Abstract

The invention provides a method, a system and a device for authenticating access of an IMS (internet protocol multimedia subsystem) terminal to an IMS network. The method comprises the following steps: building a PSTN (public switched telephone network) channel between the IMS terminal and an IMS registration and authentication server; receiving registration and authentication codes from the IMS registration and authentication server through the PSTN channel, and storing the registration and authentication codes; and sending an authentication request which carries registration and authentication codes to the IMS registration and authentication server through the IMS network so that the IMS registration and authentication server judges whether the registration and authentication codes corresponding to the IMS terminal in the IMS registration and authentication server are the same as the registration and authentication codes which are carried in the authentication request and performs the corresponding processing according to an authentication response.
