Abstract

The invention provides a coiling shaft which is applied to a coiling device of a safety belt. The coiling shaft comprises a core shaft which is provided with a through hole along a central axis and is used for winding a braiding belt, and two end covers which are separately and respectively arranged at two ends of the core shaft; the end covers are respectively in a flat cylinder shape; outer teeth which are matched with tooth shapes of inner teeth on the side wall of a frame of the coiling device are uniformly arranged along the periphery of each end cover and the center of the end cover, facing the inner end face of the core shaft, is provided with a central concave hole with inner teeth; the tooth shapes of the inner teeth of the central concave hole are matched with the tooth shapes of outer teeth at one end part of a torsion bar; and inner teeth which are matched with the outer teeth of the middle part of the torsion bar are arranged at the middle section position of a through hole at the central axis of the core shaft. The coiling shaft can contain the torsion bar with a shorter length so that the torsion bar is not easy to bend and deform; and the whole stress condition is simplified and is safer and more stable.
