[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on July 13, 2023, with application number 202321844839.4, and priority to the Chinese patent application entitled “Electronic mechanical braking device and vehicle with separated brake motor and controller”, all contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field
[0002] The present application relates to the field of vehicle technology, and in particular to an electronic mechanical braking device in which a brake motor and a controller are separated, and a vehicle. Background Art
[0003] Electromechanical brakes (EMBs) utilize a motor and mechanical transmission mechanism to actuate the brakes. EMBs offer a simple structure, responsiveness, smooth load transfer, and high transmission efficiency, eliminating the need for hydraulic piping. They can improve vehicle safety, handling, and comfort.
[0004] In existing electromechanical brake systems, the motor, mechanical transmission mechanism, and brake are separate components. Due to a low level of integration, the electromechanical brake system is too large and difficult to arrange within the vehicle. The motor controller is typically mounted on top of the motor, increasing the overall height of the electromechanical brake system.
[0005] Summary of the Invention
[0006] This application provides an electromechanical brake device and a vehicle in which a brake motor and a controller are separated. The electromechanical brake device is relatively small. This application specifically includes the following solutions:
[0007] In a first aspect, the present application provides an electromechanical braking device in which a brake motor and a controller are separated. The electromechanical braking device includes a brake motor, a transmission, and a controller. The controller is used to drive the brake motor to rotate, and the brake motor is used to drive a brake through the transmission to brake a vehicle.
[0008] The transmission and the controller are housed in the same housing, and the housing is fixedly connected to the brake motor;
[0009] The housing includes a partition. The brake motor, the transmission, the partition and the controller are arranged in sequence along the motor shaft direction of the brake motor. The controller is electrically connected to the brake motor through the partition and the transmission.
[0010] The electronic mechanical brake device of this application utilizes a brake motor to drive the transmission to rotate, thereby applying the brake to the vehicle. The brake motor is controlled by a controller, which is located on opposite sides of the transmission. The controller is electrically connected to the brake motor through the transmission. The controller's main structure is typically plate-shaped, and its placement perpendicular to the brake motor's motor axis reduces the controller's bulk within the electronic mechanical brake device, thereby reducing the overall size of the device.
[0011] The electronic mechanical brake device of the present application also forms a sealed protection for the controller through a partition to prevent the lubricating oil in the transmission from directly contacting the controller, thereby ensuring that the controller can reliably control the brake motor.
[0012] In one implementation, the controller includes a circuit board and a transmission element, wherein:
[0013] The circuit board and the partition are arranged in parallel along the motor shaft direction of the brake motor;
[0014] The transmission member passes through the partition plate and the transmission along the motor shaft direction of the brake motor and is electrically connected between the brake motor and the circuit board.
[0015] In this embodiment, the controller circuit board is arranged parallel to the partition, which can reduce the space occupied by the circuit board in the housing. At the same time, the transmission member passes through the partition and the transmission to achieve electrical connection between the circuit board and the brake motor.
[0016] In one implementation, the housing includes a detachable cover plate, and the circuit board and the cover plate are arranged in parallel along the motor shaft direction of the brake motor.
[0017] In one implementation, the circuit board is fixedly connected to the cover plate and is fixed in the housing along with the cover plate.
[0018] In one implementation, the partition is fixedly connected to the cover, and the partition and the circuit board are fixed in the housing together with the cover.
[0019] In the above implementation, the housing cover is positioned near the circuit board, facilitating installation and maintenance of the circuit board. Furthermore, the cover is positioned parallel to the circuit board and the partition, which reduces the size of the housing. Furthermore, the fixed connection between the circuit board and the cover, as well as the fixed connection between the partition, the circuit board, and the cover, facilitates installation of the circuit board within the housing and provides for sealing and protection.
[0020] In one implementation, the partition is made of resin, is injection-molded on the cover, and is at least partially in contact with the circuit board to fix the circuit board.
[0021] In this implementation, the partition is formed on the cover by injection molding, and the injection molding process of the partition also simultaneously fixes the circuit board on the cover, which not only ensures the sealing protection of the circuit board by the partition but also simplifies the assembly process of the circuit board.
[0022] In one implementation, the transmission member includes a conductive copper busbar, and the controller transmits a power signal to the brake motor via the conductive copper busbar, wherein:
[0023] The conductive copper bar extends in a direction parallel to the motor shaft of the brake motor, and an outer surface of the conductive copper bar is coated with an insulating layer.
[0024] In one implementation, the transmission member includes a transmission line, and the controller transmits the control signal to the brake motor through the transmission line, wherein:
[0025] A wire groove is opened inside the housing along the motor shaft direction of the brake motor, and the transmission wire is embedded in the wire groove to pass through the partition and the transmission.
[0026] In this implementation, the controller uses a conductive copper busbar to transmit power signals, ensuring that the transmission power of the transmission element meets the operating requirements of the brake motor. Furthermore, the controller uses a transmission line to transmit control signals, and the transmission line extends through a wire trough inside the housing. This eliminates the volume occupied by the transmission line within the electromechanical brake device while ensuring reliable transmission of the control signal.
[0027] In one implementation, the transmission includes an input shaft that is coaxially driven with a motor shaft, and the electromechanical brake device includes a position sensor for monitoring a rotation angle of the brake motor, the position sensor including a stator and a rotor, wherein:
[0028] The input shaft includes an extension section extending toward the circuit board and passing through the partition plate, and the rotor is coaxially fixed to the extension section;
[0029] The stator is fixed to the circuit board, and the central axis of the stator coincides with the rotation axis of the input shaft.
[0030] In this implementation, because the transmission input shaft and the brake motor shaft are coaxially driven, the transmission input shaft can reflect the motor shaft's rotational speed. Placing the position sensor between the transmission input shaft and the circuit board facilitates its placement. Furthermore, the circuit board can be directly electrically connected to the stator to receive detection signals, eliminating wiring between the position sensor and the circuit board and simplifying the internal wiring of the electromechanical brake device.
[0031] In one implementation, the stator of the position sensor is fixed to a surface of a circuit board close to the transmission, wherein:
[0032] The position sensor is a magnetoresistive sensor, and the rotor and stator of the position sensor are spaced apart along the axial direction of the input shaft; or,
[0033] The position sensor is an eddy current sensor or a photoelectric sensor. The stator of the position sensor is coaxially sleeved on the periphery of the rotor. The outer peripheral surface of the rotor and the inner peripheral surface of the stator are spaced apart along the radial direction of the input shaft.
[0034] In this implementation, the rotor and stator of the magnetoresistive sensor are spaced axially along the input shaft, while the rotor and stator of the eddy-current sensor or photoelectric sensor are spaced radially along the input shaft. Because the circuit board and transmission are relatively fixed, different types of position sensors can be reliably installed and tested.
[0035] In one implementation, the partition is provided with a through hole for allowing the motor shaft to pass through, and the housing of the transmission includes an oil seal, the outer circumference of the oil seal is in contact with the inner circumference of the through hole to seal the through hole, wherein:
[0036] The position sensor is a magnetoresistive sensor, and the oil seal is sleeved on the periphery of the rotor; or,
[0037] The position sensor is an eddy current sensor or a photoelectric sensor, and the oil seal is sleeved on the periphery of the motor shaft.
[0038] In this implementation, an oil seal is set between the input shaft and the partition, or an oil seal is set between the rotor and the partition, which can effectively seal the through hole of the partition, prevent the lubricating oil in the transmission from passing through the through hole and directly contacting the controller, and ensure that the controller can reliably control the brake motor.
[0039] In one implementation, along the axial direction of the motor shaft, the thickness of the stator is greater than the thickness of the circuit board, and the stator is embedded in the positioning hole of the circuit board.
[0040] In this implementation, the stator is embedded in the positioning hole of the circuit board, which can reduce the thickness of the circuit board after the stator is assembled, and reduce the internal space of the housing occupied by the circuit board.
[0041] In one implementation, the motor shaft of the brake motor and the input shaft of the transmission are an integrated structure.
[0042] In one implementation, the electronic mechanical brake device includes a locking mechanism, which is connected to the transmission transmission. The controller is also used to drive the locking motor of the locking mechanism to rotate to lock or release the gear shaft of the transmission and control the transmission transmission.
[0043] In this implementation, the controller is also used to drive the locking motor of the locking mechanism, eliminating the need for a separate controller in the locking mechanism, and further improving the integration of the electronic mechanical brake device.
[0044] In one implementation, along the axial direction of the motor shaft, the locking motor of the locking mechanism and the circuit board are located on the same side of the partition, and the locking mechanism passes through the partition and is transmission-connected to the gear shaft of the transmission.
[0045] In this implementation, the locking motor is arranged on a side of the partition close to the circuit board, and the partition can be used to form a sealing protection for the locking motor to ensure reliable operation of the locking mechanism.
[0046] In a second aspect, the present application provides a vehicle comprising wheels and an electronic mechanical braking device provided by any one of the above-mentioned implementations, wherein the electronic mechanical braking device is used to brake the wheels.
[0047] The vehicle provided in the second aspect of the present application is braked by the electronic mechanical brake device provided in the first aspect of the present application. Since the electronic mechanical brake device provided in the first aspect of the present application is small in size, it saves interior space of the vehicle of the present application. [0068] The present application provides an electromechanical braking device in which a brake motor and controller are separated. The electromechanical braking device includes a brake motor, a transmission, and a controller. The controller is used to drive the brake motor to rotate, and the brake motor is used to brake the vehicle via the transmission. The transmission and controller are housed in the same housing, which is fixedly connected to the brake motor. The housing includes a partition, and the brake motor, transmission, partition, and controller are arranged in sequence along the motor shaft of the brake motor. The controller is electrically connected to the brake motor through the partition and transmission. The electromechanical braking device of the present application is reduced in overall size through the above arrangement.
[0069] Please refer to Figures 1 and 2 together. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the working scene of the vehicle 2000 provided in the embodiment of the present application, and Figure 2 is a planar schematic diagram of the partial structure of the electronic mechanical braking device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application from a side perspective. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the vehicle 2000 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a wheel 1001 and an electronic mechanical braking system 1000. The electronic mechanical braking system 1000 includes an electronic mechanical braking device 100 and a brake 101. The electronic mechanical braking device 100 is fixed to the wheel 1001, and the brake 101 is used to brake the wheel 1001 to brake the vehicle 2000. Among them, the wheel 1001 is used to realize the function of the vehicle 2000 traveling on the ground, and the electronic mechanical braking device 100 is used to brake the wheel 1001 to control and adjust the rotation speed of the wheel 1001, thereby controlling the driving state of the vehicle 2000.
[0070] In the embodiment shown in FIG1 , only one wheel 1001 and one electronic mechanical brake device 100 are used as an example for illustrative description. In actual application scenarios, each wheel 1001 in the vehicle 2000 may be provided with a corresponding electronic mechanical brake device 100 .
[0071] As shown in Figure 2, the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application includes a brake motor 10 and a transmission 20. The brake motor 10 is used to provide driving force to the brake 101, thereby driving the brake 101 to brake the wheel 1001. The transmission 20 is connected between the brake motor 10 and the brake 101. The brake motor 10 drives the brake 101 through the transmission 20 to brake the vehicle 2000.
[0072] Specifically, as shown in FIG2 , the brake motor 10 includes a motor shaft 11. The brake motor 10 is fixed adjacent to the transmission 20 along the axial direction of the motor shaft 11. One end of the motor shaft 11 extends toward the transmission 20 and is in driving connection with the transmission 20. The motor shaft 11 rotates and drives the brake 101 through the transmission 20 to brake the vehicle 2000.
[0073] In other words, the brake motor 10 is arranged adjacent to the transmission 20, and the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 extends into the transmission 20 and is in transmission connection with the transmission 20. When the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 rotates about its own axis, it will drive the transmission 20 to rotate synchronously, thereby achieving the effect of synchronously driving the transmission 20 to rotate.
[0074] The transmission 20 includes an input end 20a and an output end 20b, which are arranged side by side in a direction perpendicular to the motor shaft 11. The input end 20a is drivingly connected to the motor shaft 11 extending from the brake motor 10, and the output end 20b is drivingly connected to the brake 101. When the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 rotates and drives the transmission 20 to rotate, the transmission 20 can drive the brake 101 to operate.
[0075] To facilitate understanding of the braking process of the vehicle 2000 by the electronic mechanical braking device 100 of the present application, the embodiments of the present application specification will first be introduced starting from the brake 101 .
[0076] Please refer to Figures 3 and 4 . Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of the external structure of a brake 101 provided in an embodiment of the present application from a side view, and Figure 4 is a schematic diagram of the cross-sectional structure of the brake 101 provided in the embodiment shown in Figure 3 . As shown in Figures 3 and 4 , the brake 101 includes a brake disc 101a and a friction pad 101b. The brake disc 101a is fixed to a wheel 1001 of a vehicle 2000. During driving, the brake disc 101a can rotate with the wheel 1001.
[0077] There are two friction plates 101 b , which are arranged on opposite sides of the brake disc 101 a along the thickness direction of the brake disc 101 a , and the friction plates 101 b are transmission-connected to the transmission 20 .
[0078] When the brake motor 10 drives the brake 101 through the transmission 20 to brake the vehicle 2000, the transmission 20 drives the two friction plates 101b toward each other (as indicated by the dashed arrows in the figure). The two friction plates 101b contact the opposing end surfaces of the brake disc, generating friction to reduce the rotational speed of the disc. Because the brake disc rotates synchronously with the wheel 1001, the reduction in the brake disc's speed simultaneously reduces the speed of the wheel 1001, thereby braking the wheel 1001 and thereby enabling the electronic mechanical brake device 1000 to brake the vehicle 2000.
[0079] Next, this specification will introduce the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application in conjunction with specific embodiments and drawings.
[0080] Please refer to Figures 5 and 6 . Figure 5 is a schematic diagram of the exploded structure of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 provided in an embodiment of the present application from one side, and Figure 6 is a schematic diagram of the exploded structure of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 provided in the embodiment shown in Figure 5 from another side. As shown in Figures 5 and 6 , the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application includes a housing 30 and a controller 40. The brake motor 10, the transmission 20, and the controller 40 are arranged in sequence along the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10. The housing 30 is located on the side of the brake motor 10 near the transmission 20, and the transmission 20 and the controller 40 are both housed within the housing 30.
[0081] The housing 30 is fixedly connected to the brake motor 10 , and the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 can at least partially extend into the housing 30 so as to be transmission-connected to the transmission 20 and further drive the transmission 20 .
[0082] The controller 40 is electrically connected to the brake motor 10 to drive the brake motor 10 to rotate, thereby causing the brake motor 10 to drive the brake 101 through the transmission 20 to brake the vehicle 2000 .
[0083] It is understood that, in this specification, the phrase "along the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10" refers to the axial direction of the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10, which can be simply referred to as "along the axial direction of the motor shaft 11" in this specification. The housing 30 is used to accommodate the transmission 20 and the controller 40, and provides support and protection for the functional components of the transmission 20 and the controller 40.
[0084] The housing 30 includes a partition 31 fixed in the housing 30 . Along the axial direction of the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 , the transmission 20 and the controller 40 are arranged at intervals and accommodated in the housing 30 , and the partition 31 is arranged at intervals between the transmission 20 and the controller 40 .
[0085] Along the plane direction of the partition plate 31 , the outer edge of the partition plate 31 may match the inner edge of the housing 30 to enhance the effect of the partition plate 31 in separating the transmission 20 and the controller 40 .
[0086] The plane direction of the partition 31 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the motor shaft 11 , so as to divide the inner cavity of the housing 30 for accommodating the transmission 20 and the controller 40 into a first accommodating cavity 30 a and a second accommodating cavity 30 b .
[0087] Specifically, as shown in FIG5 , the first receiving cavity 30 a is closer to the brake motor 10 than the second receiving cavity 30 b , and the transmission 20 is received in the first receiving cavity 30 a .
[0088] An input hole 30c and an output hole 30d are provided on the side of the shell 30 facing the brake motor 10. The input hole 30c and the output hole 30d are arranged at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the motor shaft 11, and the input hole 30c and the output hole 30d both pass through the outer wall of the shell 30 to the first accommodating cavity 30a along the thickness direction of the shell 30.
[0089] The input hole 30c is configured to correspond to the input end 20a of the transmission 20, so that the motor shaft 11 can extend through the input hole 30c into the housing 30 and be transmission-connected to the input end 20a of the transmission 20. The output hole 30d is configured to correspond to the output end 20b of the transmission 20, so that the output end 20b of the transmission 20 can be transmission-connected to the brake 101, so that the transmission 20 can drive the brake 101 to brake the vehicle 2000.
[0090] It can be understood that, along the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft 11, since the input end 20a and the output end 20b of the transmission 20 are arranged side by side, an input hole 30c and an output hole 30d are respectively opened on the shell 30, so that the shell 30 can accommodate the transmission 20 in the first accommodating cavity 30a, and form a supporting and fixing effect on the transmission 20, while being able to meet the requirements of the transmission 20 being connected to the brake motor 10 and the brake 101 respectively, thereby realizing the transmission function of the transmission 20.
[0091] Please refer to Figure 7 in conjunction with Figure 6, which is a schematic diagram of the exploded structure of the housing 30 and the controller 40 of the electromechanical brake device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application from a side perspective. As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the controller 40 is received in the second receiving cavity 30b.
[0092] Specifically, the housing 30 includes a cover plate 32, which is fixed relative to the partition plate 31. Along the axial direction of the motor shaft 11, the cover plate 32 is parallel to and spaced apart from the partition plate 31. The cover plate 32 is located on the side of the partition plate 31 facing away from the transmission 20. This allows the cover plate 32 and the partition plate 31 to enclose and form a second receiving chamber 30b within the housing 30, thereby accommodating the controller 40 within the second receiving chamber 30b and separating it from the transmission 20.
[0093] It can be understood that by arranging the transmission 20 in the first receiving chamber 30a and the controller 40 in the second receiving chamber 30b, the partition 31 can form the effect of separating the transmission 20 and the controller 40, thereby preventing the lubricating oil in the transmission 20 from splashing onto the controller 40 during the operation of the transmission 20, and preventing the lubricating oil from directly contacting the functional elements on the controller 40, thereby causing adverse effects on the working performance of the controller 40 and reducing the service life of the controller 40.
[0094] In other words, by separating the transmission 20 and the controller 40 through the partition 31 , the normal operation of the controller 40 can be ensured and the service life of the controller 40 can be improved.
[0095] In one embodiment, the cover 32 is detachably connected to the housing 30 .
[0096] In this embodiment, the cover plate 32 is detachably connected to the shell 30 so that the cover plate 32 can be removed from the shell 30, so that the side of the shell 30 facing away from the brake motor 10 can be opened, that is, the cavity of the second accommodating cavity 30b is exposed outward, which can facilitate the installation of the controller 40 in the second accommodating cavity 30b, or facilitate operations such as replacing or taking the controller 40, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the controller 40.
[0097] Furthermore, as shown in FIG6 and FIG7 , the controller 40 includes a circuit board 41 and a transmission member 42 (see FIG10 ) that are electrically connected.
[0098] The circuit board 41 may integrate a plurality of electronic components 411, each of which may be electrically connected to each other to enable signal transmission between the electronic components 411. The circuit board 41 is used to drive and control the operating state of the brake motor 10, so that the brake motor 10 can drive the brake 101 through the transmission 20 to brake the vehicle 2000.
[0099] The transmission component 42 is used to realize the electrical connection between the circuit board 41 and the brake motor 10 and other functional structural components of the electronic mechanical brake device 100, and is used to transmit the control signal or power signal emitted by the circuit board 41 so that the circuit board 41 can control the working status of the brake motor 10 or other functional structural components.
[0100] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7 , the circuit board 41 may be a plate-shaped structure. Along the axial direction of the motor shaft 11 , the partition 31 , the circuit board 41 and the cover 32 are arranged parallel to each other, and the circuit board 41 is located between the partition 31 and the cover 32 .
[0101] It can be understood that since a number of electronic components 411 are usually integrated on the circuit board 41, the circuit board 41 is usually a plate-like structure, and the thickness of the circuit board 41 in the direction perpendicular to its own plane is the smallest. Arranging the circuit board 41 in parallel with the partition 31 can make the layout direction of the circuit board 41 fit the internal structure of the shell 30, so as to reduce the space occupied by the circuit board 41 in the shell 30, thereby realizing the miniaturization design of the shell 30 and further reducing the volume of the electronic mechanical braking device 100 of the present application.
[0102] In one embodiment, please refer to Figures 8 and 9 in conjunction with Figure 7. Figure 8 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 provided in the embodiment shown in Figure 7 of the present application, with some of the components removed, from a side perspective. Figure 9 is a schematic diagram of the cross-sectional structure of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 provided in the embodiment shown in Figure 8 of the present application, taken from a side perspective at position AA. As shown in Figures 7-9, the circuit board 41 is fixedly connected to the cover plate 32 and housed within the second receiving cavity 30b formed by the partition plate 31 and the cover plate 32. That is, the circuit board 41 is fixedly mounted on a surface of the cover plate 32 facing the second receiving cavity 30b.
[0103] Specifically, as shown in FIG8 and FIG9 , the circuit board 41 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 412 arranged at intervals, and the plurality of fixing holes 412 all penetrate the circuit board 41 along a direction perpendicular to the plane of the circuit board 41 .
[0104] A fixing member 43 is provided corresponding to each fixing hole 412. Each fixing member 43 extends into a fixing hole 412 and is fixed to the cover plate 32.
[0105] For example, as shown in FIG9 , the fixing member 43 can be, but is not limited to, a screw. A threaded hole 321 is provided on the cover plate 32 corresponding to each fixing member 43 , and each threaded hole extends in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the circuit board 41 . After the fixing member 43 passes through the corresponding fixing hole 412 , it extends into the corresponding threaded hole 321 on the cover plate 32 , thereby securing the fixing member 43 to the cover plate 32 and thereby securing the circuit board 41 to the cover plate 32 .
[0106] It can be understood that since the cover 32 is detachably connected to the shell 30, when the circuit board 41 is fixed on the cover 32, that is, the cover 32 of the shell 30 is set close to the circuit board 41, the installation and maintenance of the circuit board 41 can be facilitated.
[0107] At the same time, by setting the circuit board 41 to be fixed on the side of the cover 32 facing the second receiving cavity 30b, the circuit board 41 can be received in the second receiving cavity 30b, that is, the circuit board 41 is received in the shell 30, so that the shell 30 can form a receiving and protection effect for several electronic components 411 integrated on the circuit board 41, preventing external impurities, dust, etc. from corroding the circuit board 41, affecting the working reliability of the circuit board 41 and reducing the service life of the circuit board 41.
[0108] It should be noted that the embodiments shown in Figures 8 and 9 illustrate only one possible arrangement and number of fixing members 43, but do not limit the number and arrangement of fixing members 43 used in the embodiments of the present application to this example. In other embodiments of the present application, the number of fixing members 43 used to fix the circuit board 41 and the cover plate 32 can be adjusted according to actual design requirements.
[0109] Meanwhile, in the embodiments shown in Figures 8 and 9 , only one possible connection method between the circuit board 41 and the cover plate 32 is used as an example for illustrative purposes, but the method of fixing the circuit board 41 to the cover plate 32 is not limited to this. In other embodiments of the present application, the circuit board 41 may also be fixedly connected to the cover plate 32 by, but is not limited to, riveting, welding, snapping, bonding, or other possible implementation methods, which are not specifically limited in the present application.
[0110] In one embodiment, the partition 31 and the cover plate 32 can be fixedly connected, thereby allowing the partition 31 and the circuit board 41 to be fixed together with the cover plate 32 within the housing 30. In other words, the partition 31 and the circuit board 41 are both accommodated within the housing 30. By providing a fixed connection between the circuit board 41 and the cover plate 32, and by providing a fixed connection between the partition 31, the circuit board 41, and the cover plate 32, the installation of the circuit board 41 within the housing 30 and the sealing protection can be facilitated.
[0111] In one embodiment, the material of the partition 31 may be, but is not limited to, resin.
[0112] In one embodiment, the partition 31 may be formed on the cover plate 32 by, but not limited to, an injection molding process. The partition 31 may at least partially contact the circuit board 41 to fix the circuit board 41 .
[0113] It can be understood that the partition 31 is formed on the cover plate 32 by an injection molding process. The injection molding process of the partition 31 also simultaneously fixes the circuit board 41 on the cover plate 32. While ensuring that the partition 31 seals and protects the circuit board 41, it also simplifies the assembly process of the circuit board 41.
[0114] Further, please refer to Figure 10 , which illustrates a schematic side view of the electromechanical brake device 100 provided in an embodiment of the present application, with portions of the structure removed. As shown in Figure 10 , the transmission member 42 extends along the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 , passes through the partition 31 and the transmission 20 , and is electrically connected between the brake motor 10 and the circuit board 41 .
[0115] That is, one end of the transmission member 42 is electrically connected to the circuit board 41, and the other end of the transmission member 42 first extends from the second receiving cavity 30b through the partition 31 into the first receiving cavity 30a, and then passes through the transmission 20 located in the first receiving cavity 30a and extends out of the shell 30, and extends to be electrically connected to the brake motor 10, thereby forming the effect of electrically connecting the transmission member 42 between the circuit board 41 and the brake motor 10, realizing the function of transmitting the signal applied by the circuit board 41 to the brake motor 10.
[0116] As shown in FIG10 , the transmission member 42 includes a conductive copper bus 421 , which is electrically connected between the controller 40 and the brake motor 10 , so that the controller 40 transmits a power signal to the brake motor 10 through the conductive copper bus 421 , thereby driving the brake motor 10 to work.
[0117] Specifically, the conductive copper bus 421 extends in a direction parallel to the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10, that is, one end of the conductive copper bus 421 is electrically connected to the circuit board 41 accommodated in the second accommodating cavity 30b, and the other end thereof extends away from the circuit board 41, and passes through the partition 31 into the first accommodating cavity 30a, and then extends out of the housing 30 through the transmission 20, so as to form an effect of extending in a direction parallel to the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 to be electrically connected to the brake motor 10.
[0118] It is understandable that due to the characteristics of the conductive copper busbar 421 such as its high rigidity and difficulty in bending, the conductive copper busbar 421 cannot adapt well to the internal structural shape of the shell 30. By arranging the conductive copper busbar 421 to extend in a direction parallel to the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10, and passing through the partition 31 and the transmission 20 in turn and extending out of the shell 30 to be electrically connected to the brake motor 10, the arrangement and installation of the conductive copper busbar 421 can be facilitated, and at the same time, the space of the various functional structural components accommodated in the first accommodating cavity 30a and the second accommodating cavity 30b can be fully utilized, avoiding the need to design a separate space for the arrangement of the conductive copper busbar 421.
[0119] At the same time, the conductive copper bus 421 can carry high-power signal transmission. The controller 40 uses the conductive copper bus 421 to transmit power signals, which can ensure that the transmission power of the transmission component 42 meets the working needs of the brake motor 10, thereby improving the working reliability of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of this application.
[0120] In one embodiment, the outer surface of the conductive copper bus 421 may be coated with an insulating layer (not shown in the figure).
[0121] By coating the outer surface of the conductive copper bus 421 with an insulating layer, it is possible to prevent the conductive copper bus 421 from contacting adjacent conductive objects, which may cause signal crosstalk, short circuit, or other adverse conditions. That is, by insulating the outer surface of the conductive copper bus 421, the signal transmission reliability of the conductive copper bus 421 can be improved, and the safety of the electronic mechanical braking device 100 can be improved.
[0122] Please refer to Figures 11 to 13 in conjunction with Figure 10. Figure 11 is a structural schematic diagram of the electronic mechanical braking device 100 provided in an embodiment of the present application after partially hiding its structure from a side perspective. Figure 12 is a cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of the electronic mechanical braking device 100 provided in the embodiment shown in Figure 10 of the present application from a side perspective. Figure 13 is a decomposed structural schematic diagram of the electronic mechanical braking device 100 provided in the embodiment shown in Figure 10 of the present application from a side perspective.
[0123] The transmission component 42 includes a transmission line 422 , which is electrically connected between the circuit board 41 and the brake motor 10 , for transmitting a control signal to the brake motor 10 to control the brake motor 10 to achieve different working states.
[0124] Specifically, as shown in Figure 10, one end of the transmission line 422 is electrically connected to the circuit board 41, and the end thereof facing away from the circuit board 41 extends from the circuit board 41, first passes through the partition 31 from the second receiving cavity 30b and extends into the first receiving cavity 30a, and then passes through the transmission 20 located in the first receiving cavity 30a and extends out of the housing 30.
[0125] As shown in FIG. 11 , a wire groove 33 is opened inside the housing 30 along the axial direction of the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 , and the transmission wire 422 is embedded in the wire groove 33 to pass through the partition 31 and the transmission 20 .
[0126] The wire groove 33 is opened inside the shell 30. For example, as shown in Figures 11 to 13, the wire groove 33 can be opened on the partition 31, and the wire groove 33 passes through the partition 31 along the plane direction perpendicular to the partition 31, that is, along the axial direction of the motor shaft 11, so that the transmission line 422 passes through the partition 31 when embedded in the wire groove 33.
[0127] Among them, the extension shape of the wire groove 33 inside the shell 30 is the same as the routing direction of the transmission line 422 inside the shell 30, so that the transmission line 422 can be embedded in the wire groove 33 and can be electrically connected between the circuit board 41 and the brake motor 10, transmitting the control signal applied by the circuit board 41 to the brake motor 10.
[0128] It can be understood that by embedding the transmission line 422 arranged inside the shell 30 into the wire groove 33, a holding effect can be formed on the transmission line 422 to ensure the fixing effect of the transmission line 422 inside the shell 30, avoiding the transmission line 422 from loosening, falling off, etc., which may affect the normal operation of other functional structural components inside the electronic mechanical brake device 100, and at the same time can improve the reliability of the signal transmission of the transmission line 422.
[0129] At the same time, the controller 40 uses a transmission line 422 to transmit control signals, and the transmission line 422 extends through the wire groove 33 inside the housing 30, which can save the volume occupied by the transmission line 422 in the electronic mechanical brake device 100 while ensuring reliable transmission of the control signal.
[0130] It should be noted that in the embodiment shown in FIG. 10 of the present application, only one possible embodiment of routing the conductive copper busbar 421 and the transmission line 422 within the housing 30 is used as an example for illustrative purposes, and does not represent the actual layout of the conductive copper busbar 421 and the transmission line 422 within the housing 30. In the embodiment of the present application, the layout of the conductive copper busbar 421 and the transmission line 422 within the housing 30 is adjusted according to actual design requirements.
[0131] For example, in one possible embodiment, when the conductive copper busbar 421 passes through the transmission 20, its extension direction in the transmission 20 needs to avoid functional structural parts in the transmission 20, such as transmission gears and other structures, so that the conductive copper busbar 421 does not affect other functional structural parts inside the transmission 20 or the housing 30 while passing through the transmission 20 to achieve the miniaturization and simplicity of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application, thereby improving the working reliability of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application.
[0132] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 11-13, the controller 40 is also provided with an electrical interface 44, which can be electrically connected to an external power supply (not shown in the figures) so that the external power supply can provide electrical energy for the controller 40 to control the working state of the brake motor 10, and can provide electrical energy for the normal operation of the electronic mechanical braking device 100 of this application.
[0133] Specifically, the electrical interface 44 includes a plurality of conductive members 441 arranged in an interspaced arrangement. One end of the conductive member 441, located within the housing 30, is electrically connected to the electronic components 411 integrated on the circuit board 41. The other end of the conductive member 441 extends out of the housing 30 and is exposed to the outside, enabling electrical connection to an external power source.
[0134] In one embodiment, please refer to FIG14 in conjunction with FIG5 . FIG14 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 provided in the present application embodiment, with some structures hidden from view. As shown in FIG14 , the transmission 20 includes an input shaft 21 , which is coaxial with the motor shaft 11 .
[0135] Specifically, the input shaft 21 is located at the input end 20 a of the transmission 20 , and along the axial direction of the input shaft 21 , one end of the input shaft 21 away from the partition plate 31 extends out of the housing 30 from the input hole 30 c of the housing 30 .
[0136] The brake motor 10 is located on the side of the input shaft 21 away from the partition 31 , and the axis of the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 coincides with the axis of the input shaft 21 , so as to achieve coaxial transmission of the motor shaft 11 and the input shaft 21 .
[0137] It can be understood that when the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 rotates around its own axis, since the input shaft 21 and the motor shaft 11 are coaxially driven, the motor shaft 11 will synchronously drive the input shaft 21 to rotate around its own axis, and then drive the transmission 20 to drive the brake 101 to work.
[0138] Exemplarily, as shown in FIG14 , the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 and the input shaft 21 of the transmission 20 are an integrated structure.
[0139] Specifically, one end of the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 away from the motor rotor of the brake motor 10 extends into the housing 30 from the input hole 30c of the housing 30 and is transmission-connected to the transmission 20 located in the first receiving cavity 30a.
[0140] In this embodiment, the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 extends into the transmission 20 and is transmission-connected to the transmission 20. The motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 can synchronously realize the input shaft function of the transmission 20, and there is no need to separately set up the input shaft 21 of the transmission 20. At the same time, the structural parts used to realize the coaxial transmission connection between the motor shaft 11 and the input shaft 21 can be eliminated, thereby simplifying the internal structure of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 and reducing its volume.
[0141] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG14 , the transmission 20 includes an output shaft 22 , which is transmission-connected to the brake 101 .
[0142] Specifically, the output shaft 22 is located at the output end 20b of the transmission 20, and along the axial direction of the output shaft 22, the end of the output shaft 22 facing away from the partition 31 extends out of the housing 30 from the output hole 30d of the housing 30. The extended part of the output shaft 22 can be transmission-connected to the brake 101 to realize the function of the brake motor 10 driving the brake 101 to brake the vehicle 2000 through the transmission 20, that is, the action input by the input shaft 21 of the transmission 20 can be transmitted out of the transmission 20, thereby realizing the effect of the transmission 20 being transmission-connected between the brake motor 10 and the brake 101.
[0143] In one embodiment, please refer to FIG. 15 in conjunction with FIG. FIG. 15 is an enlarged schematic diagram of the partial structure of the electromechanical brake device 100 provided in the embodiment shown in FIG. 14 of the present application, viewed from a side perspective at position B. As shown in FIG. 14 and FIG. 15 , the electromechanical brake device 100 includes a position sensor 50 , which is used to monitor the rotation angle of the brake motor 10 .
[0144] The position sensor 50 includes a stator 51 and a rotor 52. The input shaft 21 includes an extension 211 that extends toward the circuit board 41 and passes through the partition 31. The rotor 52 is located at the end of the extension 211 and is coaxially fixed to the extension 211. The stator 51 is fixed to the circuit board 41, and the central axis of the stator 51 coincides with the rotational axis of the input shaft 21.
[0145] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 15 , the position sensor 50 may be, but is not limited to, a magnetoresistive sensor. The rotor 52 is sleeved on the extension section 211 and is located on a side of the extension section 211 facing away from the brake motor 10 .
[0146] The stator 51 of the position sensor 50 is fixed to the circuit board 41 and is located on the surface of the circuit board 41 close to the transmission 20. That is, the stator 51 is located on the side of the circuit board 41 away from the cover plate 32. When the input shaft 21 rotates around its own axis, it will synchronously drive the rotor 52 to rotate.
[0147] As will be appreciated, when the input shaft 21 rotates about its own axis and synchronously drives the rotor 52 to rotate, the rotor 52 rotates about the rotation axis of the input shaft 21 relative to the stator 51. The stator 51 is fixed to the circuit board 41 to coordinate with the rotation of the rotor 52 to achieve the monitoring function. In other words, through the coordinated operation between the stator 51 and the rotor 52, the position sensor 50 can monitor the rotation angle of the brake motor 10.
[0148] Because the input shaft 21 of the transmission 20 is coaxially driven with the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10 , the input shaft 21 of the transmission 20 can reflect the rotation speed of the motor shaft 11 .
[0149] At this time, the position sensor 50 is set between the input shaft 21 of the transmission 20 and the circuit board 41, which is conducive to the setting of the position sensor 50, and the circuit board 41 can be directly electrically connected to the stator 51 to receive the detection signal, eliminating the line between the position sensor 50 and the circuit board 41, and simplifying the internal wiring of the electronic mechanical brake device 100.
[0150] It should be noted that in the embodiment shown in FIG15 , only a possible arrangement of the stator 51 and rotor 52 of the position sensor 50 is described as an example when the position sensor 50 is a magnetoresistive sensor. In other embodiments of the present application, the position sensor 50 may also be, but is not limited to, an eddy current sensor or a photoelectric sensor.
[0151] For example, in one possible embodiment, please refer to Figure 16 , which is a schematic cross-sectional view of the brake motor 10 of the electromechanical brake device 100 provided in an embodiment of the present application, viewed from one side. As shown in Figure 16 , when the position sensor 50 is an eddy current sensor or a photoelectric sensor, the stator 51 of the position sensor 50 is coaxially sleeved around the periphery of the rotor 52, with the outer circumference of the rotor 52 spaced from the inner circumference of the stator 51 along the radial direction of the input shaft 21.
[0152] It can be understood that the rotor 52 and the stator 51 of the eddy current sensor or the photoelectric sensor are spaced apart from each other along the radial direction of the input shaft 21, so that different types of position sensors 50 can respectively achieve reliable installation and monitoring functions.
[0153] One embodiment, please continue to refer to Figure 15 . The partition 31 is provided with a through hole 311 that allows the motor shaft 11 to pass through. That is, the extension section 211 of the input shaft 21 of the transmission 20 can pass through the through hole 311. The transmission 20 includes an oil seal 23, the outer circumferential surface 231 of the oil seal 23 being in contact with the inner circumferential surface 312 of the through hole 311 to seal the through hole 311. That is, along the radial direction of the motor shaft 11, the oil seal 23 is disposed between the rotor 52 and the through hole 311 of the partition 31 to form a sealing effect on the through hole 311, further enhancing the separation effect between the first receiving chamber 30a and the second receiving chamber 30b.
[0154] For example, as shown in Figure 15, when the position sensor 50 is a magnetoresistive sensor, since the stator 51 is arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the motor shaft 11 on the side of the extension section 211 away from the brake motor 10, that is, the stator 51 is arranged on the circuit board 41 in the second accommodating cavity 30b, the oil seal 23 is sleeved on the periphery of the rotor 52, that is, along the radial direction of the extension section 211, the rotor 52 and the oil seal 23 are sequentially sleeved on the extension section 211, thereby effectively sealing the through hole 311 of the partition 31.
[0155] For example, when the position sensor 50 is an eddy current sensor or a photoelectric sensor, since the stator 51 is arranged at intervals along the radial direction of the motor shaft 11 on the periphery of the rotor 52, the oil seal 23 is sleeved on the periphery of the motor shaft 11, which can effectively separate the transmission 20 and the position sensor 50.
[0156] It can be understood that setting an oil seal 23 between the input shaft 21 and the partition 31, or setting an oil seal 23 between the rotor 52 and the partition 31, can effectively seal the through hole 311 of the partition 31, preventing the lubricating oil in the transmission 20 from passing through the through hole 311 and directly contacting the controller 40, thereby ensuring that the controller 40 can reliably control the brake motor 10.
[0157] At the same time, corresponding to different types of position sensors 50, an oil seal 23 is set between the motor shaft 11 and the partition 31, or an oil seal 23 is set between the rotor 52 and the partition 31, which can effectively seal the through hole 311 of the partition 31, thereby preventing the lubricating oil in the transmission 20 from directly contacting the position sensor 50, thereby ensuring the monitoring accuracy of the position sensor 50 and improving the service life of the position sensor 50.
[0158] For one embodiment, see Figure 17 , which illustrates a partial schematic diagram of the brake motor 10 of the electromechanical brake device 100 provided in this embodiment of the present application from a side perspective. As shown in Figure 17 , a positioning hole 413 is defined in the circuit board 41 along the axial direction of the motor shaft 11. The positioning hole 413 extends through the thickness of the circuit board 41. The stator 51 is embedded in the positioning hole 413 of the circuit board 41, thereby securing the stator 51 to the circuit board 41.
[0159] At the same time, the position of the positioning hole 413 is set to correspond to the position of the rotor 52, so that the stator 51 embedded in the positioning hole 413 can cooperate with the rotor 52 to achieve the monitoring function of the position sensor 50.
[0160] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG17 , the thickness dimension H1 of the stator 51 along the axial direction of the input shaft 21 is greater than the thickness dimension H2 of the circuit board 41. By embedding the stator 51 within the positioning hole 413 of the circuit board 41, the overall thickness of the circuit board 41 after assembly with the stator 51 can be reduced, while ensuring that the stator 51 can cooperate with the rotor 52 to implement the monitoring function of the position sensor 50. This further improves the integration between the stator 51 and the circuit board 41, and further reduces the space within the housing 30 occupied by the circuit board 41.
[0161] In one embodiment, the electronic mechanical brake device 100 includes a locking mechanism, which is transmission-connected to the transmission 20 . The controller 40 is further configured to drive a locking motor of the locking mechanism to rotate to lock or release a gear shaft of the transmission 20 and control transmission transmission.
[0162] At the same time, the controller 40 is also used to drive the locking motor of the locking mechanism, eliminating the need to separately set the controller 40 in the locking mechanism, thereby further improving the integration of the electronic mechanical brake device 100.
[0163] In one embodiment, the locking motor and circuit board 41 of the locking mechanism are located on the same side of the partition 31 along the axial direction of the motor shaft 11. The locking mechanism passes through the partition 31 and is in transmission connection with the gear shaft of the transmission 20. Positioning the locking motor on the side of the partition 31 near the circuit board 41 allows the partition 31 to provide a sealed protection for the locking motor, ensuring reliable operation of the locking mechanism.
[0164] The motor, mechanical transmission mechanism, and brake in an electromechanical brake system are typically constructed as separate components. This lack of integration results in a large, inconvenient arrangement within the vehicle. The motor controller is typically mounted on top of the motor, increasing the overall height of the electromechanical brake system.
[0165] The present electronic mechanical brake device 100 utilizes a brake motor 10 to drive a transmission 20 to rotate, thereby driving a brake 101 to brake a vehicle 2000. The brake motor 10 is controlled by a controller 40, which is located on opposite sides of the transmission 20. The controller 40 is electrically connected to the brake motor 10 through the transmission 20. The controller 40 is typically plate-shaped and arranged perpendicular to the motor shaft 11 of the brake motor 10. This reduces the size of the controller 40 within the electronic mechanical brake device 100, thereby reducing the overall size of the electronic mechanical brake device 100.
[0166] At the same time, the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application also forms a sealed protection for the controller 40 through the partition 31, avoiding direct contact between the lubricating oil in the transmission 20 and the controller 40, thereby ensuring that the controller 40 can reliably control the brake motor 10.
[0167] Furthermore, the vehicle 2000 provided by the present application is braked by the electronic mechanical brake device 100 provided by the present application. Since the electronic mechanical brake device 100 provided by the present application is small in size, the interior space of the vehicle 2000 provided by the present application is saved.
[0168] That is, the vehicle 2000 provided in the present application uses the electronic mechanical braking device 100 in any of the above embodiments. Therefore, the vehicle 2000 provided in the present application has all possible beneficial effects of the electronic mechanical braking device 100 in any of the above embodiments.
[0169] Obviously, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and variations to this application without departing from the scope of protection of this application.
