Abstract

An air drying system for an electrolytic copper foil integrated machine comprises an air blower, and a cold and hot air distributor which communicates with the air blower through an air pipe, whereinan outlet of the cold and hot air distributor is correspondingly connected to an air port releasing device through two distributing air pipes, and the air port releasing device is arranged opposite toan air outlet; the air port releasing device is provided with sectional corrugated air outlets; and an adjusting plate for adjusting the size of the air outlet through a bolt is arranged on each corrugated air outlet. According to the system, the corrugated air outlets are provided, so that the water evaporating area of the copper foil surface is increased; the corrugated air outlets are of sectional structures, namely, one air pipe is divided into sections (based on the width of actual copper foil), and each section is provided with the bolt for independently adjusting the size of related air outlet section; the sections do not interfere each other, so that the air outlet volume of the air outlets can be controlled by sections, and as a result, the purpose of rapidly drying the water onthe copper foil surface by air can be achieved.
