The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a novel water purifying agent by utilizing steel acid pickling waste liquid. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) enabling the concentration of hydrogen ions in the acid pickling waste liquid to be not higher than 2mol/L and the total iron concentration to be not lower than 0.5g/L by adopting a physical or chemical method; (2)carrying out electrolytic treatment on the acid pickling waste liquid by taking one noble electrode as a positive electrode and the other noble electrode or an iron electrode as a negative electrode,and depositing iron ions in the negative electrode in a form of an iron element or iron compound; (3) putting the negative electrode in a strong alkaline electrolyte after depositing a certain amountof iron or iron compound on the negative electrode, carrying out electrolytic treatment by as a positive electrode, and converting iron on the positive electrode into strong-oxidation ferrate by utilizing oxidation of the positive electrode; (4) enabling the ferrate to exist in a strong alkaline solution in a form of a solute or an insoluble substance, and forming the novel water purifying agent.The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that emission of industrial waste is reduced, the resource is saved, high-value utilization of the iron ions can be realized, and a very goodapplication prospect is obtained.

The invention discloses a method for recycling molybdenum from waste hydrogenation catalysts and belongs to the technical field of recycling of solid wastes. The method comprises the following steps: mixing the waste hydrogenation catalysts with red mud according to a ratio, crushing and grinding uniformly, and roasting and leaching in water; adding acid into a leaching solution to adjust the pH value, and selectively extracting molybdenum from a molybdenum-containing acid solution after aluminum hydroxide is separated out through a chelating extraction agent; carrying out back extraction on the molybdenum-containing organic phase by using ammonia water, ammonium salt or a mixed solution of the ammonia water and the ammonium salt; and adding an impurity removing agent into a back extraction solution to remove impurities such as P and Si, adjusting the pH value by using hydrochloric acid, and concentrating, evaporating and crystallizing to obtain an ammonium molybdate product. According to the method, the problems that the traditional sodium salt roasting energy consumption is high and the corrosion property is strong are solved; efficient extraction of metal molybdenum is achieved through the chelating extraction agent; the impurities are removed before preparing ammonium molybdate; the comprehensive recovery rate of molybdenum is greater than 85%; and the method has a certain application value.

The invention discloses a novel matrix of a matrix-assisted laser desorption-ionization flight time mass spectrometry and a method for the mass-spectrometric detection of perfluoro acid substance environmental pollutants by utilizing the same. The matrix 1, 8-di(tetramethyl guanidino) naphthalene has strong alkalinity and the double etramethyl guanidine group has the ability of anchoring a proton to ensure that acid loses the proton to form a negative ion and is convenient for detection in a negative ion mode of the mass spectrum; and meanwhile, the compound has a naphthalene ring structure, can absorb ultraviolet light at wavelengths of 330-350nm and can efficiently assist the ionization of sample molecules. In the invention, the 1, 8- di(tetramethyl guanidino) naphthalene serves as the matrix and is used for the matrix-assisted laser desorption-ionization flight time mass-spectrometric detection of the perfluoro acid substance environmental pollutants; and therefore, the inferior quality region interference problems of matrix peaks can be completely avoided, meanwhile, the problem that a sample is polluted by a perfluor polymer in instrument fittings can be avoided and the method has the advantages of high sensitivity, simpleness and convenience for operation and better salt tolerance.

According to the preparation method, titanium isopropoxide is adopted as a titanium source, diethylenetriamine is adopted as a crystal face control agent, the titanium dioxide microsphere with the exposed (001) crystal face is prepared, liquid HF with strong corrosivity is not used, and the problems of equipment corrosion, environmental pollution and the like are avoided.
