Abstract

The motor energy efficiency detection instrument includes a measurement system and a data acquisition and analysis system; two voltage transformers and two opening-closing type current transformers in the measurement system are fixed on an insulation substrate so as to form a measurement circuit, and the voltage transformers and the current transformers are connected with a USB data acquisition card and a measured three-phase alternating current motor; the output ends of the voltage transformers and the current transformers are connected with the analog quantity interfaces of the USB data acquisition card, so that the voltage transformers and the current transformers can be used for measuring the input end instantaneous voltage and current signals of the measured three-phase alternating current motor; a +15V/-15V double-switching power source unit is used for supplying power for the voltage transformers and current transformers so as to ensure the normal operation of the transformers; and the USB data acquisition card and a PC constitute a data acquisition and analysis system which performs sampling, maintenance and storage analysis on data measured by the voltage transformers and current transformers.
