Abstract

The invention discloses a terminal for a digital cluster system and a method for processing broadcast channel message thereof. The method comprises that: a terminal receives broadcast channel assignment message from a system side; if the overhead message of the system is not completely collected, the terminal stores the broadcast channel assignment message; and after the overhead message of the system is completely collected, the terminal processes the stored broadcast channel assignment message. The method can speeds up the secondary paging of the terminal, reduce the waiting time of terminal lag access, and greatly reduce the missing information of a user.
