The method comprises the following steps of detecting a human body outline in each frame image; when determining that the distance between any two human body outlines in images is less than a threshold value, respectively detecting the skin color of each face in the images; and if the face skin color of one person is bruised or purple and the bruised or purple area is not less than a threshold value, determining that the fighting behavior exists. A fighting process is determined according to the distance between any two human body outlines and the skin color of the faces of human bodies without detecting by the eyes of a user, so that the phenomenon that fighting cannot be timely known is reduced.
