastening member 4, and fixes the windowpane W to the windowpane support portion 32. The shape and structure of the glass-fixing bolt B are not particularly limited, but in this embodiment, the glass-fixing bolt B includes a shaft portion B2 having a male thread on its outer periphery, and a head portion B1 provided at one end of the shaft portion B2, as shown in FIG. In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 4 and 7, the main body 31 has a bolt insertion hole 311 that penetrates in the thickness direction D2, and the glass fixing bolt B is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 311 of the main body 31 and the through hole 621a of the window glass holder 6, thereby fixing the window glass W to the window glass support part 32.

[0034] The shape and structure of the windowpane support part 32 are not particularly limited as long as they can support the windowpane W. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 7 , the windowpane support part 32 may be configured to support the windowpane W via the windowpane holder 6, or may be configured to support the windowpane W directly (without using a windowpane holder). In this embodiment, the windowpane support part 32 has a connecting part 321 configured to be connectable to the windowpane holder 6, and the windowpane W is supported on the windowpane support part 32 using the windowpane holder 6 connected to the second member 3 via the connecting part 321. The shape and structure of the connecting part 321 are not particularly limited as long as they are configured to connect the windowpane holder 6 to the second member 3 so that the windowpane W can be supported on the windowpane support part 32. In this embodiment, the connecting part 321 is configured to engage with a connecting part 61 provided at the lower end of the windowpane holder 6 in the up-down direction D1 to support the windowpane holder 6.

[0035] The shape and structure of the window glass holder 6 are not particularly limited as long as it is configured to support the window glass W when attached to the window glass support portion 32. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the window glass holder 6 has the above-mentioned connected portion 61 and a clamping portion 62 that clamps the window glass W in the thickness direction D2. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the clamping portion 62 is configured to clamp the window glass W in the thickness direction D2 together with the surface of the second member 3 opposite the surface that faces the first member 2. Note that the clamping portion 62 may also be configured to include a pair of clamping plates facing each other in the thickness direction D2, and to clamp the window glass W in the thickness direction D2 only by the clamping portion 62. As shown in FIG. 4, the window glass holder 6 (clamping portion 62) has a through hole 621a through which the shaft portion B2 of the glass-fixing bolt B is inserted and which has a female thread that threadably engages with the male thread of the shaft portion B2. More specifically, the clamping unit 62 has a metal plate 621 having a through hole 621a and a frame 622 that holds the metal plate 621. In this embodiment, the window glass holder 6 does not have part of the swinging mechanism 5, but as will be described later, the window glass holder may serve as a second member and have part of the swinging mechanism (see FIGS. 16 and 17).

[0036] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 9 , the second member 3 has a female threaded portion 33 that threadably engages with the fastening member 4. In this embodiment, the female threaded portion 33 is threadably engaged with the insertion portion 42 of the fastening member 4. In this embodiment, the female threaded portion 33 and the fastening member 4 form a feed screw mechanism. When the fastening member 4 rotates around its axis, the female threaded portion 33 moves in the axial direction (thickness direction D2) relative to the fastening member 4, causing the second member 3 to swing relative to the first member 2. More specifically, when the fastening member 4 rotates in one direction around the axis, the second member 3 swings so that a lower portion of the second member 3 moves away from the first member 2 in the thickness direction D2, and when the fastening member 4 rotates in the other direction around the axis, the second member 3 swings so that a lower portion of the second member 3 moves closer to the first member 2 in the thickness direction D2. In this embodiment, the female threaded portion 33 is provided by being embedded in a through-hole. However, the female thread portion may be formed integrally with the main body portion 31 of the second member 3. In this embodiment, the female thread portion 33 is provided in the lower part of the second member 3, but the position at which the female thread portion is provided may be in the upper part or center part of the second member 3 in the up-down direction D1, as long as the second member 3 can be swung relative to the first member 2 by screwing it with a fastening member.

[0037] In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 , the female thread portion 33 is located below the lower end of the windowpane W (below the windowpane holder 6 in this embodiment), and the fastening member 4 does not penetrate the windowpane W (and the windowpane holder 6). This allows the axial length of the fastening member 4 to be shortened, thereby reducing the dimension of the mounting member 1 in the thickness direction D2 at the location where the fastening member 4 is provided. Furthermore, the fastening member 4 threadably engages with the female thread portion 33 of the second member 3 at a lower portion of the second member 3 that is spaced apart in the vertical direction D1 from the swing mechanism 5 above the second member 3. This reduces the angular change of the second member 3 when the fastening member 4 is rotated a predetermined amount around its axis (compared to when the fastening member 4 threadably engages with the second member 3 at the center in the vertical direction D1). This facilitates fine adjustment of the angle of the windowpane W.

[0038] The fastening member 4 is inserted through the first member 2 and the second member 3, and rotates about its axis, thereby swinging the second member 3 relative to the first member 2. When adjusting the angle of the window glass W (when swinging the second member 3), the fastening member 4 is configured to rotate about its axis while movement in the axial direction (thickness direction D2) of the fastening member 4 is substantially restricted. Furthermore, after adjustment of the angle of the window glass W is complete, rotation of the fastening member 4 about its axis is restricted. Specifically, the fastening member 4 is fixed by a fixing member 7, such as a nut.

[0039] 4 and 9, the fastening member 4 includes an operating portion 41 that can rotate the fastening member 4 from the surface of the first member 2 opposite the surface facing the second member 3, and an insertion portion 42 that is inserted into the female thread portion 33. In this embodiment, in addition to the operating portion 41 and the insertion portion 42, the fastening member 4 has a spherical portion 43 whose surface is partially spherical at a portion (through hole 23) that penetrates the first member 2. Also, a shaft portion 44 that connects the operating portion 41 and the spherical portion 43 is provided between the operating portion 41 and the spherical portion 43. Note that the fastening member may have a structure different from that shown in the drawings, such as a shoulder bolt that does not have a spherical portion 43.

[0040] The operating unit 41 is a portion that is operated to rotate the fastening member 4 about an axis when adjusting the angle of the window glass W. The shape and structure of the operating unit 41 are not particularly limited as long as it can be operated to rotate the fastening member 4 about an axis. In this embodiment, the operating unit 41 has a polygonal outer periphery about the axis (hexagonal in this embodiment) and is operated by a predetermined jig having a shape corresponding to the operating unit 41. The operating unit may be configured to be rotatable with, for example, a Phillips screwdriver or a flathead screwdriver, or may have a recess with a polygonal cross section that can be rotated with a tool such as a hexagonal wrench. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6 , the operating unit 41 of the fastening member 4 is disposed in the protruding region R2. In this case, the guide rail GR does not get in the way when operating the operating unit 41 from inside the vehicle cabin, making it easier to operate the operating unit 41 from inside the vehicle cabin.

[0041] The insertion portion 42 is threadedly engaged with the female thread portion 33 of the second member 3. As shown in Fig. 9, the insertion portion 42 has a predetermined length in the axial direction and has a male thread on its outer periphery.

[0042] The spherical portion 43 is accommodated in a spherical recess 231 provided at the portion (through hole 23) penetrating the first member 2. The spherical portion 43 and the spherical recess 231 have corresponding surface shapes. Therefore, when the second member 3 swings, if a force is applied to the fastening member 4 threadedly engaged with the female thread portion 33 of the second member 3 so as to tilt it relative to the thickness direction D2, the surface of the spherical portion 43 moves relatively along the surface of the spherical recess 231, thereby changing the angle of the fastening member 4 (see axis X1 (axis before the second member 3 swings as shown in FIG. 7) and axis X2 (axis after the second member 3 swings as shown in FIG. 8) in FIG. 9). This allows for smooth angle adjustment of the second member 3. Furthermore, loads are less likely to be applied to the joints between the fastening member 4, the first member 2, and the second member 3, thereby preventing damage to the members. Furthermore, because the angle of the fastening member 4 can be changed, the clearance between the female thread portion 33 and the fastening member 4 can be minimized (when the second member 3 swings, the position of the female thread portion 33 is displaced in the vertical direction D1, so if the angle of the fastening member 4 does not change, it is necessary to provide a predetermined amount of clearance between the female thread portion 33 and the fastening member 4). Therefore, the structure of the threaded portion between the female thread portion 33 and the fastening member 4 can be simplified, and rattle between the female thread portion 33 and the fastening member 4 can be suppressed.

[0043] Next, the swing mechanism 5 will be described. The swing mechanism 5 includes a guided portion 51 provided on one of the first member 2 and the second member 3, and a guiding portion 52 provided on the other of the first member 2 and the second member 3, the guided portion 51 having a groove 521 for accommodating the guided portion 51. At least one of the guided portion 51 and the groove 521 includes a swinging portion (a curved surface in this embodiment) that can slide relative to the other of the guided portion 51 and the groove 521 when the second member 3 swings around the swing axis relative to the first member 2. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4, 7, and 8, the guided portion 51 is configured by a plate-like portion having a curved surface (hereinafter, the plate-like portion may be described using the same reference numeral 51 as the guided portion), and the groove 521 includes a swinging portion (curved surface) that can slide relative to the curved surface of the plate-like portion 51 when the second member 3 swings relative to the first member 2. In the present embodiment, the plate-shaped portion 51 is provided on an upper portion of one of the first member 2 and the second member 3 (the first member 2 in the present embodiment), and the guide portion 52 is provided on an upper portion of the other of the first member 2 and the second member 3 (the second member 3 in the present embodiment). In the present embodiment, the groove portion 521 has a curved surface that can slide against the curved surface of the plate-shaped portion 51 when the second member 3 swings relative to the first member 2. Note that the swinging portion provided on at least one of the guided portion 51 and the groove portion 521 may be a curved surface that slides against the curved surface or flat surface provided on the other of the guided portion 51 and the groove portion 521, or may be a curved surface (see FIG. 19 ) or a corner portion (for example, the apex of a triangle when the cross-sectional shape of the guided portion 51 is approximately triangular instead of the guided portion 51 configured by the curved surface shown in the cross section of FIG. 19 ) that serves as a fulcrum of swinging against the curved surface or flat surface provided on the other of the guided portion 51 and the groove portion 521.

[0044] In this embodiment, the groove 521 is open in a direction substantially perpendicular to the oscillation axis so that the guided portion 51 can be attached in a direction substantially perpendicular to the oscillation axis (in this embodiment, the up-down direction D1). As a result, as shown in FIGS. 12 to 14 , the first member 2 and the second member 3 can be attached to each other simply by inserting the guided portion 51 provided on one of the first member 2 and the second member 3 into the groove 521 of the guiding portion 52 provided on the other of the first member 2 and the second member 3. This facilitates attachment between the first member 2 and the second member 3. More specifically, in this embodiment, the guiding portion 52 includes an insertion portion 522 for inserting the plate-shaped portion 51 into the groove 521, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 11 . The insertion portion 522 is provided on the surface where the first member 2 and the second member 3 face each other. In this case, as shown in FIG. 12 , the end of the plate-shaped portion 51 is inserted through the insertion portion 522 and pushed into the groove portion 521, and the second member 3 is swung relative to the first member 2, thereby easily attaching the first member 2 to the second member 3 (see FIGS. 13 and 14 ). Also, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 , 7 , and 8 , both the plate-shaped portion 51 and the groove portion 521 have curved surfaces that can engage with each other in the vertical direction D1. Therefore, even if a force is applied to the first member 2 in a direction that would cause it to come off the second member 3 in the vertical direction D1, the curved surfaces engage with each other, preventing the first member 2 from coming off the second member 3. Furthermore, the curved surface of the plate-shaped portion 51 and the curved surface of the groove portion 521 of the guide portion 52 can slide against each other, allowing the second member 3 to smoothly sway relative to the first member 2. In this embodiment, the groove portion 521 opens downward in the vertical direction D1, but the opening direction can be changed as appropriate depending on the structure of the mounting member 1. For example, unlike this embodiment, in a configuration in which the oscillating axis is positioned below the mounting member 1, the groove portion 521 may be opened upward in the vertical direction D1, and the guided portion (plate-shaped portion) 51 of the first member 2 may be moved downward relative to the groove portion 521 of the second member 3 to perform mounting.

[0045] The guided portion 51 is a portion that is guided by the guiding portion 52 when the second member 3 swings relative to the first member 2. In this embodiment, the guided portion 51 is configured in a plate shape. However, the shape and structure of the guided portion 51 are not particularly limited as long as it is configured to be guided by the guiding portion 52 when the second member 3 swings relative to the first member 2. The guided portion 51 may be cylindrical as in other embodiments described later (see FIG. 18 ), or may have other curved shapes such as a spherical or hemispherical shape. Furthermore, in this embodiment, both the guided portion 51 and the groove portion 521 have curved surfaces. However, if the groove portion 521 has a curved surface (see FIG. 19 ), the guided portion 51 does not have to have a curved surface. Similarly, if the guided portion 51 has a curved surface, the groove portion 521 does not have to have a curved surface.

[0046] In this embodiment, the guided portion 51 is configured by a plate-like portion (plate-like portion) having a curved surface. In this embodiment, the guided portion (plate-like portion) 51 is provided on the first member 2, but may be provided on the second member 3 (when the plate-like portion is provided on the second member, the guiding portion is provided on the first member; see FIG. 15 ). The shape of the curved surface of the plate-like portion 51 is not particularly limited as long as it can be accommodated in the groove portion 521 and can slide along the curved surface of the groove portion 521. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 , 7 , and 8 , the plate-like portion 51 is formed so that its cross section perpendicular to the width direction D3 is approximately C-shaped. More specifically, the curved surface of the plate-like portion 51 is formed in a partial arc shape, for example, a partial arc shape with a central angle of the arc of 180° or less, and is formed so as to have substantially the same cross-sectional shape across the width direction D3 (excluding the portion of the engaged portion E2 (see FIG. 10 ), which will be described later). The partial arc shape means a part of a circular or substantially circular arc close to a circle, or a part of an elliptical or substantially elliptical arc close to an ellipse. Plate-like portion 51 and groove portion 521 preferably have a predetermined rigidity so as to prevent deformation and rattle when second member 3 swings relative to first member 2, and are preferably formed so that the gap between them in thickness direction D2 is as small as possible.

[0047] The guiding portion 52 guides the guided portion 51 within the groove portion 521. In this embodiment, the guiding portion 52 guides and stores the plate-shaped portion 51 in the groove portion 521. In this embodiment, the guiding portion 52 is provided on the second member 3, but may be provided on the first member 2 (when the guiding portion is provided on the first member, the guided portion is provided on the second member. See FIG. 15 ). The shape of the curved surface of the groove portion 521 of the guiding portion 52 is not particularly limited as long as it can slide along the curved surface of the plate-shaped portion 51. In this embodiment, the groove portion 521 has a pair of curved surfaces facing each other on both sides in the thickness direction D2 of the plate-shaped portion 51 so as to allow movement of the plate-shaped portion 51 in the tangential direction of the curved surface of the plate-shaped portion 51 and restrict movement of the plate-shaped portion 51 in the normal direction of the curved surface of the plate-shaped portion 51. As a result, while the plate-shaped portion 51 slides along the curved surface of the groove portion 521, rattle in the normal direction of the curved surface (the direction in which the curved surface of the plate-shaped portion 51 and the curved surface of the groove portion 521 face each other) is suppressed, and the second member 3 can be stably swung relative to the first member 2. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4, 7, and 8, the guide portion 52 has a space formed by the groove portion 521 for accommodating the plate-shaped portion 51, which has a shape corresponding to the shape of the plate-shaped portion 51. More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 4, 7, 8, and 11, the guide portion 52 includes a plate-shaped first portion 523 extending upward from the main body portion 31 of the second member 3 along the curved surface of the plate-shaped portion 51, and a second portion 524 folded back from the upper end of the first portion 523 and extending downward. The second portion 524 has a swelling portion 524a that bulges out toward the surface of the plate-like portion 51 opposite to the surface facing the first portion 523. The second portion 524 has a thin plate-like connecting portion 524b between the swelling portion 524a and the upper end of the first portion 523.

[0048] In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 , the guide portion 52 has an engaging portion E1, and the guided portion (plate-shaped portion) 51 has an engaged portion E2 that engages with the engaging portion E1. The engaging portion E1 and the engaged portion E2 engage with each other to allow the second member 3 to swing relative to the first member 2 and to restrict movement of the second member 3 relative to the first member 2 in the axial direction of the swing shaft of the swing mechanism 5 (width direction D3). In this case, it is possible to prevent the first member 2 and the second member 3 from shifting relative to each other in the axial direction of the swing shaft (width direction D3). Furthermore, due to the engagement of the engaging portion E1 and the engaged portion E2, simply attaching the first member 2 and the second member 3 aligns the position of the through hole 23 of the first member 2 with the position of the hole of the female thread portion 33 of the second member 3, as shown in FIGS. 12 to 14 . Therefore, further alignment is not required when inserting the fastening member 4 through the first member 2 and the second member 3, allowing the first member 2 and the second member 3 to be easily attached, improving workability. Furthermore, the engaging portion E1 and the engaged portion E2 allow movement of the second member 3 in a tangential direction to the curved shapes of the curved surface of the plate-shaped portion 51 and the curved surface of the groove portion 521, which face each other, and restrict movement in a normal direction to the curved shapes of the curved surface of the plate-shaped portion 51 and the curved surface of the groove portion 521 (the direction in which the curved surface of the plate-shaped portion 51 and the curved surface of the groove portion 521 face each other). This allows the plate-shaped portion 51 to move stably relative to the guide portion 52.

[0049] The shapes and structures of the engaging portion E1 and the engaged portion E2 are not particularly limited as long as they allow the second member 3 to swing relative to the first member 2 and can engage with each other in a manner that restricts movement of the second member 3 relative to the first member 2 in the axial direction (width direction D3) of the swing shaft of the swing mechanism 5. In this embodiment, the engaging portion E1 is a convex portion that protrudes from the inner surface of the groove portion 521, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 , and the engaged portion E2 is a concave portion that engages with the engaging portion E1, which is a convex portion. More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 , the engaging portion E1 is a convex portion that protrudes from the curved surface at the center of the groove portion 521 in the width direction D3. Furthermore, the engaged portion E2 is configured as a notch that is cut downward from the tip at the center of the plate-shaped portion 51 in the width direction D3.

[0050] Second Embodiment Next, the angle adjustment structure of the second embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 15. In the following description, matters common to the above-mentioned embodiments will be omitted, and the differences will be mainly described. Note that all matters described in relation to the first embodiment can also be applied to the second embodiment to the extent that they do not contradict the matters described below.

[0051] The angle adjustment structure S of this embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that a guide portion 52 is provided on the first member 2, a guided portion (plate-shaped portion) 51 is provided on the second member 3, and the guide portion 52 has an auxiliary member 525. The angle adjustment structure S of this embodiment can also achieve the same effects as the first embodiment. Note that the window glass holder is omitted in Figure 15.

[0052] In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15 , a guide portion 52 is provided on the upper portion of the first member 2, and the guide portion 52 includes an auxiliary member 525 having a groove 521 that accommodates the plate-shaped portion 51 of the second member 3. More specifically, the guide portion 52 has a recess 526a that can accommodate the auxiliary member 525, and the auxiliary member 525 can be attached to the recess 526a of the guide portion 52. For example, if the first member 2 (a portion excluding the auxiliary member 525) is made of metal, it is difficult to precisely machine the groove 521. However, by using a material that facilitates precise molding of the groove 521, such as a synthetic resin, the groove 521 of the first member 2 (auxiliary member 525) and the plate-shaped portion 51 of the second member 3 can be accurately assembled even if the first member 2 is made of a metal material. Note that in this embodiment, the second member 3 may be made of a metal material or a synthetic resin material.

[0053] 15, the guide portion 52 includes a substantially U-shaped bent portion 526 having a recess 526a, and an auxiliary member 525 accommodated in the recess 526a formed by the bent portion 526. The bent portion 526 has an engaging portion (not shown) that engages with the auxiliary member 525 so as to prevent the auxiliary member 525 accommodated in the recess 526a from coming off. The shape of the auxiliary member 525 is not particularly limited as long as it has a groove 521 that can accommodate the plate-like portion 51 and can engage with the recess 526a. In the present embodiment, the auxiliary member 525 has a shape that corresponds to the shape of the plate-like portion 51.

[0054] <Third embodiment> Next, the angle adjustment structure of the third embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 16 and 17. In the following description, matters common to the above-mentioned embodiments will be omitted, and the differences will be mainly described. Note that all matters described in relation to the first and second embodiments can also be applied to the third embodiment to the extent that they do not contradict the matters described below.

[0055] The angle adjustment structure S of the third embodiment differs from the above-described embodiments in that the first member 2 is a carrier plate (hereinafter referred to as carrier plate 2) and the second member 3 is a windowpane holder (hereinafter referred to as windowpane holder 3) that is provided separately from the carrier plate 2 and attached to the carrier plate 2. Furthermore, unlike the above-described first and second embodiments in which the carrier plate is composed of two members, the first member 2 and the second member 3, the carrier plate of this embodiment is composed of a single member. The angle adjustment structure S of this embodiment can also achieve the same effects as the first embodiment.

[0056] In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 16 and 17, a guided portion (plate-shaped portion) 51 is provided on the upper part of the carrier plate 2, and a guiding portion 52 is provided on the upper part of the window glass holder 3. In this embodiment, a clamping portion 34 that clamps the window glass W is provided above the guiding portion 52 of the window glass holder 3. In this embodiment, the clamping portion 34 is composed of a pair of clamping plates 34a, 34b (see Figure 17) facing each other in the thickness direction D2.

[0057] In this embodiment, the first member 2 is the carrier plate and the second member 3 is the window glass holder, so there is no need to configure the carrier plate with two members. This allows the number of members in the carrier plate to be reduced, simplifying the structure. Furthermore, as shown in Figures 12 to 14, assembly is completed by simply connecting the two members, the carrier plate 2 and the window glass holder 3, improving the workability of assembling the angle adjustment structure S.

[0058] 16 , when a fastening member 4 is attached to the window glass holder 3 before the carrier plate 2 and the window glass holder 3 are assembled, a part of the fastening member 4 (e.g., the operating portion 41, the spherical portion 43, the shaft portion 44, etc.) protrudes from the surface F of the window glass holder 3 that faces the carrier plate 2 in the thickness direction D2. In this embodiment, the carrier plate 2 has a guide groove 25 along the vertical direction D1 that guides the part of the fastening member 4 protruding from the surface F of the window glass holder 3. In this case, the guide groove 25 avoids the assembly trajectory of the part of the fastening member 4 when the window glass holder 3 is assembled downward in the vertical direction D1 to the carrier plate 2, thereby ensuring a movement path for the fastening member 4. Furthermore, the guide groove 25 guides the fastening member 4 to a predetermined assembly position (through hole 23), allowing the window glass holder 3 and the window glass W to be easily assembled to the carrier plate 2. The above-described assembly of the carrier plate 2 to the window glass holder 3 may be performed in a state in which the carrier plate 2 is attached to a guide rail GR (not shown in FIG. 16) attached to the vehicle body. During such assembly, even if the fastening members 4 protrude from the window glass holder 3, the protruding fastening members 4 are guided in a state in which they are partially housed in the guide grooves 25, so that no large space is required in the thickness direction D2 during assembly. Therefore, even if the gap in the thickness direction D2 between the outer panel PN1 and the inner panel PN2 (see FIG. 2) is small, the carrier plate 2 and the window glass holder 3 can be easily assembled.

[0059] The guide groove 25 extends in the vertical direction D1 in the main body portion of the carrier plate 2 (the portion below the plate-shaped portion 51) to the vicinity of the through hole 23. As shown in FIG. 16 , the guide groove 25 is recessed in the thickness direction D2 with respect to the surface of the main body portion of the carrier plate 2 facing the window glass holder 3 by a size large enough to accommodate the protruding portion of the fastening member 4. The guide groove 25 is open at both ends in the vertical direction D1 so that the protruding portion of the fastening member 4 can move in the vertical direction D1. Furthermore, the through hole 23 through which the fastening member 4 is inserted is open at the top so that the fastening member 4 moving downward through the guide groove 25 can move into the through hole 23. Note that if there is sufficient space in the thickness direction D2 between the outer panel PN1 and the inner panel PN2 (see FIG. 2 ), the guide groove 25 may not be provided.

[0060] <Fourth embodiment> Next, the angle adjustment structure of the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 18 to 23. In the following description, matters common to the above-mentioned embodiments will be omitted, and the differences will be mainly described. Note that all matters described in relation to the first to third embodiments can also be applied to the fourth embodiment, to the extent that they do not contradict the matters described below.

[0061] The angle adjustment structure S of this embodiment differs from the first to third embodiments in that the guided portion 51 provided on the first member 2 is not a plate-shaped body. As with the first to third embodiments, the angle adjustment structure S of this embodiment also has the advantageous effect of facilitating attachment between the first member 2 and the second member 3.

[0062] 18 and 19, in this embodiment, a swinging portion (curved surface) is provided on guided portion 51, and the portion of guiding portion 52 that faces guided portion 51 is configured to be flat. This embodiment can be applied, for example, to a single-rail type window regulator WR that raises and lowers one window glass (not shown) along one guide rail GR. However, the angle adjustment structure S of this embodiment may also be applied to a double-rail type window regulator WR (see FIG. 1) instead of the single-rail type.

[0063] 18 and 19 , in the present embodiment, the guiding portion 52 includes an upright portion 527 that stands upright from the second member 3 in the thickness direction D2, and an extending portion 528 that extends from the upright portion 527 in the up-down direction D1. In the present embodiment, the guided portion 51 has a curved surface, and the extending portion 528 has a flat portion, and is configured so that the curved surface rolls on the flat portion when the second member 3 swings relative to the first member 2. In the present embodiment, the upright portion 527 stands upright in the thickness direction D2 from a surface of the second member 3 that faces the first member 2. The extending portion 528 extends downward from the upright portion 527 in the up-down direction D1, and the lower side of the guiding portion 52 is open.

[0064] As described above, when the second member 3 swings relative to the first member 2, the curved surface rolls on the flat plate portion, which allows the second member 3 to swing smoothly relative to the first member 2. Furthermore, when the fastening member 4 is rotated about its axis to swing the second member 3 relative to the first member 2, the curved surface rolls on the flat plate portion, which allows the guiding portion 52 of the second member 3 to change its relative position in the up-down direction D1 with respect to the guided portion 51 of the first member 2. Therefore, when the fastening member 4 is rotated about its axis, excessive force is prevented from being applied to the fastening member 4 or to the contact points between the guided portion 51 and the guiding portion 52.

[0065] In the present embodiment, the guided portion 51 is provided on the first member 2, and the guiding portion 52 is provided on the second member 3, but the guided portion 51 may be provided on the second member 3, and the guiding portion 52 may be provided on the first member 2. In the present embodiment, the guided portion 51 has a curved surface, and the guiding portion 52 has a flat portion, but as shown in FIG. 20 , the extending portion 528 may have a curved surface, and the guided portion 51 may have a flat portion.

[0066] 21 and 22, in this embodiment, the second member 3 has a holding opening AP penetrating in the thickness direction D2, and the first member 2 has a holding protrusion PR that is inserted into the holding opening AP and engages with the opening edge of the holding opening AP. The engagement between the holding protrusion PR and the holding opening AP makes it possible to prevent the first member 2 and the second member 3 from separating in the thickness direction D2, for example, when adjusting the angle of the second member 3 relative to the first member 2 with the fastening member 4.

[0067] In this embodiment, the holding opening AP is provided in the second member 3, and the holding protrusion PR is provided in the first member 2. However, the holding opening AP may be provided in the first member 2, and the holding protrusion PR may be provided in the second member 3.

[0068] In this embodiment, the holding opening AP includes a holding protrusion insertion portion AP1 into which the holding protrusion PR can be inserted in the thickness direction D2, and a holding groove AP2 that communicates with the holding protrusion insertion portion AP1 and extends in the up-down direction D1. The holding protrusion PR also includes an insertion protrusion portion PR1 that is inserted into the holding groove AP2, and a holding engagement portion PR2 that is formed wider than the width of the holding groove AP2 in the width direction D3 and engages with the opening edge of the holding groove AP2.

[0069] When assembling the first member 2 and the second member 3, the retaining engagement portion PR2 of the retaining projection PR is inserted into the retaining projection insertion portion AP1, and the first member 2 and the second member 3 are moved relative to each other in the up-down direction D1 so that the insertion protrusion PR1 of the retaining projection PR enters the retaining groove AP2. As shown in Fig. 22, the retaining projection PR is loosely fitted into the retaining groove AP2, and the second member 3 can rotate relative to the first member 2 about an axis extending in the thickness direction D2, and can be moved in the up-down direction D1 and the width direction D3. In this way, the retaining projection PR not only restricts separation between the first member 2 and the second member 3 in the thickness direction D2, but also enables the position of the second member 3 relative to the first member 2 to be adjusted in multiple directions.

[0070] In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 21, the holding opening AP is formed in a T-shape when viewed in the thickness direction D2, but may have other shapes (e.g., an inverted T-shape or an H-shape) as long as it has the holding protrusion insertion portion AP1 and the holding groove AP2. Also, the holding protrusion PR is formed in a T-shape when viewed in the up-down direction D1, but may have other shapes as long as it has the insertion protrusion PR1 and the holding engagement portion PR2. For example, the holding engagement portion PR2 may be formed in a disk shape, and the disk-shaped holding engagement portion PR2 may engage with the opening edge of the holding groove AP2.

[0071] In this embodiment, the mounting member 1 has fixing portions (through holes) 8 for fixing the first member 2 and the second member 3 while the angle between the first member 2 and the second member 3 is adjusted. A fixing member (not shown), such as a bolt (not shown), is attached to the fixing portion 8. More specifically, the first member 2 and the second member 3 are fixed by inserting the fixing member into a first fixing hole 81 (see FIG. 23) provided in the first member 2 and a second fixing hole 82 (see FIG. 23) provided in the second member 3. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 18, the fixing portion 8 is provided on an extension of the oscillation axis. 23, even if the angle between the first member 2 and the second member 3 changes due to the angle adjustment between the first member 2 and the second member 3, the distance between the first fixing hole 81 and the second fixing hole 82 in the thickness direction D2 remains almost unchanged before and after the swing (for example, as in fixing holes 810 and 820 shown for reference in FIG. 23, if the fixing portion is positioned below or above the swing axis, when the first member 2 and the second member 3 swing, the distance between fixing holes 810 and 820 in the thickness direction D2 increases, and a positional deviation in the up-down direction D1 also occurs). Therefore, fixing can be easily performed with fixing members such as bolts at the fixing portion 8.
