Abstract

The exercise bike comprises a fixed plate, wherein two channels, whichare mutually parallel, are formed in two sides of one surface of the fixed plate; a rectangular base is arranged in the middle of one surface of the fixed plate; telescopic devices are arranged on twoopposite end faces of the rectangular base; two wheel structures, which are mutually parallel, are arranged on the fixed plate; the wheel structures comprise rotating shafts; wheels are arranged at two sides of the rotating shafts; the wheels of the wheel structures are arranged in the channels in a rolling mode; and telescopic rods of the telescopic devices are connected to hinged supports whichare fixed to peripheral sides of the rotating shafts via bolts. According to the exercise bike provided by the invention, the wheel structures are arranged on the fixed plate and the two rotating shafts are mutually connected via an elastic structure; during exercises, two feet stamp on two pedals and two hands hold the other rotating shaft, and one of the wheel structures is popped away by the two feet while the other wheel structure is pushed away by the two hands, so that the wheel structures reciprocally move on the channels to achieve exercises on abdomens, chests, arms and legs of humanbody; therefore, the exercise bike can facilitate exercises, and meanwhile, the exercise bike can improve exercise effect and efficiency.
