Abstract

This invention discloses a method for distributing signaling message including: an exchange at an outcoming terminal generating a signaling message, sending the generated signaling message to the exchange at an incoming terminal, the generated signaling message including a calling reference value of a process entity ID with the process entity participated in the calling; the exchange at the outcoming terminal receiving the signaling message sent by the exchange at the incoming terminal, obtaining the calling parameter included in the received signaling message, and distributing the received signaling message to the process entity corresponding to the process entity ID in the obtained calling reference value. The invention also provides a device for distributing the signaling message and an exchange. According to the invention, the calling reference CR unit of the OSIG message package has the process entity ID, so that the exchange can directly distribute the QSIG messages for the returned signaling message, thereby greatly shortening the inquiry match time, improving the process ability of the system, then further improving the real time performance of the protocol.
