Claims

The present invention provides a method for processing an image that records the distribution of nematodes following taxis in a taxis test, using a urine sample obtained from a subject. The method of the present invention includes performing one or more processes selected from the group consisting of: (i) an image cropping process to extract a zone that includes the area where the urine sample was deposited and a peripheral area that includes nematodes distributed around its entire circumference; and (ii) a process that enhances the nematodes in the image.
