The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring information on a second device by a first device; establishing a path between the first device and a second device according to the acquired information on the second device; and retaining the path when no user context exists on the path. The method, the system and the device solve the problem that corresponding paths are deleted when contexts on an established path are deleted correspondingly in the prior art, avoid detection delays caused by faults of the second device or the faults of a communication path between the first device and the second device when a new user is activated in the prior art, and also correspondingly solve the problem of increased network burdens caused by the reconstruction of the path.
