Description

Vehicle seats

[0001] This application claims priority from Japanese Patent Application No. 2023-137113, filed on August 25, 2023, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

[0002] A vehicle seat described in Patent Document 1 below, for example, is known. This vehicle seat includes a wire unit provided on a seat pad (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a molded body) that forms the outer shape of the seat. The wire unit includes, for example, a frame-shaped wire frame body provided along the outer periphery of the rear surface of the molded body, with left and right wire beams spanning the front and rear of the wire frame body. The wire frame body and the left and right wire beams are formed into a large framework by bending, welding, or the like. The wire unit is provided in a state where the wires are bent to the left and right in a roughly U-shape at the front of the wire frame body. The wires protrude downward from the front of the wire frame body.

[0003] Patent No. 6953254

[0004] However, conventional wires are fixed to the front of the wire frame. Therefore, in order to attach the wire to the molded body, it is necessary to attach the wire frame and the left and right wire beams to the molded body. This makes it difficult to attach the wire to the molded body.

[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has as its object to provide a vehicle seat in which a wire can be easily attached to a molded body.

[0006] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following means: (1) A vehicle seat according to a first aspect of the present invention is a vehicle seat including a molded body and a wire assembled to the molded body, wherein the wire includes a first portion that contacts the molded body from a first side in a first direction and a second portion that extends from the first portion toward a second side in the first direction, penetrates the molded body in the first direction, and protrudes from the molded body to the second side, the vehicle seat includes a nut structure that is fixed to the second portion and sandwiches the molded body between itself and the first portion, the nut structure including a nut body that is screwed into the second portion while forming a spiral groove in the second portion when screwed into the second portion, and a surface contact portion that comes into surface contact with the molded body when the nut body is screwed into the second portion.

[0007] In this invention, a first portion of the wire contacts the molded body from a first side, and a second portion of the wire protrudes from the molded body to a second side. The nut body is screwed into the protruding second portion while forming a helical groove in the nut body, thereby bringing the surface contact portion into surface contact with the molded body. Therefore, the tightening force of the nut body can be distributed to the molded body by the surface contact portion, preventing the surface contact portion from biting into the molded body. This allows the nut structure to be fixed to the second portion with the surface contact portion in surface contact with the molded body. Therefore, the molded body is sandwiched between the nut structure and the first portion, and the wire can be firmly fixed to the molded body. As a result, the wire can be easily fixed to the molded body by screwing the nut body into the second portion while forming a helical groove in the nut body. Furthermore, by bringing the surface contact portion into surface contact with the molded body, the bearing surface pressure acting from the molded body on the surface contact portion can be suitably distributed. This allows the surface contact portion to suitably absorb the load input from the wire, preventing deformation and misalignment of the wire.

[0008] (2) In the second aspect of the present invention, the surface contact portion may be a washer that is a separate member from the nut body.

[0009] In this invention, by using a washer whose surface contact portion is a separate member from the nut body, the inner diameter of the washer can be made smaller than the outer diameter of the nut body. Therefore, the washer can be made to protrude radially inward from the outer diameter of the nut body, bringing the inner circumference of the washer closer to the outer circumference of the second portion (i.e., the wire). Furthermore, the outer diameter of the washer can be made larger than the outer diameter of the nut body. Therefore, the washer can be made to protrude radially outward from the nut body. This ensures a large area for the washer to come into surface contact with the molded body. Therefore, the tightening force of the nut body is distributed by the washer, preventing the washer from biting into the molded body. This allows the wire to be easily fixed to the molded body by screwing the nut body.

[0010] (3) In a third aspect of the present invention, the surface contact portion may be a flange that is integrally formed with the nut body and that protrudes radially outward from the nut body.

[0011] In this invention, the surface contact portion is a flange that extends radially outward from the nut body, ensuring a large surface contact area between the flange and the molded body. This distributes the tightening force of the nut body across the flange, preventing the flange from biting into the molded body. This allows the wire to be easily fixed to the molded body by screwing the nut body into it.

[0012] (4) In aspect 4 of the present invention, the surface contact portion may be a spiral flange that is integrally formed with the nut body, protrudes radially outward from the nut body, and can be screwed into the molded body in response to the screwing of the nut body.

[0013] In this invention, the surface contact portion is a spiral flange that extends radially outward from the nut body, thereby ensuring a large surface contact area between the spiral flange and the molded body. Furthermore, the spiral flange can be screwed into the molded body in response to the screwing of the nut body. Therefore, when the spiral flange is screwed into the molded body, the tightening force of the nut body can be distributed by the flange. This makes it easy to secure the wire to the molded body by screwing the nut body.

[0014] (5) A vehicle seat according to aspect 5 of the present invention is a vehicle seat comprising a molded body and a wire assembled to the molded body, wherein the wire includes a first portion contacting the molded body from a first side in a first direction, and a second portion extending from the first portion toward a second side in the first direction, penetrating the molded body in the first direction, and protruding from the molded body to the second side; the vehicle seat is provided with a nut structure fixed to the second portion and sandwiching the molded body between itself and the first portion; the nut structure has a nut body that is screwed into the second portion while forming a spiral groove in the second portion when screwed into the second portion, and a washer arranged between the nut body and the molded body.

[0015] In this invention, a first portion of the wire contacts the molded body from a first side, and a second portion of the wire protrudes from the molded body to a second side. The nut body is screwed into the protruding second portion while forming a spiral groove with the nut body. A washer is disposed between the nut body and the molded body. This allows the inner diameter of the washer to be smaller than the outer diameter of the nut body. This allows the washer to protrude radially inward from the outer diameter of the nut body, bringing the inner circumference of the washer closer to the outer circumference of the second portion (i.e., the wire). Furthermore, the outer diameter of the washer can be larger than the outer diameter of the nut body. This allows the washer to protrude radially outward from the nut body. This ensures a large area for the washer to make surface contact with the molded body. Therefore, by screwing the nut body into the second portion, the washer can be brought into surface contact with the molded body. This allows the washer to distribute the tightening force of the nut body to the molded body, preventing the washer from biting into the molded body. Therefore, the nut structure can be fixed to the second portion with the washer in surface contact with the molded body. Therefore, the formed body can be sandwiched between the nut structure and the first part, and the wire can be firmly fixed to the formed body. As a result, the wire can be easily fixed to the formed body by screwing the nut body into the second part while forming a spiral groove with the nut body.

[0016] In the vehicle seat of the present invention, the wire can be easily attached to the molded body.

[0017] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle seat according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of a wire fixed to a support member according to the first embodiment of the present invention by a nut structure. FIG. 3 is a bottom view taken in the direction of arrow III in FIG. 2. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the nut structure broken at part IV in FIG. 2. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a wire fixed to a support member by a nut structure according to a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a nut structure according to a third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a wire fixed to a support member by a nut structure according to the third embodiment.

[0018] [First embodiment] Hereinafter, one embodiment of a vehicle seat according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 7. The up-down direction, left-right direction, and front-rear direction of a vehicle will be described as the "up-down direction (first direction)," the "left-right direction," and the "front-rear direction." In the drawings, the front of the vehicle is indicated by an arrow FR, the top of the vehicle by an arrow UP, and the left side of the vehicle by an arrow LH.

[0019] <Vehicle Seat> As shown in Fig. 1, the vehicle seat 1 is a bench seat placed in a vehicle. The vehicle seat 1 includes a seat cushion 2, a seat back 3, and a headrest 4. The seat cushion 2 is a seat that is long in the left-right direction, which is the width direction of the vehicle. The seat back 3 is connected to the rear of the seat cushion 2 so that it can be raised and lowered. The headrest 4 is provided at the top of the seat back 3.

[0020] The seat cushion 2 is divided into, for example, a first seat portion 2a, a second seat portion 2b, and a third seat portion 2c in the width direction of the vehicle. An occupant can be seated on each of the first seat portion 2a, the second seat portion 2b, and the third seat portion 2c. The seat cushion 2 includes a seat frame (not shown), a seat pad 6, and a seat cover 7. The seat frame (not shown) forms the skeleton of the seat and is attached to the floor of the vehicle. The seat pad 6 is supported by the seat frame. The seat pad 6 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape that conforms to the outer shape of the seat cushion 2. The seat pad 6 is covered with a seat cover 7. The seat cover 7 is made of fabric (woven fabric, knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric) or leather (natural leather, synthetic leather).

[0021] <Support Member> As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the seat pad 6 includes a seat pad main body (not shown), a support member (molded body) 10, two wires 11 and 12, and a nut structure 20. The seat pad main body (not shown) is molded, for example, from a foamed resin, and elastically supports an occupant seated on the seat cushion 2. The support member 10 is molded, for example, from a foamed resin. The support member 10 has a higher hardness than the seat pad main body, and is also lighter in weight due to its lower density. The two wires 11 and 12 are attached to the support member 10 by the nut structure 20.

[0022] The two wires 11, 12 are assembled to the front portion 10a of the support member 10 with a gap in the left-right direction (i.e., the width direction of the vehicle). The two wires 11, 12 protrude downward from the front portion 10a of the support member 10. The two wires 11, 12 are members of the same shape. Therefore, of the two wires 11, 12, the left wire 11 will be described in detail, and a description of the right wire 12 will be omitted. The left wire 11 may also be abbreviated as "wire 11." Note that, although an example using two wires 11, 12 will be described, the number of wires may be three or more.

[0023] 2 and 3, the support member 10 has two through holes 21, 22 and an opening 23. In the following description, the left one of the two through holes 21, 22 will be referred to as the through hole 21 and the right one as the through hole 22. The wire 11 passes through the through hole 21 on the left side and the through hole 22 on the right side, thereby assembling the wire 11 to the support member 10. An opening 23 is formed between the through hole 21 and the through hole 22 on the right side. The opening 23 passes through the support member 10 from the front surface 10b to the back surface 10c.

[0024] <Wire> The wire 11 is, for example, a rod-shaped member formed with a solid circular cross section. The wire 11 has a curved portion 31, a first fixing portion 32, and a second fixing portion 33. The curved portion 31 is formed, for example, into a U-shaped hook when viewed from the front and rear directions. The curved portion 31 passes through the opening 23 of the support member 10, extends from the front surface 10b of the support member 10 toward the back surface 10c of the support member 10, and protrudes downward from the back surface 10c. For example, the first fixing portion 32 is connected to the left side of the curved portion 31. For example, the second fixing portion 33 is connected to the right side of the curved portion 31. The first fixing portion 32 and the second fixing portion 33 are bilaterally symmetrical members. Therefore, the components of the second fixing portion 33 are denoted by the same reference numerals as the first fixing portion 32, and the first fixing portion 32 will be described in detail below, while a detailed description of the second fixing portion 33 will be omitted.

[0025] In the embodiment, an example is described in which the curved portion 31 is formed into a U-shaped hook in a front view, and the first fixing portion 32 and the second fixing portion 33 are connected to the left and right sides of the curved portion 31, but this is not limiting. As another example, for example, the curved portion 31 may be formed into a U-shaped hook in a side view seen from the left and right direction, and the first fixing portion 32 and the second fixing portion 33 may be connected to the front and rear sides of the curved portion 31.

[0026] The first fixing portion 32 includes a first portion 35 and a second portion 36. The first portion 35 extends linearly from the upper left end 31a of the curved portion 31 to the left along the surface 10b of the support member 10. The first portion 35 contacts the surface 10b of the support member 10 from the front side (first side) in the vertical direction. The second portion 36 extends downward from the left end 35a of the first portion 35 through the through-hole 21 toward the back side (second side) of the support member 10. The second portion 36 penetrates the support member 10 in the vertical direction and has a lower end 36a that protrudes from the recess 25 toward the back surface 10c of the support member 10. Hereinafter, the lower end 36a of the support member 10 may be referred to as the "protruding portion 36a." The recess 25 is recessed upward from the back surface 10c of the support member 10. The recess 25 forms the back surface 10c of the support member 10. Hereinafter, the recess 25 may be referred to as the back surface 10c of the support member 10. There are no particular restrictions on the material and dimensions of the wire 11, as long as the wire has sufficient rigidity and durability against deformation loads to secure the support member 10 to the floor surface or the like inside the vehicle. For example, a rod-shaped body made of a metal such as iron or an iron alloy and having a diameter of 2 to 8 mm can be used as the wire 11.

[0027] <Nut Structure> As shown in Figure 4, the nut structure 20 includes a nut body 41 and a surface contact portion 42. The nut body 41 has a main body portion 45, a base portion 46, and an inner flange 47. The nut body 41 is formed, for example, by integrally molding (integrally forming) the main body portion 45, base portion 46, and inner flange 47 by press molding. The main body portion 45 is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape. The outer periphery of the main body portion 45 is formed, for example, in a hexagonal shape, similar to a normal nut. Therefore, the nut structure 20 can be tightened with a tightening tool, similar to a normal nut.

[0028] A base 46 is integrally formed with one end of the main body 45. The base 46 projects radially outward from one end of the main body 45 at an angle so as to gradually move away from the main body 45. An inner flange 47 is integrally formed with the other end of the main body 45. The inner flange 47 has an opening in the center, and an inner periphery 48 of the opening is formed in a substantially circular shape along the outer periphery of the protruding portion 36a. A protrusion (not shown) is provided on the inner periphery 48.

[0029] The convex portion (not shown) can be fitted into the outer periphery of the protruding portion 36a and form a spiral groove (i.e., a screw groove) 51 on the outer periphery of the protruding portion 36a. Therefore, when the nut body 41 is screwed onto the protruding portion 36a, the convex portion forms the spiral groove 51 on the outer periphery of the protruding portion 36a while the nut body 41 is screwed onto the protruding portion 36a. As a result, the nut body 41 is fixed to the protruding portion 36a by being screwed onto the protruding portion 36a.

[0030] The surface contact portion 42 is a washer 42 that is a separate member from the nut body 41. Like a normal washer, the washer 42 has, for example, a circular outer periphery and a circular opening in the center. The central opening of the washer 42 is fitted into the protrusion 36a, and the washer 42 is disposed between the nut body 41 and the back surface 10c of the support member 10. The washer 42 comes into surface contact with the back surface 10c of the support member 10 when the nut body 41 is screwed in.

[0031] Here, by making the washer 42 a separate member from the nut body 41, the inner diameter D1 of the opening formed in the washer 42 can be made smaller than the inner diameter of the base 46 of the nut body 41. For example, the inner diameter D1 can be made substantially the same as the diameter of the protrusion 36a. This allows the washer 42 to protrude radially inward from the base 46 of the nut body 41, bringing the inner periphery of the washer 42 closer to the outer periphery of the protrusion 36a. Furthermore, the outer diameter D2 of the washer 42 can be made larger than the outer diameter D3 of the base 46 of the nut body 41. This allows the washer 42 to protrude radially outward from the base 46 of the nut body 41. This ensures a large area of surface contact between the washer 42 and the back surface 10c of the support member 10. From this viewpoint, the ratio D2 / D3 of the outer diameter D2 of the washer 42 to the outer diameter D3 of the base portion 46 of the nut body 41 is preferably 4 / 1 to 1.2 / 1, and more preferably 2 / 1 to 1.2 / 1.

[0032] With the washer 42 in surface contact with the back surface 10c of the support member 10, the nut body 41 is fixed to the protruding portion 36a. Thus, the washer 42 is fixed between the nut body 41 and the back surface 10c of the support member 10. As a result, the support member 10 is sandwiched between the nut structure 20 and the first portion 35. In other words, the nut structure 20 is fixed to the protruding portion 36a and sandwiches the support member 10 between the nut structure 20 and the first portion 35. That is, the first fixing portion 32 is fixed to the support member 10 by the nut structure 20.

[0033] 2 and 3 , the second fixing portion 33, like the first fixing portion 32, is fixed to the support member 10 by the nut structure 20. That is, with the second portion 36 of the second fixing portion 33 passing through the through-hole 22, the second fixing portion 33 is fixed to the support member 10 by the nut structure 20. In this manner, the wire 11 is fixed to the support member 10 by fixing the first fixing portion 32 and the second fixing portion 33, which constitute both ends of the wire 11, to the support member 10 by the nut structure 20. In this state, the curved portion 31 of the wire 11 passes through the opening 23 of the support member 10 and protrudes downward from the back surface 10c of the support member 10. The curved portion 31 is fixed (hooked) to an appropriate position on the floor surface of the vehicle, for example.

[0034] As described above, according to the vehicle seat 1 of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4 , the first portion 35 of the first fixing portion 32 of the wire 11 is brought into contact with the surface 10b of the support member 10. After the first portion 35 is brought into contact with the surface 10b, the protruding portion 36a of the second portion 36 is caused to protrude downward from the back surface of the support member 10. The nut body 41 is screwed onto the protruding portion 36a. The nut body 41 is screwed onto the protruding portion 36a while the convex portion of the nut body 41 forms a spiral groove 51 on the outer periphery of the protruding portion 36a. Screwing the nut body 41 onto the protruding portion 36a allows the washer 42 to come into surface contact with the back surface 10c of the support member 10.

[0035] Here, the washer 42 has a large area in surface contact with the back surface 10c of the support member 10. Therefore, the tightening force F1 of the nut body 41 can be dispersed by the washer 42 and applied to the back surface 10c of the support member 10 as a surface pressure F2. This prevents the washer 42 from biting into the back surface 10c of the support member 10, and allows a reaction force to be generated from the back surface 10c of the support member 10 to the washer 42. Therefore, with the washer 42 in contact with the back surface 10c of the support member 10, the nut structure 20 can be fixed to the protrusion 36a.

[0036] This allows the support member 10 to be sandwiched between the nut structure 20 and the first part 35, and the first fixing portion 32 of the wire 11 to be firmly fixed to the support member 10. Similarly, the second fixing portion 33 (see FIG. 2 ) of the wire 11 can be firmly fixed to the support member 10. As a result, the wire 11 can be easily fixed to the support member 10 by screwing the nut body 41 into the protrusion 36 a while forming the spiral groove 51 with the nut body 41.

[0037] Furthermore, by ensuring a large area where the washer 42 comes into surface contact with the back surface 10c of the support member 10, it is possible to prevent the nut body 41 from being inserted obliquely into the support member 10. This makes it possible to prevent the nut structure 20 from being fixed at an angle relative to the support member 10.

[0038] Furthermore, by ensuring a large area where the washer 42 comes into surface contact with the support member 10, it is possible to suitably distribute the bearing pressure acting on the washer 42 from the back surface 10c of the support member 10. This allows the washer 42 to suitably absorb the load input from the wire 11. Therefore, it is possible to restrict deformation and displacement of the wire 11 without securing rigidity by fixing the wire 11 to a large wire frame body.

[0039] Next, nut structures of second and third embodiments will be described with reference to Figures 5 to 7. In the second and third embodiments, parts that are the same as or similar to the nut structure 20 of the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

[0040] [Second Embodiment] A nut structure 100 of a second embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 5. As shown in Fig. 5, the nut structure 100 has a nut body 101 and a flange 102 that forms a surface contact portion. The nut body 101 is the nut body 41 of the first embodiment without the base 46, and the other configuration is the same as the nut body 41 of the first embodiment. That is, the nut structure 100 is the nut body 41 of the first embodiment without the base 46 and with the flange 102 replacing the washer 42 of the first embodiment.

[0041] In the nut structure 100, the flange 102 is integrally molded (formed integrally) with the main body portion 45 of the nut body 101 by, for example, press molding. The flange 102 has, for example, a circular outer periphery that protrudes radially outward from the main body portion 45 of the nut body 101. This ensures a large area for the flange 102 to come into surface contact with the back surface 10c of the support member 10. From this perspective, the outer diameter D10 of the flange 102 and the outer diameter (diagonal distance) D11 of the main body portion 45 of the nut body 101 are preferably set to a value such that the ratio D10 / D11 is 4 / 1 to 1.2 / 1, and more preferably 3 / 1 to 1.2 / 1.

[0042] According to the nut structure 100 of the second embodiment, the nut body 101 is threaded onto the protruding portion 36a, thereby bringing the flange 102 into surface contact with the back surface 10c of the support member 10. By ensuring a large area of the flange 102 that is in surface contact with the back surface 10c of the support member 10, the tightening force F3 of the nut body 101 can be dispersed into a surface pressure F4 by the flange 102. The surface pressure F4 dispersed by the flange 102 can be applied to the back surface 10c of the support member 10. This prevents the flange 102 from biting into the back surface 10c of the support member 10, allowing a reaction force to be generated from the back surface 10c of the support member 10 to the flange 102. Therefore, the nut structure 100 can be fixed to the protruding portion 36a with the flange 102 in contact with the back surface 10c of the support member 10.

[0043] This allows the support member 10 to be sandwiched between the nut structure 100 and the first part 35, and the first fixing portion 32 of the wire 11 to be firmly fixed to the support member 10. Similarly, the second fixing portion 33 (see FIG. 2 ) of the wire 11 can be firmly fixed to the support member 10. As a result, the wire 11 can be easily fixed to the support member 10 by screwing the nut body 101 into the protrusion 36 a while forming the spiral groove 51 with the nut body 101.

[0044] Furthermore, by ensuring a large area for the flange 102 that comes into surface contact with the back surface 10c of the support member 10, it is possible to prevent the nut structure 100 from being inserted obliquely into the support member 10. This makes it possible to prevent the nut structure 100 from being fixed at an angle relative to the support member 10.

[0045] Furthermore, by ensuring a large area of the flange 102 that comes into surface contact with the back surface 10c of the support member 10, it is possible to suitably distribute the bearing surface pressure that acts on the flange 102 from the back surface 10c of the support member 10. This allows the flange 102 to suitably absorb the load input from the wire 11. Therefore, it is possible to restrict deformation and displacement of the wire 11 without securing rigidity by fixing the wire 11 to a large wire frame body.

[0046] [Third Embodiment] A nut structure 110 of a third embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 6 and 7. As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the nut structure 110 has a spiral flange 112 as a surface contact portion instead of the flange 102 of the second embodiment, and other configurations are similar to those of the nut structure 100 of the second embodiment. In the nut structure 110, the spiral flange 112 is integrally molded (formed integrally) with the main body portion 45 of the nut body 101 by, for example, press molding.

[0047] The spiral flange 112 has, for example, a generally circular outer periphery that extends radially outward from the main body 45 of the nut body 101. This ensures a large area for the spiral flange 112 to come into surface contact with the support member 10. From this perspective, the outer diameter D20 (outer diameter or maximum diameter in a plan view) of the flange 112 and the outer diameter (diagonal distance) D11 of the main body 45 of the nut body 101 are preferably set to a value such that the ratio D20 / D11 is 4 / 1 to 1.2 / 1, and more preferably 3 / 1 to 1.2 / 1. The spiral flange 112 has, for example, a notch 114 formed in a portion thereof in the circumferential direction. The first side 114a and the second side 114b of the notch 114 extend, for example, from the main body 45 radially outward so that the circumferential spacing between them gradually increases.

[0048] The spiral flange 112 is formed in a spiral shape that gradually slopes in the direction of arrow A from the first side 114a to the second side 114b of the notch 114. The second side 114b is located in the direction of arrow B relative to the first side 114a. The direction of arrow A indicates the direction in which the nut structure 110 rotates when tightened. The direction of arrow B indicates the tightening direction of the nut structure 110. Therefore, the spiral flange 112 can be screwed into the inside of the support member 10 in accordance with the screwing of the nut body 101.

[0049] According to the nut structure 110 of the third embodiment, when the nut body 101 is screwed onto the protruding portion 36a, the spiral flange 112 is screwed into the support member 10 following the screwing of the nut body 101. In this case, the flange 112 can be screwed into the support member 10 and embedded therein without damaging the support member 10.

[0050] Here, the spiral flange 112 has a large area in surface contact with the support member 10. Therefore, when the spiral flange 112 is screwed into the support member 10, the tightening force F5 of the nut body 101 can be dispersed into a surface pressure F6 by the flange 112. By applying the surface pressure F6 dispersed by the flange 112 to the support member 10, a reaction force can be generated from the support member 10 to the flange 112. This allows the nut structure 110 to be fixed to the protrusion 36a with the flange 112 in contact with the inside of the support member 10.

[0051] Therefore, the support member 10 is sandwiched between the nut structure 110 and the first portion 35, and the first fixing portion 32 of the wire 11 can be firmly fixed to the support member 10.

[0052] Furthermore, by ensuring a large area for the flange 112 that comes into surface contact with the support member 10, it is possible to prevent the nut structure 110 from being inserted obliquely into the support member 10. This makes it possible to prevent the nut structure 110 from being fixed at an angle relative to the support member 10.

[0053] Furthermore, by ensuring a large area of the flange 112 that comes into surface contact with the support member 10, the bearing surface pressure acting from the support member 10 on the flange 112 can be suitably distributed. This allows the flange 112 to suitably absorb the load input from the wire 11. Therefore, deformation and displacement of the wire 11 can be restricted without securing rigidity by fixing the wire 11 to a large wire frame. In addition, the spiral flange 112 is embedded inside the support member 10 by being screwed into the support member 10. Therefore, the bearing surface pressure acting from the support member 10 on the flange 112 can be more suitably distributed to the flange 112.

[0054] Although an embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to this embodiment, and modifications, combinations, deletions, etc. of the configuration may also be made within the scope that does not deviate from the gist of the present invention.

[0055] For example, in the above embodiment, the wires 11 and 12 are fixed to the support member 10 by two nut structures 20, 100, and 110. However, this is not limiting. As another example, the wires 11 and 12 may be fixed to the support member 10 by one nut structure 20, 100, and 110.

[0056] In the above embodiment, the first direction is the up-down direction, but the first direction is not limited to the up-down direction. For example, the first direction may be selected arbitrarily depending on the application of the support member 10.

[0057] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the curved portions 31 of the wires 11 and 12 are formed into U-shaped hooks, but this is not limiting. As another example, the shapes of the wires 11 and 12 may be selected arbitrarily depending on the application.

[0058] In addition, in the above embodiment, the two wires 11 and 12 are configured to protrude downward from the front portion 10a of the support member 10, but this is not limiting. As another example, the wires 11 and 12 may be provided at the rear portion of the support member 10.

[0059] The first embodiment may be combined with the second or third embodiment. That is, the nut structure having a flange in the second or third embodiment may be combined with the washer in the first embodiment. In this case, an existing nut structure having a relatively small flange diameter is used as the flanged nut structure, and a washer having a large outer diameter is used, thereby ensuring a large area for the washer to come into surface contact with the back surface of the support member.

[0060] In addition, the components in this embodiment can be replaced with well-known components as appropriate, without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
