The poking fork comprises a guide sleeve fixed with a shaft end retainer ring at a first end, a poking fork main body sleeving the guide sleeve in a sliding modeand capable of butting against a second end of the guide sleeve, and return elastic pieces mounted at two ends of the guide sleeve and respectively butting against the shaft end retainer ring and thepoking fork main body by two ends and used for realizing returning of the poking fork main body. When a speed change gear and a driving wheel are relatively rotated, the poking fork main body butts against the second end of the guide sleeve to enable the guide sleeve to push the speed change gear to axially move to realize gear shifting; when the rotating speeds of the speed change gear and the driving wheel are both zero, the poking fork main body slides along the guide sleeve to compress the return elastic pieces; when the speed change gear and the driving wheel are oppositely rotated, thecompressed return elastic pieces push the speed change gear to axially move in the process of recovering the deformation by dint of elastic force, so that the gear shifting is realized; and no matterunder normal conditions or abnormal conditions, the poking fork can realize smooth gear shifting.
