In the (2) step, the temperature of the hatching chamber is controlled at 20 DEG C to 28 DEG C; the humidity of the hatching soil is 30% to 40%; the relative humidity of air in the hatching chamber is remained between 70% to 80%; the control strategy is that when humidity is inadequate, mist water is sprayed on the fabric and excessive humidity is prevented; and with proper temperature and humidity, young leeches can be hatched in about 25 days.
