[0024] Some display panels are equipped with an isolation structure to isolate part of the film structure within the display panel to meet the production and operation requirements of the display panel. On this basis, a conductor structure can be provided above the isolation structure to transmit specific electrical signals. However, due to the structural limitations of the isolation structure itself, it is difficult for the conductor structure above the isolation structure to extend along the outer contour of the isolation structure to the corresponding potential. Therefore, how to achieve potential transmission for the conductive structure above the isolation structure has become a pressing problem.

[0025] In view of the above issues, in a first aspect, referring to Figures 1 to 4 , embodiments of the present application provide a display panel comprising a substrate 10, a first potential portion D1, an isolation structure 30, a light-emitting functional layer 20, and a first conductive portion 41. The first potential portion D1 is disposed on one side of the substrate 10, and the isolation structure 30 is disposed on a side of the first potential portion D1 facing away from the substrate 10. The isolation structure 30 is provided with a first through hole H1 extending through the substrate 10 in a thickness direction X, and the first potential portion D1 is at least partially exposed through the first through hole H1.

[0026] The light-emitting functional layer 20 is disposed on the side of the first potential portion D1 facing away from the substrate 10. The light-emitting functional layer 20 includes a plurality of light-emitting structures 21, with adjacent light-emitting structures 21 isolated by an isolation structure 30. The first conductive portion 41 is located on the side of the isolation structure 30 facing away from the substrate 10. The first conductive portion 41 is at least partially located within the first through hole H1 and is electrically connected to the first potential portion D1.

[0027] The substrate 10 mainly plays a supporting and bearing role, and other film layers are stacked in sequence on the substrate 10. The stacking arrangement mentioned here means that the other film layers are arranged in sequence along the thickness direction X of the substrate 10. Among them, the substrate 10 may include multiple film layer structures. The specific film layer structure composition of the substrate 10 is not limited in this embodiment of the application. In addition, the thickness direction X of the other film layers located on one side of the substrate 10 is usually consistent with the thickness direction X of the substrate 10 itself. Therefore, for the sake of convenience, the thickness direction X of the substrate 10 or the thickness direction X of other film layers mentioned later in the embodiment of this application are all illustrated in the same direction.

[0028] The light-emitting functional layer 20 is located on one side of the substrate 10 and includes a plurality of light-emitting structures 21. The light-emitting structures 21 are the main components for realizing light-emitting display. Among them, the light-emitting structures 21 include but are not limited to a red light-emitting structure 21 for emitting red light, a green light-emitting structure 21 for emitting green light, and a blue light-emitting structure 21 for emitting blue light. Each light-emitting structure 21 may include a stacked hole injection layer (HIL), a hole transport layer (HTL), a light-emitting layer, an electron injection layer (EIL), and an electron transport layer (ETL).

[0029] Optionally, the display panel further includes a first electrode 42 and a second electrode 43 located on both sides of the light-emitting structure 21 in the thickness direction X. The first electrode 42 is located on the side of the light-emitting structure 21 facing away from the substrate 10, and the second electrode 43 is located on the side of the light-emitting structure 21 facing the substrate 10. The first electrode 42 and the second electrode 43 jointly drive and control whether the light-emitting structure 21 emits light. Exemplarily, the first electrode 42 is a cathode, and the second electrode 43 is an anode.

[0030] The isolation structure 30 and the light-emitting functional layer 20 are located on the same side of the substrate 10. The number of isolation structures 30 can be one or more. The isolation structure 30 can serve as a partition for part of the film layer. For example, there are multiple isolation structures 30, and the multiple isolation structures 30 are spaced apart from each other. The multiple isolation structures 30 can serve as a partition for the light-emitting functional layer 20 during the preparation of the light-emitting functional layer 20, so that the orthographic projection of the light-emitting structure 21 in the light-emitting functional layer 20 on the substrate 10 is staggered with the orthographic projection of the isolation structure 30 on the substrate 10.

[0031] Specifically, due to the structural limitations of the isolation structure 30, during the fabrication of some membrane layers, the membrane material has difficulty extending along the sidewall contours of the isolation structure 30, resulting in partial breakage of the membrane layer at the location of the isolation structure 30, thereby achieving the barrier effect of the isolation structure 30. The specific shape and dimensions of the isolation structure 30 are not limited in this embodiment of the present application, as long as the isolation structure 30 can function as a barrier. For example, the longitudinal cross-section of the isolation structure 30 can be an inverted trapezoidal structure.

[0032] In addition to the light-emitting functional layer 20 and the isolation structure 30, the display panel also includes a first potential portion D1 and a first conductive portion 41. Both the first potential portion D1 and the first conductive portion 41 include conductive materials. The first potential portion D1 is used to transmit a specific potential signal. To meet signal transmission requirements, the first conductive portion 41 needs to be electrically connected to the first potential portion D1. The present embodiment does not limit the function of the first conductive portion 41.

[0033] The first potential portion D1 is located on the side of the isolation structure 30 facing the substrate 10, and the first conductive portion 41 is located on the side of the isolation structure 30 facing away from the substrate 10. As can be seen from the foregoing, due to the structural and shape limitations of the isolation structure 30 itself, it is difficult for the first conductive portion 41 to extend along the sidewalls of the isolation structure 30 to the first potential portion D1. Therefore, in this embodiment of the present application, an additional first through-hole H1 is provided within the isolation structure 30 to achieve electrical connection between the first conductive portion 41 and the first potential portion D1.

[0034] Specifically, the first through-hole H1 is located within the isolation structure 30, and the first potential portion D1 is at least partially exposed in the first through-hole H1. As long as the first conductive portion 41 can at least partially extend into the first through-hole H1, it can achieve electrical connection with the first potential portion D1. Furthermore, by appropriately reducing the size of the first through-hole H1, the first conductive portion 41 can be more easily filled into the first through-hole H1, thereby achieving electrical connection between the first conductive portion 41 and the first potential portion D1. Alternatively, when forming the first through-hole H1, the sidewall shape of the first through-hole H1 can be adjusted so that the first conductive portion 41 can extend to the first potential portion D1 via the sidewall of the first through-hole H1, thereby achieving electrical connection between the first conductive portion 41 and the first potential portion D1.

[0035] In summary, the embodiment of the present application adds a first through hole H1 within the isolation structure 30, allowing the first conductive portion 41 to extend to the first through hole H1, thereby achieving electrical connection between the first conductive portion 41 and the first potential portion D1. This eliminates the need for the first conductive portion 41 to extend through the outer sidewalls of the isolation structure 30, reducing the risk of the first conductive portion 41 breaking due to the shape of the outer sidewalls of the isolation structure 30 and improving the electrical connection reliability of the first conductive portion 41.

[0036] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 to 4 , the display panel further includes a first electrode 42 disposed on a side of the light-emitting functional layer 20 facing away from the substrate 10. The orthographic projection of the first electrode 42 on the substrate 10 overlaps the orthographic projection of the light-emitting structure 21 on the substrate 10. The first electrode 42 is insulated from the first conductive portion 41 by an isolation structure 30.

[0037] The first electrode 42 is located on a side of the light-emitting structure 21 facing away from the substrate 10. The isolation structure 30 has a second surface M2 facing away from the substrate 10. The first electrode 42 is located on a side of the second surface M2 facing the substrate 10, and the first conductive portion 41 is located on a side of the second surface M2 facing away from the substrate 10. The first electrode 42 may be disposed in contact with a sidewall of the isolation structure 30, or may be spaced apart from the isolation structure 30, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.

[0038] The first electrode 42 and the first conductive part 41 both include conductive materials, and the first electrode 42 and the first conductive part 41 need to rely on the isolation structure 30 to achieve signal transmission between each other. On this basis, the isolation structure 30 can be controlled to include insulating materials in part or in its entirety, thereby achieving mutual insulation between the first electrode 42 and the first conductive part 41.

[0039] It should be noted that the present embodiment does not limit the number of first electrodes 42. For example, as shown in FIG2 , the number of first electrodes 42 can be only one, and the orthographic projection of the first electrode 42 on the substrate 10 simultaneously covers the orthographic projections of all light-emitting structures 21 on the substrate 10. The presence of the isolation structure 30 allows the orthographic projection of the first electrode 42 on the substrate 10 to be in a mesh or other shape.

[0040] In addition, since the first through hole H1 is arranged inside the isolation structure 30 and the first electrode 42 is located outside the isolation structure 30, the first electrode 42 will not contact the first conductive portion 41 located in the first through hole H1 and the first potential portion D1 exposed to the first through hole H1, thereby reducing the risk of signal crosstalk between the two, thereby ensuring the reliability of signal transmission between the first conductive portion 41 and the first electrode 42.

[0041] Alternatively, in some other embodiments, referring to FIG. 5 , there are multiple first electrodes 42 , and adjacent first electrodes 42 are disposed on different sides of the isolation structure 30 .

[0042] In the embodiment of the present application, due to the presence of the isolation structure 30, there are multiple first electrodes 42, wherein the orthographic projection of the first electrode 42 on the substrate 10 can cover one light-emitting structure 21, or alternatively, the orthographic projection of the first electrode 42 on the substrate 10 is arranged to overlap with the orthographic projections of multiple light-emitting structures 21 on the substrate 10. In this way, the first electrode 42 can simultaneously control multiple light-emitting structures 21 to achieve light-emitting display, thereby realizing zoned control of the display panel.

[0043] The embodiment of the present application does not limit the number, size, and shape of the first electrodes 42. The number, size, and shape of the first electrodes 42 can be determined by the number, size, and shape of the isolation structures 30. For example, if the orthographic projection of the isolation structures 30 on the substrate 10 is a strip-shaped structure, and multiple strip-shaped structures are arranged side by side, then the orthographic projection of the first electrodes 42 on the substrate 10 can also be a strip-shaped structure and be sandwiched between two adjacent isolation structures 30.

[0044] In some embodiments, the first electrode 42 and the first conductive portion 41 include the same material.

[0045] In the embodiment of the present application, since the first electrode 42 and the first conductive portion 41 are made of the same material, the first electrode 42 and the first conductive portion 41 can be formed together in the same manufacturing process. Specifically, after the isolation structure 30 is prepared, a specific conductive material can be evaporated onto the display panel. Part of the material falls onto the side of the isolation structure 30 facing away from the substrate 10, thereby forming the first conductive portion 41, and part of the material falls outside the isolation structure 30, thereby forming the first electrode 42.

[0046] This design allows the first electrode 42 and the first conductive portion 41 to be formed simultaneously, thereby simplifying the display panel manufacturing process and improving manufacturing efficiency. Furthermore, the first conductive portion 41 and the first electrode 42 can be made of the same material, meaning that the first conductive portion 41 can be manufactured without the use of additional materials. This also reduces the manufacturing cost of the first conductive portion 41, resulting in higher practicality.

[0047] The present embodiment does not limit the material composition of the first electrode 42 and the first conductive portion 41. For example, the first electrode 42 and the first conductive portion 41 may comprise a metal material, including but not limited to silver, titanium, and aluminum.

[0048] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4 , the cross-sectional dimensions of at least a portion of the isolation structure 30 gradually increase in a direction away from the substrate 10 .

[0049] As can be seen from the foregoing, due to the presence of the isolation structure 30, when forming the first electrode 42, the material that falls onto the side of the isolation structure 30 facing away from the substrate 10 will not connect to the first electrode 42, thereby forming an insulated first conductive portion 41 and first electrode 42. Therefore, the shape and size of the isolation structure 30 need to be adjusted to ensure that the isolation structure 30 can isolate the first conductive portion 41 from the first electrode 42.

[0050] Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the isolation structure 30 is arranged in a direction away from the substrate 10, and the cross-sectional dimensions of at least part of the structure in the isolation structure 30 tend to gradually increase. This helps to increase the difficulty of extending the film layer structure at the side wall of the isolation structure 30, thereby reducing the probability of connection between the first conductive part 41 and the first electrode 42, and improving the insulation reliability between the two.

[0051] The isolation structure 30 can have various structural forms. For example, the longitudinal cross-section of the isolation structure 30 can be an inverted trapezoidal structure, that is, the cross-sectional dimensions of all structures in the isolation structure 30 tend to gradually increase in the direction away from the substrate 10. Alternatively, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG6 , the isolation structure 30 can include a first portion 31 and a second portion 32 located on the side of the first portion 31 facing away from the substrate 10, with the orthographic projection of the first portion 31 on the substrate 10 located within the orthographic projection of the second portion 32 on the substrate 10. In this way, the cross-sectional dimensions of the isolation structure 30 can suddenly change at the junction of the first portion 31 and the second portion 32, thereby further increasing the probability of the film layer structure breaking at the junction of the first portion 31 and the second portion 32.

[0052] In some embodiments, the first conductive portion 41 is used to transmit touch signals, that is, the first conductive portion 41 can be reused as a touch electrode to meet the touch requirements of the display panel.

[0053] 1 to 4 , the display panel includes a first area A1 and a second area A2 surrounding the first area A1. The light emitting structure 21 is disposed in the first area A1, and the first potential portion D1 is disposed in the second area A2.

[0054] The display panel has at least two areas, a first area A1 and a second area A2. The first area A1 is the area of the display panel used to achieve the display effect, and the light-emitting structure 21 is arranged in the first area A1. The second area A2 is arranged around the first area A1. The second area A2 can be used to arrange structures such as drive circuits and drive chips. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the shape and size of the first area A1 and the second area A2. For example, the first area A1 can be a rectangular structure, and the second area A2 can be a square ring structure. Or the first area A1 can be a circular structure, and the second area A2 can be a circular ring structure.

[0055] On this basis, the first potential portion D1 is located in the second area A2, wherein the first potential portion D1 can be directly connected to a driver chip for providing a touch signal, or a specific signal line can be directly connected to a driver chip for providing a touch signal, and then the first potential portion D1 is connected to the signal line through a via connection or the like to realize the transmission of the touch signal.

[0056] Furthermore, since the first through hole H1 in the isolation structure 30 needs to be arranged corresponding to the first potential portion D1, the second through hole H2 needs to be at least partially located in the second area A2, and the isolation structure 30 needs to extend from the first area A1 to the second area A2; and since the first conductive portion 41 needs to be connected to the first potential portion D1, the first conductive portion 41 also needs to extend from the first area A1 to the second area A2.

[0057] In the embodiment of the present application, by setting the first potential portion D1 in the second area A2, the first through hole H1 is at least partially located in the second area A2, which helps to reduce the impact of structures such as the first potential portion D1 and the first through hole H1 on the display effect of the first area A1, thereby improving the display uniformity of the display panel.

[0058] In some embodiments, the first electrode 42 is partially located within the second area A2.

[0059] In the embodiment of the present application, since the first electrode 42 and the first conductive portion 41 can be made of the same material and formed in the same manufacturing process, and the first conductive portion 41 needs to be at least partially located within the second area A2, during manufacturing, the manufacturing range of the first electrode 42 can be controlled to be partially located within the second area A2, thereby allowing the formed first conductive portion 41 to be partially located within the second area A2, thereby ensuring electrical connection between the first conductive portion 41 and the first potential portion D1.

[0060] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 7 and 8 , the display panel further includes a support portion 60 located on one side of the first potential portion D1 and in contact with the isolation structure 30. The support portion 60 is at least partially located within the first through hole H1. The support portion 60 has a first surface M1 proximate to the first potential portion D1. In a direction away from the substrate 10, the first surface M1 tends to approach the isolation structure 30. The first electrode 42 extends through the first surface M1 to the first potential portion D1.

[0061] It can be seen from the foregoing that in order to achieve electrical connection between the first potential portion D1 and the first conductive portion 41, a first through hole H1 is provided in the isolation structure 30. However, during the preparation of the isolation structure 30, the first side wall M3 located around the first through hole H1 may be as shown in Figure 8. In this case, since the angle between the first side wall M3 and the second surface M2 is acute, it is difficult for the first conductive portion 41 to extend along the first side wall M3 to the first potential portion D1.

[0062] In view of this, the embodiment of the present application adds a support portion 60. The support portion 60 is located on one side of the first potential portion D1 and is at least partially located within the first through hole H1. In this way, the first conductive portion 41 can extend along the first surface M1 of the support portion 60 to the first potential portion D1. The support portion 60 can be completely located within the first through hole H1, or only partially located within the first through hole H1. The support portion 60 can be disposed in contact with the first side wall M3, or it can be disposed without contact with the first side wall M3. This embodiment of the present application does not limit this.

[0063] On this basis, the embodiment of the present application sets the first surface M1 in a direction away from the substrate 10, and the first surface M1 has a tendency to approach the isolation structure 30, so that the inclination direction of the first surface M1 and the first side wall M3 are different, thereby reducing the difficulty of extending the first conductive part 41 at the first surface M1, and reducing the risk of the first conductive part 41 breaking at the first surface M1, thereby helping to improve the electrical connection reliability between the first conductive part 41 and the first potential part D1.

[0064] Furthermore, the specific position of the support portion 60 relative to the first potential portion D1 is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. The support portion 60 may be located on the side of the first potential portion D1 that is closer to the first area A1, or on the side of the first potential portion D1 that is away from the first area A1, or on a different side of the first potential portion D1 along other directions. Alternatively, the support portion 60 may be located on the side of the first potential portion D1 that faces the first area A1.

[0065] In some embodiments, the isolation structure 30 has a first sidewall M3 located on a side of the first through hole H1 close to the first region A1 , and the support portion 60 covers at least a portion of the first sidewall M3 .

[0066] This design can further reduce the size of the material attached to the first side wall M3 for forming the first conductive portion 41, so that more material can be attached to the first surface M1 of the support portion 60, thereby reducing the risk of the first conductive portion 41 breaking at the position of the first side wall M3 and improving the electrical connection reliability between the first conductive portion 41 and the first potential portion D1.

[0067] In some embodiments, the support portion 60 is partially located on the side of the isolation structure 30 facing away from the substrate 10, that is, the size of the support portion 60 in the thickness direction X is larger than the size of the first side wall M3 in the thickness direction X, so that the first conductive portion 41 can be more easily extended along the first surface M1 of the support portion 60, thereby reducing the risk of the first conductive portion 41 breaking and ensuring that the first conductive portion 41 and the first potential portion D1 can be electrically connected.

[0068] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, the display panel also includes a pixel definition layer 70 arranged on the side of the first potential portion D1 away from the substrate 10, the pixel definition layer 70 includes a pixel defining portion 71 and a pixel opening 72 formed by the pixel defining portion 71, the light-emitting structure 21 is at least partially located in the pixel opening 72, and the isolation structure 30 is arranged on the side of the pixel defining portion 71 away from the substrate 10.

[0069] The pixel defining portion 71 is provided with a second through hole H2 penetrating along the thickness direction X. The first through hole H1 is communicated with the second through hole H2 , and the first potential portion D1 is at least partially exposed to the second through hole H2 .

[0070] The pixel definition layer 70 includes a pixel defining portion 71, which can support the isolation structure 30. For example, the orthographic projection of the isolation structure 30 on the substrate 10 is located within the orthographic projection of the pixel defining portion 71 on the substrate 10. The pixel defining portion 71 can enclose a pixel opening 72, which is located within the first area A1. The light-emitting structure 21 is generally arranged corresponding to the pixel opening 72.

[0071] The first potential portion D1 is located on the side of the pixel definition layer 70 facing the substrate 10, and the first potential portion D1 is usually arranged to avoid the pixel opening 72. Therefore, in order to achieve electrical connection between the first potential portion D1 and the first conductive portion 41, the embodiment of the present application adds a second through hole H2 in the pixel defining portion 71. The second through hole H2 can be located in the second area A2, and the second through hole H2 will penetrate the pixel defining portion 71 along the thickness direction X, so that the first potential portion D1 can be at least partially exposed to the second through hole H2.

[0072] Furthermore, the embodiment of the present application also provides a corresponding arrangement of the first through hole H1 and the second through hole H2 so that the first through hole H1 and the second through hole H2 are interconnected, thereby ensuring that the first potential portion D1 can be exposed to the first through hole H1. The first conductive portion 41 can then extend through the first through hole H1 into the second through hole H2, and then extend to the first potential portion D1 to achieve electrical connection between the two. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the size of the first through hole H1 and the second through hole H2. For example, the orthographic projection of the second through hole H2 on the substrate 10 is located within the orthographic projection of the first through hole H1 on the substrate 10.

[0073] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 9 and 10 , the display panel further includes a second potential portion D2 disposed on the side of the pixel definition layer 70 facing the substrate 10. The pixel defining portion 71 is provided with a third through hole H3 extending therethrough in the thickness direction X. The second potential portion D2 is at least partially exposed to the third through hole H3. The first electrode 42 is at least partially located within the third through hole H3 and is electrically connected to the second potential portion D2.

[0074] The second potential portion D2 is located on the side of the pixel definition layer 70 facing the substrate 10. The second potential portion D2 is used to provide a specific power signal to the first electrode 42. To achieve electrical connection between the first electrode 42 and the second potential portion D2, the embodiment of the present application adds a third through hole H3 to the pixel defining portion 71. The second potential portion D2 is exposed to the third through hole H3. The first electrode 42 can extend into the third through hole H3 and be electrically connected to the second potential portion D2. For example, the orthographic projection of the first electrode 42 on the substrate 10 overlaps the orthographic projection of the third through hole H3 on the substrate 10.

[0075] In some embodiments, the display panel has a first area A1 and a second area A2 surrounding the first area A1 , and the second potential portion D2 is disposed in the second area A2 .

[0076] In the embodiment of the present application, the second potential portion D2 is arranged in the second area A2, that is, the third through hole H3 is at least partially located in the second area A2, so that the first electrode 42 and the second potential portion D2 can be electrically connected to each other in the second area A2, which can reduce the influence of the second potential portion D2 on the display effect and help improve display uniformity.

[0077] In some embodiments, the first potential portion D1 and the second potential portion D2 are disposed on the same layer.

[0078] The first potential portion D1 and the second potential portion D2 are each used to transmit different types of electrical signals, and both the first potential portion D1 and the second potential portion D2 can be located within the second area A2. The present embodiment does not limit parameters such as the size and number of the first potential portion D1 and the second potential portion D2. For example, there can be multiple first potential portions D1 and multiple second potential portions D2, and the multiple first potential portions D1 and the multiple second potential portions D2 can be alternately distributed along the same direction.

[0079] Furthermore, the embodiment of the present application sets the first potential portion D1 and the second potential portion D2 in the same layer, reducing the risk of increasing the overall thickness of the display panel due to the first potential portion D1 and the second potential portion D2 being located in different film layers, which helps to reduce the overall thickness of the display panel and helps to achieve a lightweight design.

[0080] In some embodiments, the first potential portion D1 and the second potential portion D2 include the same material.

[0081] The present embodiment does not limit the material composition of the first potential portion D1 and the second potential portion D2. For example, the first potential portion D1 and the second potential portion D2 may comprise metal materials, including but not limited to silver, titanium, and aluminum.

[0082] In the embodiment of the present application, the first potential portion D1 and the second potential portion D2 are made of the same material and are arranged in the same layer. Therefore, the first potential portion D1 and the second potential portion D2 can be formed together in the same manufacturing process, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process of the display panel and improving the manufacturing efficiency of the display panel.

[0083] In some embodiments, the display panel further includes a second electrode 43 disposed on a side of the light emitting structure 21 facing the substrate 10 , and the first potential portion D1 and the second electrode 43 are disposed in the same layer.

[0084] Both the first electrode 42 and the second electrode 43 are used to drive the light-emitting structure 21 to realize light-emitting display. There are multiple second electrodes 43, and the multiple second electrodes 43 are provided in a one-to-one correspondence with the multiple light-emitting structures 21. On this basis, the embodiment of the present application arranges the first potential portion D1, the second potential portion D2, and the second electrode 43 in the same film layer to further reduce the overall thickness of the display panel and achieve a lightweight and thin design of the display panel.

[0085] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the first potential portion D1 and the second electrode 43 include the same material, so that the first electrode 42 and the second electrode 43 can be formed together in the same manufacturing process, thereby improving the manufacturing efficiency of the display panel.

[0086] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 11 , the display panel further includes an encapsulation layer 80 disposed on a side of the first electrode 42 facing away from the substrate 10 . The encapsulation layer 80 covers the first conductive portion 41 .

[0087] The encapsulation layer 80 primarily serves to encapsulate the light-emitting structure 21, reducing the risk of water, oxygen, and other substances invading the light-emitting structure 21 and causing abnormalities in the light-emitting structure 21. Typically, the encapsulation layer 80 covers the first electrode 42 to provide encapsulation and protection for the light-emitting structure 21 beneath the first electrode 42. Furthermore, in this embodiment of the present application, the encapsulation layer 80 is further configured to cover the first conductive portion 41, thereby also providing encapsulation and protection for the first conductive portion 41.

[0088] The present embodiment does not limit the structure and material composition of the encapsulation layer 80. For example, the encapsulation layer 80 may be composed of three stacked film layers, and the encapsulation layer 80 may include two inorganic layers and an organic layer sandwiched between the two inorganic layers.

[0089] In some embodiments, the display panel has a first region and a second region surrounding the first region. The encapsulation layer 80 is at least partially located in the second region and covers the first through hole H1 .

[0090] It can be seen from the above content that the first conductive part 41 can extend to the first through hole H1 and be electrically connected to the first potential part D1 exposed to the first through hole H1. On this basis, the embodiment of the present application sets the packaging layer 80 to be able to cover the first through hole H1 to ensure the packaging reliability at the connection position between the first potential part D1 and the first conductive part 41, and improve the electrical connection reliability between the two.

[0091] In the second aspect, referring to FIG. 12 , an embodiment of the present application provides a display device, comprising the display panel in any of the aforementioned embodiments.
