Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an in-pipe fall prevention device that is used mainly when working inside a pipeline that is arranged at an angle. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, in pipelines through which water flows, such as hydraulic pipelines in hydroelectric power plants, multiple pipe bodies are connected and arranged at an incline, so when work such as joining adjacent pipe bodies or painting the inside of each pipe body is performed inside the pipeline, a scaffold is set up inside the pipeline (pipe body) and workers move on the scaffold to perform the work. For example, in the hydraulic pipeline renewal method of Patent Document 1, new iron pipes (pipe bodies) in a ring shape are connected in sequence on an inclined surface on which the hydraulic pipeline is installed, and welding work between the iron pipes occurs inside the inclined iron pipes, so a temporary work scaffold is set up inside the iron pipe as in the conventional method. For example, Patent Document 2 discloses an in-pipe work scaffold equipped with a ladder section and an inner band connected to the ladder section as an in-pipe work scaffold used when working inside the pipeline. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent application No. 2020-206911 [Patent Document 2] JP 2020-169522 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, in Patent Document 2, the inner band is an annular member that is biased outward in the circumferential direction, and the ladder section connected to the inner band is fixed at a certain position inside the pipe member by abutting this inner band against the inner surface of the pipe member (tube body), and since the fixation relies only on frictional force, there is a problem that the fixation lacks certainty and stability. Furthermore, even if the scaffolding is securely fixed, it cannot prevent the workers, equipment, tools, etc. used from falling, and there is also a problem that it lacks safety. The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and aims to provide an intrapipe fall prevention device that can move smoothly inside a pipeline, can be easily and securely fixed in a desired position, and is highly safe in preventing workers working inside the pipeline, as well as equipment and tools used inside the pipeline, from falling into the downstream side of the pipeline. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] The in-pipe fall prevention device according to the present invention, which is adapted to meet the above-mentioned objective, is a pipe fall prevention device that is detachably fixed to the inside of a pipe at a position downstream of a working position during work inside the pipe that is arranged at an angle, and The device comprises a main body frame, a plurality of movable wheels arranged on a radially outer circumference of the main body frame and in contact with the inner surface of the pipeline, a plurality of stopper portions attached radially to the main body frame and having their tips protruding radially outward from the main body frame to abut the inner surface of the pipeline, a cover portion attached to the front side of the main body frame which becomes the upstream side of the pipeline when in use, and a plurality of connectors to which one end of a hanging and moving connector attached to the front side of the main body frame is connected, the other end of which is fixed to the upstream side of the pipeline.

[0006] In the pipe fall prevention device according to the present invention, it is preferable that the amount of protrusion of the tip side of each of the stopper portions protruding radially outward from the main body frame is variable.

[0007] In the pipe fall prevention device of the present invention, it is further preferable that the base side of each stopper portion is rotatably held on a support axis provided on the main body frame, each stopper portion is capable of swinging around the support axis, and when the main body frame moves from the downstream side to the upstream side along the axial direction of the pipeline, the stopper portion swings from an initial fixed position toward the rear side of the main body frame, reducing the amount of protrusion of the tip side radially outward from the main body frame.

[0008] In the pipe fall prevention device according to the present invention, a swing transmission part for transmitting the swing of each stopper part to the adjacent other stopper part can be provided on the base side of each stopper part.

[0009] The pipe fall prevention device of the present invention may further include an initial position adjustment drive unit that is connected to any one of the stopper parts and swings each of the stopper parts around its respective support part to adjust the initial fixed position of each of the stopper parts.

[0010] In the pipe fall prevention device according to the present invention, it is preferable that a ventilation blower is attached to the main body frame.

[0011] In the pipe fall prevention device of the present invention, it is preferable that the main frame and the cover portion have notches formed corresponding to the position of a stepped temporary scaffolding to be installed on the inside bottom of the pipeline. Effect of the Invention

[0012] The fall prevention device in the pipe according to the present invention includes a plurality of moving wheels arranged on the circumference of the radially outer side of the main frame and contacting the inner peripheral surface of the pipe, so that the pipe can be moved smoothly in the axial direction. The fall prevention device in the pipe according to the present invention includes a plurality of stoppers whose tips protrude radially outward from the main frame and abut the inner peripheral surface of the pipe, and a plurality of connectors to which the other ends of the suspension and movement connectors attached to the front side of the main frame and connected to the upstream side of the pipe are connected, so that the pipe is prevented from moving in the axial and circumferential directions, and is excellent in reliability and stability of fixation to the pipe, and can be easily moved in the axial direction of the pipe and fixed to a desired position when necessary, so that the fall prevention device in the pipe according to the present invention is excellent in labor saving. Furthermore, the fall prevention device in the pipe according to the present invention includes a cover attached to the front side of the main frame, which is the upstream side of the pipe when used, so that the operator working inside the pipe and the equipment and tools used inside the pipe can be prevented from falling to the downstream side of the pipe, so that the fall prevention device in the pipe is excellent in safety.

[0013] In the pipe fall prevention device of the present invention, if the amount of protrusion of the tip of each stopper portion protruding radially outward from the main frame is variable, the amount of protrusion of the tip of each stopper portion can be adjusted according to the inner diameter of the pipe, and the tip can be abutted against the inner surface of the pipe, thereby securely fixing the main frame.

[0014] In the pipe fall prevention device of the present invention, the base side of each stopper part is rotatably held on a support axis provided on the main frame, and each stopper part is capable of swinging around the support axis, and when the main frame moves from the downstream side to the upstream side along the axial direction of the pipeline, it swings from the initial fixed position toward the rear side of the main frame, and the amount of protrusion of the tip side protruding radially outward of the main frame decreases.By simply pulling the main frame upstream along the axial direction of the pipeline, the fixation by each stopper part is automatically released, and the main frame can be easily moved, and after the main frame has been moved, each stopper part can be returned to its initial fixed position again to simply and securely fix the main frame.

[0015] In the pipe fall prevention device of the present invention, when a swing transmission part is provided on the base side of each stopper part which transmits the swing of each stopper part to other adjacent stopper parts, the multiple stopper parts can be linked and swung simultaneously, and the main frame can be securely fixed in a short period of time.

[0016] In the pipe fall prevention device of the present invention, when an initial position adjustment drive unit is provided which is connected to one of the stopper parts and swings each stopper part around its respective support part to adjust the initial fixed position of each stopper part, the initial fixed positions of the multiple stopper parts can be easily adjusted to correspond to the inner diameter of the pipe by simply driving one initial position adjustment drive unit.

[0017] In the pipe fall prevention device according to the present invention, when a ventilation blower is attached to the main body frame, ventilation inside the pipe is promoted, thereby improving the safety of the working environment.

[0018] In the pipe fall prevention device of the present invention, when notches are formed in the main frame and cover portion corresponding to the position of the stepped temporary scaffolding to be installed on the inside bottom of the pipeline, the pipe fall prevention device will not interfere with the stepped temporary scaffolding even if it moves in the axial direction of the pipeline, is not restricted by the axial installation position inside the pipeline, and can be installed near the worker, making it extremely safe. [0020] Next, with reference to the attached drawings, an embodiment of the present invention will be described for understanding the present invention. An in-pipe fall prevention device 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention shown in Figures 1 to 4 is detachably fixed inside the pipeline 11 downstream of a working position during work inside the pipeline 11 that is mainly arranged at an incline, such as the hydraulic pipeline of a hydroelectric power plant shown in Figure 5, and is used to prevent workers working inside the pipeline 11 and equipment, tools, etc. used inside the pipeline 11 from falling downstream of the pipeline 11. Here, the pipeline 11 is formed by connecting a plurality of pipes 11a as shown in Figure 5. As shown in Figs. 1 to 4, the intra-pipe fall prevention device 10 has a main body frame 12 having a circular outer shape when viewed from the front, and a plurality of (here, four in the circumferential direction on each of the front and rear (total of eight)) moving wheels 14 (see Fig. 2) that come into contact with the inner peripheral surface 13 of the pipe 11 (pipe body 11a) are arranged on the circumference on the radially outer side of the main body frame 12. The intra-pipe fall prevention device 10 also includes a plurality of (here, four) stopper portions 15 that are radially attached to the main body frame 12 and have their tips protruding radially outward from the main body frame 12 to abut against the inner peripheral surface 13 of the pipe 11, and a cover portion 16 attached to the front side of the main body frame 12 that is the upstream side of the pipe 11 when in use. Furthermore, the pipe fall prevention device 10 is attached to the front side of the main frame 12 and is provided with a plurality (four in this case) of connectors 19 to which one end of a connecting member 18 for suspension and transportation (see Figs. 4 and 5) is connected, the other end of which is connected to the upstream side of the pipe 11 (the upstream end of the pipe 11a located most upstream in this case). Note that, for convenience of explanation, part (the mesh) of the cover portion 16 is omitted in Figs. 2 and 4.

[0021] Each stopper portion 15 has a structure in which the base sides of two parallel-arranged arms 20 are connected by a connecting shaft 21. Both ends of the connecting shaft 21 on the base side of each stopper portion 15 are rotatably held by a support portion 22 provided on the main body frame 12, so that each stopper portion 15 can swing about the support portion 22 (connecting shaft 21). Therefore, the amount of protrusion of the tip side of each stopper portion 15 (arm 20) protruding radially outward from the main body frame 12 is variable. A contact portion 23 that contacts the inner peripheral surface 13 of the pipeline 11 is rotatably attached to the tip of each arm 20, and a synthetic rubber anti-slip material 24 is attached to the surface of the contact portion 23. Each stopper portion 15 is swung according to the inner diameter of the pipeline 11 to change the amount by which the tip of each stopper portion 15 protrudes radially outward from the main frame 12, and the abutment portion 23 is rotated to bring the surface of the anti-slip surface 24 into close contact with the inner surface 13, thereby securely fixing the main frame 12 to the pipeline 11.

[0022] Each stopper portion 15 may be able to swing individually (independently) around each shaft support portion 22, but in this embodiment, a swing transmission portion 25 is provided on the base side of each stopper portion 15 to transmit the swing of each stopper portion 15 to other (both adjacent) stopper portions 15 adjacent thereto. Specifically, the ends of the connecting shafts 21 intersecting at right angles on the base side of the adjacent stopper portions 15 are sequentially connected via two bevel gears 26 (see FIG. 3) that mesh with each other, and the rotation of the four connecting shafts 21 is synchronized, so that all the stopper portions 15 swing in conjunction with each other. As described above, in this embodiment, the two bevel gears that mesh with each other function as the swing transmission portion, but the structure of the swing transmission portion is not limited to this and may be selected as appropriate. In this embodiment, the two arms 20 are connected at key points by the reinforcing material 27, but the number and arrangement of the reinforcing material may be selected as appropriate, and the reinforcing material may be omitted. Also, the stopper portion may have only one arm.

[0023] Here, the intra-pipe fall prevention device 10 is equipped with an electric cylinder (one example of an initial position adjustment drive unit) 28 that is attached to the main body frame 12 and connected to one of the stopper parts 15. Since the tip of the rod 29 of the electric cylinder 28 is connected to one of the arms 20 of one of the stopper parts 15, the stopper part 15 can be swung about its pivot part 22 (connecting shaft 21) simply by driving the electric cylinder 28 to slide (advance and retreat) the rod 29 (see FIG. 3). As described above, the swing of each stopper part 15 is transmitted to the other adjacent stopper parts 15 by the swing transmission part 25, so that each stopper part 15 (all stopper parts 15) can be swung about the respective pivot parts 22 to adjust the initial fixed positions collectively. When fixing the main body frame 12 to the pipeline 11, the electric cylinder 28 adjusts the initial fixing position of each stopper portion 15 to correspond to the inner diameter of the pipeline 11, and can also swing each stopper portion 15 to release the fixation of the main body frame 12 by each stopper portion 15 when moving the main body frame 12 within the pipeline 11. The initial position adjustment drive unit may have any structure and arrangement as appropriate as long as it can swing the stopper unit 15 around the pivot support unit 22. For example, the stopper unit may be swung by connecting the drive shaft of a motor to the connecting shaft of the stopper unit and rotating the connecting shaft. If the swing transmission unit is omitted and each stopper unit is capable of swinging individually, the initial position adjustment drive unit may be connected to each stopper unit.

[0024] When the intra-pipe fall prevention device 10 is in use, one end of the hanging and moving connecting member 18 is connected to the upstream side of the pipeline 11 and the other end is connected to a connecting tool 19 on the front side of the main frame 12, so that the intra-pipe fall prevention device 10 is held in a predetermined position by being suspended by the hanging and moving connecting member 18. Therefore, even if a worker, equipment, etc. falls onto the intra-pipe fall prevention device 10 (cover part 16) and a load is applied, the intra-pipe fall prevention device 10 will not tilt or move (fall) inside the pipeline 11, and the fall of the worker, equipment, etc. is prevented. The cover 16 is preferably made of an expanded metal or a metal mesh, but is not limited to these. In addition, each stopper portion 15 may be structured so that when the main body frame 12 moves from the downstream side to the upstream side along the axial direction of the pipeline 11 (pipe body 11a) as shown by the arrow a in Fig. 3, it swings from the initial fixed position toward the back side of the main body frame 12 as shown by the arrow b in Fig. 3, and the amount of protrusion of the tip side protruding radially outward of the main body frame 12 decreases. Therefore, when an operator moves from the downstream side to the upstream side of the pipeline 11 to perform work, the operator simply pulls the main body frame 12 with the hanging and moving connecting member 18 and moves it from the downstream side to the upstream side along the axial direction of the pipeline 11, and the fixation by the stopper portion 15 is automatically released, and after the main body frame 12 moves, the stopper portion 15 returns to the initial fixed position, and the main body frame 12 is fixed to the pipeline 11 again.

[0025] As the connecting material for hanging and moving 18, a wire or chain is preferably used, but is not limited to these and should be selected appropriately taking into consideration the weight of the pipe fall prevention device 10, workers, equipment, etc. In this embodiment, the movable wheels 14, the stopper parts 15, and the connectors 19 are each disposed at four locations in the circumferential direction at equal angular intervals (90 degrees) when viewed from the front, but the number and arrangement of these can be selected appropriately. In particular, from the viewpoint of stability when fixed, it is preferable that each be disposed at three or more locations at equal angular intervals, but depending on the arrangement of each, two locations may be acceptable, and they do not have to be disposed at equal angular intervals. A ventilation fan 30 is attached to the main body frame 12, and air is blown from the upstream side to the downstream side of the pipeline 11 to promote ventilation inside the pipeline 11, thereby ensuring the safety of workers working on the upstream side of the intra-pipe fall prevention device 10. In this embodiment, one ventilation fan 30 is attached to the center of the main body frame 12, but the number and arrangement of ventilation fans can be selected appropriately.

[0026] When work is performed inside a pipeline 11 without a foothold, as shown in Fig. 5, a stepped temporary scaffold 32 is installed on the inside bottom of the pipeline 11. This stepped temporary scaffold 32 is also suspended from the upstream side (not shown) of the pipeline 11 by a suspension member 33 such as a wire or chain, similar to the intrapipe fall prevention device 10. At this time, as shown in Fig. 1, a notch 34 is formed in the main frame 12 and the cover part 16 corresponding to the position of the stepped temporary scaffold 32, so that the intrapipe fall prevention device 10 can be installed so as to straddle the stepped temporary scaffold 32. Therefore, when a worker moves to a different work site, it is possible to move only the intrapipe fall prevention device 10 without moving the stepped temporary scaffold 32, which is excellent in workability. 5, a part of the pipeline 11 is covered with a tunnel 35. A fixing base 36 is provided in a part of the pipeline 11 (here, the downstream end) to fix the outer periphery of the pipe body 11a by covering it with concrete, and the pipeline 11 is supported at key points in the longitudinal direction by a plurality of small supports 37.

[0027] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the configurations described in the above embodiments, and also includes other embodiments and variations that can be considered within the scope of the matters described in the claims. Of the parts that make up the pipe fall prevention device, metals such as stainless steel are preferably used for parts that are not specifically specified, but various materials can be selected as appropriate taking into consideration the strength and durability required for each part, and synthetic resins (including reinforced plastics) can also be used in some parts. Moreover, the shape, structure and size of the main body frame are appropriately selected. In the above embodiment, an intra-pipe fall prevention device is described as being installed in a hydraulic pipeline at a hydroelectric power plant. However, this intra-pipe fall prevention device is used when performing work inside various types of pipelines, and can also be installed in pipelines that are arranged vertically. The fall prevention device in the pipe only needs to be installed downstream of the working position of the worker inside the pipeline, and therefore may be installed not only on the pipe that is the subject of the work, but also on another pipe that is connected downstream of the pipe that is the subject of the work.
