Abstract

The design relates to the appearance of the tube-shaped ice cream wafer, which consists of a tube-shaped wafer shell and an ice cream filling; the characteristic feature of the design, which appears in reproductions 1.1 and 1.2, is the pattern on the surface of the wafer tube, which includes convex stripes formed by frequent parallel grooves inclined in one direction, and light stripes inclined in the other direction, forming an acute angle between said grooves and stripes; the left view of the design is omitted because it is similar to that shown in reproduction 1.3.
