The constant temperature control device comprises a body, a water mixing assembly and a control valve assembly. A cold water casing pipe and a hot water casing pipe are connected in a butt joint manner to form a water mixing cavity. The hot water casing pipe is internally provided with a hot water channel,one end of the hot water channel communicates with a hot water inlet, and the other end of the hot water channel communicates with the water mixing cavity. The cold water casing pipe is internally provided with a cold water channel and a mixed water channel. One end of the cold water channel communicates with a cold water inlet, and the other end of the cold water channel communicates with the water mixing cavity. One end of the mixed water channel communicates with the water mixing cavity, and the other end of the mixed water channel communicates with a mixed water outlet. The control valve assembly comprises a fixing base and a valve element. One end of the valve element stretches into the water mixing cavity and is provided with a first blocking part and a second blocking part.
