AI Technical Summary
Existing methods for fastening cables in transmissions, such as using metal clamping strips, result in high wear and complicate assembly due to imprecise bending and inability to maintain a consistent clamping distance.
A gearbox design that incorporates a hydraulic pipe with a cable running longitudinally through it, and a connecting element with holes in the pipe wall to securely fasten the cable using a cable tie, allowing for precise control of the cable's position and reduced wear.
This solution simplifies cable laying, improves wear resistance, and ensures consistent cable fastening, reducing assembly complexity and enhancing the reliability of the transmission system.

Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a transmission according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] Cables running within a gearbox are usually secured with cable clamps or welded lugs. Metal terminal blocks are also commonly used to secure the cables. However, terminal blocks cannot be bent with sufficient precision. This means that a permissible clamping distance cannot be consistently maintained. Securing cables with terminal blocks therefore leads to significant wear and complicates gearbox assembly.
[0003] DE 10 2007 060 985 A1 discloses a wind turbine with a pitch tube. Provision means are guided through the pitch tube through a drive train of the wind turbine.
[0004] Means for attaching Kablan to a motorcycle frame are known from US 4 678 054 A.
[0005] The invention is based on the object of securing cables in a gearbox while avoiding the disadvantages inherent in prior art solutions. In particular, the cable routing is to be simplified and their wear resistance improved.
[0006] This object is achieved by a transmission according to claim 1. The transmission, for example a transmission of a wind turbine, comprises a rotatable element, a tube, at least one cable and at least one connecting element.
[0007] A pipe is a hollow body with exactly two openings. The pipe, or a wall of the pipe, connects the openings to each other by means of a fluid.
[0008] For the purposes of the present invention, a hydraulic pipe is preferably used. Hydraulic pipes are inexpensive and can be bent and installed using proven methods.
[0009] A cable is generally an insulated electrical conductor, i.e. one covered with an electrical insulator, for conducting electrical energy and / or electrical signals.
[0010] The cable runs longitudinally through the pipe. This means that at least a portion of the cable runs from one opening through the pipe to the other. Electrical energy or electrical signals carried by the cable are transmitted through the pipe from opening to opening.
[0011] In addition to the orifices, the tube has at least a first and a second hole. The first and second holes are different from the orifices of the tube and are formed in the wall of the tube. The first and second holes are through holes, preferably bores.
[0012] The connecting element extends through the first and second holes. A first section of the connecting element extends between the first and second holes, at least partially, preferably completely, within the pipe.
[0013] The cable is secured in the pipe by the first section of the connecting element clamping the cable against the pipe. The connecting element exerts a transverse force on the cable in its first section.
[0014] The transverse direction refers to a direction that runs orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the pipe. The longitudinal axis, in turn, is the sum of all centroids of the pipe's cross-sectional areas.
[0015] A cross-sectional area is a sectional surface whose area is minimal with respect to a rotation about its centroid. A first sectional surface is therefore a cross-sectional surface if and only if the area of every second sectional surface whose cutting plane passes through the centroid of the first sectional surface is greater than the area of the first sectional surface. The term "sectional area" is not used here as a synonym for the area of a sectional surface.
[0016] The geometric centroid of a surface is a point on the surface which is characterized by the fact that every straight line passing through the centroid and at least one other point on the surface divides the surface into two sub-surfaces with the same area.
[0017] Preferably, the cable is clamped against the pipe by applying a tensile force to the first section of the connecting element. In a preferred embodiment, the connecting element is designed as a loop, i.e., closed inward, with the cable running through the connecting element. The tensile force acting in the first section can then be applied by clamping the connecting element within itself.
[0018] In detail, according to the further development, the connecting element consists of the first section, a second section, a third section, a first closure means, and a second closure means. The second section connects the first closure means to the first section. The third section connects the second closure means to the first section. This implies that the first section connects the second section to the third section. The first section and the second section are adjacent to one another, as are the first section and the third section. Furthermore, the first closure element and the second section, as well as the second closure element and the third section, are adjacent to one another. The connecting element is preferably designed in one piece. In this case, the three sections and two closure means of the connecting element are also connected in one piece.
[0019] According to a further development, the first closure means and the second closure means are connected to one another. The first closure means and the second closure means are thus connected to one another in two ways: firstly via the first section, the second section, the third section, and secondly via the joint connection. Preferably, the first closure means and the second closure means are fixed to one another in a form-fitting manner.
[0020] In a preferred embodiment, the second and third sections as well as the first and second closure means are arranged outside the tube.
[0021] Preferably, the connecting element is a cable tie, for example in accordance with the standard DIN EN 62275. A cable tie has a locking lug as the first locking element and a serrated surface as the second locking element into which the locking lug can snap into place.
[0022] In a further preferred embodiment, the first hole and the second hole overlap in the longitudinal direction of the pipe. This means that both the first hole and the second hole extend into at least one cross-sectional area of the pipe. A corresponding cutting plane intersects the first hole and the second hole.
[0023] The tube is preferably further developed with a tab provided with at least one hole. This allows the tube to be screwed into a suitable position.
[0024] The tube is fixed to the rotating element. Preferably, the tube is secured to the element by screwing the tab. For example, it is possible to fix the tube to a planetary carrier.
[0025] Preferred embodiments of the invention are illustrated in the figures. Corresponding reference numerals indicate identical or functionally equivalent features. Specifically, the figures show: Fig. 1 a cable duct; Fig. 2 a cross-section through the cable duct; and Fig. 3 the fastening of the cable guide tube in a gearbox.
[0026] The Fig. The cable guide tube 101 shown in Figure 1 is bent to follow the intended path of a cable. The cable can be routed through the cable guide tube 101 from a first opening 103 to a second opening 105. To secure the cable in the cable guide tube 101, the cable guide tube 101 has holes 107. The cable guide tube 101 itself can be screwed in place using a tab 109.
[0027] The fastening of cables 201 in the cable guide tube 101 illustrates Fig. 2. A cable tie 203 runs through the holes 107. It encloses a part of the cable guide tube 101 as well as the cables 201. In this way, the cables 201 can be clamped between the cable tie 203 and the cable guide tube 101.
[0028] Fig. 3 shows a planetary carrier 301 provided with a cable guide tube 101. The cable guide tube 101 is screwed to the planetary carrier 301 and enables reliable routing of cables through the planetary carrier 301 despite the rotation of the planetary carrier 301 and the vibrations occurring during operation.
