Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of channel management, and in particular to an assembled ecological masonry structure suitable for a channel section with a high groundwater level, a construction method thereof, and a dynamic safety evaluation system. Background Art
[0002] The deformation and damage of channel slopes are often closely related to the action of groundwater. For channels located in areas with high groundwater levels, the soil below the groundwater level is in a saturated state, and the soil physical and mechanical indicators are reduced, and the shear strength is reduced, which has a certain adverse effect on the stability of the channel slope. At the same time, the seepage of groundwater along the channel slope will produce a certain hydraulic gradient. Under the action of the seepage force, the sliding force of the slope soil increases, which reduces the safety factor of the channel slope's anti-sliding stability, and easily causes the channel slope to become unstable. After lining, the concrete lining plate will also have anti-floating stability problems, especially when the composite geomembrane is used for full-section anti-seepage. The buoyancy generated by the groundwater under the lining plate may be greater than the lining plate's own gravity and the water pressure in the channel, which will lead to the weakening of the lining plate's anti-floating stability and cause damage. Furthermore, in the channel section with a high groundwater level, under the action of the soil capillary suction force, the groundwater can continuously migrate to the frozen surface of the surface soil, increasing the moisture content of the base soil and aggravating the frost heave damage. The existence of these problems will inevitably increase the safety risk of the channel, reduce the service life, increase maintenance costs, and prevent the project from fully realizing its benefits. In addition, during the construction of the high groundwater level channel section, due to the high water content of the channel foundation and the presence of water in the channel all year round, the cast-in-place construction leads to unstable quality. In order to reduce the impact of groundwater, especially for channel reconstruction projects, it is also necessary to take into account the normal use of the channel. Construction is often selected in autumn and winter when the groundwater level is low. However, the temperature is low at this time, which has a greater impact on the quality of the project, or the water in the channel is drained, resulting in an increase in the amount of work and affecting the water flow of the channel. At the same time, each module must be constructed in sequence and cannot be constructed simultaneously to reduce the construction period. Furthermore, the existing channels lack a comprehensive supervision system to enable timely discovery of problems, timely handling of hidden dangers, comprehensive channel management, reduced maintenance costs, and increased service life. Summary of the invention
[0003] 1. Technical issues to be resolved

The construction time is greatly reduced through the synchronous construction of the locking brick layer and the laying of the honeycomb geocell. At the same time, water can be passed during the construction period. For newly built channels and expanded channels, water can be passed directly after the arrangement of the lower prefabricated slope foot is completed. For expanded channels, a U-shaped groove can be excavated in the middle to meet the need for a small amount of water. The specific steps include:
[0016] S1. For new canals, it is necessary to first survey and design, and then excavate the canal foundation. During excavation, the canal embankment is built in the form of excavation in the middle and backfilling on both sides. When filling, the canal embankment is filled in layers according to the designed shape of the canal embankment, and compacted layer by layer;
[0017] For the reconstruction and expansion of the channel, the original channel slope protection is cleared and filled and rolled into the designed shape;
[0018] When the expansion channel needs to be ventilated during construction, an additional U-shaped trough needs to be excavated in the middle of the channel for water flow without affecting the construction of the channel;
[0019] S2. Laying the foot of slope cushion layer and prefabricated foot of slope: when the cushion layer is laid to the height of the lower foot of slope, the lower foot of slope is placed, and then the right-angled trapezoidal cushion layer, the remaining part of the foot of slope cross-section cushion layer and the regular triangle cushion layer are backfilled and laid. [0031] (III) Beneficial effects
[0032] The present invention provides a method which has the following beneficial effects compared with the prior art:
[0033] (1) The concrete prefabricated toe foundation, locking bricks, and honeycomb geocells in the present invention are all constructed by on-site assembly. The prefabricated structure with adaptive frost heave deformation is adopted to release the frost heave force, and the construction speed is fast. When the existing channel is renovated, the construction period is short. After the prefabricated toe construction is completed, it can be used for water without being affected by the construction time limit. The prefabricated structure has strong ability to adapt to the deformation of the foundation and slope, and has strong anti-frost heave deformation and earthquake resistance. The concrete components are all prefabricated in the factory. The quality of each concrete component is guaranteed, and the quality is significantly higher than that of the on-site cast concrete foundation. The toe modules that form the flat downhill toe and the oblique uphill toe are all opened with circular holes and pre-embedded steel bar lifting ears therein, which not only reduces the weight of the prefabricated components, reduces the manufacturing cost, and facilitates lifting and assembly, but also plays a role in water permeability. The groundwater outside the channel can penetrate into the channel through the circular holes. The foundation has good water permeability and can maintain the connectivity of the ecosystem. In addition, it is not limited by the construction season and can be constructed in any season, which improves the construction efficiency and reduces the construction cost. When renovating existing channels, the construction period is short and the irrigation in the channels is not affected.
[0034] (2) The size ratio of each structure of the present invention ensures both the stability and economy of the structure, and is applicable to most such channels. The construction method provided greatly reduces the construction time through the synchronous construction of the locking brick layer and the laying of the honeycomb geocell, and can also achieve water flow during the construction period. For newly built channels and expanded channels, they can be directly used for normal water flow after the arrangement of the lower prefabricated slope foot is completed. For expanded channels, U-shaped grooves can also be excavated in the middle to meet the needs of a small amount of water flow, so that the whole process does not affect water flow.
[0035] (3) The system provided by the present invention integrates multi-source field monitoring data to achieve automated monitoring. At the same time, it combines survey data and data, and comprehensively considers the factors affecting the health of channel slopes from multiple levels and angles under the framework requirements of "hydrology and water resources-physical structure-water quality-biology". The weights of different channel slope health indicators are determined by using the hierarchical analysis method, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to carry out comprehensive diagnosis and evaluation of channel slope health for the channel sections between different masonry sections, and the regional differentiation characteristics of channel slope health indicators are studied and analyzed. In addition, the dynamic evaluation and early warning of slope stability are realized, which can timely discover problems and eliminate hidden dangers, and avoid the cost increase caused by reconstruction after later damage. At the same time, the specific indicators included in the indicator layer when applying to the dynamic evaluation of the health of prefabricated ecological masonry protection structures suitable for high groundwater level canal sections are determined, and a stability dynamic evaluation index system when applying to the dynamic evaluation of the stability of prefabricated ecological masonry protection structures suitable for high groundwater level canal sections is proposed, which solves the problem of indicator selection during the safety monitoring of prefabricated ecological masonry protection structures in high groundwater level canal sections, and the deficiency that the weight of influencing factors cannot be considered to change dynamically with the changes in climate and geological environment during traditional stability evaluation. [0051] The following will be combined with the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention to clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without creative work are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
[0052] like Figures 1 to 3As shown, the assembled ecological masonry structure suitable for the canal section with high groundwater level includes a foundation and slope protection symmetrically arranged on both sides of the channel. The foundation includes a prefabricated slope foot 1 and a slope foot pad 2 arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated slope foot 1. The prefabricated slope foot 1 serves as a foundation to stabilize the slope foot, improve the stability of the overall channel slope, and prevent the slope foot from being washed away by the water body. At the same time, the slope foot pad 2 is arranged to effectively avoid the common frost heave damage of the cast-in-place concrete slope foot. The prefabricated slope foot 1 includes a horizontally arranged lower slope foot 11 and an inclined upper slope foot 12 that is abutted against the outside of the lower slope foot 11. The lower slope foot 11 and the upper slope foot 12 abut against each other. A bayonet and a slot can be set at the abutment to stably clamp them together. The lower slope foot 11 and the upper slope foot 12 are both spliced by slope foot modules. The slope foot modules are provided with round holes and steel bar hanging ears are embedded therein. The foot module is set to facilitate prefabrication construction, so that it can be hoisted on site after prefabrication in the factory. The site is fully mechanized, which reduces labor and speeds up the construction. When the prefabricated foot 1 is completed, it can be used for water, and it is not affected by the construction time limit. The assembled prefabricated structure has strong deformation capacity for foundation and slope, strong anti-frost heave deformation and earthquake resistance. The concrete components are prefabricated in the factory, and the quality of each concrete component is guaranteed, which is significantly higher than the on-site cast concrete foundation. The foot modules that form the flat downhill foot 11 and the oblique uphill foot 12 are all opened with circular holes and pre-embedded steel bar lifting ears, which not only reduces the weight of prefabricated components, reduces manufacturing costs, and facilitates hoisting and assembly, but also plays a role in water permeability. The groundwater outside the channel can penetrate into the channel through the circular holes. The foundation has good water permeability and can maintain the connectivity of the ecosystem. In addition, it is not limited by the construction season and can be constructed in any season, which improves construction efficiency and reduces construction costs. When renovating existing channels, due to the short construction period, it does not affect water irrigation in the channel.
[0053] See also Figure 2 , 4, 5 and 6, the slope protection includes a locking brick layer 3, a first cap 4, a first honeycomb geocell 5, a second cap 6, and a second honeycomb geocell 7. The locking brick layer 3 is arranged on the outside of the upslope foot 12. The locking brick layer 3 is spliced by prefabricated concrete locking bricks 31. The size of the concrete locking bricks 31 is preferably 400mm long, 300mm wide, and 150mm high. It consists of two types of bricks, one with a protrusion and the other with a groove, which can be snapped together. The snap joints of the two rows of concrete locking bricks 31 cannot be too tight, leaving an expansion joint to avoid thermal expansion and contraction and frost heave. At the same time, in order to avoid the pressure of the upper bricks from closing the seam, a polyethylene closed-cell foam board can be filled in the seam to enable it to achieve thermal expansion and contraction and avoid automatic closure. The locking brick layer 3 has an upper surface lower than the upper surface of the upslope foot 12, a first cap 4 is arranged on the outside of the locking brick layer 3, and a lower cap caulking 41 of the first cap 4 is backfilled with C25 concrete, and a first honeycomb geocell 5 is arranged on the outside of the first cap 4; a rust-free welded gabion 51 is arranged on the right side of the cap caulking 41, and the rust-free welded gabion 51 is a rectangular structure filled with stones, the upper surface is flush with the lower surface of the first cap 4 and remains flat, and the lower surface is lower than the geotextile 14 at the bottom of the first honeycomb geocell 5, that is, the bottom of the rust-free welded gabion 51 is lower than the geotextile 14 arranged at the bottom of the first honeycomb geocell 5, and the junction between the first honeycomb geocell 5 and the rust-free welded gabion 51 is preferably tied to stabilize and avoid tension. The top surface elevation of the downhill foot 11 is flush with the designed channel bottom elevation, and the highest point of the top of the uphill foot 12 is higher than the normal water level in winter, but it is slightly higher, generally 50 to 100 mm. The normal water level in winter is generally the water level that is maintained for the longest time each year. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the scouring effect of the water level at this height on the slope. The height of the uphill foot 12 can not only ensure that the scouring effect of the water body on the slope is reduced, but also ensure that the cost is reduced as much as possible, so that the economy and safety are optimized. The highest point of the top of the locking brick layer 3 is higher than the increased water level, and the lowest point of the bottom is lower than the designed water level. The highest point of the top is also slightly higher than the increased water level, generally 50 to 100 mm, which also reduces the scouring of the water body on the slope and avoids its instability. The concrete locking brick 31 is arranged in the water level variation zone in the channel, which can effectively resist water flow scouring, stabilize the slope and make it permeable. The provision of the first cap 4 can prevent the water from overflowing into the first honeycomb geocell 5 and washing away the soil in the first honeycomb geocell 5 due to the influence of factors such as wind when the water level is increased.
[0054] In the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to Figure 3The foot slope module includes a prefabricated foot slope 111 of type A, a prefabricated foot slope 112 of type B, a prefabricated foot slope 121 of type C and a prefabricated foot slope 122 of type D, wherein the lower foot slope 11 is formed by staggered splicing of the prefabricated foot slope 111 of type A and the prefabricated foot slope 112 of type B, which are mutually clamped, and the upper foot slope 12 is formed by staggered splicing of the prefabricated foot slope 121 of type C and the prefabricated foot slope 122 of type D, which are mutually clamped. The foundation and slope protection structure respectively use prefabricated foot slope, prefabricated concrete lock brick 31 and the first honeycomb geocell 5, and fill the first honeycomb geocell 5 with gravel or planting soil. The main advantages are: all can be assembled and constructed at a fast speed; all belong to flexible connection structures, with strong resistance to frost heave deformation and earthquake resistance; strong water permeability, reducing the seepage pressure, facilitating the high groundwater outside the channel to penetrate into the channel, and can effectively resist scouring, and the height of the setting achieves economic optimization.
[0055] In the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to Figure 1 , 2 , 6, 7, 8, the slope ratios of the upslope foot 12, the locking brick layer 3 and the first honeycomb geocell 5 are all 1:2, and the width ratios of the downslope foot 11, the upslope foot 12, and the locking brick layer 3 are 0.4-0.5:1:0.8-0.9. This width refers to the surface width, not the projection width, and is selected as 0.4:1:0.9 in an optimal ratio. This ratio ensures both the stability and economy of the structure, and is applicable to most such channels. The first honeycomb geocell 5 is uphill, and a top-laying buffer section 61 is set at the top of the slope for buffering. The second honeycomb geocell 7 is formed downhill on the other side of the top of the slope. A foot-laying buffer section is set at the foot of the slope of the second honeycomb geocell 7. Geotextiles 14 are laid at the bottom of the first honeycomb geocell 5 and the top-laying buffer section 61, the second honeycomb geocell 7 and the foot-laying buffer section, and T-shaped nails 13 with vertical slopes are evenly distributed inside. The geotextile 14 at the bottom of the foot-laying buffer section is folded up on the outside to wrap the outside of the second honeycomb geocell 7, so that it is fully separated from the roadbed to avoid affecting the safety of the roadbed. The T-shaped nails 13 are distributed in an array on the first honeycomb geocell 5 and the second honeycomb geocell 7, and are arranged in a row on the top-laying buffer section 61 and the foot-laying buffer section, and are vertically inserted into the lower part; a second cap 6 is set on the top-laying buffer section 61. The first cap 4 and the second cap 6 are both prefabricated with C25 concrete, which are also prefabricated in the factory and assembled on site to ensure quality and stability. The interior of the slope top paving buffer section 61, that is, the cell at the slope top and the gap between it and the second cap 6, are filled with M10 cement mortar, and then vertical T-shaped nails 13 are driven in. The C25 prefabricated concrete second cap 6 is placed on top, and the second honeycomb geocell 7 is formed by back pressure to the rear of the slope top. Since the honeycomb geocell is a three-dimensional structure ( Figure 8), this installation method is helpful for the quick installation of honeycomb geocells. Grouting is performed in the cell at the top of the slope, T-shaped nails 13 are driven vertically, and a prefabricated concrete cap is placed on top. The T-shaped nails 13 driven into the slope surface can effectively fix the honeycomb geocell, and the honeycomb geocell will not slide down the slope surface due to the increased deadweight of the filling material in the cell, thereby increasing the stability of the slope surface structure.
[0056] In addition, the honeycomb geocell is an ecological slope protection structure. While stabilizing the channel slope and reducing the groundwater infiltration pressure, the honeycomb geocell can be filled with planting soil and sown with grass seeds. It has a good ecological landscape effect. After the plants grow and mature, the ecological benefits of the channel slope are improved. The plant roots can also play a role in consolidating the soil and protecting the slope. The plants planted are generally salt-tolerant and drought-resistant herbaceous plants. For example, perennial forage crops such as alfalfa can be selected, which can not only enable the roots to grow stably in the cell for a long time, but also serve as a high-quality forage resource, providing convenience for coastal residents to raise cattle and sheep.
[0057] In the embodiment of the present invention, the prefabricated slope foot 1 is prefabricated with 300mm thick C35, F200, and W6 concrete, F200 represents the antifreeze grade, and the antifreeze test is to be carried out for 200 freeze-thaw cycles, W6 represents the anti-seepage grade, and the anti-seepage capacity of the concrete standard test block is not less than 0.6MPa water pressure; the gravel used in the slope foot cushion layer 2 is a natural gradation, the particle size is ≤20mm, the mud content is not more than 10%, and the relative density is not less than 0.7; the slope foot cushion layer 2 includes an inverted right-angled trapezoidal cushion layer 21, a slope foot cross-sectional cushion layer 22 and an equilateral triangle cushion layer 23, the upper part of the inverted right-angled trapezoidal cushion layer 21 is flush with the designed channel bottom elevation, the slope ratio of the hypotenuse is 1:1, and the lower part is flush with the lowest part of the slope foot cross-sectional cushion layer 22, and the cushion layer thickness of the inverted right-angled trapezoidal cushion layer 21 is relatively thick to prevent water flow The downslope foot 11 is lifted, and at the same time, it is also avoided that when the water body in the channel is less, the water body is mainly concentrated in the middle of the channel, and the frost heave is serious in winter, resulting in the lifting of the downslope foot 11. The thickness of the slope foot cross-sectional cushion layer 22 is 300mm. It is opposite to the lower part of the prefabricated slope foot 1. One right-angled side of the equilateral triangle cushion layer 23 is in contact with the outer side of the slope foot cross-sectional cushion layer 22 and the upper slope foot 12, and the other right-angled side is in contact with the lower surface of the locking brick layer 3; the concrete locking brick 31 is prefabricated with C30, F200, and W6 concrete, and the thickness is preferably 150mm. The outer surface of the locking brick layer 3 is 50-100mm high from the outer surface of the upper slope foot 12, leaving a certain interval, which is equivalent to a small step. When someone falls into the water, it is convenient for rescue and self-rescue. The specification of the geotextile 14 is 200g / m 2 The cement used in all components of the slope protection is high-sulfur-resistant cement. The northern arid areas where frost heave occurs, especially in the central Ningxia region, are mainly composed of sulfates. Sulfates can easily cause chemical corrosion to concrete hydraulic structures near water. Therefore, choosing high-sulfur-resistant cement can effectively avoid this phenomenon, extend the service life of the structure, and reduce the subsequent operation and maintenance costs.
[0058] In the embodiment of the present invention, a rust-free welded grid beam 10 is set on the slope protection every 10m along the direction of the flowing water; a road 9 is set on the outside of the channel, and a corrugated guardrail 8 is set on the side of the road 9 close to the channel, and the elevation of the road 9 is consistent with the bottom elevation of the second cap 6. The pavement material of the road 9 is preferably industrial solid waste, and the road 9 tends to set a certain slope on one side of the channel. The water collected by daily rainfall can enter the upper part of the flat buffer section at the foot of the slope, and replenish water for the plants planted on the second honeycomb geocell 7 in the form of infiltration, making full use of rainfall resources.
[0059] The construction method of the assembled ecological masonry structure applicable to the canal section with high groundwater level provided by the present invention is as follows:
[0060] S1. For newly built channels, it is necessary to first conduct survey and design, and excavate the channel foundation. During excavation, the channel embankment is built in the form of middle excavation and backfilling on both sides to make full use of earthwork. Before backfilling the channel embankment, the surface humus, garbage and debris should be removed. The clearing thickness is 300mm. When filling, the embankment is filled in layers according to the designed shape and compacted layer by layer. For the expansion and reconstruction of the channel, the original channel slope protection is cleared and filled and rolled into the designed shape. The compaction degree of rolling is greater than 0.93. When the expansion and reconstruction channel needs to be ventilated during construction, it is necessary to excavate an additional U-shaped groove in the middle of the channel for water flow, which does not affect the construction of the channel. After the prefabricated slope foot 1 construction of the newly built or expanded channel is completed, it can be used normally.
[0061] S2, laying the slope foot cushion layer 2 and the prefabricated slope foot 1: when the cushion layer is laid to the height of the lower slope foot 11, the lower slope foot 11 is placed, and then the right-angled trapezoidal cushion layer 21, the remaining part of the slope foot cross-sectional cushion layer 22 and the equilateral triangle cushion layer 23 are backfilled and laid. After the laying is completed, the upper slope foot 12 is laid on the upper part of the slope foot cross-sectional cushion layer 22;
[0062] S3, laying locking brick layer 3: laying concrete locking bricks 31 layer by layer, leaving expansion joints between each layer during laying, and filling the joints with polyethylene closed-cell foam boards to enable them to achieve thermal expansion and contraction and avoid automatic closure;
[0063] S4, laying the first platform cap 4: after the locking brick layer 3 is laid, the rust-free welded gabion 51 is laid, and then the platform cap caulking 41 is backfilled with grout, and after backfilling, the first platform cap 4 is laid on the upper part;
[0064] S5, laying honeycomb geocells: laying geotextile 14, and laying the first honeycomb geocell 5 on the upper part of the geotextile 14, setting a top paving buffer section 61 at the top of the slope for buffering, forming a second honeycomb geocell 7 on the other side of the top of the slope, setting a foot paving buffer section at the foot of the second honeycomb geocell 7, and nailing T-shaped nails 13 after laying. The T-shaped nails 13 are distributed in an array on the first honeycomb geocell 5 and the second honeycomb geocell 7, and are arranged in a row on the top paving buffer section 61 and the foot paving buffer section, and are vertically inserted into the lower part;
[0065] S6, laying the second cap 6: fill the interior of the slope top paving buffer section 61, i.e., the cell at the slope top with M10 cement mortar, and pile up M10 cement mortar on the upper surface. After the accumulation, place the second cap 6 on the upper part and build it on top, thus completing the laying of the second cap 6;
[0066] S7, construction of road 9: construct road 9 and set up corrugated guardrail 8 on the side of road 9 close to the channel.
[0067] During actual construction, the rust-free welded gabion 51 can be laid first, and then the locking brick layer 3 and the honeycomb geocell can be laid simultaneously, which can greatly save construction time. That is, the rust-free welded gabion 51 is laid first, and then the locking brick layer 3 and the geotextile 14 are laid at the same time, and the first honeycomb geocell 5 is laid after the geotextile 14 is laid, and a top paving buffer section 61 is set at the top of the slope for buffering, and a second honeycomb geocell 7 is formed downslope on the other side of the top of the slope, and a slope foot paving buffer section is set at the foot of the second honeycomb geocell 7, and T-shaped nails 13 are nailed in after the laying is completed. After the process is completed, the cap caulking 41 is grouting backfilled, and the first cap 4 is laid on the upper part after backfilling, and at the same time, M10 cement mortar is filled in the cell at the top of the slope, and M10 cement mortar is also piled on the upper surface. After piling, the second cap 6 is placed on the upper part. This construction method can reduce construction time, have no impact on each other, and have no impact on the stability of the structure. Especially for the reconstruction and expansion of the channel, it minimizes the impact of construction on operation. In fact, when the size of the channel embankment foundation is standardized and reasonable, each module can be constructed simultaneously, which greatly reduces the construction period.
[0068] The present invention also provides a dynamic safety evaluation system. The overall logic diagram of the system is shown in Fig.14The system can be applied to the above-mentioned dynamic safety evaluation system of prefabricated ecological masonry protection structure suitable for high groundwater level channel sections. The system integrates multi-source field monitoring data to realize automatic monitoring. At the same time, it combines survey data and material data to comprehensively consider the factors affecting the health of channel slopes from multiple levels and angles under the framework requirements of "hydrology and water resources-physical structure-water quality-biology", and realizes dynamic evaluation and early warning of slope stability, which can timely discover problems and eliminate hidden dangers, avoiding the increase in costs caused by reconstruction after later damage.
[0069] When monitoring the frost heave, first bury the frost heave test anchor rod 15 on the channel slope. The total length of the anchor rod is 2m, the burial depth is 180cm, and the upper part is exposed 20cm. The anchor rod is covered with a φ40mm PVC pipe and filled with butter. The purpose is to prevent the anchor rod from contacting the channel base soil. If the anchor rod contacts the base soil, the frost heave force generated by the frost heave of the soil will cause the anchor rod to move, affecting the measurement accuracy. Three anchor rods are laid from top to bottom in each observation section. Fig. 9 As shown, when the anchor rod is applied to the above-mentioned assembled ecological masonry protection structure suitable for high groundwater level canal sections, the first anchor rod is arranged near the connection position of the downslope foot 11 and the upslope foot 12, the second anchor rod is arranged near the connection position of the upslope foot 12 and the lock brick layer 3, and the third anchor rod is arranged near the connection position of the lock brick layer 3 and the first platform cap 4. The method for making the anchor rod is as follows: select a hexagonal steel with a length of 195cm and a diagonal width of 30mm, one end of which is welded with an anchor bar to prevent the hexagonal steel from falling off after being embedded, and prefabricate this end into concrete with a length × width × height = 150 × 150 × 250mm. A circular hole with a diameter of 3mm is drilled 2cm away from the upper end of the anchor rod for passing the pulling wire. During winter observation, a thin steel wire is passed through and fixed at the 2cm circular hole at the upper end of the anchor rod, wherein the first anchor rod and the second anchor rod are separately provided with a thin steel wire, and the second anchor rod and the third anchor rod are separately provided with a thin steel wire, as shown Fig.10 As shown, a pulling spring is set at the connection between the thin steel wire and the anchor rod. The function of the spring is to prevent the pulled steel wire from breaking due to cold. Finally, a micro-rangefinder 16 is installed on the steel wire. The micro-rangefinder 16 is perpendicular to the slope. The change in the slope distance monitored by the rangefinder reflects the amount of frost heave in the channel. Of course, manual observation can also be selected. Mark the position of the channel observation point (the line connecting the steel wire and the observation point on the channel is perpendicular to the steel wire), and measure the position of the steel wire and the slope mark each time. Since the spring pulling at both ends may be inconsistent, regular maintenance is required to ensure that the straightened steel wire always maintains a fixed position and forms a parallel plane with the slope. Use a steel plate ruler with a graduation of 1mm to perpendicular to the steel wire, and measure the vertical distance from each fixed measuring point on the plate surface to the steel wire. The measured value is the frost heave displacement value of the slope at each measuring point.
[0070] When monitoring deformation, three boreholes 17 are arranged along the axis of each slope from the foot to the top of the slope, numbered as the first borehole 171, the second borehole 172, and the third borehole 173, with the depths of 5m, 2m, and 8m respectively. Fig.11 As shown, when applied to the above-mentioned assembled ecological masonry protection structure suitable for high groundwater level canal sections, the first borehole 171 is arranged near the position where the downslope foot 11 is connected to the upslope foot 12, the second borehole 172 is arranged near the position where the upslope foot 12 is connected to the lock brick layer 3, and the third borehole 173 is arranged near the position where the lock brick layer 3 is connected to the first platform cap 4. At the same time, it should be staggered with the frost heave amount, not too close to cause an impact, and not too far, the distance is about 10m, which is easy to manage. Two guide wheel inclinometers are installed in the first borehole 171, and the buried depths are 2m and 4.5m respectively; three guide wheel inclinometers are installed in the third borehole 173, and the buried depths are 2m, 4.5m, and 7.5m respectively. Three surface displacement monitoring points are arranged near the first borehole 171, the second borehole 172, and the third borehole 173 along the slope surface, with a total of 3 displacement meters for monitoring displacement. In addition, 4 pore water pressure gauges are arranged in each of the 3 boreholes, with the buried depths of 0.5m, 1.0m, 1.5m and 2.0m, respectively, to monitor the pore water pressure. 4 soil temperature and humidity gauges are arranged in each of the 3 boreholes, with the buried depths of 0.5m, 1.0m, 1.5m and 2.0m, respectively, to monitor the soil temperature and humidity. A meteorological station 18 is arranged on the upper part of the second cap 6 to monitor meteorological data. A water quality monitoring station is also required to monitor the water quality data of the channel.
[0071] The above settings constitute a data acquisition module, which is used to obtain field monitoring data. All monitoring data are collected by wireless collection equipment. When collecting, they are monitored by front-end sensors and adjusted according to actual needs. The data types monitored include but are not limited to channel frost heave, channel deformation, pore water pressure, soil temperature, soil moisture, meteorological data and water quality data. For the same channel, multiple monitoring sections should be set up. The specific setting positions should be flexibly adjusted without departing from the requirements of the above description, so as to facilitate the layout and management as the first purpose. For data acquisition, the data obtained by the front-end sensor can be obtained by sensor acquisition. For those that cannot be directly obtained, the data collection and sampling laboratory testing are used to obtain and upload them to the user terminal. The data acquisition module is transmitted to the central control system through the data transmission module for calculation. The central control system also includes a data processing module, which integrates and organizes multi-source heterogeneous data through the back-end data processing module, and transmits it to the cloud storage module for storage. It can be remotely transmitted through GPRS. The data stored in the cloud can be viewed on the user terminal. The user terminal can be a mobile phone or a computer. Generally, the computer terminal has higher permissions and functions. The user terminal permissions held by management departments at different levels are different, and they are set according to needs.
[0072] The central control system can control the entire system, including data processing and model calculations. The central control system contains a data analysis and evaluation module, which performs analysis through mathematical models. The results and processes of the analysis and calculations can also be transmitted to the cloud storage module through the data transmission module for storage, and can also be viewed and used by user terminals.
[0073] The data analysis and evaluation module includes the slope health dynamic evaluation subsystem and the slope stability dynamic evaluation subsystem. The slope health dynamic evaluation subsystem is established based on field monitoring data and collected information. According to the relevant specifications such as the "Technical Guidelines for River and Lake Health Assessment", the AHP-Fuzzy (AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method) comprehensive evaluation model is organically combined with the hierarchical analysis method. The construction method is shown in Fig.12 , where the construction steps of AHP are to construct a hierarchical structure, construct a judgment matrix, hierarchical single sorting and its consistency test, hierarchical total sorting and its one-time test; the construction steps of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are to determine the evaluation level standard set, establish a membership matrix, hierarchical fuzzy evaluation, determine the evaluation level according to the maximum membership principle, and finally conduct a comprehensive evaluation analysis. The principles of the two methods are widely documented in the literature and will not be described in detail. What is important is to follow the framework requirements of "hydrology and water resources-physical structure-water quality-biology" during construction and propose a comprehensive evaluation structure. The comprehensive evaluation of channel slope health requires the selection of appropriate slope health evaluation indicators according to local conditions. When applied to the above-mentioned prefabricated ecological masonry protection structure suitable for high groundwater level canal sections, 11 important slope health indicators were selected based on the characteristics of high sand content of irrigation water in the Yellow River Irrigation Area. The channel slope health assessment index system is divided into three levels, namely the target layer, the criterion layer and the indicator layer, see. Fig.13. The target layer is the health of the slope protection of the canal section with high groundwater level, which is a comprehensive reflection of the water environment and ecological service function of the Yellow River Irrigation Area. The criterion layer includes four criterion layers: hydrology and water resources, physical structure, water quality, and biological function. The hydrology and water resources criterion layer includes four indicator layers, namely, the degree of ecological flow guarantee, the change rate of sediment content, flood control capacity, and groundwater level change. The physical structure criterion layer includes three indicator layers, namely, the channel slope condition, the channel straight opening and slope siltation condition, and the channel flow capacity. The water quality criterion layer includes two indicator layers, namely, DO content and oxygen-consuming organic matter content. The biological criterion layer includes two indicator layers, namely, the vegetation system integrity index above the water surface and the microbial integrity index below the water surface. Among them, the indicators of the hydrological and water resources criterion layer and the physical structure criterion layer use the data collection method to obtain data from the channel management office and the hydrological and water resources monitoring and early warning center, and upload them to the system regularly on the user terminal, and store them in the cloud storage module at the same time; the water quality criterion layer uses the on-site water quality monitoring station to obtain data in real time; the indicators of the biological criterion layer use the slope vegetation sample method survey and the aquatic biological sample collection sequencing analysis method to obtain relevant data, and upload them to the system regularly on the user terminal after preliminary analysis, and store them in the cloud storage module at the same time. In this subsystem, the hierarchical analysis method is used to determine the weights of different channel slope health indicators, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to carry out comprehensive diagnosis and evaluation of channel slope health in the channel sections between different masonry sections, and the regional differentiation characteristics of channel slope health indicators are studied and analyzed. The channel health level of the high groundwater level channel section is divided into 5 levels according to the state of the ecosystem, namely very healthy, healthy, sub-healthy, unhealthy and pathological, and alarms are issued according to the thresholds set in the early stage.
[0074] The dynamic evaluation subsystem of slope stability is based on environmental information such as frost heave, deformation, pore water pressure, soil temperature and humidity obtained by front-end sensors, as well as engineering operation information obtained through surveys input into the system from user terminals. The structural state of the entire channel section obtained by numerical simulation of the entire process from the channel construction period to the operation period is used as the initial state, and the finite multi-element physical field coupling simulation technology is used to achieve tracking simulation of the structural state of the entire channel section. By comparing the actual measurement point monitoring data with the calculation results, the preset proxy model is used to correct the channel physical parameters to ensure the accuracy of the simulation, and the visualization engine and numerical simulation results are combined to fully present the spatial and temporal distribution of the physical fields such as temperature, stress, seepage, and deformation of the entire channel section.
[0075] Since there are many factors affecting the stability of channel slopes under high groundwater levels and the weights of each factor change dynamically with the climate and geological environment, the traditional constant weight slope safety evaluation method is no longer applicable. Therefore, combined with the saturated and unsaturated characteristics of soil under the long-term action of high groundwater levels and the key disaster-causing factors of slopes, the key influencing factors in terms of channel slope morphology, groundwater level, meteorology and hydrology, and soil properties were selected to form a dynamic evaluation index system for channel slope safety. The weight change models of the influencing factors of channel foundation soil under groundwater level changes, dry-wet cycles, and freeze-thaw cycles were established respectively. On the basis of finite element numerical simulation, fuzzy comprehensive safety evaluation was carried out based on the TS fuzzy fault tree discrimination method to form a dynamic evaluation method for channel slope safety.
[0076] At the same time, artificial intelligence early warning algorithms are used for channel monitoring sections. By learning historical data, short-term predictions of future data are made to obtain early warning data with reference value for disaster early warning. The landslide hazard level is divided into five levels: extremely low hazard, low hazard, medium hazard, high hazard, and extremely high hazard. Alarms are issued according to the thresholds set in the early stage to achieve disaster early warning.
[0077] Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and variations may be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the present invention, and that the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
