The control device includes a section parameter storage circuit, a speed superimposing circuit, a speed conversion circuit and a pulse comparison circuit; the section parameter storage circuit stores a plurality of section parameters; after the section parameter storage circuit outputs a first section parameter, when receiving a section termination signal, the section parameter storage circuit outputs a second section parameter; the speed superimposing circuit updates a current speed numerical value according to a target speed numerical value and an increment; the speed conversion circuit receives the current speed numerical value and generates pulse modulation signals; and the pulse comparison circuit converts the pulse modulation signals into instruction pulses and counts the number of the pulse modulation signals, and generates a section termination signal when the number of the pulse modulation signals reaches a preset pulse number.
