The LED TV display panel device is characterized by comprising a display panel and a display control circuit, wherein the display panel comprises a plurality of luminescence units arranged in a matrix way, each luminescence unit forms a group of light emitting diode matrix by M line*N rows pixels, each pixel at least comprises a red light emitting diode, a green light emitting diode and a blue light emitting diode, the density of the pixels is above 1.1 million points per square meter; in the LED matrix of the luminescence units, anodes of the LEDs in the same line are connected together and are electrically connected with the display control circuit through a control power switch, the control circuit controls the connection and the disconnection of the control power switch tube to form an LED anode control circuit; and cathodes of the LEDs with same color in the same row are connected together and are electrically connected with a cathode display control circuit through a constant current drive device to form an LED cathode control circuit.
