Ring-type sealing gasket

[0001] Cross-reference of related applications

[0002] This application claims priority to PCT patent application filed on February 19, 2025, with application number PCT / CN2025 / 077952 and entitled “Ring Pull-Type Sealing Gasket”, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field

[0003] This disclosure relates to a sealing gasket, and more particularly to a pull-ring sealing gasket. Background Technology

[0004] To prevent leakage and spoilage due to external environmental factors, sealing gaskets are used to seal the openings of packaging containers such as beverage cans and medicine bottles. Generally, sealing gaskets are made of materials such as aluminum foil or cardboard.

[0005] By ensuring a tight seal between the sealing gasket and the container opening, leakage of the contents can be prevented, and the contents can be sealed and preserved. Summary of the Invention

[0006] However, the design of known sealing gaskets primarily considers sealing performance, neglecting ease of tearing. In this case, the aluminum-plastic film sealing the container opening is difficult to open by pressing with a finger, and cutting with a knife or poking with an awl is both troublesome and dangerous, causing inconvenience to the user.

[0007] Furthermore, because the known sealing gaskets are designed primarily for sealing, they do not take into account the resealing capability after opening. In this case, after painstakingly removing the sealing aluminum-plastic film from the container opening, the cardboard remaining inside the container lid has very poor ability to block oxygen and moisture. Therefore, the contents of the container are easily affected by oxygen and moisture and spoil.

[0008] Therefore, how to solve the aforementioned problems encountered by known sealing gaskets and effectively improve the ease of tearing has become an urgent problem that this technical field hopes to solve.

[0009] To address the aforementioned problems, this disclosure provides a pull-out sealing gasket comprising: a functional layer, which, from top to bottom, includes a surface film and a bonding film; an adhesive layer located below the functional layer; a release layer and a strong adhesive layer located between the surface film and the adhesive layer; and an electromagnetic induction heating layer located between the surface film and the adhesive layer; wherein the functional layer of the pull-out sealing gasket has a main cutting line dividing the pull-out sealing gasket into an outer ring and an inner ring, and the inner side of the outer ring is connected to the outer side of the inner ring, wherein the inner ring includes: a lifting portion; and a lifting neck, which... It is connected to the bottom end of the lifting part; and a hollow area, which is cut by a secondary cutting line. The hollow area is located on the periphery of the lifting part and is connected to both sides of the lifting neck; wherein the thickness of the hollow area is less than the thickness of the ring-type sealing gasket, wherein the functional layer of the ring-type sealing gasket is also provided with a tear line, one end of the tear line is connected to the lifting part, the other end of the tear line is connected to the main cutting line, and a part of the tear line completely overlaps with the main cutting line, and wherein the release layer and the strong adhesive layer are located on the lower surface of the connecting film corresponding to the lifting part, or on the upper or lower surface of the electromagnetic induction heating layer.

[0015] In an embodiment, the strong adhesive layer provides a peel strength between the bonding membrane and the electromagnetic induction heating layer that is greater than 12 N / 15 mm as measured by ASTM D903 standard.

[0016] In the embodiments, the strong adhesive layer is a dry composite adhesive or a hot melt laminate, and the material of the hot melt laminate is selected from at least one of the group consisting of PE, PP, EMAC, EMAA, EEA, EAA and EMMA.

[0017] In an embodiment, the release layer is coated on the lower surface of the functional layer, and the coating area of the release layer is not less than the lifting portion.

[0018] In an embodiment, the release layer is coated on the upper surface of the electromagnetic induction heating layer, and the coating area of the release layer is not smaller than the hollow area and the lifting portion.

[0023] In this embodiment, an inner cutting line for the electromagnetic induction heating ring is further included on the inner side of the inner edge of the electromagnetic induction heating ring. The inner cutting line for the electromagnetic induction heating ring has a plurality of breaks. The ends of the upper surface of the functional layer corresponding to the breaks are not cut in the vertical direction at a distance of 0.02 mm to 0.9 mm along the horizontal direction of the inner cutting line for the electromagnetic induction heating ring. The portion of the wireless information integrated piece corresponding to the inner cutting line for the electromagnetic induction heating ring, except for the breaks, is completely cut off. The plurality of breaks of the inner cutting line for the electromagnetic induction heating ring correspond to the plurality of breaks of the main cutting line of the functional layer. The inner cutting line for the electromagnetic induction heating ring is formed by cutting through a continuous arrangement of a cutting blade. The inner cutting line for the electromagnetic induction heating ring is located between the information area and the electromagnetic induction heating ring and surrounds the information area. [0024] In one embodiment, there is a gap between the electromagnetic induction heating ring and the information area. In another embodiment, this gap is the distance between the outermost edge of the information area and the innermost edge of the electromagnetic induction heating ring, and is between 0.1 mm and 3 mm. In a preferred embodiment, the gap between the electromagnetic induction heating ring and the information area is completely filled.

[0025] In an embodiment, the information and heating layer also includes at least one physical connection bridge for connecting the information area and the electromagnetic induction heating ring.

[0026] The present inventors have developed a pull-tab sealing gasket that not only prevents leakage and spoilage of the contents due to external environmental influences, but also allows users to easily peel it off by simply holding the pull tab, along the pull tab, neck, and tear line. This allows the layers of the inner ring of the gasket to be pulled upwards, further facilitating opening. Furthermore, the resealable outer ring structure is not damaged during the entire opening process, and the process is very convenient and quick. Moreover, after the container lid is closed, the resealable outer ring remaining on the container opening is firmly pressed against it, ensuring a good seal for the contents upon resealing.

[0027] This disclosure is made in view of the aforementioned known problems, and its purpose is to provide a pull-tab sealing gasket that can further improve the ease of tearing open for the user.

This disclosure can also be implemented or applied through other different specific embodiments, and various details in this specification can also be modified and changed based on different viewpoints and applications without departing from the spirit of this disclosure.

[0046] Unless otherwise stated herein, the term "A to B" as used in the specification and the appended claims includes the meaning of "more than A and less than B". For example, the term "10 to 40% by weight" includes the meaning of "more than 10% by weight and less than 40% by weight".

[0047] Furthermore, it should be noted that in the description of this application, terms such as "first," "second," and "third" are used to distinguish between elements, rather than to limit the elements themselves or indicate a specific order of elements. It should also be noted that in the description below, the same elements or steps may be represented by the same numbering.

[0048] First Implementation Form

[0049] Ring-type sealing gasket

[0050] First, please refer to Figure 1, which is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of a pull-tab sealing gasket 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Figure 1, the pull-tab sealing gasket 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes, from top to bottom, the following: a functional layer 1, which includes, from top to bottom, a surface film 11 and a bonding film 12; a release layer 2 and a strong adhesive layer 6; an electromagnetic induction heating layer 3; and an adhesive sealing layer 4. Each layer will be described in detail below.

[0051] Surface film

[0052] The surface film 11 is used to form the surface layer of the pull-tab gasket 100, and its upper or lower surface can be a printing surface to print different patterns. In a specific example, the material of the surface film 11 can be selected from at least one of the group consisting of PI, PEN, PA, PET, PE and PP. The thickness of the surface film 11 is preferably from 12μm to 150μm, within which the tensile strength is greater and the surface is smooth and glossy.

[0053] Connecting membrane

[0054] The connecting film 12 is mainly used for lamination with the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3 described later. In a specific example, the material of the connecting film 12 can be selected from at least one of the group consisting of PET, PP, EPE, EPP, PA and PE, and the thickness of the connecting film 12 is preferably 12μm to 200μm; thereby, the peel strength after the connecting film 12 is laminated with the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3 can be improved; or, by means of foaming material and thickening, the resealing capability of the pull-out sealing gasket 100 can be further increased.

[0055] Release layer

[0056] Release layer 2 is located between functional layer 1 and adhesive layer 4. Release layer 2 can be made of silicone oil, varnish, or wax, and its surface can be glossy, matte, or dotted, thus making it easy to peel off. Release layer 2 is located on the lower surface of the pull-out portion (described later) or the upper surface of the electromagnetic induction heating layer (described later), allowing the user to easily tear open the inner ring of the pull-out sealing gasket 100 by pinching the pull-out portion with their fingers. The thickness of release layer 2 is preferably 0.5 μm to 40 μm, thereby preventing the pull-out portion from sticking to the underlying electromagnetic induction heating layer 3 and allowing the pull-out portion to be easily lifted.

[0057] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG1, the release layer 2 is coated on the lower surface of the functional layer 1, and the coating area of the release layer 2 is not smaller than the lifting portion described later. In this way, after the hollow area of the functional layer 1 is cut off, and after the functional layer 1 is laminated with the layer below, it can be ensured that the lifting portion is not easily stuck to the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3 below, and the lifting portion can be easily lifted. In another embodiment (refer to FIG5A), as shown in FIG5A, the release layer 2 is coated on the upper surface of the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3 described later, and the coating area of the release layer 2 is not smaller than the hollow area and the lifting part described later, and the coating area of the release layer 2 is not larger than, for example, the second coating range 22 shown in FIG2 to FIG4. In this way, after the functional layer 1 is laminated with the underlying layer, after the hollow area is cut off downward from the surface film direction of the functional layer 1, the hollow area can be easily removed, and it can be ensured that the lifting part is not easily stuck to the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3 below, and the lifting part can be easily lifted up.

[0058] Strong adhesive layer

[0059] A strong adhesive layer 6 is located between the functional layer 1 and the sealing layer 4. More specifically, the strong adhesive layer 6 is located between the connecting film 12 and the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3, and it serves to bond the connecting film 12 and the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3. Because there is a release layer 2 between the connecting film 12 and the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3, and the release layer 2 is made of an easily peelable material, the strong adhesive layer 6 can be used to tightly bond the connecting film 12, the release layer 2, and the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3 together. In addition, the strong adhesive layer 6 can use a dry laminating adhesive with strong adhesion or a hot melt laminating adhesive with high peel strength, so that the peel strength between the connecting film and the electromagnetic induction heating layer, measured according to the ASTM D903 standard, is greater than 12N / 15mm. This ensures that the functional layer starting from the lifting neck and the underlying electromagnetic induction heating layer can tear the electromagnetic induction heating layer and the sealing layer with extremely strong peel strength. In one specific example, the hot melt adhesive material can be selected from at least one of the group consisting of PE, PP, EMAC, EMAA, EEA, EAA, and EMMA. The thickness of the hot melt adhesive is preferably 4μm to 60μm. This allows the user to more easily pull up and peel off the layers in the inner ring of the pull-tab sealing gasket 100 when holding the lifting part or other parts and pulling upwards.

[0060] In one embodiment, the release layer 2 and the strong adhesive layer 6 are located on the lower surface of the lifting portion or the upper surface of the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3 as described below. Taking FIG1 as an example, the release layer 2 and the strong adhesive layer 6 are coated on the lower surface of the connecting film 12; taking FIG5A as an example, the release layer 2 and the strong adhesive layer 6 are coated on the upper surface of the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3.

[0061] Electromagnetic induction heating layer

[0062] The electromagnetic induction heating layer 3 is located between the functional layer 1 and the sealing layer 4. The electromagnetic induction heating layer 3 can be aluminum foil or a wireless information integration sheet described later. Aluminum foil is an existing structure in known sealing gaskets, and the thickness of the aluminum foil is preferably 10μm to 40μm, thereby enhancing the barrier function against moisture and oxygen, producing the effect of preventing leakage of contents and sealing and preserving the contents.

[0063] The wireless information integration chip described later can be used to replace aluminum foil, which can effectively reduce the amount of aluminum foil used and reduce energy consumption. Specifically, the wireless information integration chip disclosed herein can increase the function of wireless information transmission, reduce material waste, reduce energy consumption, avoid waste of manpower, avoid interference from metals and liquids, improve production efficiency, provide good communication performance and significantly increase communication distance, and greatly enhance the automation, digitalization and intelligent development of factories, warehouses, logistics, shops and unmanned checkout management.

[0064] Adhesive layer

[0065] The sealing layer 4 is located below the functional layer 1. The sealing layer 4 is mainly used to seal the container opening. The sealing layer 4 can be a hot melt adhesive or a combination of a sealing film and an adhesive. Specifically, as shown in Figure 1, the sealing layer 4 is a single layer of hot melt adhesive. The main material of the hot melt adhesive can be selected from at least one of the groups consisting of PE, PP, EMAC, EMAA, EEA, EAA, EBA, and EMMA, and the thickness of the hot melt adhesive can be from 4μm to 100μm.

[0066] In another embodiment (refer to FIG5A), as shown in FIG5A, the sealing layer 4 may be a combination of a sealing film 41 and an adhesive 42, with the adhesive 42 located between the sealing film 41 and the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3, thereby allowing the selection of a suitable sealing film 41 to seal different containers. The sealing film 41 may be selected from at least one of the group consisting of PE, PP, PA, PVDC, EVOH, and PET, while the adhesive 42 may be a known adhesive, such as a dry composite adhesive, without particular limitation. The thickness of the sealing film may be 12 to 100 μm.

[0067] In another embodiment, the pull-type sealing gasket comprises, from top to bottom, a functional layer, which comprises, from top to bottom, a surface film and a bonding film; an electromagnetic induction heating layer; a release layer and a strong adhesive layer; and an adhesive sealing layer.

[0068] Furthermore, although not illustrated, the layers of the pull-type sealing gasket 100 in this embodiment can be composited in various ways (e.g., adhesive, bonding, or lamination).

[0069] Please refer to Figures 2 to 4 for an explanation of the tearing method of the pull-tab sealing gasket 100 according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. Figures 2 to 4 are top views of the pull-tab sealing gasket 100 according to three different embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0070] First, as shown in Figure 2, the upper surface of the pull-tab sealing gasket 100 (i.e., the upper surface of the functional layer) is provided with a main cutting line 9a. The main cutting line 9a divides the pull-tab sealing gasket 100 into an outer ring 111 and an inner ring 112, and the inner side of the outer ring 111 is connected to the outer side of the inner ring 112. Taking Figure 2 as an example, the main cutting line 9a is equivalent to the line formed by the points ijklmi. When the user pulls and tears open the pull-tab sealing gasket 100 with their fingers, the outer ring 111 will not be damaged and can be resealed at the container opening.

[0071] As shown in Figure 2, the inner ring 112 may include a hollow area 1121, a lifting portion 1122, and a lifting neck 1123. Specifically, taking Figure 2 as an example, the hollow area 1121 refers to the area enclosed by points abcdefga, the lifting portion 1122 is equivalent to the roughly circular area enclosed by points abcda, and the lifting neck 1123 is equivalent to the area enclosed by point aged.

[0072] The lifting portion 1122 has a first starting point 1122b1 and a second starting point 1122b2. Taking Figure 2 as an example, the first starting point 1122b1 can be point b, and the second starting point 1122b2 can be point a. The lifting neck 1123 is connected to the lifting portion 1122. Taking Figure 2 as an example, the lifting neck 1123 is connected to the top of the lifting portion 1122. The hollow area 1121 is cut by the secondary cutting line 9b. Taking Figure 2 as an example, the secondary cutting line 9b is equivalent to the line formed by connecting points abcdefga. The hollow area 1121 is located on the periphery of the lifting portion 1122, and the hollow area 1121 is connected to both sides of the lifting neck 1123. Taking Figure 2 as an example, one end of the hollow area 1121 (i.e., point g) is connected to the left side of the lifting neck 1123, and the other end of the hollow area 1121 (i.e., point e) is connected to the right side of the lifting neck 1123. The hollow area 1121 removes the functional layer, making the thickness of the hollow area 1121 less than the thickness of the ring-type sealing gasket 100, thereby allowing the user's fingernails and fingertips to poke open the bottom of the pull part.

[0073] Next, the upper surface of the pull-type sealing gasket 100 is also provided with a tear line 1122a0. One end of the tear line 1122a0 (i.e., point b) is connected to the lifting part 1122, and the other end of the tear line 1122a0 (i.e., point i) is connected to the main cutting line 9a, and a portion of the tear line 1122a0 completely overlaps with the main cutting line 9a. Taking Figure 2 as an example, the tear line 1122a0 is equivalent to the line formed by connecting points baghijklmi. The tear line 1122a0 crosses one side of the lifting neck 1123 (e.g., the left side of the lifting neck 1123, i.e., point g).

[0074] In one embodiment, the tear line 1122a0 includes a first segment 1122a1 and a second segment 1122a2. One end of the first segment 1122a1 is connected to a first starting point 1122b1, and the other end of the first segment 1122a1 is connected to the main cutting line 9a. The first segment 1122a1 crosses one side of the lifting neck 1123 (e.g., the left side of the lifting neck 1123, i.e., point g). Taking FIG2 as an example, the first segment 1122a1 is equivalent to the line formed by connecting points baghi. One end of the second segment 1122a2 is connected to a second starting point 1122b2, and the other end of the second segment 1122a2 is connected to the main cutting line 9a. The second line segment 1122a2 crosses one side of the lifting neck 1123 (e.g., the left side of the lifting neck 1123, i.e., point g). The second line segment 1122a2 partially overlaps with the first line segment 1122a1, and a portion of the second line segment 1122a2 completely overlaps with the main cutting tangent line 9a. Taking Figure 2 as an example, the second line segment 1122a2 is equivalent to the line formed by connecting points aghijklmi.

[0075] In this way, the user can directly hold the lifting part 1122 and pull it up along the lifting part 1122, the lifting neck 1123 and the tear line 1122a0 to peel it off, so that each layer in the inner ring 112 of the ring-type sealing gasket 100 is pulled up with the lifting part 1122, thereby further realizing the function of easy opening.

[0076] In this embodiment, the first line segment 1122a1 has at least one break point, and the second line segment 1122a2 has at least four break points. This ensures that even if the functional layer 1 is cut or the cut-out area is removed, the sections of the functional layer 1 remain connected at the break points and do not scatter. In one specific example, the portion of the functional layer corresponding to these break points is not completely cut in the vertical direction. For example, in another specific example, the end of the upper surface of the functional layer corresponding to these break points is not cut in the vertical direction from 0.02 mm to 0.9 mm along the horizontal direction of the tear line 1122a0, and the portion of the functional layer 1 corresponding to the tear line 1122a0 other than these break points is completely cut off. Therefore, when the user pinches the pull part with their hand and tears along the tear line to the break point, a short pause will be created in the tearing action to continue to accumulate and increase the tearing force, which is more conducive to subsequent tearing. In addition, during the processing, the presence of the break point also pulls the pull part and the pull neck to prevent them from drooping or floating up, so as to avoid poor quality during the processing.

[0077] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the secondary cutting line 9b (equivalent to the line formed by connecting points abcdefga) has no breakpoints, thereby enabling the residual material of the cutout area to easily detach from the functional layer 1 after the outline of the cutout area is cut out.

[0078] In one embodiment, if the release layer is coated on the lower surface of the functional layer, the coating area of the release layer is not less than the lifting portion. Taking Figure 2 as an example, the coating area of the release layer is not less than the first coating range 21 (equivalent to the area enclosed by the dotted line in the figure). In this way, after the hollow area is cut off from the functional layer 1, after the functional layer 1 is laminated with the layer below, it can be ensured that the lifting portion is not easily stuck to the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3 below, and the lifting portion can be easily lifted. In another embodiment, if the release layer is coated on the upper surface of the electromagnetic induction heating layer described later, the coating area of the release layer is not smaller than the hollow area and the lifting part described later. Taking Figure 2 as an example, the coating area of the release layer is not larger than the second coating range 22 (equivalent to the area enclosed by the dotted line in the figure). In this way, after the functional layer 1 is laminated with the lower layer, after the hollow area is cut off from the surface film direction of the functional layer 1, the hollow area can be easily removed, and the lifting part can be prevented from being stuck to the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3 below, and the lifting part can be easily lifted.

[0079] In this embodiment, the main cutting line 9a, the secondary cutting line 9b, and the tear line 1122a0 can be considered as a large cutting line. Taking Figure 2 as an example, the large cutting line is equivalent to the line formed by connecting the points gfedcbaghijklmi. In a specific example, the large cutting line can be cut by continuously arranging it with a single cutting blade, thereby forming a large cutting line in one go. This improves the convenience of manufacturing with a one-piece manufacturing method and makes it easy to tear and aesthetically pleasing.

[0080] Secondly, as shown in Figure 3, the functional layer 1 of the pull-tab sealing gasket 100 has a main cutting line 9a, which divides the pull-tab sealing gasket 100 into an outer ring 111 and an inner ring 112, with the inner side of the outer ring 111 and the outer side of the inner ring 112 circling and connecting. Taking Figure 3 as an example, the main cutting line 9a is equivalent to the line formed by the points ijklmi. When the user pulls and tears open the pull-tab sealing gasket 100 with their fingers, the outer ring 111 will not be damaged and can be resealed at the container opening.

[0081] As shown in Figure 3, the inner ring 112 may include a hollow area 1121, a lifting portion 1122, and a lifting neck 1123. Specifically, taking Figure 3 as an example, the hollow area 1121 refers to the area enclosed by points abcdefga, the lifting portion 1122 is equivalent to the roughly circular area enclosed by points abcda, and the lifting neck 1123 is equivalent to the area enclosed by points ghed.

[0082] The lifting portion 1122 has a first starting point 1122b1 and a second starting point 1122b2. Taking Figure 3 as an example, the first starting point 1122b1 can be point b, and the second starting point 1122b2 can be point a. The lifting neck 1123 is connected to the lifting portion 1122. Taking Figure 3 as an example, the lifting neck 1123 is connected to the top of the lifting portion 1122. The hollow area 1121 is cut by the secondary cutting line 9b. Taking Figure 3 as an example, the secondary cutting line 9b is equivalent to the line formed by connecting points abcdefga. The hollow area 1121 is located on the periphery of the lifting portion 1122, and the hollow area 1121 is connected to both sides of the lifting neck 1123. Taking Figure 3 as an example, one end of the hollow area 1121 (i.e., point g) is connected to the left side of the lifting neck 1123, and the other end of the hollow area 1121 (i.e., point e) is connected to the right side of the lifting neck 1123. The hollow area 1121 removes the functional layer, making the thickness of the hollow area 1121 less than the thickness of the ring-type sealing gasket 100, thereby allowing the user's fingernails and fingertips to poke open the bottom of the pull part.

[0083] Next, the upper surface of the pull-type sealing gasket 100 is also provided with a tear line 1122a0. Taking Figure 3 as an example, the tear line 1122a0 is equivalent to the line formed by connecting points baghijklmi. The tear line 1122a0 crosses one side of the lifting neck 1123 (e.g., the left side of the lifting neck 1123, i.e., point g).

[0084] In one embodiment, the tear line 1122a0 includes a first segment 1122a1 and a second segment 1122a2. Taking FIG3 as an example, the first segment 1122a1 is equivalent to the line formed by connecting points baghi. The second line segment 1122a2 partially overlaps with the first line segment 1122a1, and a portion of the second line segment 1122a2 completely overlaps with the main cutting line 9a. Taking Figure 3 as an example, the second line segment 1122a2 is equivalent to the line formed by connecting points aghijklmi.

[0085] In this embodiment, the lifting portion 1122, the lifting neck 1123, and the hollowed-out area 1121 are all located in the same half of the inner ring 112. This allows manufacturers to utilize the other half of the area for other design considerations, further meeting their design needs and enhancing their design flexibility. For example, in Figure 3, the lifting portion 1122, the lifting neck 1123, and the hollowed-out area 1121 are all located in the upper half of the inner ring 112. In other specific examples, the lifting portion 1122, the lifting neck 1123, and the hollowed-out area 1121 may also be located in the lower half, left half, or right half of the inner ring 112.

[0086] In this way, the user can directly hold the lifting part 1122 and pull it up along the lifting part 1122, the lifting neck 1123 and the tear line 1122a0 to peel it off, so that each layer in the inner ring 112 of the ring-type sealing gasket 100 is pulled up with the lifting part 1122, thereby further realizing the function of easy opening.

[0087] In this embodiment, the first line segment 1122a1 has at least one break point, and the second line segment 1122a2 has at least four break points.

[0088] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the secondary cutting line 9b (equivalent to the line formed by connecting points abcdefga) has no breakpoints, thereby enabling the residual material of the cutout area to easily detach from the functional layer 1 after the outline of the cutout area is cut out.

[0089] In one embodiment, if the release layer is coated on the lower surface of the functional layer, the coating area of the release layer is not less than the lifting portion. Taking Figure 3 as an example, the coating area of the release layer is not less than the first coating range 21 (equivalent to the area enclosed by the dotted line in the figure). Taking Figure 3 as an example, the coating area of the release layer is not larger than the second coating range 22 (equivalent to the area enclosed by the dotted line in the figure).

[0090] In this embodiment, the main cutting line 9a, the secondary cutting line 9b, and the tear line 1122a0 can be considered as a large cutting line. Taking Figure 3 as an example, the large cutting line is equivalent to the line formed by connecting the points gfedcbaghijklmi. In a specific example, the large cutting line can be cut by continuously arranging it with a single cutting blade, thereby forming a large cutting line in one go. This improves the convenience of manufacturing with a one-piece manufacturing method and makes it easy to tear and aesthetically pleasing.

[0091] Finally, as shown in Figure 4, the functional layer 1 of the pull-tab sealing gasket 100 has a main cutting line 9a, which divides the pull-tab sealing gasket 100 into an outer ring 111 and an inner ring 112, with the inner side of the outer ring 111 and the outer side of the inner ring 112 circling and connecting. Taking Figure 4 as an example, the main cutting line 9a is equivalent to the line formed by the dots stuvs. When the user pulls and tears open the pull-tab sealing gasket 100 with their fingers, the outer ring 111 will not be damaged and can be resealed at the container opening.

[0092] As shown in Figure 4, the inner ring 112 may include a hollow area, a lifting portion 1122, and a lifting neck 1123. Specifically, taking Figure 4 as an example, the hollow area refers to the area enclosed by points ghijkfg, elmde, cnobc, and apqa, respectively; the lifting portion 1122 is equivalent to the roughly circular area enclosed by point gfedcbaq; and the lifting neck 1123 is equivalent to the area enclosed by point qhir.

[0093] In this embodiment, the cutout area may include multiple cutout sub-areas, and each cutout sub-area may be cut by each secondary cutting line, thereby further meeting the manufacturer's design requirements and further improving the manufacturer's design flexibility. Taking Figure 4 as an example, the hollow area includes a first hollow sub-area 1121a1, a second hollow sub-area 1121a2, a third hollow sub-area 1121a3, and a fourth hollow sub-area 1121a4. The first hollow sub-area 1121a1 is cut by the first cutting line 1121b1 (equivalent to the line connected by points fkjihgf), the second hollow sub-area 1121a2 is cut by the second cutting line 1121b2 (equivalent to the line connected by points elmde), the third hollow sub-area 1121a3 is cut by the third cutting line 1121b3 (equivalent to the line connected by points cnobc), and the fourth hollow sub-area 1121a4 is cut by the fourth cutting line 1121b4 (equivalent to the line connected by points apqa).

[0094] The lifting portion 1122 has a first starting point 1122b1 and a second starting point 1122b2. Taking Figure 4 as an example, the first starting point 1122b1 can be point b, and the second starting point 1122b2 can be point a. The lifting neck 1123 is connected to the lifting portion 1122. Taking Figure 4 as an example, the lifting neck 1123 is connected to the top of the lifting portion 1122. The hollow area is cut by a secondary cutting line. Taking Figure 4 as an example, the secondary cutting line is equivalent to the line connecting points abcdefghijklmnopqa. The hollow area is located on the periphery of the lifting portion 1122, and the hollow area is connected to both sides of the lifting neck 1123. Taking Figure 4 as an example, one end of the hollow area (i.e., point q) is connected to the left side of the lifting neck 1123, and the other end of the hollow area (i.e., point h) is connected to the right side of the lifting neck 1123. The cutout area is the part where the functional layer is removed, so that the thickness of the cutout area is less than the thickness of the ring-type sealing gasket 100, thereby allowing the user's fingernails and fingertips to poke open the bottom of the pull part.

[0095] Next, the upper surface of the pull-type sealing gasket 100 is also provided with a tear line 1122a0. One end of the tear line 1122a0 (i.e., point b) is connected to the lifting part 1122, and the other end of the tear line 1122a0 (i.e., point s) is connected to the main cutting line 9a, and a portion of the tear line 1122a0 completely overlaps with the main cutting line 9a. Taking Figure 4 as an example, the tear line 1122a0 is equivalent to the line formed by connecting points báqrstuvs. The tear line 1122a0 crosses one side of the lifting neck 1123 (e.g., the left side of the lifting neck 1123, i.e., point q).

[0096] In one embodiment, the tear line 1122a0 includes a first segment 1122a1 and a second segment 1122a2. One end of the first segment 1122a1 is connected to a first starting point 1122b1, and the other end of the first segment 1122a1 is connected to the main cutting line 9a. The first segment 1122a1 crosses one side of the lifting neck 1123 (e.g., the left side of the lifting neck 1123, i.e., point q). Taking Figure 4 as an example, the first segment 1122a1 is equivalent to the line formed by connecting points baqrs. One end of the second segment 1122a2 is connected to a second starting point 1122b2, and the other end of the second segment 1122a2 is connected to the main cutting line 9a. The second line segment 1122a2 crosses one side of the lifting neck 1123 (e.g., the left side of the lifting neck 1123, i.e., point q). The second line segment 1122a2 partially overlaps with the first line segment 1122a1, and a portion of the second line segment 1122a2 completely overlaps with the main cutting tangent line 9a. Taking Figure 4 as an example, the second line segment 1122a2 is equivalent to the line formed by connecting points aqrstuvs.

[0097] In this way, the user can directly hold the lifting part 1122 and pull it up along the lifting part 1122, the lifting neck 1123 and the tear line 1122a0 to peel it off, so that each layer in the inner ring 112 of the ring-type sealing gasket 100 is pulled up with the lifting part 1122, thereby further realizing the function of easy opening.

[0098] In this embodiment, the first line segment 1122a1 has at least two break points, and the second line segment 1122a2 has at least three break points, so that even if the functional layer 1 is cut off or the hollow area is cut off, the blocks of the functional layer 1 can still be connected at the break points and will not fall apart.

[0099] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the secondary cutting line (equivalent to the line connecting points abcdefghijklmnopqa) has at least three breakpoints (e.g., at least one breakpoint between kl, mn, and op), thereby ensuring that even if the functional layer 1 is cut or the cutout area is removed, the various sections of the functional layer 1 can still be connected at the breakpoints and will not scatter. In one specific example, the portion of the functional layer corresponding to these breakpoints is not completely cut off in the vertical direction. For example, in another specific example, the end of the upper surface of the functional layer corresponding to these breakpoints is not cut off in the vertical direction along the tear line 1122a0 and the secondary cutting line at a distance of 0.02mm to 0.9mm in the horizontal direction, while the portion of the functional layer 1 corresponding to the tear line 1122a0 other than these breakpoints and the portion of the functional layer 1 corresponding to the secondary cutting line other than these breakpoints are completely cut off.

[0100] In one embodiment, if the release layer is coated on the lower surface of the functional layer, the coating area of the release layer is not less than the lifting portion. Taking Figure 4 as an example, the coating area of the release layer is not less than the first coating range 21 (equivalent to the area enclosed by the dotted line in the figure). Taking Figure 4 as an example, the coating area of the release layer is not larger than the second coating range 22 (equivalent to the area enclosed by the dotted line in the figure).

[0101] In this embodiment, the line formed by the main cutting line 9a, the line connected by fkjihgfedcb, and the tear line 1122a0 can be considered as the large cutting line. Taking Figure 4 as an example, the large cutting line is equivalent to the line connected by points fkjihgfedcbaqrstuvs. In a specific example, the large cutting line can be cut by continuously arranging and forming it with a single cutting blade, thereby forming the large cutting line in one go. This improves the convenience of manufacturing with a one-piece manufacturing method and makes it easy to tear and aesthetically pleasing. In addition, the second cutting sub-line 1121b2 (equivalent to the line connected by points elmde) can also be formed in one go, the third cutting sub-line 1121b3 (equivalent to the line connected by points cnobc) can also be formed in one go, and the fourth cutting sub-line 1121b4 (equivalent to the line connected by points apqa) can also be formed in one go.

[0102] Second Implementation Form

[0103] Next, the second embodiment of the pull-tab sealing gasket 100' will be further described. Please refer to FIG5A, which is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the pull-tab sealing gasket 100' according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG5A, the pull-tab sealing gasket 100' includes, in addition to the surface film 11, connecting film 12, release layer 2, strong adhesive layer 6, electromagnetic induction heating layer 3, and sealing layer 4 (the sealing layer 4 may be a combination of sealing film 41 and adhesive 42) of the first embodiment, an adhesive 5 is also included. In FIG5A, the release layer 2 and strong adhesive layer 6 are coated on top of the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3.

[0104] Here, adhesive 5 is located between the surface film 11 and the bonding film 12, serving as a layer for bonding the surface film 11 and the bonding film 12. The specific form of adhesive 5 is the same as that of adhesive 42, and will not be described further here. Through adhesive 5, the peel strength between the surface film 11 and the bonding film 12, as measured by ASTM D903 standard, is greater than 5 N / 15 mm.

[0105] Furthermore, Figure 5B is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of a pull-tab sealing gasket 100” according to another embodiment of this disclosure. As shown in Figure 5B, the pull-tab sealing gasket 100” includes, in addition to the surface film 11, connecting film 12, release layer 2, strong adhesive layer 6, electromagnetic induction heating layer 3, and sealing layer 4 of the first embodiment, an adhesive 5. In Figure 5B, except that the release layer 2 and strong adhesive layer 6 are coated below the connecting film 12, the examples and functions of the other layers are the same as in Figure 5A.

[0106] Furthermore, Figure 5C is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of a pull-tab sealing gasket 100”' according to another embodiment of this disclosure. As shown in Figure 5C, the pull-tab sealing gasket 100”' includes, in addition to the surface film 11, connecting film 12, release layer 2, strong adhesive layer 6, electromagnetic induction heating layer 3, and sealing layer 4 of the first embodiment, an adhesive 5 is also included. The adhesive 5 can be used to bond the surface film 11 and the connecting film 12, as well as the connecting film 12 and the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3. The release layer 2 and the strong adhesive layer 6 are located between the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3 and the sealing layer 4, and the release layer 2 and the strong adhesive layer 6 are applied below the electromagnetic induction heating layer 3. The examples and functions of the other layers are the same as those in Figure 5A.

[0107] Variations

[0108] Next, a modified example of this disclosure will be described, which mainly improves the functional layer. Specifically, please refer to Figure 6, which is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the functional layer 1' of a modified example of this disclosure.

[0109] First, as shown in Figure 6, the functional layer 1' includes, from top to bottom: a surface film 11, a foamed film 13A, a foamed plate film 14, a composite film 15, a composite foamed film 13B, and a connecting film 12. The surface film 11 and the connecting film 12 are the same as those in the previous embodiment, and will not be described again here.

[0110] Here, although foamed film 13A and foamed sheet film 14 are shown in Figure 6, foamed film 13A and foamed sheet film 14 are optional structures in this modified example. Both can exist simultaneously, or only one of them can exist. The order of foamed film 13A and foamed sheet film 14 shown in Figure 6 is only an example; the order could also be foamed sheet film 14 on top of foamed film 13A. Next, foamed film 13A is EPE or EPP with a thickness of 40μm to 3000μm. The thinner foamed film 13A has the function of filling the gap between the bottle and the cap. Meanwhile, foamed sheet film 14 is EPE or EPP with a thickness of 0.3μm to 5mm. Foamed sheet film 14 can thicken the seal, increasing the resealing capability of the pull-tab gasket and reinforcing the sealing effect when the bottle neck and cap do not match well.

[0111] Furthermore, although composite film 15 and composite foam film 13B are shown in Figure 6, composite film 15 and composite foam film 13B are optional structures in this modified example; both can exist simultaneously, or only one of them can exist. The order of composite film 15 and composite foam film 13B shown in Figure 6 is only an example; the order of composite foam film 13B on top of composite film 15 is also possible. Here, composite film 15 is at least one of the group consisting of PI, PEN, PET, PP, PA, and PE with a thickness of 12μm to 150μm, thereby improving the tensile strength of the pull-tab sealing gasket. Additionally, composite foam film 13B is EPE or EPP with a thickness of 40μm to 3000μm; the thinner composite foam film 13B has the function of filling the gap between the bottle and the cap.

[0112] Furthermore, although not illustrated, the functional layers of this variant can also be composited in various ways (e.g., adhesive, bonding, or lamination).

[0113] Wireless Information Integration Chip

[0114] Next, a description will be given of a wireless information integration chip that can serve as the electromagnetic induction heating layer of this disclosure.

[0115] First, please refer to Figure 7, which is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of a wireless information integration sheet 100w according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Figure 7, the wireless information integration sheet 100w according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a base film 1w; a first adhesive layer 2w; and an information and heating layer 3w. The first adhesive layer 2w is located between the base film 1w and the information and heating layer 3w, bonding the base film 1w and the information and heating layer 3w together. Hereinafter, each layer will be described in detail.

[0116] The base film 1w is used as the initial layer for fabricating the wireless information integration sheet. In a specific example, the material of the base film 1w can be selected from at least one of the group consisting of PI, PEN, PET, PC, PP, and PE. The thickness of the base film 1w is preferably 20μm to 150μm, within which the longitudinal and transverse tensile strengths are relatively high. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 7, the lower surface of the base film 1w is bonded to the first adhesive layer 2w, while the upper surface of the base film 1w can serve as a printing surface for printing different patterns.

[0117] The first adhesive layer is used to bond the base film and information to the heating layer. In a specific example, the first adhesive layer 2w only needs to bond the base film 1w and information to the heating layer 3w, and its material is a composite adhesive. The thickness of the first adhesive layer 2w can be from 0.5μm to 7μm, which allows the peel strength between the two bonded materials to be greater than 4N / 15mm as measured by ASTM D903 standard.

[0118] The information and heating layer 3w includes an information area 31w and an electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w. The information area 31w has wireless information read / write transmission capabilities for subsequent product traceability. The information area 31w includes an interconnected antenna 312w and a chip 311w. The electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w heats up through the electromagnetic field generated by the electromagnetic induction sealing machine, melting the sealing gasket's adhesive layer and adhering it to the container opening, thus acting as an electromagnetic induction sealing gasket to seal the container opening. Using the wireless information integrated chip disclosed herein, the majority of the heat is generated in the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w, with minimal heat conduction occurring only through at least one physical connection bridge 33w between the antenna 312w and the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w. The length of the physical connection bridge 33w can be 0.1mm to 3mm, the width of the physical connection bridge 33w can be 0.01mm to 5mm, and the material of the physical connection bridge 33w can be the same as that of the antenna 312w. This not only prevents a large amount of heat from being transferred to the central area of the sealing gasket during electromagnetic induction sealing, but also saves energy. When applied to sealing gaskets containing batteries, the thickness of the information and heating layer can be from 6μm to 2.5mm; while when applied to sealing gaskets without batteries, the thickness of the information and heating layer can be from 6μm to 300μm.

[0119] Next, Figure 8A is a plan view of the information and heating layer according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, and Figure 8B is a plan view of the information and heating layer according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Figures 8A or 8B, the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w surrounds the information area 31w in a planar view. As shown in Figure 8A, the space between the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w and the information area 31w is filled with an ITV, that is, there are no physical connecting elements (such as physical connecting bridges described later) between the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w and the information area 31w. Therefore, by filling the space between the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w and the information area 31w with an ITV, this filled space ITV can block heat conduction to the information area 31w when electromagnetic induction heating occurs, which is a preferred configuration. The space ITV (the distance between the outermost edge of the information area and the innermost edge of the electromagnetic induction heating ring) can be 0.1mm to 3mm. Next, as shown in Figure 8B, a gap ITV is provided at most of the distance between the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w and the information area 31w. This gap ITV can block most of the heat conduction to the information area 31w when electromagnetic induction heating occurs, and the gap ITV (the distance between the outermost edge of the information area and the innermost edge of the electromagnetic induction heating ring) can be 0.1mm to 3mm. In addition, there can be at least one physical connection bridge 33w (two are indicated in Figures 8B and 9B) between the antenna 312w and the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w. The length of the physical connection bridge 33w can be 0.1mm to 3mm, and the width of the physical connection bridge 33w can be 0.01mm to 5mm. At this time, although the closed-loop electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w and the information area 31w are electrically connected, the wireless communication distance is not reduced too much. In other words, the space between the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w and the information area 31w can be filled with the ITV, and can have both the ITV and the physical connection bridge 33w at the same time, or it can be without the space (for example, the space between the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w and the information area 31w can be filled with the physical connection bridge 33w).

[0120] In a specific example, the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w can be made of metal, such as aluminum, copper, gold, silver, or tin. From the viewpoint of the effect of generating heat when subjected to a changing electromagnetic field and cost, the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w is preferably made of aluminum foil with a thickness of 6μm to 40μm.

[0121] On the other hand, regarding chip 311w, it can have a unique identification code and can be selected according to the purpose. For example, it can be a radio frequency identification near field communication (RFID_NFC) chip, a radio frequency identification high frequency (RFID_HF) chip, a radio frequency identification ultra-high frequency (RFID_UHF) chip, or a radio frequency identification microwave (RFID_MW) chip, etc., without any particular limitation. All of these chips can be matched with antenna 312w described later to realize wireless information communication functions.

[0122] Next, regarding the antenna 312w, its main function is to generate wirelessly transmitted signals. Its material can be metal, such as copper, silver, gold, tin or aluminum, without any particular restrictions.

[0123] Next, Figure 9A is a plan view of a specific example of the information area in one embodiment, and Figure 9B is a plan view of a specific example of the information area in another embodiment. Figure 9A corresponds to the embodiment in Figure 8A where the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w and the information area 31w are filled with spaced ITVs, and Figure 9B corresponds to the embodiment in Figure 8B where most of the space between the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w and the information area 31w has spaced ITVs. Furthermore, as shown in Figures 9A or 9B, the information area 31w includes a chip 311w and an antenna 312w. Where wireless information transmission functionality is possible, the chip 311w and the antenna 312w can be arranged in the manner shown in Figures 9A or 9B, or in other ways, based on the RFID frequency band desired by the user, without particular limitation.

[0124] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 9A or 9B, in another embodiment, an inner cutting line 321w for the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w is also included on the inner side of the inner edge of the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w. The inner cutting line 321w preferably has a plurality of breaks; specifically, it may have four or more breaks. Because the material of the wireless information integrated chip has high tensile strength, this inner cutting line 321w allows the wireless information integrated chip to be used with specific sealing gaskets, such as sealing gaskets with the following characteristics: after a user uses their fingers to pinch the pull part to tear off the middle portion of the sealing gasket, only the sealing ring remains at the container opening. As shown in Figures 9A or 9B, the inner cutting line 321w is located between the information area (including the chip 311w and the antenna 312w) and the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w, and surrounds the information area. In a specific example, the end of the upper surface of the functional layer corresponding to the breakpoints is not cut in the vertical direction at a distance of 0.02 mm to 0.9 mm along the horizontal direction of the inner cutting line 321w of the electromagnetic induction heating ring. The portion of the wireless information integration piece corresponding to the inner cutting line 321w of the electromagnetic induction heating ring, except for the breakpoints, is completely cut off. The plurality of breakpoints of the inner cutting line 321w of the electromagnetic induction heating ring correspond to the plurality of breakpoints of the main cutting line 9a of the functional layer 1.

[0125] Furthermore, although Figure 7 shows the case where the base film 1w is on top and the information and heating layer 3w is on the bottom, the order of the base film 1w and the information and heating layer 3w can be reversed as needed, i.e., adjusted so that the base film 1w is on the bottom and the information and heating layer 3w is on top.

[0126] Alternatively, the wireless information integration sheet can also be a wireless information integration sheet 100w', which, as shown in Figure 10, includes a protective layer 5w and a second adhesive layer 4w in addition to the aforementioned base film 1w, first adhesive layer 2w, and information and heating layer 3w. The protective layer 5w is located on the side of the information and heating layer 3w away from the base film 1w. The second adhesive layer 4w is located between the information and heating layer 3w and the protective layer 5w, and serves to bond the information and heating layer 3w and the protective layer 5w.

[0127] In a specific example, the second adhesive layer 4w only needs to be able to bond the information layer to the heating layer 3w and the protective layer 5w, and its material can be, for example, a dry composite adhesive, without particular limitation. The thickness of the second adhesive layer 4w can be from 0.5μm to 7μm, preferably such that the peel strength between the two bonded materials is greater than 4N / 15mm as measured by ASTM D903 standard. In addition, as shown in Figure 10, the second adhesive layer 4w can extend to fill the gap between the electromagnetic induction heating ring 32w and the information area 31w to improve the overall structural strength of the wireless information integration piece 100w'.

[0128] Next, the protective layer 5w will be described. The protective layer 5w is used to protect the information area 31w (i.e., chip 311w, antenna 312w, and a separately added battery) from external damage to the chip 311w and battery, thus preventing them from affecting the wireless information transmission capability. Its material can be selected from at least one of the group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyamide (PA), polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC), ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), and polyimide (PI). In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the protective layer 5w can be from 12 μm to 100 μm.

[0129] Furthermore, either the upper or lower surface of the protective layer 5w can be used as the printing surface. Therefore, although Figure 10 shows the case where the base film 1w is on the bottom and the protective layer 5w is on the top (the upper surface of the protective layer 5w is used as the printing surface), the order of the base film 1w and the protective layer 5w can be reversed as needed, that is, the case where the base film 1w is on the top and the protective layer 5w is on the bottom (the lower surface of the protective layer 5w is used as the printing surface).

[0130] Manufacturing of pull-ring sealing gaskets

[0131] Based on the following steps, a preferred example of the ring-pull sealing gasket of this disclosure is manufactured.

[0132] First, the surface film roll is printed to produce a printed surface film roll. Then, an adhesive is applied to the composite surface of the printed surface film roll to dry-laminate the surface film roll with the connecting film roll. The roll is then placed in a curing chamber for more than 24 hours to produce a functional layer roll.

[0133] Then, an adhesive is applied to the underside of the electromagnetic induction heating layer roll, and the composite surfaces of the electromagnetic induction heating layer roll and the sealing film roll are dry-laminated and placed in a curing chamber for more than 24 hours to create the composite section of the electromagnetic induction heating layer and the sealing layer. Alternatively, as an alternative to the sealing layer, hot melt adhesive can be directly applied to the underside of the electromagnetic induction heating layer roll to create the composite section of the electromagnetic induction heating layer and the sealing layer.

[0134] Next, a release layer is applied to the lower surface of the bonding film of the functional layer roll. Then, a cutting die is used to cut the surface film on the upper surface according to the printed pattern (e.g., the patterns in Figures 2 to 4), cutting out the main cutting line, secondary cutting line, hollow area, and tear line. The coating area of the release layer is not smaller than the lifting part, and the hollow area is formed by removing the thickness of the functional layer. That is, the thickness of the hollow area is equal to the composite part of the electromagnetic induction heating layer and the adhesive sealing layer, and less than the thickness of the ring-type sealing gasket.

[0135] A strong adhesive layer is applied to the upper surface of the electromagnetic induction heating layer, for example, the strong adhesive layer is applied to the upper surface of the electromagnetic induction heating layer in a full coating manner, so that the electromagnetic induction heating layer and the lower surface of the bonding film coated with the release layer are dry-composite, and then placed in the curing chamber for more than 24 hours to produce a ring pull sealing gasket roll.

[0136] Finally, the top surface of the surface film of the pull-tab gasket roll is cut downwards to cut out the pull-tab gasket of the required size.

[0137] The peel strength between the two layers of material bonded by the adhesive (e.g., a dry laminating adhesive) is greater than 4 N / 15 mm, as measured by ASTM D903 standard. The peel strength between the two layers of material bonded by the strong adhesive layer is greater than 12 N / 15 mm, as measured by ASTM D903 standard. The temperature of the drying tunnel above the printing press is 60°C to 80°C. The five temperature sections of the drying tunnel above the dry laminating machine are 60°C to 65°C, 65°C to 70°C, 70°C to 75°C, 75°C to 80°C, and 80°C to 85°C, respectively. The temperature of the laminating roller of the dry laminating machine is 50°C to 60°C. The temperature of the curing chamber is 50°C to 55°C.

[0138] On the other hand, the functional layer of the variant can be created based on the following steps.

[0139] First, an adhesive is applied to the surface film roll, which is then dry-laminated with the foamed film roll and placed in a curing chamber for more than 24 hours to produce the first composite roll.

[0140] Secondly, an adhesive is applied to the lower surface of the foam film of the first composite roll, so that the first composite roll and the upper surface of the foam film roll are dry-laminated, and then placed in a curing chamber for more than 24 hours to produce the second composite roll.

[0141] Furthermore, an adhesive is applied to the lower surface of the composite film roll, which is then dry-laminated with the connecting film roll and placed in a curing chamber for more than 24 hours to produce the third composite roll.

[0142] Finally, an adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the composite film of the third composite section roll, and the third composite section roll is dry-laminated with the lower surface of the foamed film of the second composite section roll. The mixture is then placed in a curing chamber for more than 24 hours to produce the functional layer of the modified example.

[0143] The peel strength between the two layers of material laminated with the adhesive, measured according to ASTM D903 standard, is greater than 5 N / 15 mm. The five temperature sections of the upper drying tunnel of the dry laminator are 60℃ to 65℃, 65℃ to 70℃, 70℃ to 75℃, 75℃ to 80℃, and 80℃ to 85℃, respectively. The temperature of the laminating rollers of the dry laminator is 50℃ to 60℃. The temperature of the curing chamber is 50℃ to 55℃.

[0144] In addition, regarding the method of lamination, the aforementioned dry lamination method or known methods such as adhesive bonding or pressing can be used, without any particular restrictions.

[0145] Furthermore, based on the following steps, another preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, a pull-type sealing gasket, is manufactured.

[0146] First, an adhesive is applied to the underside of the surface film roll, allowing the surface film roll and the connecting film roll to be dry-laminated. The roll is then placed in a curing chamber for more than 24 hours to produce the functional layer roll.

[0147] Then, an adhesive is applied to the lower surface of the electromagnetic induction heating layer roll, and the composite surfaces of the electromagnetic induction heating layer roll and the sealing film roll are dry-laminated and placed in a curing chamber for more than 24 hours to produce the first composite roll. Alternatively, as an alternative to the sealing layer, hot melt adhesive can be directly applied to the lower surface of the electromagnetic induction heating layer roll to produce the first composite roll.

[0148] Next, a release layer is applied to the upper surface of the electromagnetic induction heating layer of the first composite roll to make the second composite roll; wherein the coating area of the release layer is not less than the lifting section and the cutout area.

[0149] Then, a strong adhesive layer is applied to the lower surface of the functional layer roll material, so that the functional layer roll material and the upper surface of the second composite section roll material are dry-laminated and placed in the curing chamber for more than 24 hours to produce a roll material of ring-pull sealing gasket blank.

[0150] Next, printing is performed on the upper surface of the surface film of the first roll of ring-type sealing gasket blank to produce the second roll of printed ring-type sealing gasket blank.

[0151] Then, using a cutting die, the upper surface of the surface film of the two rolls of ring-type sealing gasket blank is cut downwards to cut out the main cutting line, secondary cutting line, hollow area and tear line, etc., to make the ring-type sealing gasket roll.

[0152] Finally, the roll of pull-tab sealing gasket is cut to the size required by the customer.

[0153] Production of wireless information integration sheet rolls

[0154] Based on the following steps, a preferred embodiment of the wireless information integration sheet roll of the present disclosure is produced. The wireless information integration sheet roll described herein can be used as an embodiment of the aforementioned electromagnetic induction heating layer roll in the process of producing the aforementioned ring-type sealing gasket roll.

[0155] First, a composite adhesive (first adhesive layer) is applied to the composite surface of the base film roll, and then laminated with the composite surface of the metal foil roll to create a wireless information integrated circuit preform roll. Next, the metal foil of the wireless information integrated circuit preform roll is etched to connect the antenna and chip electrically. Then, chip encapsulation protective adhesive is used with a dispensing machine to encapsulate the chip and the bonding wires connecting the chip and antenna. At this point, the metal foil of the wireless information integrated circuit preform roll forms the information and heating layers, and the wireless information integrated circuit preform roll becomes the wireless information integrated circuit roll.

[0156] The peel strength between the two layers of materials bonded by the composite adhesive was measured using the ASTM D903 standard and was greater than 4N / 15mm.

[0157] In addition, if a battery is to be added to the information and heating layer, a welding machine or conductive adhesive can be used to process the battery cells and the chip into an electrical connection.

[0158] On the other hand, based on the aforementioned wireless information integrated sheet roll, a dry composite adhesive (second adhesive layer) is applied to the composite surface of the protective layer roll, and the information of the wireless information integrated sheet roll is dry-laminated with the surface of the heating layer (the surface away from the base film). After curing in a curing chamber for more than 24 hours, another embodiment of the wireless information integrated sheet roll can be produced.

[0159] It should be noted that the above description is only a specific example, and the manufacturing order of the above layers is not particularly limited. Although the manufacturing of a pull-type sealing gasket with a two-layer structure mainly containing a surface film and a connecting film is described here, the functional layer of the modified example can be used as a substitute for the above two-layer structure, and other composite methods (adhesion, bonding, coating, lamination or bonding, etc.) can be used as substitutes for dry composite.

[0169] This disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments. Various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims. Furthermore, embodiments obtained by appropriately combining the technical means disclosed in different embodiments are also included within the technical scope of this disclosure.
