Abstract

The invention relates to stackable storage boxes used in industrial storage and logistics systems, and specifically concerns an industrial storage box that combines sealing, mechanical locking, and secure stacking functions in a single structure. The invention comprises a locking bolt that moves along a vertical guide channel on the lid mounted on the box body, a locking latch operated by this bolt, and a pressure plate operated simultaneously via a motion transmission element. The pressure plate creates an effective seal between the box and the lid by applying a controlled compression force to the sealing gasket, while the locking latch provides secure mechanical locking between the box body and the lid. Furthermore, thanks to the flexible locking elements, return spring, motion limiting structures, and stack alignment elements in the system, the locking operation is performed reliably, ensuring the correct positioning and mechanical stability of stacked boxes. This invention provides a compact and modular industrial storage box structure that enables mechanical locking and sealing with a single movement, allows for secure stacking, increases durability during transport and storage, and offers ease of maintenance and use.
