Abstract
Description
Side-push installation and unloading mechanism and installation method thereof
[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0002] This application claims priority from the following patent applications:
[0003] (1) A Chinese patent application entitled “A side-push installation and unloading mechanism and its installation method”, filed with the Chinese Patent Office on July 24, 2023, with application number 202310922969.3; Technical Field
[0004] The present invention relates to the technical field of optical modules, and in particular to a side-push type installation and unloading mechanism and an installation method thereof. Background Art
[0005] With the commercialization of new technologies such as cloud computing and big data, as well as national strategic deployments such as new infrastructure and East-West Computing, data center traffic and bandwidth are growing exponentially. Currently, there is a huge demand for optical modules in data centers, and the speed of optical modules is upgrading from 100G to 400G and 800G. In the field of optical transmission technology, the side-push installation and unloading mechanism has always been one of the mainstream mechanisms in optical modules. The side-push installation and unloading mechanism generally includes four parts: module base, module cover, pull ring, and spring. The assembly order is to first install the pull ring in the slide groove of the base, then install the spring between the pull ring and the module base, and then cover the module cover. In the existing side-push installation and unloading mechanism, there are three main ways to assemble the spring:
[0006] The first method, such as in the patent application number CN201310114426.2, as shown in FIG1 , is to open the top of the module base, provide a spring slot for the spring to be placed directly downward, and set the spring in the spring slot.
[0007] The second method, for example, in the patent application number CN201310191907.6, as shown in FIG2 , a slot for accommodating a spring is provided on the side of the module housing, an opening is provided on the side of the slide rod of the pull ring corresponding to the slot, and the spring is squeezed in from the opening.
[0008] The third method, for example, in the patent application number US12629650, as shown in FIG3 , a slot for accommodating a spring is provided on the top surface, bottom surface or both sides of the module housing, and an opening is provided on the top surface or bottom surface of the pull ring corresponding to the slot, and the spring is squeezed in from the opening. When assembling the module, the optoelectronic device must be installed first, and then the pull ring and spring are installed.
[0009] For the three methods mentioned above, the spring of the first method is very easy to jump out during the assembly process, and the spring is also easy to jump out once the module cover is removed during the later maintenance stage of the optical module product; after the spring of the second method is installed, the electromagnetic radiation generated by the optoelectronic components in the optical module is more likely to leak from the side opening of the slide rod, thereby reducing the electromagnetic compatibility of the optical module; the third method is to set a slot for accommodating the spring on the top, bottom or both sides of the module shell, and the top or bottom surface of the pull ring is opened at the corresponding slot, and the spring is squeezed in from the opening. When assembling the module, the optoelectronic device must be installed first, and then the pull ring and spring are installed. When the optical module is repaired and the module cover is removed, the pull ring must be removed first, which has high maintenance costs.
[0010] In view of this, overcoming the defects of the prior art is an urgent problem to be solved in this technical field.

[0062] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention.
[0063] In the description of the present invention, the terms "inside", "outside", "longitudinal", "lateral", "upper", "lower", "top", "bottom", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the accompanying drawings. They are only for the convenience of describing the present invention and do not require that the present invention must be constructed and operated in a specific orientation. Therefore, they should not be understood as limitations on the present invention.
[0064] In addition, the technical features involved in the various embodiments of the present invention described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
[0065] Embodiment 1:
[0066] Embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a side-push installation and unloading mechanism, as shown in FIG4 , comprising a housing seat 1 , a pull ring 2 and an elastic bracket 3 .
[0067] As shown in FIG5-FIG6 , the pull ring 2 includes a pair of sliding plates 21 , and a stop arm 211 is provided on the sliding plate 21 .
[0068] As shown in FIG5 , the pull ring 2 of the embodiment of the present invention includes a pair of sliding plates 21, and a stop arm 211 is provided on the sliding plates 21. It is worth noting that, as shown in FIG5-6 , the direction of the stop arm 211 of the embodiment of the present invention can be set from top to bottom (see FIG5 ) or from bottom to top (see FIG6 ), depending on the actual situation. In a specific application scenario, the pull ring 2 of the embodiment of the present invention includes a pair of sliding plates 21, and the stop arm 211 can be provided on the inner side of one sliding plate 21, but is not limited to being provided on the inner side of each sliding plate 21. Preferably, a stop arm 211 is provided on the inner side of each of the pair of sliding plates 21. In order to achieve better antimagnetic properties, the stop arm 211 and the sliding plate 21 are integrally stamped and formed by a 180° folding process to form the structure shown in FIG5 . However, as an optional implementation scheme of the embodiment of the present invention, the stop arm 211 can also be fixed to the inner surface of the sliding plate 21 by separate welding (preferably laser welding).
[0069] As shown in FIG. 7 , the housing base 1 includes two side plates 11 , and a first accommodating cavity 111 is provided on the side plates 11 .
[0070] The stop arm 211 and the elastic bracket 3 are disposed within the first accommodating cavity 111, with one side of the elastic bracket 3 abutting the stop arm 211, and the other end of the elastic bracket 3 abutting the sidewall of the first accommodating cavity 111. To facilitate the abutment of the other end of the elastic bracket 3 (first transmission arm 31) with the sidewall of the first accommodating cavity 111, a stop wall 1112 (see FIG. 15 ) is provided where the first accommodating cavity 111 and the other end of the elastic bracket 3 (first transmission arm 31) abut against each other. The provision of the stop wall 1112 further stabilizes the connection between the elastic bracket 3 and the first accommodating cavity 111. As shown in FIG. 8-9 , the sliding plate 21 can slide back and forth relative to the two side plates 11; the elastic bracket 3 is disposed within the first accommodating cavity 111, with the stop arm 211 abutting one side of the elastic bracket 3. As the pull ring 2 is unlocked and reset, the stop arm 211 reciprocates within the first accommodating cavity 111.
[0071] As shown in Figures 8-9, a first accommodating cavity 111 is provided on the outer wall of the side plate 11 of the housing base 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. A stop arm 211 is vertically provided on the inner wall of the sliding plate 21 of the pull ring 2. The stop arm 211 slides into the first accommodating cavity 111 to connect the pull ring 2 to the housing base 1. The stop arm 211 then abuts against the stop arm 211 on one side of the elastic bracket 3. As shown in Figure 8, when unlocking the side push installation and unloading mechanism using the pull ring 2, the pull ring 2 is pulled, and the stop arm 211 of the pull ring 2 applies force to the elastic bracket 3, compressing the elastic bracket 3 and thereby unlocking the side push installation and unloading mechanism according to the present invention. When it is necessary to inspect and repair components within the side push installation and unloading mechanism according to the present invention, the pull ring 2 is used to compress the elastic bracket, unlocking the sliding plate 21 of the pull ring 2 from the housing base 1. The compressed elastic bracket 3 is then removed. After the stop arm 211 loses its grip on the elastic bracket 3, the pull ring 2 is removed, thereby separating the pull ring 2, the housing base, and the elastic bracket 3. As shown in FIG9 , during the installation process, the pull ring 2 is first assembled with the housing base 1, and the stop arm is set in the first accommodating cavity 111. Then, the elastic bracket 3 is compressed and slid into the first accommodating cavity 111 so that the elastic bracket 3 abuts the stop arm 211. During the process of the elastic bracket 3 being set in the first accommodating cavity 111, the elastic bracket 3 is reset. The elastic action of the elastic bracket 3 ensures that the elastic bracket 3 always abuts the stop arm 211, thereby ensuring that the pull ring 2 and the housing base 1 are relatively fixed. It is worth noting that to facilitate the installation of the elastic bracket 3, an opening 1113 is provided above the first accommodating cavity of the embodiment of the present invention. When the elastic bracket 3 needs to be installed, the elastic bracket 3 is compressed and then slid into the first accommodating cavity 111 through the opening 1113, thereby achieving the installation of the elastic bracket 3. When the elastic bracket 3 needs to be removed, the pull ring 2 is pulled to compress the elastic bracket 3 and then the elastic bracket 3 is removed from the opening 1113, thereby achieving the removal of the elastic bracket 3.
[0072] The elastic bracket 3 of the present invention will not pop out after being installed in the first accommodating cavity 111, which can effectively avoid the risk of the spring popping out during the assembly process; the sliding plate 21 in the embodiment of the present invention is a closed setting. When the pull ring 2 is connected to the shell seat 1, the inner wall of the sliding plate 21 completely covers the first accommodating cavity 111, so that the partial structure on the pull ring 2 that cooperates with the elastic bracket 3 is in a fully closed state, with good electromagnetic compatibility performance, which can effectively avoid the problem of electromagnetic leakage; in addition, the structure inside the side-push installation and unloading mechanism of the embodiment of the present invention is relatively simple, easy to disassemble and install, and low maintenance cost.
[0073] In order to illustrate the complete solution of the present invention, the specific details of the present invention are explained in detail below. Furthermore, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, the elastic bracket 3 includes a first elastic arm 31 and a second elastic arm 32; the first elastic arm 31 and the second elastic arm 32 constitute a main deformation zone of a preset angle; wherein, the second elastic arm 32 is used to abut the stop arm 211, and the first elastic arm 31 is used to abut one side of the first accommodating cavity 111; when in the unlocked state, the second elastic arm 31 is pushed by the stop arm 211 as the pull ring 2 moves horizontally and moves closer to the first elastic arm 31, thereby reserving the rebound force required for the pull ring 2 to reset.
[0074] As shown in Figures 10 and 11, the elastic bracket 3 includes a first elastic arm 31 and a second elastic arm 32; a main deformation zone with a preset angle is formed between the first elastic arm 31 and the second elastic arm 32. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the preset angle formed between the first elastic arm 31 and the second elastic arm 32 is set according to actual conditions. The preset angle in the embodiment of the present invention (see angle α in Figure 11) is the natural angle at which the first elastic arm 31 and the second elastic arm 32 are connected. When force is applied to the first elastic arm 31 and the second elastic arm 32, the preset angle of the main deformation zone between the first elastic arm 31 and the second elastic arm 32 changes, thereby changing the distance between the first elastic arm 31 and the second elastic arm 32. After the elastic bracket 3 of the embodiment of the present invention is arranged in the first accommodating cavity 111, the elastic bracket 3 is in a compressed state (at this time, the angle between the first elastic arm 31 and the second elastic arm 32 of the elastic bracket 3 is less than angle α), thereby ensuring that the pull ring 2 is relatively fixed to the shell base 1 through the elastic action of the elastic bracket 3.
[0075] As shown in FIG. 10 to FIG. 12 , an arc-shaped abutting surface (not marked in FIG. 10 to FIG. 12 ) is formed on one end of the second elastic arm 32 that slides relative to the first accommodating cavity 111 .
[0076] As shown in Figures 10 to 12, after the elastic bracket 3 is installed in the first accommodating cavity 111, the second elastic arm 32 abuts against the stop arm 211 on the pull ring 2. Through the arc-shaped abutting surface set on the second elastic arm 32, the pull ring 2 can better abut against the second elastic arm 32 through the stop arm 211, and then the elastic bracket 3 can be more easily compressed by the stop arm 211 to avoid damage to the elastic bracket 3. The first elastic arm 31 and the second elastic arm 32 are respectively provided with a first elastic arm 31 and a second elastic arm 32. When the elastic bracket 3 is installed in the first accommodating cavity 111, the first elastic arm 31 always abuts against the side wall of the first accommodating cavity 111. During the process of axial compression or resetting of the elastic bracket 3 along the shell seat 1, it can be considered that the first elastic arm 31 is always in a relatively stationary state with the side wall of the first accommodating cavity 111. Therefore, according to actual conditions, the embodiment of the present invention can set the first elastic arm 31 to be the same as the second elastic arm 32, and make one end of the first elastic arm 31 into an arc-shaped abutting surface (see Figures 10-11, not marked in the figures) so that the first elastic arm 31 can better abut against the side wall of the first accommodating cavity 111; the first elastic arm 31 can also be left unprocessed. When the elastic bracket 3 is installed in the first accommodating cavity 111, it is only necessary to ensure that the first elastic arm 31 and the side wall of the first accommodating cavity 111 can always maintain a relatively stationary state (see Figure 12).
[0077] As shown in Figures 5 and 7, the stop arm 211 includes a connecting arm 2111 and a stop protrusion 2112, wherein the stop arm 211 and the sliding plate 21 are stamped as one piece, and are made into the connecting arm 2111 through a 180° folding process, and the end of the connecting arm 2111 is folded inward to form the stop protrusion 2112. The first accommodating cavity 111 also includes a supporting platform 1111, and the supporting platform 1111 is used to support the connecting arm 2111. The gap formed between the supporting platform 1111 and the first accommodating cavity 111 is used to accommodate the stop protrusion 2112.
[0078] As shown in Figures 5 and 7, the stop arm 211 of the embodiment of the present invention includes a connecting arm 2111 and a stop protrusion 2112. A supporting platform 1111 is also provided in the first accommodating cavity. When the pull ring 2 slides into the first accommodating cavity 111 through the stop arm 211, the connecting arm 2111 is placed on the supporting platform 1111. During the compression and reset process of the elastic bracket 3, the supporting platform 1111 always remains stationary, and the connecting arm 2111 moves displacedly relative to the supporting platform 1111. It is worth noting that, in addition to setting the stop arm 211 in the manner as shown in Figure 5 (the direction of the stop arm 211 can be set from top to bottom), the stop arm 211 can also be set in the manner as shown in Figure 6 (the direction of the stop arm 211 can be set from bottom to top). The specific setting is made according to the actual situation, and can be but not limited to an integrated stamping method, and the connecting arm 2111 is made through a 180° folding process, and the end of the connecting arm 2111 is folded inward to form the stop protrusion 2112. Since it has been explained above, it will not be repeated here.
[0079] As shown in Figure 13, the elastic bracket 3 includes a first elastic arm 31 and a second elastic arm 32; when a main deformation zone of a preset angle is formed between the first elastic arm 31 and the second elastic arm 32, during the unlocking process, the first transmission arm 31 arches toward one side of the first accommodating cavity 111 (see Figure 13), and the second elastic arm 32 arches toward one side of the supporting platform (see Figure 13); wherein, the remaining main body area after removing the supporting platform in the first accommodating cavity 111 constitutes the deformation and recovery space area of the elastic bracket 3.
[0080] As shown in Figures 10 and 14, the elastic bracket 3 in the embodiment of the present invention is formed by bending a metal spring; or, the elastic bracket 3 is formed by bending a cylindrical metal wire. As shown in Figure 10, the elastic bracket 3 in the embodiment of the present invention can be formed by bending a metal spring; as shown in Figure 14, the elastic bracket 3 in the embodiment of the present invention can also be formed by bending a circular metal wire. In a specific application scenario, the width of the metal spring or the diameter of the cylindrical metal wire in the embodiment of the present invention is adapted to the depth of the first accommodating cavity 111; wherein, the depth of the first accommodating cavity 111 is the distance from the bottom surface of the first accommodating cavity 111 to the outer surface of the side panel 11.
[0081] As shown in Figure 15, the inner side wall of the first accommodating cavity 111 is provided with a second accommodating cavity 112 extending axially along the shell base 1, and the stop arm 211 is accommodated in the second accommodating cavity 112. The second accommodating cavity 112 of the embodiment of the present invention can actually be considered as a part of the first accommodating cavity 111. In order to distinguish the setting positions of the connecting arm 2111, the stop protrusion 2112 and the elastic bracket 3, the embodiment of the present invention artificially divides a small area of the first accommodating cavity 111 as the second accommodating cavity 112; it can be understood that after the connecting arm 2111, the stop arm 211, and the elastic bracket 3 are arranged in the first accommodating cavity 111, the space occupied by the connecting arm 2111 and the stop arm 211 in the first accommodating cavity 111 is the second accommodating cavity 112.
[0082] Next, other structures of the side-push installation and unloading mechanism of the embodiment of the present invention are described. As shown in Figures 15 and 16, the shell base 1 of the embodiment of the present invention also includes a bottom plate 12, and the two sides of the bottom plate 12 are respectively connected to one side of the side plate 11 to form a third accommodating cavity 13 for carrying the optoelectronic component 5. The optoelectronic component 5 of the embodiment of the present invention is arranged in the third accommodating cavity 13. By snapping the shell cover 4, the optoelectronic component 5 is encapsulated in the third accommodating cavity 13. The assembly between the optoelectronic component 5 and other components in the installation and unloading mechanism (for example, the shell cover 4, the shell base 1, the pull ring 2 and the elastic bracket 3) is relatively independent, easy to disassemble and assemble, and low maintenance cost. In order to clamp the optoelectronic component 5 in the third accommodating cavity 13, the shell cover 4 of the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a fourth accommodating cavity 43. When the shell cover 4 is snapped on the shell base 1, the fourth accommodating cavity 43 just matches the third accommodating cavity 13, so that the optoelectronic component 5 can be arranged between the third accommodating cavity 13 and the fourth accommodating cavity 43.
[0083] In order to achieve the connection between the pull ring 2, the shell cover 4 and the shell base 1 in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figures 17 and 18, a first long groove 113 and a first limiting groove 114 are provided in the middle portion of the outer wall of the side plate 11 in the embodiment of the present invention along the axial direction of the shell base 1. One end of the first long groove 113 is connected to the first accommodating cavity 111, and the other end of the first long groove 113 is provided with a first limiting groove 114;
[0084] A first limiting protrusion 212 is provided at the tail of the sliding plate 21 . The first limiting protrusion 212 matches the first limiting groove 114 . The first limiting protrusion 212 is disposed in the first limiting groove 114 of the housing base 1 .
[0085] In addition, the side-push installation and unloading mechanism of the embodiment of the present invention further includes a shell cover 4, wherein a second long groove 41 and a second limiting groove 42 are provided on the side of the shell cover 4; a second limiting groove 42 is provided at one end of the second long groove 41. The first long groove 113 matches the second long groove 41; a second limiting protrusion 213 is provided at the rear end of the sliding plate 21 in the opposite direction of the first limiting protrusion 212, and the second limiting protrusion 213 is disposed in the second limiting groove 42 of the shell cover 4. The end surface of the sliding plate 21 abuts against the step 1141 and the side wall of the first limiting groove 114 respectively, and the inner wall of the sliding plate 21 fits against the inner wall of the first long groove 113 and the second long groove 41, so as to facilitate clamping the pull ring 2 between the shell cover 4 and the shell base 1.
[0086] As shown in Figures 17 and 18, a first long groove 113 is provided on the shell base 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, and a second long groove 41 is provided on the shell cover 4. The first long groove 113 matches the second long groove 41. When the shell cover 4 and the shell base 1 are assembled, the first long groove 113 and the second long groove 41 are connected to form a complete groove (see Figures 17 and 18), wherein the first long groove 113 is located on the shell base 1, and the second long groove 41 is located on the shell cover 4. When the pull ring 2, the shell cover 4 and the shell base 1 are connected, the inner wall of the sliding plate 21 of the pull ring 2 can just be set in the complete groove formed by the first long groove 113 and the second long groove 41. A first limiting groove 114 is provided on the shell base 1, and a second limiting groove 42 is provided on the shell cover 4. The first limiting groove 114 matches the second limiting groove 42. When the pull ring 2, the shell cover 4 and the shell base 1 are connected, the first limiting protrusion 212 at the tail of the sliding plate 21 can just be inserted into the first limiting groove 114, and the second limiting protrusion 213 can just be inserted into the second limiting groove 42. Then, the stop arm 211 on the pull ring 2 is fixed by the elastic bracket 3, and through the elastic action of the elastic bracket 3, the end of the sliding plate 21 is abutted against the side walls of the corresponding first limiting groove 114 and the second limiting groove 42, thereby connecting the pull ring 2, the shell base 1 and the shell cover 4. In addition, in order to facilitate unlocking, the length of the first limiting groove 114 of the embodiment of the present invention is longer than the first limiting protrusion 212, and the length of the second limiting groove 42 is longer than the second limiting protrusion 213, as shown in Figure 8, where the arrow indicates the direction of force applied to the pull ring 2. When unlocking and disassembling is required, the elastic bracket 3 is further compressed by pulling the pull ring 2, and the first limiting protrusion 212 on the sliding plate 21 moves along the first limiting groove 114, and the second limiting protrusion 213 moves along the second limiting groove 42, so that The end of the sliding plate 21 does not abut against the side walls of the corresponding first limiting groove 114 and the second limiting groove 42. At this time, the shell cover 4 will not be subjected to the abutting force of the pull ring 2, and the shell cover 4 can be easily disassembled. After the shell cover 4 is disassembled, the elastic bracket 3 is compressed to the point where it can be removed from the opening 1113 of the first accommodating cavity 111. The elastic bracket 3 is removed, and finally the stop arm 211 on the pull ring 2 is slid out of the opening 1113 of the first accommodating cavity 111, thus completing the disassembly between the pull ring 2, the shell cover 4, and the shell base 1. It is worth noting that the lengths of the first limiting groove 114, the second limiting groove 42, the first limiting protrusion 212, and the second limiting protrusion 213 in the embodiment of the present invention are set according to actual conditions. It is worth noting that the first limiting groove 114 and the second limiting groove 42 of the embodiment of the present invention are actually extended in the vertical direction, that is, grooves are cut along the vertical direction on the side wall of the side plate 11 of the shell base 1, so that the first limiting protrusion 212 can be inserted into the first limiting groove 114, and the second limiting protrusion 213 can be inserted into the second limiting groove 42.
[0087] In order to better limit the sliding plate 21, as shown in Figure 9, an unlocking protrusion 214 is provided on the first limiting protrusion 212 of the embodiment of the present invention, and a step 1141 is provided in the first limiting groove 114. The unlocking protrusion 214 is provided on the step 1141, and the end face of the sliding plate 21 is respectively abutted against the step 1141 and the side wall of the first limiting groove 114, so as to facilitate limiting the sliding plate 21. During the actual installation process of the pull ring 2, two stop surfaces 215 are provided at the end of the sliding plate 21 (see Figure 18). The two stop surfaces 215 are symmetrically arranged with the unlocking protrusion 214 as the center. The stop surface 215 located at the bottom abuts against the side of the step 1141, and the stop surface 215 located at the top abuts against the locking surface 44 provided on the second long groove 41 of the shell cover 4 (see Figures 17-18, the locking surface 44 is actually the side wall of the second long groove 41). The pull ring 2 is installed on the shell base 1 through the limiting effect of the stop surface 215. In addition, when unlocking, use your fingers to press the unlocking protrusions 214 on both sides (the unlocking protrusions 214 on both sides are symmetrically arranged, see Figure 18), and then apply force to the pull ring in the opposite direction of installation (see the arrows in Figure 8 or Figure 13, the direction of the arrows is the direction of force for unlocking), thereby achieving unlocking; in order to facilitate unlocking, the embodiment of the present invention preferably provides a texture on the unlocking protrusion 214 to increase friction (see Figure 18, not marked in Figure 18).
[0088] As shown in Figure 19, one end of the first transmission arm 31 and one end of the second transmission arm 32 on the elastic bracket 3 of the embodiment of the present invention are elastically connected at a preset angle. When the other ends of the first transmission arm 31 and the second transmission arm 32 are relatively sharp, long-term pulling of the pull ring 2 will cause the other ends of the first transmission arm 31 and the second transmission arm 32 to wear, thereby shortening the life of the elastic bracket 3. To this end, the first transmission arm 31 of the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a first curling edge 33, and the second transmission arm 32 is provided with a second curling edge 34. The sidewalls of the first curling edge 33 abut against the stop arm 211, and the sidewalls of the first curling edge 33 abut against the sidewalls of the first accommodating cavity 111. The end of the elastic bracket 3 is configured in an arc shape, which reduces the friction force experienced by the elastic bracket 3 of the embodiment of the present invention during compression, thereby extending the life of the elastic bracket 3. In addition, in order to extend the service life of the elastic bracket 3, a smooth inflection point 35 (see Figure 19) is provided at the connection between the first transmission arm 31 and the second transmission arm 32 of the embodiment of the present invention. Through the inflection point 35, the connection between the first transmission arm 31 and the second transmission arm 32 is smoother.
[0089] To better prevent electromagnetic leakage generated by the optoelectronic assembly 5 installed within the side-push installation and unloading mechanism of the present invention, as shown in FIG20 , a metal shielding cage 6 is included. The metal shielding cage 6 is sleeved onto the first accommodating cavity 111 of the installation and unloading mechanism to reduce electromagnetic radiation. By providing the metal shielding cage 6 and utilizing its electromagnetic effect, the present invention can effectively reduce the problem of electromagnetic leakage. Furthermore, to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the side-push installation and unloading mechanism of the present invention, a handle 22 (see FIG5 and FIG6 ) is provided on the pull ring 2 of the present invention to facilitate applying force to the pull ring 2. When assembly is required, the stop arm 211 slides into the first accommodating cavity 111, and then the handle 22 on the pull ring 2 is pushed, causing the stop arm 211 to abut against the second accommodating cavity 112. The elastic bracket 3 is then installed in the first accommodating cavity 111. When unlocking is required, the pull ring 2 is pulled to unlock. The entire assembly and unlocking process has been described above and will not be repeated here.
[0090] The elastic bracket 3 of the present invention will not pop out after being installed in the first accommodating cavity 111, which can effectively avoid the risk of the spring popping out during the assembly process; the sliding plate 21 in the embodiment of the present invention is a closed setting.
[0091] Example 2:
[0092] Compared with the second embodiment of the present invention, the embodiment of the present invention further proposes an installation method of a side-push type installation and unloading mechanism, as shown in FIG21 , comprising:
[0093] Step 201 : Slide the stop arm 211 into the first accommodating cavity 111 from the opening 1113 of the first accommodating cavity 111 .
[0094] During the assembly process of the embodiment of the present invention, the pull ring 2 and the housing base 1 are first assembled, and the stop arm 211 on the sliding plate 21 is slid into the first accommodating cavity 111 along the vertical opening 1113 of the first accommodating cavity 111 .
[0095] Step 202 : Push the pull ring 2 along the axial direction of the housing base 1 so that the stop arm 211 abuts against the side wall of the first accommodating cavity 111 .
[0096] When the stop arm 211 slides into the first accommodating cavity 111, the handle 22 on the pull ring 2 is pushed, so that the stop arm 211 abuts against the side wall of the second accommodating cavity 112. At this time, the connecting arm 2111 on the stop arm 211 is just placed on the supporting platform 1111, and the stop protrusion 2112 on the stop arm 211 abuts against the side wall of the elastic bracket 3, thereby clamping the pull ring 2 on the shell seat.
[0097] Step 203 : squeeze the elastic bracket 3 inward until the distance between the two ends of the elastic bracket 3 is smaller than the opening of the first accommodating cavity 111 , and then insert the elastic bracket 3 into the first accommodating cavity 111 .
[0098] As shown in Figures 22 and 23, it is a state change process diagram of the assembly process of the elastic bracket 3. When the connection between the pull ring 2 and the shell seat 1 is completed, the elastic bracket 3 is compressed so that the elastic bracket 3 can be smoothly inserted into the first accommodating cavity 111 from the vertical opening 1113 of the first accommodating cavity 111. After the elastic bracket 3 is inserted into the corresponding position of the first accommodating cavity 111, the elastic bracket 3 loses the compression force. At this time, the elastic bracket 3 rebounds, so that the other end of the first elastic arm 31 of the elastic bracket 3 abuts against the stop arm 211, and the other end of the second elastic arm 32 abuts against the side wall of the first accommodating cavity 111, thereby realizing the connection between the pull ring 2 and the shell seat 1.
[0099] The side-push installation and unloading mechanism of the embodiment of the present invention further includes a housing cover 4, an optoelectronic assembly 5, and a metal shielding cage 6. Therefore, the embodiment of the present invention further includes the installation of the housing cover 4, the optoelectronic assembly 5, and the metal shielding cage 6, as shown in FIG24, specifically including:
[0100] Step 301 : placing the optoelectronic component in the third accommodating cavity 13 of the housing 1 .
[0101] The optoelectronic component 5 of the embodiment of the present invention is arranged in the third accommodating cavity 13 of the shell base 1. During the assembly of the optoelectronic component 5, the pull ring 2 is first installed on the shell base 1, and then the optoelectronic component 5 is installed in the third accommodating cavity 13 on the shell base 1. Finally, the shell cover 4 is connected to the shell base 1 to fix the optoelectronic component 5 in the third accommodating cavity 13.
[0102] Step 302: Place the shell cover 4 on the shell base 1, insert the first limiting protrusion 212 at the tail of the sliding plate 21 into the first limiting groove 114 of the shell cover 4, and abut the second limiting protrusion 213 at the tail of the sliding plate 21 against the step 1141 to complete the installation of the shell cover 4.
[0103] In the embodiment of the present invention, the shell cover 4 is connected to the shell base 1 through the pull ring 2. After the pull ring 2 is connected to the shell base 1, the first limiting protrusion 212 at the tail of the sliding plate 21 is inserted into the first limiting groove 114 of the shell cover 4, and the shell cover 4 is connected to the shell base 1 through the action of the pull ring 2.
[0104] Step 303: After the shell cover 4 is installed, the metal shielding cage 6 is sleeved on the outermost portion to complete the installation of the installation and unloading mechanism.
[0105] After the housing cover 4, pull ring 2, elastic bracket 3, optoelectronic assembly 5, and housing base 1 are assembled, the mounting and unloading mechanism is installed by fitting a metal shielding cage 6 onto the outermost portion. The optoelectronic assembly 5 generates electromagnetic signals during operation, and the metal shielding cage 6 provides an electromagnetic shielding effect, further reducing electromagnetic signal leakage. The foregoing description is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the invention. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of protection of the present invention.
