The invention relates to a lens automatic focusing driving device, which at least comprises a fixed ring, a plurality of limiting elements, a lens barrel, an actuator and a plurality of groups of balls, wherein the fixing ring is arranged on the upper surface of a base; the plurality of limiting elements are respectively and vertically arranged on the fixing ring; the lens barrel is arranged on the base and located between the limiting elements, one outer side surface of the lens barrel is provided with a plurality of convex parts and concave parts, and one concave part and the corresponding limiting element form an arrangement space; the actuator is arranged on the upper surface of the base and is provided with two groups of electrode terminal pairs and two groups of shape memory alloy wires which are oppositely arranged, the middle section of each shape memory alloy wire is in contact with the corresponding convex part of the lens barrel, and the two ends of each shape memory alloy wire are respectively connected with the electrodes of each group of electrode terminal pairs; and the plurality of groups of balls are positioned in the corresponding arrangement spaces and are in contact with the surfaces of the limiting elements and the concave parts respectively.
