Air suspension system and vehicle

[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on August 7, 2023, with application number 202310996395.4, and priority to the Chinese patent application entitled "Air Suspension System and Vehicle", all contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0002] The present application relates to the field of suspension technology, and in particular to an air suspension system and a vehicle. Background Art

[0003] As people pursue a more refined driving experience, they are placing higher demands on the safety and comfort of their vehicles. In recent years, vehicles have increasingly adopted intelligent electronically controlled components, such as electronic air suspension (EAS) systems. EAS systems adjust vehicle height based on the driver's preferences, improving ride comfort and handling stability. However, while existing EAS systems offer basic height adjustment capabilities, they lack the ability to synchronize the vehicle's front and rear axle heights, negatively impacting comfort and safety.

[0004] Summary of the Invention

[0005] The embodiments of the present application provide an air suspension system and a vehicle that can simultaneously increase the vehicle height of the front and rear axles.

[0006] In the first aspect, the present application provides an air suspension system, which is applied to a vehicle. The air suspension system includes a first air spring, a second air spring and an air storage component. The first air spring is used to adjust the vehicle body height of the front axle of the vehicle, and the second air spring is used to adjust the vehicle body height of the rear axle of the vehicle. The air suspension system also includes: a first solenoid switch valve, connected to the first air spring; a second solenoid switch valve, connected to the second air spring; a third solenoid switch valve, connected between the first solenoid switch valve and the air storage component; a fourth solenoid switch valve, connected between the second solenoid switch valve and the air storage component; the first solenoid switch valve, the second solenoid switch valve, the third solenoid switch valve, and the fourth solenoid switch valve can all be powered on and opened or powered off and closed. When the first solenoid switch valve, the second solenoid switch valve, the third solenoid switch valve, and the fourth solenoid switch valve are all powered on and opened, the first solenoid switch valve, the third solenoid switch valve, and the air storage component form a first air path, and the second solenoid switch valve, the fourth solenoid switch valve, and the air storage component form a second air path. The air storage component inflates the first air spring through the first air path, and the air storage component inflates the second air spring through the second air path.

[0007] The first air spring and the second air spring are inflated through different air paths respectively. The inflation of the first air spring by the air storage component and the inflation of the second air spring by the air storage component will not affect each other. Even if the pressures in the first air spring and the second air spring are different, the one with higher pressure in the first air spring and the second air spring will not be inflated into the one with lower pressure, thereby achieving the synchronous raising of the vehicle body height of the front and rear axles, reducing the possibility of the vehicle body lowering problem when the front and rear axles of the vehicle are synchronously raised in height, and helping to improve the comfort and safety of the vehicle.

[0008] In addition, since the first air spring and the second air spring are inflated through different air circuits respectively, there is no need to alternately inflate the first air spring and the second air spring to alternately raise the vehicle body height of the front and rear axles, which is beneficial to improving the inflation efficiency and body lifting efficiency of the air suspension system.

[0009] According to the first aspect, in a possible implementation of the present application, the air suspension system also includes an exhaust unit and a fifth solenoid switch valve, the fifth solenoid switch valve is connected between the first solenoid switch valve and the second solenoid switch valve, and the fifth solenoid switch valve is powered on and opened or powered off and closed.

[0010] By introducing an electromagnetic control valve between the first electromagnetic valve of the front axle and the second electromagnetic valve of the rear axle, the reliability and availability of the entire air suspension system are achieved.

[0011] The fifth solenoid valve is de-energized and closed during the simultaneous raising of the vehicle's front and rear axles, decoupling the first and second solenoid valves. This allows the first and second air springs to be inflated through separate air paths without interfering with each other. When at least one of the second and second air springs on the rear axle is deflated, the fifth solenoid valve is energized and opened, facilitating the deflation of both air springs.

[0012] According to the first aspect, in a possible implementation of the present application, when the third solenoid switch valve fails, the fifth solenoid switch valve is energized and opened, and the air storage component, the fourth solenoid switch valve, the fifth solenoid switch valve, and the first solenoid switch can form a passage to inflate the first air spring, and the second solenoid switch, the fifth solenoid switch valve, and the exhaust unit can form a passage for exhausting the second air spring.

[0013] When the third solenoid switch valve fails, it is powered on and opened, and the air storage component, the fourth solenoid switch valve, the fifth solenoid switch valve, and the first solenoid switch can form a passage, allowing the air suspension system to work normally, thereby improving the availability of the air suspension system when a component fails.

[0014] According to the first aspect, in a possible implementation of the present application, when the fourth solenoid switch valve fails, the fifth solenoid switch valve and the first solenoid switch valve are both powered on and opened, and the fourth solenoid switch valve, the fifth solenoid switch valve, and the first solenoid switch valve are all connected to the air storage component to inflate the first air spring.

[0015] When the fourth solenoid switch valve fails, it is powered on and opened, and the air storage component, the third solenoid switch valve, the fifth solenoid switch valve, and the second solenoid switch can form a passage to inflate the second air spring, so that the air suspension system can work normally, thereby improving the availability of the air suspension system when a component fails.

[0016] According to the first aspect, in a possible implementation of the present application, the gas storage component includes a first gas tank and a second gas tank, the third solenoid switch valve is connected between the first gas tank and the first solenoid switch valve, and the fourth solenoid switch valve is connected between the second gas tank and the second solenoid switch valve.

[0017] The air storage component includes a first air storage tank and a second air storage tank, which is beneficial to increasing the air storage capacity, improving the inflation efficiency of the air suspension system, and also beneficial to improving the layout flexibility of the air suspension system on the vehicle.

[0018] According to the first aspect, in a possible implementation of the present application, when the first air tank fails, the fifth solenoid switch valve, the fourth solenoid switch valve and the first solenoid switch valve are all powered on and opened, and when the third solenoid switch valve is powered off and closed, the fourth solenoid switch valve, the fifth solenoid switch valve and the first solenoid switch valve are connected to the second air tank to inflate the first air spring.

[0019] When the first gas storage tank fails, both the first gas-filled spring and the second gas-filled spring can be inflated by the second gas storage tank.

[0020] According to the first aspect, in a possible implementation of the present application, in the event that the second air tank fails, the fourth solenoid switch valve is powered off and closed, the third solenoid switch valve and the fifth solenoid switch valve are powered on and opened, and the third solenoid switch valve, the fifth solenoid switch valve, and the second solenoid switch valve are connected to the first air tank to inflate the second air spring.

[0021] According to the first aspect, in a possible implementation of the present application, the gas storage component includes a first output end and a second output end, the first output end is connected to the third electromagnetic switch valve, and the second output end is connected to the fourth electromagnetic switch valve.

[0022] The first output end is connected to the third electromagnetic switch valve, and the second output end is connected to the fourth electromagnetic switch valve, that is, air storage and inflation are performed through the same air storage component, which is beneficial to reducing the number of components of the air suspension system and simplifying the structure of the air suspension system.

[0023] According to the first aspect, in a possible implementation of the present application, the number of first air springs is at least two, the number of first solenoid switch valves corresponds one-to-one to the number of first air springs, and the number of second air springs is at least two, the number of second solenoid switch valves corresponds one-to-one to the number of second air springs.

[0024] By setting the number of first air springs and the number of second air springs to adapt to different vehicle types, the application range of the air suspension system is improved.

[0025] According to the first aspect, in a possible implementation of the present application, the air suspension system further includes a first pressure sensor, which is connected to the air storage component and is used to detect the gas pressure in the air storage component.

[0026] In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application further provides a vehicle comprising the air suspension system according to the first aspect.

[0027] Since the first air spring and the second air spring in the air suspension system can be inflated at the same time, the vehicle height of the front and rear axles of the vehicle can be raised synchronously, which is beneficial to improving the comfort and safety of the vehicle. [0030] FIG3 is a connection diagram of a suspension system of a vehicle in one embodiment of the present application;

[0031] FIG4 is a schematic structural diagram of an air suspension system provided in another embodiment of the present application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0032] Please refer to Figure 1, which shows a schematic diagram of the structure of a common air suspension system. The air suspension system includes an air supply unit, multiple solenoid switches, and multiple air springs. The multiple solenoid switch valves are designated as solenoid switch valve 9a0, solenoid switch valve 9b0, solenoid switch valve 9c0, and solenoid switch valve 9d0. The solenoid switch valves are controlled by electrical signals to open and close the air circuit. They are normally closed valves, meaning they close when de-energized and open when energized, and are used to maintain the height of the air springs. The multiple air springs are designated as the left front air spring 10a0, installed on the left front wheel of the vehicle; the right front air spring 10b0, installed on the right front wheel of the vehicle; the left rear air spring 10c0, installed on the left rear wheel of the vehicle; and the right rear air spring 10d0, installed on the right rear wheel of the vehicle. The air springs are installed between the vehicle body and the tires to support the vehicle. Inflating the air springs raises the vehicle body; releasing the air springs lowers the vehicle body. When the vehicle is adjusting its height, the controller mainly controls multiple electromagnetic switch valves according to sensor signals to realize the inflation or exhaust of the air springs, thereby achieving the adjustment of the vehicle's height.

[0033] However, if solenoid valves 9a0, 9b0, 9c0, and 9d0 are opened simultaneously, air flow from the high-pressure axis to the low-pressure axis can occur. This means that the high-pressure air spring will inflate the low-pressure air spring, causing the vehicle to lower unexpectedly. Furthermore, since the front and rear axles cannot be raised simultaneously but must be raised alternately, the raising process takes longer and causes noticeable vehicle pitch, impacting ride comfort and safety. For example, during static raising, the vehicle pitch degrades ride comfort; during dynamic raising, the vehicle pitch also degrades ride comfort and safety.

[0034] Based on this, the present application provides a vehicle and its air suspension system. Figure 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle in one embodiment of the present application, and Figure 3 is a schematic connection diagram of a suspension system of a vehicle in one embodiment of the present application. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the vehicle provided in the present application includes a vehicle body 400, an axle 300, wheels 200, and an air suspension system 100. The wheels 200 are mounted on the axle 300, and the air suspension system 100 is mounted between the axle 300 and the vehicle body 400.

[0035] In some embodiments of the present application, the axle 300 includes a front axle and a rear axle, the vehicle is a four-wheeled vehicle, and the wheels 200 include a front left wheel, a front right wheel, a rear left wheel, and a rear right wheel. The front axle of the vehicle is supported by the front left wheel and the front right wheel, and the rear axle of the vehicle is supported by the front left wheel and the front right wheel.

[0036] The air suspension system 100 includes an air supply unit 101, an exhaust unit 103, and an air suspension 105. Both the air supply unit 101 and the exhaust unit 103 are connected to the air suspension 105. The air supply unit 101 supplies air to the air suspension 105, while the exhaust unit 103 exhausts air from the air suspension 105 to lower the vehicle's ride height. The air suspension 105 is installed between the vehicle's body 400 and axle 300 and is used to adjust the vehicle's ride height. The air suspension system 100 may also include components such as a height sensor and a controller, which are not described in detail in this application.

[0037] The air supply unit 101 includes an air filter 1, a muffler 2, an air compressor 3, an air dryer 4, and a first one-way valve 5a, which are connected in sequence via pipelines. The air filter 1 is used to filter and purify the air entering the air filter 1, preventing impurities in the air from contaminating the components within the air suspension system 100. The muffler 2 is used to reduce the noise generated when air circulates through the air suspension system 100, thereby reducing vehicle vibration. The air compressor 3 is used to compress atmospheric air into high-pressure gas, which is stored in the air suspension 105. The air dryer 4 is used to filter moisture, dust, and other impurities from the air. The first one-way valve 5a is connected between the air dryer 4 and the air suspension 105, and is used to transport air flowing out of the air dryer 4 to the air suspension 105 and prevent air from flowing back from the air suspension 105 to the air dryer 4.

[0038] The exhaust unit 103 includes a second one-way valve 5b, a throttle valve 6, an electronic exhaust valve 7, and a pneumatic exhaust valve 8. The second one-way valve 5b is connected to the pipeline between the air dryer 4 and the first one-way valve 5a. The throttle valve 6 is connected to the second one-way valve 5b via a pipeline. The electronic exhaust valve 7 is connected between the air suspension 105 and the throttle valve 6 to exhaust the air from the air suspension 105. The throttle valve 6 is connected between the electronic exhaust valve 7 and the second one-way valve 5b to control the air flow from the electronic exhaust valve 7 to the second one-way valve 5b. The pneumatic exhaust valve 8 is connected to the throttle valve 6 via a pipeline. The electronic exhaust valve 7 is a two-position, three-way valve. It includes a first channel and a second channel that can be closed and opened. When the first channel is open, it communicates with the outside world, allowing air flowing out of the air suspension 105 to enter the outside world through the first channel. In other words, the electronic exhaust valve 7 discharges air exhausted from the air suspension 105 to the outside world. When the second channel is open, the gas flowing out of the air suspension 105 can partially enter the pneumatic exhaust valve 8 through the second channel, and partially enter the air dryer 4 through the throttle valve 6 and the second one-way valve 5b. In other words, the electronic exhaust valve 7 can selectively connect to the outside world or to the pipeline between the pneumatic exhaust valve 8 and the throttle valve 6. The pneumatic exhaust valve 8 communicates with the air dryer 4 when the internal gas pressure reaches a preset threshold.

[0039] The air suspension 105 includes a first solenoid switch valve 9a, a first solenoid switch valve 9b, a second solenoid switch valve 9c, a second solenoid switch valve 9d, a first air spring 10a, a first air spring 10b, a second air spring 10c, a second air spring 10d, a third solenoid switch valve 11a, a fourth solenoid switch valve 11b, a fifth solenoid switch valve 11c, and an air storage component 12. The first air spring 10a is mounted on the left front wheel of the vehicle, and the first air spring 10b is mounted on the right front wheel of the vehicle. The first air spring 10a and the first air spring 10b are used to adjust the vehicle height of the front axle. The second air spring 10c is mounted on the left rear wheel of the vehicle, and the second air spring 10d is mounted on the right rear wheel of the vehicle. The second air spring 10c and the second air spring 10d are used to adjust the vehicle height of the front axle.

[0040] The first solenoid switch valve 9a, the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9c, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, the third solenoid switch valve 11a, the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b, and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c are all normally closed solenoid valves. The normally closed solenoid valves are opened when power is turned on and closed when power is turned off.

[0041] The first electromagnetic on-off valve 9a and the first electromagnetic on-off valve 9b are connected through a pipeline. The first electromagnetic on-off valve 9a and the first electromagnetic on-off valve 9b are both connected to the first one-way valve 5a through a pipeline.

[0042] The first air spring 10a is connected to the first electromagnetic switch valve 9a via a pipeline. The first electromagnetic switch valve 9a is used to control the inflation and deflation of the first air spring 10a. The first air spring 10b is connected to the first electromagnetic switch valve 9b via a pipeline. The first electromagnetic switch valve 9b is used to control the inflation and deflation of the first air spring 10b.

[0043] The second air spring 10c is connected to the second electromagnetic on-off valve 9c via a pipeline. The second electromagnetic on-off valve 9c is used to control the inflation and deflation of the second air spring 10c. The second air spring 10d is connected to the second electromagnetic on-off valve 9d. The second electromagnetic on-off valve 9d is used to control the inflation and deflation of the second air spring 10d.

[0044] The third solenoid valve 11a is connected to the first solenoid valve 9a via a pipeline, and the third solenoid valve 11a is also connected to the first solenoid valve 9b via a pipeline. The third solenoid valve 11a is used to control the flow and shutoff of air in the pipeline between the first solenoid valve 9a and the air storage component 12. The third solenoid valve 11a is used to control the flow and shutoff of air in the pipeline between the first solenoid valve 9a and the air storage component 12. The first solenoid valve 9a and the first solenoid valve 9b can be connected to the third solenoid valve 11a via the same pipeline or different pipelines.

[0045] The fourth electromagnetic on-off valve 11 b is connected to the second electromagnetic on-off valve 9 c through a pipeline, and the fourth electromagnetic on-off valve 11 b is connected to the second electromagnetic on-off valve 9 d through a pipeline.

[0046] The fifth solenoid valve 11c is connected to the pipeline between the first and second solenoid valves 9a and 9b via a pipeline. The fifth solenoid valve 11c is also connected to the pipeline between the second and second solenoid valves 9c and 9d via a pipeline. The fifth solenoid valve 11c is used to control the flow and shutoff of air in the pipeline between the first and second solenoid switches.

[0047] The gas storage component 12 is used to store the high-pressure gas provided by the gas supply unit 101. The gas storage component 12 includes a first output port and a second output port. The first output port is connected to the fourth electromagnetic switch valve 11b. The first output port is connected to the third electromagnetic switch valve 11a, and is used to deliver high-pressure gas to the first air spring 10a and the first air spring 10b. The third electromagnetic switch valve 11a controls the flow and cutoff of air between the first electromagnetic switch valve 9a and the first output port of the gas storage component 12, and between the first electromagnetic switch valve 9b and the first output port of the gas storage component 12. The second output port is connected to the fourth electromagnetic switch valve 11b, and is used to deliver high-pressure gas to the second air spring 10c and the second air spring 10d. In this embodiment, the gas storage component 12 is an air tank, and gas storage and inflation are performed using the same air tank, which is beneficial to reducing the number of components of the air suspension system 100 and simplifying the structure of the air suspension system 100.

[0048] The fourth electromagnetic on-off valve 11 b controls the flow and cutoff of air between the second electromagnetic on-off valve 9 c and the second output port of the air storage component 12 and between the second electromagnetic on-off valve 9 d and the second output port of the air storage component 12 .

[0049] By controlling the various solenoid valves in the air suspension system 100 through electrical signals, different adjustments to the vehicle height or posture can be achieved, which will be briefly explained below with some examples.

[0050] When the vehicle body height of the front and rear axles needs to be raised synchronously, the first solenoid switch valve 9a, the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9c, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, the third solenoid switch valve 11a, and the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b are all energized and opened, the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c is de-energized and closed, the first solenoid switch valve 9a and the first solenoid switch valve 9b are both disconnected from the second solenoid switch valve 9c, and the first solenoid switch valve 9a and the first solenoid switch valve 9b are both disconnected from the second solenoid switch valve 9d. The first solenoid switch valve 9a, the third solenoid switch valve 11a and the first output port of the air storage component 12 form a first air path A, the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the third solenoid switch valve 11a and the first output port of the air storage component 12 form a first air path B, the second solenoid switch valve 9c, the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b and the second output port of the air storage component 12 form a second air path C, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b and the second output port of the air storage component 12 form a second air path D, the air storage component 12 inflates the first air spring 10a through the first air path A, the air storage component 12 inflates the first air spring 10b through the first air path B, the air storage component 12 inflates the second air spring 10c through the second air path C, and the air storage component 12 inflates the second air spring 10d through the second air path D, and the body height of the front axle and rear axle of the vehicle can be raised synchronously.

[0051] In the process of synchronously raising the vehicle body height of the front axle and the rear axle, the first air spring and the second air spring are inflated through different air paths respectively. In this way, the inflation of the first air spring by the air storage component 12 and the inflation of the second air spring by the air storage component 12 will not affect each other. Even if the pressures in the first air spring and the second air spring are different, the one with higher pressure in the first air spring and the second air spring will not be inflated to the one with lower pressure, thereby reducing the possibility of the vehicle body falling problem when the front and rear axles of the vehicle are synchronously raised in height.

[0052] In addition, since the first air spring and the second air spring are inflated through different air paths respectively, there is no need to alternately inflate the first air spring and the second air spring to alternately raise the vehicle body height of the front and rear axles, which is beneficial to improving the inflation efficiency and body lifting efficiency of the air suspension system 100.

[0053] When the vehicle height of the front and rear axles needs to be lowered synchronously, the first solenoid switch valve 9a, the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9c, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c are all powered on and opened, the third solenoid switch valve 11a and the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b are powered off and closed, and the first air spring 9a, the first air spring 9b, the second air spring 9c, and the second air spring 9d are all connected to the exhaust unit 103 to achieve exhaust.

[0054] During the simultaneous raising of the vehicle's front and rear axles, the fifth solenoid valve 11c is de-energized and closed, decoupling the first solenoid valves 9a and 9b. This allows the first and second air springs to inflate independently through separate air paths without interfering with each other. When the second air springs 10c and 10d on the rear axle need to be exhausted, the fifth solenoid valve 11c is energized and opened, facilitating the exhaust of the second air springs 10c and 10d.

[0055] The first air spring 10a or the first air spring 10b can also be inflated separately. Taking the inflating of the first air spring 10a separately as an example, the first solenoid switch valve 9a and the third solenoid switch valve 11a are powered on and opened, and the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9c, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c are all powered off and closed. The high-pressure gas in the air storage component 12 enters the first air spring 10a through the third solenoid switch valve 11a and the first solenoid switch valve 9a for inflation.

[0056] The second air spring 10c or the second air spring 10d can also be inflated separately. Taking the inflating of the second air spring 10c separately as an example, the second solenoid switch valve 9c and the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b are powered on and opened, and the first solenoid switch valve 9a, the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, the third solenoid switch valve 11a and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c are all powered off and closed. The high-pressure gas in the air storage component 12 enters the second air spring 10c through the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b and the second solenoid switch valve 9c for inflation.

[0057] The first air spring 10a or the first air spring 10b can also be exhausted separately. Taking the exhaust of the first air spring 10a separately as an example, the first solenoid switch valve 9a is powered on and opened, and the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9c, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, the third solenoid switch valve 11a, the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b, and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c are all powered off and closed. The air in the first air spring 10a is discharged into the exhaust unit 103 through the first solenoid switch valve 9a.

[0058] The second air spring 10c or the second air spring 10d can also be exhausted separately. Taking the exhaust of the second air spring 10c separately as an example, the second solenoid switch valve 9c and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c are powered on and opened, and the first solenoid switch valve 9a, the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, the third solenoid switch valve 11a and the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b are all powered off and closed. The air in the second air spring 10c is discharged into the exhaust unit 103 after passing through the second solenoid switch valve 9c and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c.

[0059] The present application can also implement other control strategies for each solenoid valve to achieve inflation or deflation of each air spring. For example, if the third solenoid valve 11a fails and cannot operate, the air suspension 105 can continue to operate normally through the fifth solenoid valve 11c. A failure of the third solenoid valve 11a typically means that the third solenoid valve 11a is damaged and cannot be used.

[0060] When the third solenoid switch valve 11a fails and cannot work, when the vehicle body height of the front and rear axles needs to be raised synchronously, the first solenoid switch valve 9a, the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9c, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c, and the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b are energized and opened, and the high-pressure gas in the air storage component 12 is charged into the first air spring 10a after passing through the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b, the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c, and the first solenoid switch valve 9a. The high-pressure gas in the air storage component 12 is charged into the first air spring 10b after passing through the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b, the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c, and the first solenoid switch valve 9b. The high-pressure gas in the air storage component 12 is charged into the second air spring 10c after passing through the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b and the second solenoid switch valve 9c. The high-pressure gas in the air storage component 12 is charged into the second air spring 10d after passing through the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b and the second solenoid switch valve 9d. That is, the second output port of the air storage component 12, the fourth electromagnetic switch valve 11b, and the fifth electromagnetic switch valve 11c can form an air charging channel for charging the first air springs 10a and 10b.

[0061] If the third solenoid valve 11a fails and the vehicle's front and rear axles need to be lowered simultaneously, the first, second, and fifth solenoid valves 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d, and 11c are energized and opened, while the fourth solenoid valve 11b is de-energized and closed. Gas in the first air spring 10a enters the exhaust unit 103 via the first solenoid valve 9a. Gas in the first air spring 10b enters the exhaust unit 103 via the first solenoid valve 9b. Gas in the second air spring 10c enters the exhaust unit 103 via the second and fifth solenoid valves 9c and 11c. Gas in the second air spring 10d enters the exhaust unit 103 via the second and fifth solenoid valves 11c. An exhaust passage is formed between the second and fifth solenoid valves 9c and 11c and the air supply unit 101 to exhaust gas from the second air spring 10c. An exhaust passage is formed between the second electromagnetic on-off valve 9d, the fifth electromagnetic on-off valve 11c and the air supply unit 101 to exhaust the air from the second air spring 10d.

[0062] When the third solenoid switch valve 11a fails to work, the first air spring 10a or the first air spring 10b can also be exhausted separately. Taking the exhaust of the first air spring 10a separately as an example, the first solenoid switch valve 9a is powered on and opened, and the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9c, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b, and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c are all powered off and closed. The air in the first air spring 10a is discharged into the exhaust unit 103 through the first solenoid switch valve 9a.

[0063] When the third solenoid switch valve 11a fails to work, the second air spring 10c or the second air spring 10d can also be exhausted separately. Taking the exhaust of the second air spring 10c separately as an example, the second solenoid switch valve 9c and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c are powered on and opened, and the first solenoid switch valve 9a, the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, and the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b are all powered off and closed. The air in the second air spring 10c is discharged into the exhaust unit 103 after passing through the second solenoid switch valve 9c and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c.

[0064] For example, in some embodiments of the present application, when the fourth electromagnetic switch valve 11b fails and cannot operate, the air suspension 105 can operate normally through the fifth electromagnetic switch valve 11c. The failure of the fourth electromagnetic switch valve 11b generally means that the fourth electromagnetic switch valve 11b is damaged and cannot be used.

[0065] When the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b fails and cannot work, when the vehicle body height of the front axle and the rear axle needs to be raised synchronously, the first solenoid switch valve 9a, the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9c, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c, and the third solenoid switch valve 11a are energized and opened, and the high-pressure gas in the air storage component 12 is charged into the first air spring 10a after passing through the third solenoid switch valve 11a and the first solenoid switch valve 9a, and the high-pressure gas in the air storage component 12 is charged into the first air spring 10b after passing through the third solenoid switch valve 11a and the first solenoid switch valve 9b. The high-pressure gas in the air storage component 12 is charged into the second air spring 10c after passing through the third solenoid switch valve 11a, the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c, and the second solenoid switch valve 9c. The high-pressure gas in the air storage component 12 is charged into the second air spring 10c after passing through the third solenoid switch valve 11a, the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c, and the second solenoid switch valve 9c. That is, the first output port of the air storage component 12, the third electromagnetic switch valve 11a, and the fifth electromagnetic switch valve 11c can form an air charging channel for charging the second air spring 10c and the second air spring 10d.

[0066] If the fourth solenoid valve 11b fails and cannot operate, and the vehicle's front and rear axles need to be lowered and raised simultaneously, the first, second, and fifth solenoid valves 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d, and 11c are energized and opened, while the third solenoid valve 11a is de-energized and closed.

[0067] When the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b fails and cannot work, the first air spring 10a or the first air spring 10b can also be exhausted separately. Taking the exhaust of the first air spring 10a separately as an example, the first solenoid switch valve 9a is powered on and opened, and the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9c, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, the third solenoid switch valve 11a, and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c are all powered off and closed. The air in the first air spring 10a is discharged into the exhaust unit 103 through the first solenoid switch valve 9a.

[0068] When the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b fails and cannot work, the second air spring 10c or the second air spring 10d can also be exhausted separately. Taking the exhaust of the second air spring 10c separately as an example, the second solenoid switch valve 9c and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c are powered on and opened, and the first solenoid switch valve 9a, the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, and the third solenoid switch valve 11a are all powered off and closed. The air in the second air spring 10c is discharged into the exhaust unit 103 after passing through the second solenoid switch valve 9c and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c.

[0069] The air suspension 105 also includes a first pressure sensor 13, which is connected to the second electromagnetic switch valve 9c, the second electromagnetic switch valve 9d, and the fourth electromagnetic switch valve 11b. The first pressure sensor 13 is used to detect the pressure in the air storage component 12, the second air spring 10c, and the second air spring 10d. When the pressure in the air storage component 12 detected by the first pressure sensor 13 is lower than a preset value, the first electromagnetic switch valve 9a, the first electromagnetic switch valve 9b, the second electromagnetic switch valve 9c, the second electromagnetic switch valve 9d, the fourth electromagnetic switch valve 11b, and the fifth electromagnetic switch valve 11c are all powered off and closed, and the third electromagnetic switch valve 11a is powered on and opened, and the high-pressure gas output from the air supply unit 101 is filled into the air storage component 12 for storage.

[0070] In some possible implementations of the present application, when the pressure in the gas storage component 12 detected by the first pressure sensor 13 is lower than a preset value, the first solenoid switch valve 9a, the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9c, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c are all powered off and closed, and the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b and the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c are powered on and opened, and the high-pressure gas output from the gas supply unit 101 is filled into the gas storage component 12 for storage.

[0071] It is understood that the present application does not limit the number of the first air spring and the second air spring. For example, in some possible embodiments of the present application, the vehicle may be a motorcycle, the number of the first air spring is one, the number of the second air spring is one, the first solenoid switch valve corresponds to the number of the first air spring, the second solenoid switch valve corresponds to the number of the second air spring, the first air spring is arranged on the front axle wheel of the vehicle, and the second air spring 10d is arranged on the rear axle wheel of the vehicle. For another example, in some possible embodiments of the present application, the vehicle may be a tricycle, the number of the first air spring is one, the number of the second air spring is two, the first solenoid switch valve corresponds to the number of the first air spring, the second solenoid switch valve corresponds to the number of the second air spring, the first air spring is arranged on the front axle wheel of the vehicle, one second air spring is arranged on the left rear axle wheel of the vehicle, and another second air spring is arranged on the right rear axle wheel of the vehicle.

[0072] Please refer to Figure 4, which is a structural schematic diagram of an air suspension system provided in another embodiment of the present application. The difference between the air suspension system shown in Figure 4 and the air suspension system shown in Figure 4 is that the air storage component 12 includes a first air storage tank 12a and a second air storage tank 12b that are separately arranged, the third electromagnetic switch valve 11a is connected to the first air storage tank 12a, and the fourth electromagnetic switch valve 11b is connected to the second air storage tank 12b.

[0073] When one of the first air tank 12 a and the second air tank 12 b breaks down or fails, the air suspension system 100 can still operate.

[0074] For example, when the first air tank 12a fails and the vehicle height of the front and rear axles needs to be raised synchronously, the first solenoid switch valve 9a, the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9c, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c, and the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b are energized and opened, and the third solenoid switch valve 11a is de-energized and closed. The high-pressure gas in the second air tank 12b passes through the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b, the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c, and the first solenoid switch valve 9a and is then charged into the first air spring 10a. The high-pressure gas in the second air tank 12b passes through the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b, the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c, and the first solenoid switch valve 9b and is then charged into the first air spring 10b. The high-pressure gas in the second air tank 12b passes through the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b and the second solenoid switch valve 9c and is then charged into the second air spring 10c. The high-pressure gas in the second air tank 12b passes through the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b and the second solenoid switch valve 9d and is then charged into the second air spring 10d. That is, the second air storage tank 12b, the fourth electromagnetic switch valve 11b, and the fifth electromagnetic switch valve 11c can form an air charging channel for the first air spring 10a to be charged.

[0075] For example, when the first air tank 12a fails, the first air spring 10a and the first air spring 10b can also be inflated separately. Taking the inflation of the first air spring 10a alone as an example, the first electromagnetic switch valve 9a, the fourth electromagnetic switch valve 11b, and the fifth electromagnetic switch valve 11c are energized to open, and the first electromagnetic switch valve 9b, the second electromagnetic switch valve 9c, the second electromagnetic switch valve 9d, and the third electromagnetic switch valve 11a are de-energized to close. The high-pressure gas in the second air tank 12b passes through the fourth electromagnetic switch valve 11b, the fifth electromagnetic switch valve 11c, and the first electromagnetic switch valve 9a and then is charged into the first air spring 10a.

[0076] For example, when the second air tank 12b fails and the vehicle body height of the front and rear axles needs to be raised synchronously, the first solenoid switch valve 9a, the first solenoid switch valve 9b, the second solenoid switch valve 9c, the second solenoid switch valve 9d, the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c, and the third solenoid switch valve 11a are energized and opened, and the fourth solenoid switch valve 11b is de-energized and closed. The high-pressure gas in the first air tank 12a passes through the third solenoid switch valve 11a and the first solenoid switch valve 9a and is then charged into the first air spring 10a. The high-pressure gas in the first air tank 12a passes through the third solenoid switch valve 11a and the first solenoid switch valve 9b and is then charged into the first air spring 10b. The high-pressure gas in the first air tank 12a passes through the third solenoid switch valve 11a, the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c, and the second solenoid switch valve 9c and is then charged into the second air spring 10c. The high-pressure gas in the first air tank 12a passes through the third solenoid switch valve 11a, the fifth solenoid switch valve 11c, and the second solenoid switch valve 9d and is then charged into the second air spring 10d. That is, the first air storage tank 12a, the third electromagnetic switch valve 11a, and the fifth electromagnetic switch valve 11c can form an air charging channel for charging the second air spring 10c and the second air spring 10d.

[0077] The second solenoid valve 9c, the second solenoid valve 9d, and the fourth solenoid valve 11b are connected to a first pressure sensor 13, which is used to detect the pressures in the second gas tank 12b, the second air spring 10c, and the second air spring 10d. When the pressure in the second gas tank 12b detected by the first pressure sensor 13 falls below a preset value, the first solenoid valve 9a, the first solenoid valve 9b, the second solenoid valve 9c, the second solenoid valve 9d, the fourth solenoid valve 11b, and the fifth solenoid valve 11c are all powered off and closed, while the third solenoid valve 11a is powered on and opened. High-pressure gas output from the gas supply unit 101 is then charged into the second gas tank 12b for storage, thereby replenishing the gas in the second gas tank 12b.

[0078] The air suspension 105 may also include a second pressure sensor connected to the third solenoid valve 11a. The second pressure sensor is used to detect the pressure in the first air tank 12a. When the pressure in the first air tank 12a detected by the second pressure sensor falls below a preset value, the first, second, third, and fourth solenoid valves 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d, 11b, and 11c are all de-energized and closed. The third solenoid valve 11a is energized and opened, allowing the high-pressure gas output from the air supply unit 101 to be stored in the first air tank 12a, thereby replenishing the first air tank 12a.
