According to the system, the corrugated air outlets are provided, so that the water evaporating area of the copper foil surface is increased; the corrugated air outlets are of sectional structures, namely, one air pipe is divided into sections (based on the width of actual copper foil), and each section is provided with the bolt for independently adjusting the size of related air outlet section; the sections do not interfere each other, so that the air outlet volume of the air outlets can be controlled by sections, and as a result, the purpose of rapidly drying the water onthe copper foil surface by air can be achieved.
