The present disclosure provides an item processing method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The item processing method comprises: displaying a target interactive control on a live stream preview page, wherein the target interactive control is at least one interactive control on a live stream video page corresponding to the live stream preview page; and then, in response to an interactive operation for the target interactive control, displaying item information of at least one recommended item, wherein the at least one recommended item is a recommended item in a set of recommended items corresponding to the live stream video page.
