[0001] DESCRIPTION
[0002] DIRTY OIL REMOVAL SYSTEM FOR PLANSIFTER BEARING GROUP
[0003] TECHNICAL FIELD
[0004] The invention relates to the dirty oil removal system developed to ensure that the used and dirty oil in the bearing group is easily removed from the outside of the group during the lubrication processes to be carried out in the bearing group where the rotational movement of the balance weight section in the plansifters used to separate the grinded materials according to their dimensions in the grain grinding systems.
[0005] PRIOR ART
[0006] Plansifters are a sifting equipment used in grinding systems. It is often found in flour factories and other grain processing plants. This device is used to separate the milled materials according to their size. The plansifter is to classify thinner and thicker pieces by separating the particles of mixed sizes obtained after the grinding process. In this way, the grinding quality increases and materials of the desired sizes are obtained.
[0007] Plansifters may have more than one layer. These layers are equipped with sifters of different sizes. Thus, the materials are divided into layers according to different sizes. In order for the plansifter to work efficiently, the vibration mechanism is used. This mechanism allows the material to move more quickly and effectively on the sifter surface. Plansifters are heavily preferred in high- capacity production facilities because they can process large amounts of material with large surface area and efficient sieving mechanism. Plansifters play a critical role in separating materials according to their size after grinding.
[0008] The counterweight used in plansifters is to ensure that the sifter oscillates circularly and the product is sifted by producing centrifugal force.
[0009] Since the bearing group that provides the connection of the counterweight on the plansifter bear the intense rotational movement of the weight equipment, it is of great importance that the maintenance-repair operations of this section are carried out carefully. One of the most important maintenance steps of the bearing group is the lubrication of the moving parts in the group. Manual or automatic / semi-automatic lubrication systems may be preferred for the lubrication of the counterweight bearing group in the sifter systems used in the current art. In general, the clean oil fed in the group during lubrication is mixed with the old used dirty oil accumulated in the group and the lubrication quality cannot be achieved at the desired levels.
[0010] In the patent document with file number CN101985975 in the current art, it relates to the lubrication system developed for a plansifter whose both ends are bedded at the bottom and top over a single shaft. It is mentioned that the lubrication material on the system described in the document is transferred within the shaft and the lubrication of the bearing groups depending on the rotational movement of the counterweight through a chamber. However, no solution is explained on how the oil change or the removal of dirty oil is carried out on the developed system.
[0011] In the document with file number CN201669214 in the present art, a lubricating oil anti-leakage structure for a plansifter is mentioned. Although a drain outlet has been created to remove the dirty oil in the relevant document describing the elements in a standard type plansifter bearing group familiar in the current art, a solution regarding any separate section into which the dirty oil is transferred is not explained.
[0012] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0013] The invention relates to the dirty oil removal system developed to ensure that the used and dirty oil in the bearing group is easily removed from the outside of the group during the lubrication processes to be carried out in the bearing group where the rotational movement of the balance weight section in the plansifters used to separate the grinded materials according to their dimensions in the grain grinding systems.
[0014] Thanks to the oil discharge channel (3.1 ) formed in the inner part of the drive shaft (3), which transmits the movement of the balance weight (1 ) to the bearing group in the developed dirty oil removal system, the lubricating oil in the bearing body (4) and supplied for the healthy operation of the bearing (5) is transferred to the dirty oil reservoir (6) from the drive shaft (3) at any time. Thus, it is used in the bearing group body (4) and it is ensured that the lubrication process is carried out in a healthy way by preventing the contaminated oil from remaining.
[0015] In the developed dirty oil removal system, it is ensured that the used and dirty oil transferred from the bearing group to the dirty oil reservoir (6) is removed from the plansifter through the cover (6.1 ) formed on the dirty oil reservoir (6). Thus, the maintenance-repair process is accelerated by ensuring that the dirty oil coming out of the bearing group body (4) is easily removed from the system.

[0028] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0029] The plansifters bearing group dirty oil removal system, which is used in the bearing group during the lubrication processes to be carried out in the bearing group where the rotational movement of the balance weight section in the plansifters used to separate the grinded materials in the grain grinding systems according to their dimensions, and which has been developed to ensure that the dirty oil is easily removed from the outside of the group, includes the parts and sections of the dirty oil reservoir (6) where the rotational movement of the balance weight (1 ) is transferred to the bearing group body (4) and the balance weight (1 ) is connected through the weight connection lever (2) and on which the oil discharge channel (3.1 ) is formed, preferably in the inner part of the shaft body, and the oil is transferred into the oil passing through the oil discharge channel (3.1 ).
[0030] The plansifters of the invention include an oil discharge channel (3.1 ) developed in the bearing group dirty oil removal system and positioned between the weight connection lever (2) and the bearing body (4), which is formed in such a way that one end of the drive shaft (3), which is open, corresponds to the bearing body (4), and the other end of the open end corresponds to the dirty oil chamber (6), allowing the transfer of the balance weight (1 ) rotational movement to the ball bearing (5).
[0031] The oil discharge channel (3.1 ) on the drive shaft (3) developed in the plansifters bearing group dirty oil removal system of the invention preferably comprises a flow control element at least one open end.
[0032] The dirty oil reservoir (6) developed in the plansifters bearing group dirty oil removal system of the invention preferably contains the reservoir cover (6.1 ) in the lower part of the reservoir (6) so that the dirty oil can be removed from the reservoir (6).
[0033] During the lubrication oil feeding into the bearing body (4) with the plansifters bearing group dirty oil removal system, the used and contaminated oil in the body (4) is transferred to the oil discharge channel (3.1 ) on the drive shaft (3) with the effect of the newly fed lubricating oil. Depending on the thrust of the new lubricating oil, the dirty oil is deposited in the dirty oil reservoir. In this way, it is ensured that there is clean lubricating oil with the necessary properties in the bearing body (4) so that the ball bearing (5) can function properly and the used oil is completely removed from the body (4). The dirty oil accumulated in the dirty oil reservoir (6) can be easily removed from the reservoir (6) through the tank cover (6.1).
[0034] Thanks to the dirty oil removal system of the plansifters bearing group subject to the invention, it is ensured that the maintenance-repair costs of the plansifters are reduced and time losses are minimized.
