By means of the technical scheme of the invention, a variety of ways of network access are provided for users, and therefore, accurate, efficient and high-quality information services can be provided for the users to the greatest extent. The digital television broadcasting system that can be combined with the broadband communication network can become an information superhighway in the new era. With the digital television broadcasting system adopted, a large amount of multimedia data can be transmitted to the users rapidly and accurately in a broadcasting manner.
