The first wind inlet is formed in the first panel, the second wind inlet and the third wind inlet are formed in the third panel, and a wind outlet is formed in the fourth panel. The wind channel communicating with the first wind inlet, the second wind inlet, the third wind inletand the wind outlet is formed in the shell. An air flow is led into the wind channel through the first wind inlet, the second wind inlet and the third wind inlet, and the air flow in the wind channelis blown out from the wind outlet. The wind inlet side of the cross-flow fan is arranged facing the first panel and back on to the third panel. Each heat exchanger is a combination of two dehumidifying assemblies and an air compensating condenser. The specific value of the width h1 of the first wind inlet to the width h2 of the second wind inlet to the width h3 of the third wind inlet is (2-4):(1.5-4):1.
