[0068] Simultaneously simulating DDR (double data rate) memory, power delivery network, and signal channels to analyze the signal integrity of a memory interface can be time-consuming and computationally resource-intensive. Consequently, the response speed to the results of computational analysis can be relatively slow, and there may be a delay in real-time judgment for a user or machine viewing and judging the results regarding the next step. When designing memory and a main SoC (system on chip) controller, or a main SoC controller and high-speed interface circuit on a PCB (printed circuit board), a user or circuit design device (e.g., an EDA (electronic design automation) application such as auto-routing software) needs to apply machine learning algorithms or perform low-latency analysis through fast response analysis in back-processing of a digital twin. The present disclosure relates to a method for separating the power delivery network and signal channels, performing simulations only for chip dynamic currents to extract voltage ripple, and performing simulations only for signal channels based on the extracted ripple voltage.
