Abstract

The invention discloses an adjustable fixation device based on an automotive seat test bench. The adjustable fixation device comprises a test bench; four hydraulic cylinders are fixed on the outer wall of the bottom of the test bench by bolts and are arranged at four corners of the outer wall of the bottom of the test bench respectively. Telescopic springs are plugged into the hydraulic cylinders;support plates are fixed on the outer walls of the bottoms of the hydraulic cylinders by bolts; and universal wheels are fixed on the outer walls of the bottoms of the support plates by bolts. Besides, two electric slide rails are respectively fixed at the two sides of the outer wall of the top of the test bench and are arranged at positions approaching the center of one side of the test bench. According to the invention, the fixation angle of the seat can be adjusted well and thus the seat is fixed conveniently. The fixation device can adapt to seats with different specifications, so that the adjustability of the device is improved; the device can be moved well and conveniently; the trouble in use of the device is reduced; and the flexible mobility of the device is improved.
