The invention discloses a connector, which comprises an insulation body, multiple grounding terminals and multiple pairs of signal terminals, wherein the multiple grounding terminals are kept in the insulation body; the multiple pairs of signal terminals are kept in the insulation body; the multiple grounding terminals and the multiple pairs of signal terminals are arranged into a multi-row multi-column matrix; the matrix comprises multiple columns of grounding terminals and multiple columns of signals terminals; the multiple columns of grounding terminals and multiple columns of signals terminals are arranged alternately in the row directions of the matrix; and a mutual stagger predetermined distance exists between connection pins of the multiple grounding terminals in each column of grounding terminals in the row direction of the matrix. Thus, the impedance of the grounding terminals is optimized, and the resonance problem of the grounding terminals is eliminated.
