[0004]
[0001] The present invention relates to a clothing liquid application device and a clothing liquid application method.
[0002] JP H01-115440U discloses a seed automatic supply device that inputs seeds onto the clothing liquid injected into the parching machine.
[0003] Regarding the ingredients related to the ordered tempura, it is required that the process from receiving the order to applying the clothing liquid can be carried out without human intervention.
[0004] The present invention has been made in view of such technical problems, and an object thereof is to enable the process from receiving an order to applying a clothing liquid to the ingredients related to the ordered tempura without human intervention.
[0005] According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a clothing liquid application device including: a clothing liquid application unit that applies clothing liquid to ingredients related to ordered tempura; transfer means that transfers the ingredients related to the ordered tempura from a storage unit of the ingredients to the clothing liquid application unit; and supply means that supplies an amount of the clothing liquid corresponding to the ingredients related to the ordered tempura to the clothing liquid application unit.
[0006] According to the above aspect, for the ingredients related to the ordered tempura, the process from receiving an order to applying a clothing liquid can be carried out without human intervention.
[0007] FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a clothing liquid application device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the clothing liquid application device viewed from above. FIG. 3 is a schematic configuration diagram of a storage container unit. FIG. 4 is a schematic configuration diagram around the clothing liquid application unit. FIG. 5 is a view in the direction of arrow V in FIG. 4. FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing an example of a clothing liquid application process.
[0008] Hereinafter, a clothing liquid application device 100 according to an embodiment, which is an example of the present invention, will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0009] Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the coating liquid application apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the coating liquid application apparatus 100 viewed from above. In Figure 2, some components have been omitted for ease of understanding. Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of the storage container unit 131.
[0010] The batter coating device 100 is a device that applies batter (for example, a water-based tempura flour mixture may be used, or a batter prepared according to a unique recipe) to the ingredients for tempura that have been ordered. The batter coating device 100 is installed in the kitchen of a restaurant that serves tempura or in a food factory that produces tempura.
[0011] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the batter coating apparatus 100 includes a batter coating unit 110 for coating ingredients for ordered tempura, a transfer means 130 for transferring ingredients for ordered tempura from an ingredient storage unit 120 to the batter coating unit 110, a supply means 140 for supplying an amount of batter to the batter coating unit 110 according to the amount of ingredients for ordered tempura, and a controller 150 for controlling the operation of each unit.
[0012] In this embodiment, each component of the coating liquid application device 100 is installed on the table 160.
[0013] The coating liquid application unit 110, the supply means 140, and the storage unit 120 are all located inside a common refrigerator 200. Refrigeration helps to suppress deterioration of the coating liquid over time. When the coating liquid deteriorates, its viscosity increases, which can lead to excessive coating on the food and a decrease in the texture of the tempura. In contrast, this embodiment allows the coating liquid to be applied to the food in an appropriate temperature environment.
[0014] The storage section 120 for storing ingredients is provided in the storage section housing 121. Specifically, the coating liquid application device 100 of this embodiment has six storage sections 120 (120a to 120f), as shown in Figure 2. The number of storage sections 120 may be multiple or just one. Alternatively, it can be considered that multiple storage sections (storage sections 120a to 120f in this embodiment) constitute one storage section 120.
[0015] Each storage section 120 is detachably fitted with a storage container unit 131 (131a to 131f). The storage container unit 131 constitutes part of the transport means 130.
[0016] As shown in Figure 3, the storage container unit 131 includes an annular member 132 and a plurality of storage containers 133 connected to the annular member 132 at predetermined intervals. The annular member 132 is, for example, a chain.
[0017] Each of the multiple storage containers 133 can hold food ingredients. Therefore, by using the storage container unit 131, the replenishment of food ingredients in the storage section 120 can be done all at once.
[0018] The storage container unit 131 moves each storage container 133 connected to the annular member 132 by advancing (rotating) the annular member 132 in the direction indicated by the arrow. When a storage container 133 moves to a predetermined position G, it tilts. This allows the food placed in the storage container 133 to fall out. The annular member 132 is driven by a drive unit (not shown) provided in the storage unit housing 121. The direction of advancement (rotation) of the annular member 132 may be in the opposite direction.
[0019] As shown in Figure 1, a conveyor 134, which is part of the transport means 130, is located below the storage section 120. Therefore, food items that fall from the storage container 133 fall onto the conveyor 134.
[0020] The conveyor belt 134 receives the food ingredients that have fallen from the storage container 133 and transports them toward the coating liquid application section 110.
[0021] As shown in Figure 2, the coating liquid application apparatus 100 of this embodiment has two conveyors 134 (134a, 134b). Conveyor 134a is located below storage sections 120a to 120c, and conveyor 134b is located below storage sections 120d to 120f.
[0022] Therefore, in this embodiment, the conveyor 134a and the storage container unit 131a constitute a transfer means 130 for transferring food ingredients from the storage section 120a to the coating liquid application section 110, the conveyor 134a and the storage container unit 131b constitute a transfer means 130 for transferring food ingredients from the storage section 120b to the coating liquid application section 110, and the conveyor 134a and the storage container unit 131c constitute a transfer means 13 for transferring food ingredients from the storage section 120c to the coating liquid application section 110 0 is formed, and the conveyor 134b and the storage container unit 131d constitute a transfer means 130 for transferring food ingredients from the storage section 120d to the coating liquid application section 110, the conveyor 134b and the storage container unit 131e constitute a transfer means 130 for transferring food ingredients from the storage section 120e to the coating liquid application section 110, and the conveyor 134b and the storage container unit 131f constitute a transfer means 130 for transferring food ingredients from the storage section 120f to the coating liquid application section 110. In other words, the coating liquid application apparatus 100 of this embodiment can be said to be equipped with a plurality of transfer means 130.
[0023] The coating liquid application unit 110 has a storage unit 111 in which the coating liquid is contained. Food ingredients transported by the conveyor 134 are put into the storage unit 111. The coating liquid application unit 110 will be described later.
[0024] The supply means 140 is a dispenser that dispenses the coating liquid.
[0025] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 1, the garment liquid coating device 100 is equipped with a sensor 141 as a detection means for detecting the amount of garment liquid contained in the storage section 111. The sensor 141 is, for example, a laser sensor that detects the position (height) of the liquid surface. The sensor 141 is not limited to this, and various sensors can be used. For example, a sensor that detects the weight of the storage section 111 can also be used as a detection means for detecting the amount of garment liquid. The sensor 141 then detects whether the amount of garment liquid is less than or equal to a predetermined amount, and also whether it is greater than or equal to a second predetermined amount.
[0026] As shown in Figure 2 as an example, in this embodiment, the coating liquid application apparatus 100 stores vegetables in storage section 120a, vegetables in storage section 120b, set vegetables in storage section 120c, seasonal seafood in storage section 120d, shrimp in storage section 120e, and shrimp in storage section 120f.
[0027] Thus, the batter coating device 100 has multiple storage sections 120 (120a to 120f), allowing it to store multiple types of ingredients. Therefore, ingredients according to the order information (ingredients related to the ordered tempura) can be selected and transferred to the batter coating section 110. In other words, it can handle multiple types of orders (menus). The types of ingredients stored in each storage section 120 are set as appropriate.
[0028] Furthermore, multiple types of ingredients can be stored together in sets, such as the vegetable sets stored in the storage section 120c. For example, different vegetables (such as pumpkin, shishito peppers, eggplant, and carrots, each enough for one meal depending on the menu) can be stored together in the storage container 133.
[0029] In this way, by storing different ingredients together, multiple ingredients can be transferred to the coating liquid application section 110 at once. Therefore, ingredients can be transferred more efficiently compared to transferring them one by one. This effect can be obtained by attaching a storage container unit 131, which has multiple storage containers 133 in which different ingredients are stored together, to at least one of the multiple storage sections 120.
[0030] Furthermore, the multiple transport means 130 can be operated simultaneously according to the order information. In other words, multiple ingredients can be transported at the same time. Therefore, ingredients can be transported more efficiently compared to transporting ingredients one by one. It can be said that this effect can be obtained if at least two of the multiple transport means 130 described above transport ingredients simultaneously. The multiple ingredients transported simultaneously may be of the same type or of different types.
[0031] For example, by operating conveyor 134a, storage container unit 131a, and storage container unit 131b simultaneously, two types of vegetables can be transported at the same time. Also, for example, by operating conveyor 134a, storage container unit 131a, conveyor 134b, and storage container unit 131e simultaneously, vegetables and shrimp can be transported at the same time.
[0032] Furthermore, in this embodiment, multiple storage units 120 are provided in parallel with respect to the direction in which the food ingredients move toward the coating liquid application unit 110. Specifically, storage units 120a to 120c and storage units 120d to 120f are arranged in a direction that intersects the transport direction of the conveyor 134. Three or more rows of storage units 120 may be provided in parallel.
[0033] This allows the transfer speeds of conveyor 134a and conveyor 134b to be set differently, taking into account the frying time for the tempura in the subsequent frying process.
[0034] The frying time for tempura varies depending on the ingredients; for example, seafood takes longer to fry than vegetables. Therefore, for seafood, the processing speed of supplying the batter from the batter coating device 100 to the frying process, that is, the processing speed of applying the batter to the ingredients, can be made slower than for vegetables, thereby matching the processing speed of the batter application process and the frying process.
[0035] Therefore, for example, by storing ingredients with a relatively short frying time (vegetables, etc.) in storage sections 120a to 120c corresponding to conveyor 134a and setting the transfer speed of conveyor 134a to a speed that matches the ingredients with a relatively short frying time (first speed), and storing ingredients with a relatively long frying time (seafood, etc.) in storage sections 120d to 120f corresponding to conveyor 134b and setting the transfer speed of conveyor 134b to a speed that matches the ingredients with a relatively long frying time (second speed that is slower than the first speed), the coating liquid application device 100 can be operated efficiently. Note that the transfer speed of conveyor 134a and the transfer speed of conveyor 134b may be the same.
[0036] Next, the configuration of the coating liquid application section 110 will be explained with reference to Figures 4 and 5.
[0037] Figure 4 is a schematic diagram of the area around the coating liquid application section 110. Figure 5 is a view V as seen by the arrow in Figure 4.
[0038] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the coating device 100 includes a conveyor 135 as a second transfer means, a conveyor 136 as a third transfer means, and a plurality of scraping claws 137. Note that the third transfer means may be provided by another device that constitutes a subsequent process (frying process) rather than the coating device 100.
[0039] Multiple conveying bars 135a are provided on the conveying surface of the conveyor 135 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction and in the width direction. The conveying bars 135a are shaped to minimize mixing of the coating liquid compared to plates with surfaces perpendicular to the transport direction, and are formed, for example, in a linear or rod shape. The conveying bars 135a do not need to be straight and may have bent or curved sections.
[0040] The upper surface of the conveying surface of the conveyor 135 (side in the direction of arrow V) is positioned above the liquid level of the garment liquid contained in the storage section 111 in order to minimize mixing of the garment liquid. In other words, the upper surface of the conveying surface of the conveyor 135 is not immersed in the garment liquid. Preferably, the lower surface of the conveying surface of the conveyor 135 (side of the garment liquid) is also positioned above the liquid level of the garment liquid contained in the storage section 111, or may be positioned above the liquid level of the garment liquid contained in the storage section 111 depending on the liquid level. In other words, the lower surface of the conveying surface of the conveyor 135 (side of the garment liquid) is also not immersed in the garment liquid, or may not be immersed in the liquid depending on the liquid level.
[0041] Furthermore, a food-holding bar (not shown) may be provided on the conveying surface of the conveyor 135 to immerse easily floating food items in the batter. The food-holding bar is shorter than the conveying bars 135a and is formed in a linear or rod shape. The food-holding bar is provided in the transport direction (circumferential direction) of the conveyor 135 and between multiple conveying bars 135a. The food-holding bar is also shaped to minimize mixing of the batter compared to a plate with a surface perpendicular to the transport direction, and is formed, for example, in the linear or rod shape described above.
[0042] As shown in FIG. 5, each of the plurality of scraping claws 137 is arranged to be positioned between two adjacent conveying bars 135a in the width direction of the conveyor 135. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the plurality of scraping claws 137 extend obliquely downward from the conveyor 136 side toward the conveyor 135 side, and their tips are arranged to dive under the conveyor 135.
[0043] As indicated by the arrow, the conveyor 135 is driven counterclockwise in FIG. 4 to transfer food ingredients.
[0044] The food ingredients transferred to the liquid detergent application section 110 by the conveyor 134 fall into the storage section 111 from the downstream end of the conveyor 134.
[0045] The food ingredients that have entered the storage section 111 are transferred through the lower surface side of the conveyor 135 and into the liquid detergent toward the conveyor 136 while being pushed by the conveying bars 135a. Thereby, the food ingredients can be transferred while being immersed in the liquid detergent in the storage section 111. Also, when a food ingredient pressing bar (not shown) is provided, floating food ingredients can be transferred while being immersed in the liquid of the liquid detergent.
[0046] The food ingredients transferred to the downstream end of the conveyor 135 are pushed upward by the conveying bars 135a. At this time, the food ingredients hit the scraping claws 137 and are pushed out to the tip side of the conveying bars 135a. Thereby, the food ingredients can be transferred onto the conveyor 136.
[0047] Next, the liquid detergent application process executed by the controller 150 will be described.
[0048] The controller 150 is composed of a microcomputer equipped with a central processing unit (CPU), a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RAM), and an input / output interface (I / O interface). The controller 150 performs various processes by the CPU reading and executing the programs stored in the ROM. The controller 150 can also be composed of a plurality of microcomputers. The controller 150 may be implemented in a form mounted on the liquid detergent application device 100, or may be implemented in a device physically separated from the liquid detergent application device 100 and electrically or electronically connected to the liquid detergent application device 100.
[0049] Figure 6 is a flowchart showing an example of the liquid detergent application process.
[0050] In step S10, the controller 150 determines whether it has received order information. The order information is transmitted from the order system 300 (see FIG. 1) to the controller 150.
[0051] The order system 300 may be a system in which a customer visiting the store or a factory worker inputs an order, or may be a system in which a store staff member or another factory worker who has received an order from a customer visiting the store or a factory worker inputs the order. Further, the store staff member or the factory worker may input the order information to the controller 150 by pressing an operation button (not shown) provided in the liquid detergent application device 100.
[0052] When the controller 150 determines that it has received the order information, it proceeds to step S11. When the controller 150 determines that it has not received the order information, it repeats the process of step S10.
[0053] In step S11, the controller 150 selects the food ingredients (food ingredients related to the tempura for which the order has been placed) according to the order information, and starts transferring the food ingredients from the storage unit 120 to the liquid detergent application unit 110. The types of food ingredients stored in each storage unit 120 (120a to 120f) are stored in a database in advance.
[0054] Specifically, the controller 150 operates the transfer means 130 and the conveyor 135, which correspond to the storage unit 120 containing the selected ingredients.
[0055] The conveyor 135 is stopped when the controller 150 has not received order information. The viscosity of the batter increases when it is mixed, and while the conveyor 135 is operating, the batter is continuously mixed by at least the transport bar 135a. Therefore, in this embodiment, by stopping the conveyor 135 when no order information has been received, the mixing of the batter and the increase in viscosity can be delayed compared to when the conveyor 135 continues to move even when no order information has been received. This helps to prevent too much batter from sticking to the food.
[0056] In step S12, the controller 150 determines whether the amount of liquid detected by the sensor 141 is below a predetermined amount.
[0057] When the controller 150 determines that the amount of coating liquid is below a predetermined amount, it proceeds to step S13.
[0058] In step S13, the controller 150 activates the supply means 140 to supply the batter liquid to the batter liquid application unit 110 in an amount corresponding to the ingredients for the ordered tempura (the ingredients selected in step S11).
[0059] As a result, the coating liquid is automatically supplied to the coating liquid application unit 110 (container unit 111). The amount of coating liquid to be supplied according to the ingredients can be set in seven different ways, for example, if there are seven types of ingredients, or fewer patterns (for example, three patterns) can be set by setting the amount of coating liquid corresponding to several ingredients. The patterns of the amount of coating liquid can be set as appropriate according to the ingredients. In this way, the coating liquid application device 100 of this embodiment can accommodate the differences in the amount of coating liquid consumed by different ingredients.
[0060] In other words, in this embodiment, the amount of batter supplied by the supply means 140 to the batter application unit 110 differs depending on whether one ingredient (first ingredient) is used or not (second ingredient). This makes it possible to determine the amount of batter supplied to the batter application unit 110 according to the order quantity of ingredients with different batter consumption rates, the order quantity of ingredients with or without dusting powder, and so on.
[0061] Furthermore, if the controller 150 determines that the amount of coating liquid is not below a predetermined amount, it proceeds to step S14.
[0062] In other words, the controller 150 does not supply the garment liquid to the garment liquid application unit 110 if the amount of garment liquid is not below a predetermined amount. This is because if the garment liquid were supplied to the garment liquid application unit 110 when the amount of garment liquid is not below a predetermined amount, the garment liquid could overflow from the storage unit 111. According to this embodiment, it is possible to prevent the garment liquid from overflowing from the storage unit 111.
[0063] The supply of the coating liquid to the coating liquid application section 110 should be performed as needed. Therefore, the decision of whether or not to perform the process in step S13 can be made based on various pieces of information, in addition to the determination made in the process in step S12.
[0064] For example, if the ingredients for the tempura order are seafood, the ingredients are coated with flour or potato starch. Therefore, if orders for such ingredients continue, the viscosity of the batter will increase due to the flour coating. Thus, if the amount of floured ingredients exceeds a predetermined quantity within a predetermined time, the process in step S13 will be performed, making it easier to maintain the batter in the desired state. This example may be performed instead of the determination by the process in step S12, or in addition to the determination by the process in step S12, as shown by the dotted line in Figure 6. However, this is performed within a range where the amount of batter is less than or equal to a second predetermined amount which is greater than the predetermined amount.
[0065] Furthermore, for example, if it is determined that there is insufficient batter based on the amount of batter detected by the sensor 141, the supply means 140 may be activated to supply a predetermined amount of batter to the batter application unit 110. That is, instead of supplying an amount of batter appropriate to the food, a predetermined fixed amount of batter may be supplied, or an amount of batter that returns the amount of batter to a predetermined level may be supplied. This prevents insufficient batter. However, in this case, the processing shown by the dotted line in Figure 6 described above will be performed.
[0066] Furthermore, for example, the detection means for detecting the amount of liquid used may be used in conjunction with the means for supplying liquid based on order information, or it may be used in place of the means for supplying liquid based on order information.
[0067] In step S14, the controller 150 determines whether the transfer of ingredients has been completed.
[0068] Whether or not the transfer of ingredients has been completed can be determined, for example, based on the driving speed and driving time of each part involved in the transfer of ingredients (storage container unit 131, conveyor 134, conveyor 135). Alternatively, whether or not the transfer of ingredients has been completed can be determined by recognizing the position of the ingredients using various sensors or image processing.
[0069] When the controller 150 determines that the transfer of ingredients is complete, it proceeds to step S15.
[0070] In step S15, the controller 150 stops the transfer means 130 and the conveyor 135 to stop the transfer of food ingredients.
[0071] If the controller 150 determines that the transfer of ingredients is not yet complete, it returns the process to step S12.
[0072] The following is a summary of the main effects and advantages of the garment liquid coating method performed by the garment liquid coating device 100 and the controller 150.
[0073] The batter coating apparatus 100 includes a batter coating section 110 for coating ingredients for ordered tempura, a transfer means 130 for transferring ingredients for ordered tempura from an ingredient storage section 120 to the batter coating section 110, and a supply means 140 for supplying an amount of batter to the batter coating section 110 according to the amount of ingredients for ordered tempura.
[0074] According to this, the ingredients for tempura that have been ordered can be prepared without human intervention, from the time the order is received until the batter is applied.
[0075] The transfer means 130 receives order information related to the ingredients and starts transferring the ingredients, and the supply means 140 supplies an amount of batter liquid corresponding to the ingredients to the batter liquid application unit 110 based on the order information.
[0076] This method can accommodate the differences in batter consumption depending on the ingredients.
[0077] The coating liquid application unit 110 has a storage unit 111 in which the coating liquid is contained and the food is immersed in the coating liquid, and the coating liquid application device 100 is equipped with a conveyor 135 that transports the food while immersing it in the coating liquid in the storage unit 111, and the conveyor 135 is stopped when it has not received order information.
[0078] According to this, compared to the case where the conveyor 135 continues to move even when no order information has been received, it is possible to delay the mixing of the batter liquid and the increase in viscosity.
[0079] The garment liquid coating device 100 is equipped with a sensor 141 that detects the amount of garment liquid contained in the storage section 111.
[0080] This method can prevent a shortage or overflow of the batter.
[0081] The transfer means 130 transfers the food ingredients selected according to the order from among the multiple types of food ingredients stored in the storage unit 120.
[0082] According to this, it is possible to handle multiple types of orders.
[0083] The coating device 100 is equipped with multiple transfer means 130, and upon receiving order information related to ingredients, at least two of the multiple transfer means 130 simultaneously transfer the ingredients.
[0084] According to this method, ingredients can be transported more efficiently compared to transporting them one by one.
[0085] Multiple storage units 120 are provided in parallel with respect to the direction in which the food ingredients are directed toward the coating liquid application unit 110.
[0086] According to this, ingredients with different frying times can be transported at different speeds.
[0087] The coating liquid application device 100 is equipped with a plurality of storage sections 120, and at least one of the plurality of storage sections 120 (120a to 120f) has a plurality of storage containers 133 in which different food ingredients are stored together.
[0088] According to this method, ingredients can be transported more efficiently compared to transporting them one type at a time.
[0089] Among the various types of ingredients, the amount of batter supplied by the supply means 140 to the batter application section 110 differs between the first ingredient and the second ingredient.
[0090] According to this, the amount of batter liquid supplied to the batter liquid application unit 110 can be determined according to the order quantity of ingredients with different batter liquid consumption rates, the order quantity of ingredients with or without dusting powder, etc.
[0091] The coating liquid application unit 110, the supply means 140, and the storage unit 120 are all located inside a common refrigerator 200.
[0092] According to this, the coating can be applied to the food in an appropriate temperature environment.
[0093] Multiple storage containers 133 can be inserted into and removed from the storage section 120 at once.
[0094] According to this, the replenishment of food ingredients in the storage unit 120 can be done all at once.
[0095] The coating method performed by the controller 150 that operates the coating device 100 includes a transfer step of transferring the ingredients related to the ordered tempura from the storage section 120 to the coating section 110 where the coating is applied to the ingredients, and a supply step of supplying an amount of coating liquid corresponding to the ingredients related to the ordered tempura to the coating section 110.
[0096] According to this, the ingredients for tempura that have been ordered can be prepared without human intervention, from the time the order is received until the batter is applied.
[0097] Although embodiments of the present invention have been described above, these embodiments only represent a part of the application examples of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the technical scope of the present invention to the specific configurations of the above embodiments.
