[0025] 1 shows an assembly 10 according to the present invention, comprising a bottle 102, an aesthetic band 104, and a dispensing mechanism 106, here in the form of a manual pump actuated by the user's hand, that is submerged within a reservoir (120 in FIG. 3).

[0026] In the following description, positional terms will be interpreted with reference to the assembly 10 in its normal use position, i.e., as shown in Figure 1. In the following description, and by convention, the vertical direction will be referred to as Z.

[0027] Figure 2 shows an assembly 100 according to a first embodiment of the invention, where the aesthetic band 104 is elevated. Figure 5 shows an assembly 200 according to a second embodiment of the invention, where the aesthetic band 104 is elevated. Figure 8 shows an assembly 300 according to a third embodiment of the invention, where the aesthetic band 104 is elevated.

[0028] Figures 3 and 4 show a cross section of an assembly 100 according to a first embodiment. Figures 6 and 7 show a cross section of an assembly 200 according to a second embodiment. Figures 9 and 10 show implementation details of an assembly 300 according to a third embodiment.

[0029] In three embodiments of the present invention, the aesthetic band 104 comprises a first plate 104a extending horizontally and pierced by a first window 104b through which the dispensing mechanism 106 passes, and a first outer skirt 104c extending downward from the periphery of the first plate 104a, i.e., the outer edge of the first plate 104a.

[0030] The bottle 102 comprises a hollow body 112 and a neck 114 fixed to the upper part of the hollow body 112. The neck 114 defines an orifice 110 for access to the interior of the hollow body 112, through which a dispensing mechanism 106 passes and which is connected to a reservoir 120 housed within the hollow body 112. The reservoir 120 can contain any type of fluid product, such as a cream, and the dispensing mechanism 106 is provided for taking up the fluid product contained in the reservoir 120 and for expelling the fluid product towards the outside through a hole 122 provided for this purpose. The dispensing mechanism 106 does not directly form part of the scope of the present invention and can take various forms known to those skilled in the art, so it will not be described further.

[0031] In the plane of the orifice 110, which is now perpendicular to the vertical direction Z, the periphery of the neck 114 now takes the form of a rectangle with four rounded corners, more particularly, a square with four rounded corners. In this description, the orifice 110 and the various windows described above and below are coaxial with the vertical direction Z.

[0032] At each corner and across the height of neck 114, neck 114 is divided into a lower portion 114a and an upper portion 114b. Lower portion 114a extends upwardly from body 112, and upper portion 114b extends upwardly from lower portion 114a.

[0033] At each corner, the lower portion 114a has an inward recess 116, i.e., the upper portion 114b overhangs the recess 116, thereby simultaneously defining a shoulder below the upper portion 114b. The recesses 116 are present only at the corners, which makes it possible to reduce the thickness of the neck portion 114 between the two corners. The angular extent of the recesses 116 about the vertical direction Z is, for example, 20° on either side of the corner.

[0034] In the assembled position, the aesthetic band 104 is positioned over the neck portion 114 and the first outer skirt 104c descends to the hollow body 112.

[0035] The assembly 100, 200, 300 also comprises an attachment system 108, 208, 308, which provides for fastening of the aesthetic band 104 to the neck 114 of the bottle 102 and takes different forms depending on the embodiment. In the assembled position, the attachment system 108, 208, 308 is housed inside the aesthetic band 104.

[0036] The mounting system 108, 208, 308 includes a horizontally extending second plate 108a, 208a, 308a having a second window 108b, 208b, 308b therethrough through which the dispensing mechanism 106 and four lugs 108c, 208c, 308c (FIG. 9) fixed to the second plate 108a, 208a, 308a pass. The second window 108b, 208b, 308b and the first window 104b are aligned with the orifice 110.

[0037] In the assembled position, the attachment system 108, 208, 308 is positioned between the neck 114 and the aesthetic band 104 such that the second plate 108a, 208a, 308a is located between the upper portion 114b of the neck 114 and the first plate 104a of the aesthetic band 104.

[0038] Each lug 108c, 208c, 308c is configured to be positioned under one of the shoulders of the neck 114, i.e., in one of the recesses 116, in the assembled position to secure the mounting system 108, 208, 308 to the neck 114. Each lug 108c, 208c, 308c is oriented perpendicular and inward relative to the vertical direction Z.

[0039] The attachment system 108 , 208 , 308 also includes attachment means 150 , 250 , 350 that provide for securing the aesthetic band 104 to the attachment system 108 , 208 , 308 .

[0040] Therefore, by providing fixation of the mounting system 108, 208, 308 to the neck portion 114 only at the corners of the neck portion 114, it is possible to create protrusions on the neck portion 114 only at the corners, thus making it possible to reduce the thickness of the neck portion 114 between the corners for better integration, especially in the case of hollow bodies 112 with rectangular or square cross-sections.

[0041] In the first and second embodiments of the present invention, the mounting system 108, 208 is preferably implemented by a spring plate made from bent metal.

[0042] In a third embodiment, the mounting system 308 is made up of parts made from molded plastic material.

[0043] In order to conceal, among other things, the attachment system 108, 208, 308, each aesthetic band 104 includes a cover 109, 209, 309 positioned below the first plate 104a and inside the lugs 108c, 208c, 308c.

[0044] Cover 109, 209, 309 is positioned between first plate 104a and second plate 108a, 208a, 308a and comprises third plate 109a, 209a, 309a having third window 109b, 209b, 309b therethrough through which dispensing mechanism 106 passes, and first inner skirt 109c, 209c, 309c extending downward from the inner periphery of third plate 109a, 209a, 309a, i.e., from the edge of third window 109b, 209b, 309b, thereby defining a well from third window 109b, 209b, 309b. Third window 109b, 209b, 309b and first window 104b are aligned with orifice 110.

[0045] In the first and second embodiments of the present invention, the cover 109, 209 is an additional component to the aesthetic band 104, while in the third embodiment of the present invention, the cover 309 is an integral component of the attachment system 308.

[0046] In this last embodiment, the third plate 309a corresponds to the second plate 308a and the third window 309b corresponds to the second window 308b.

[0047] The first inner skirt 109c, 209c, 309c passes through the second window 108b, 208b, 308b and is positioned inwardly relative to the lugs 108c, 208c, 308c, so that the mounting system 108, 208, 308 and the lugs 108c, 208c, 308c are not visible, particularly when the reservoir 120 and dispensing mechanism 106 are removable and are extracted by pulling them through the window.

[0048] In the first and third embodiments of the present invention, the cover 109, 309 also includes a second outer skirt 109d, 309d fixed to the third plate 109a, 309a and extending downward from the periphery of the third plate 109a, 309a, i.e., from the outer edge of the third plate 109a, 309a. The second outer skirt 109d, 309d is applied against the inner surface of the first outer skirt 104c to reinforce the attachment therebetween.

[0049] In the first embodiment of the invention, the attachment means 150 here take the form of internal clamping means 151 arranged along the edge of the second window 108b and gripping the first internal skirt 109c, the attachment means 150 being complemented by a snug fit between the first external skirt 104c and the second external skirt 109d. The dimensions of the internal clamping means 151 and the first internal skirt 109c are such that the first internal skirt 109c is forcibly inserted into the internal clamping means 151. If necessary, the fixation can also be complemented by gluing the aesthetic band 104 and the cover 109 together.

[0050] Here, the internal clamping means 151 is hollow and takes the form of a truncated cone 151 that forms the edge of the second window 108b. The truncated cone 151 has a large base that is fixed to the second plate 108a and a small base that extends downward from the large base and defines a circle into which the first internal skirt 109c is inserted. The dimensions of the circle and the first internal skirt 109c are such that the first internal skirt 109c is forcibly inserted into the circle. According to another embodiment, the internal clamping means 151 can take the form of internal teeth that extend inward from the second plate 108a, with the end of each tooth rubbing against the outer surface of the first internal skirt 109c. Due to the friction of the internal teeth against the outer surface of the first internal skirt 109c, each internal tooth bends and exerts a force, thereby gripping the first internal skirt 109c.

[0051] In a second embodiment of the present invention, the attachment means 250 comprises an external clamping means 253 disposed around the periphery of the second plate 208a and frictionally engaging the inner surface of the first outer skirt 104c.

[0052] In the second embodiment, the external clamping means 253 takes the form of external teeth 253 extending from and distributed around the periphery of the second plate 208a, each tooth 253 extending outwardly such that the end of each tooth 253 rubs against the inner surface of the first outer skirt 104c and is gripped within the first outer skirt 104c as previously described.

[0053] The use of external clamping means 253 is described in relation to the second embodiment, but can be used in the first embodiment to interact with the inner surface of the second outer skirt 109d and / or the inner surface of the first outer skirt 104c.

[0054] In the third embodiment of the present invention, the attachment means 350 is formed by a tight fit between the first outer skirt 104c and the second outer skirt 309d. If necessary, the fixation can be supplemented by gluing the aesthetic band 104 and the cover 309 together.

[0055] Similar to the first embodiment, the attachment means 250 of the second embodiment of the present invention now comprises internal clamping means 251 arranged along the edge of the second window 208b and clamping the first internal skirt 209c. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the internal clamping means 251 takes the form of internal teeth 251 extending from the second plate 208a and distributed around the periphery of the second window 208b. Each internal tooth 251 extends inward so that the end of each internal tooth 251 rubs against the inner surface of the first internal skirt 209c and is gripped within the first internal skirt 209c. According to another embodiment, the internal clamping means 251 can take the form of a truncated cone, similar to the first embodiment.

[0056] In particular, to avoid friction of the aesthetic band 104 against the attachment system 108, 208, 308 around the vertical direction Z, the assemblies 100, 200, 300 include anti-float means 130, 230, 330 that apply pressure of the attachment system 108, 208, 308 against the aesthetic band 104. Furthermore, in the embodiment shown in Figures 4, 7 and 10, the anti-float means 130, 230, 330 also apply pressure of the attachment system 108, 208, 308 against the outside of the neck 114, more specifically against the upper portion 114b of the neck 114.

[0057] In the first and second embodiments of the invention, the anti-float means 130, 230 take the form of anti-float tongues 130, 230, respectively, fixed to the second plate 108a, 208a and projecting here downwards and outwards from the outer periphery of the second plate 108a, 208a to abut via one of its faces against the inner surface of the first outer skirt 104c and via its other face against the outside of the neck 114, more particularly here against the upper part 114b of the neck 114. There are here four anti-float tongues 130, 230 distributed around the vertical direction Z.

[0058] In the first embodiment of the present invention, each anti-float tongue 130 passes under the second outer skirt 109d and abuts against the inner surface of the first outer skirt 104c.

[0059] In the third embodiment of the invention, the anti-floatation means 330 take the form of cambered walls 330, which here constitute part of the outer skirt 309d. Each cambered wall 330 has on its outer surface a groove extending parallel to the vertical direction Z along the second outer skirt 309d, and on its inner surface a camber extending parallel to the vertical direction Z along the second outer skirt 309d, which here constitutes the lower part of the groove.

[0060] Into each groove is inserted a rib 1002 of the first outer skirt 104c provided for this purpose, and each groove exerts pressure on the associated rib 1002 in a direction approximately perpendicular to the vertical direction Z. Here, there are two grooves per side of the aesthetic band 104.

[0061] At the same time, each bow exerts pressure on the outside of neck 114, more specifically on the upper portion 114b of neck 114.

[0062] To hold the reservoir 120 when it is placed in the bottle 102, the assembly 100, 200, 300 includes a holding means 126, 226, 326 that grips at least one of the reservoir 120 or the dispensing mechanism 106 fixed to the reservoir 120.

[0063] In the embodiment of the invention presented herein, reservoir 120 is removable, for example for filling or replacement, and reservoir 120 and dispensing mechanism 106 are secured to one another and can be removed through various windows. In the embodiment of the invention presented herein, reservoir 120 and dispensing mechanism 106 are secured to one another by being screwed together by screw threads 124.

[0064] In the first and third embodiments of the present invention, the retaining means 126, 326 are formed in the first inner skirt 109c, 309c of the cover 109, 309 and take the form of a plurality of reliefs 126, 326 distributed around the third window 109b, 309b, each of which extends inside the third window 109b, 309b and abuts against the dispensing mechanism 106.

[0065] In a second embodiment of the present invention, the retaining means 226 take the form of retaining tongues 226 fixed to the second plate 208a and distributed inside the second windows 208b, each retaining tongue 226 extending inside the third window 209b and abutting against the reservoir 120.

[0066] Depending on the length of the first inner skirt 209c, the retaining tongue 226 passes either under the first inner skirt 209c or through the first inner skirt 209c by means of an opening 220 formed through the first inner skirt 209c for this purpose.

[0067] In a first embodiment of the invention, the assembly 100 comprises centering means 140 that provide centering of the mounting system 108 relative to the orifice 110. In the embodiment shown in Figures 2 to 4, the centering means 140 comprise at least three centering tongues 140 distributed around the vertical direction Z fixed to the second plate 108a, here at the outer periphery of the second plate 108a, each centering tongue 140 being configured to be positioned obliquely relative to the edge of the orifice 110 in the assembled position. Each centering tongue 140 therefore extends downwards from the top where it is fixed to the second plate 108a and extends inwards from the outside.
