Sharpening cutting board

Abstract

There are many types of materials used for knives and cutting boards, but knives lose their sharpness with continued use. Is it possible to keep a knife sharp indefinitely? [Solution] This solution applies to cutting boards made of plastic and rubber. During the molding process, metal powder is mixed and stirred to create a grinding stone effect. Sharpening cutting boards can be molded as a single piece, or a single-layer type that can be attached to existing cutting boards. The degree of sharpening can also be adjusted by changing the size of the metal powder particles. When this sharpening cutting board is used as usual, the knife gains a grinding effect through contact friction with the metal powder, and the knife remains sharp.

Claims

1.
