[0051] The hydraulic module is an integrated circulating water delivery device commonly used in air conditioners. By connecting the hot water pipeline to the air conditioning system, hot water can be prepared using the refrigerant of the air conditioning system.
[0052] A hydraulic module typically includes a housing, a display panel, and an electrical control box. The display panel is mounted on the exterior of the housing and is electrically connected to the electrical control box, which is located within the housing. However, improper internal structural design of the hydraulic module complicates assembly between the display panel and the housing, reducing assembly efficiency. This not only makes wiring the display panel and electrical control box difficult, but also hinders maintenance and repair of components within the hydraulic module.
[0053] Based on this, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a hydraulic module 1. The hydraulic module 1 can be applied to air conditioners, floor heating systems, radiators, or other home heating equipment, and is configured to heat or cool water flowing through it to output water at a set temperature.
[0054] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 1 , the hydraulic module 1 includes a housing 100 , one side of which is open to form an opening. For example, the housing 100 is substantially a rectangular parallelepiped without a cover.
[0055] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG1 , the hydraulic module 1 further includes a first panel 300 . The first panel 300 is fixedly connected to the housing 100 and blocks the opening. The housing 100 and the first panel 300 together define a receiving chamber 110 (see FIG2 ). For example, the first panel 300 is rectangular.
[0056] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG1 , the hydraulic module 1 further includes a display panel assembly 400. The display panel assembly 400 is disposed on a side of the first panel 300 away from the accommodating cavity 110 and is fixedly connected to the first panel 300. The display panel assembly 400 is configured to display the operating status and data of the hydraulic module 1 (such as the outlet water temperature of the hydraulic module 1), and to adjust and control the hydraulic module 1 in response to user operations (such as touch operations).
[0057] For example, one side of the housing 100 in the thickness direction (ie, the front-to-back direction as shown in FIG1 ) is open to form an opening. The first panel 300 is connected to the front side of the housing 100 , and the display panel assembly 400 is disposed in front of the first panel 300 .
[0058] For example, the first panel 300 is detachably mounted on one side of the housing 100 in the thickness direction, and the display panel assembly 400 is detachably mounted on a side of the first panel 300 facing away from the receiving cavity 110 .
[0059] In some embodiments, the display panel assembly 400 is disposed on a side of the housing 100 facing away from the first face half 300 and is electrically connected to the electric control box in the housing 100 .
[0060] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the hydraulic module 1 further includes a water pump 200 and a heat exchanger 210. Both the water pump 200 and the heat exchanger 210 are disposed within the accommodating chamber 110. The water pump 200 is connected to the heat exchanger 210 and is configured to deliver water to the heat exchanger 210. The heat exchanger 210 is also connected to the refrigerant circuit of the air conditioner and is configured to exchange heat between the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit of the air conditioner and the water flowing through the heat exchanger 210, thereby increasing or decreasing the temperature of the water, allowing the hydraulic module 1 to output water at a set temperature.
[0061] In some embodiments, the water pump 200 is connected to an external water source.
[0062] 2 , the heat exchanger 210 includes a first heat exchange pipeline and a first connecting pipe 211. One end of the first heat exchange pipeline is connected to the water pump 200 through the first connecting pipe 211 and is configured to transmit the treated water provided by the water pump 200.
[0063] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 2 , the heat exchanger 210 further includes a second heat exchange line and a second connecting pipe 212. The second heat exchange line is connected to the refrigerant circuit of the air conditioner via the second connecting pipe 212 and is configured to transmit refrigerant. The second heat exchange line is further configured to exchange heat with the first heat exchange line (i.e., the refrigerant in the second heat exchange line exchanges heat with the untreated water in the first heat exchange line) to increase or decrease the temperature of the untreated water transmitted in the first heat exchange line 211, thereby enabling the hydraulic module 1 to output water at a set temperature.
[0064] For example, the water inlet of hydraulic module 1 is connected to a water source, and the water outlet of hydraulic module 1 is connected to a water storage device such as a water tank, or to a heat release device such as a floor heating pipe or a radiator. Hydraulic module 1 can heat the water by exchanging heat between the refrigerant and water through heat exchanger 210, or cool the water to output water at a set temperature, which is then delivered to a water storage device such as a water tank, or a heat release device such as a floor heating pipe or a radiator.
[0065] 4 , the hydraulic module 1 further includes an electric control box 220 , which is installed in the accommodating cavity 110 and electrically connected to the water pump 200 . The display panel assembly 400 is electrically connected to the electric control box 220 .
[0066] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 and 4 , the hydraulic module 1 further includes a heater 230 . The heater 230 is connected to the heat exchanger. The heater 230 is connected to the other end of the first heat exchange line and is configured to heat the water in the first heat exchange line. For example, the heater 230 is an electric heating tank.
[0067] For example, the heater 230 includes a liquid inlet pipe 231. The liquid inlet pipe 231 is connected to the other end of the first heat exchange pipeline.
[0068] For example, heater 230 further includes a liquid outlet pipe 232. Liquid outlet pipe 232 is connected to the water outlet of hydraulic module 1. Thus, water can flow from water pump 200 through first connecting pipe 211 and the first heat exchange pipeline into liquid inlet pipe 231, and then into heater 230 through liquid inlet pipe 231. Heater 230 heats the water flowing through it and then discharges it to the water outlet of hydraulic module 1 through liquid outlet pipe 232. Heater 230 is, for example, an electric heating tank.
[0069] It is understandable that when the refrigerant in the second heat exchange pipeline cannot provide enough heat to make the water in the first heat exchange pipeline reach the set temperature, that is, when the air conditioner is heating the room and the water temperature cannot meet the heating demand, the water can be heated by the heater 230 to increase the water temperature to meet the heating demand of the air conditioner.
[0070] In some embodiments, the heater is disposed on the outer circumference of the liquid inlet pipe 231. For example, the heater 230 is a heating wire that is wound around the outer circumference of the liquid inlet pipe 231 so as to be in full contact with the liquid inlet pipe 231. In this way, the heating wire can efficiently heat the water in the liquid inlet pipe 231.
[0071] In some embodiments, the heater may also be disposed on the outer circumference of other pipes in the hydraulic module 1 (such as the connecting pipe of a water pump), which is not limited in the present disclosure.
[0072] 2 and 4 , the hydraulic module 1 further includes an expander 240. The expander 240 is connected to the water outlet pipe of the heater 230 and is configured to balance the air pressure in the water outlet pipe to improve the smoothness and flow of the water.
[0073] It can be understood that the accommodating cavity 110 can accommodate and fix multiple components (such as the water pump 200, the heat exchanger 210, the electrical control box 220, the heater 230 and the expander 240, etc.), and the shell 100 covers the multiple components, thereby preventing the multiple components from being damaged by external forces.
[0074] Based on the separate arrangement of the housing 100, the first panel 300, and the display panel assembly 400, the display panel assembly 400 and the first panel 300 can be pre-assembled and fixed. In this way, when assembling the hydraulic module 1, the heat exchanger 210, the electrical control box 220, and other components can be installed in the housing 100 first, and then the display panel assembly 400 and the electrical control box 220 are electrically connected. Finally, the first panel 300 and the display panel assembly 400 are assembled with the housing 100 to cover the accommodating cavity 110. This not only facilitates the wiring of the display panel assembly 400 and the electrical control box 220 during assembly, but also helps to simplify the assembly steps of the hydraulic module 1 and improve the assembly efficiency of the hydraulic module 1.
[0075] Furthermore, by separating the first panel 300 from the housing 100, repair or maintenance of the hydraulic module 1 only requires removing the first panel 300 from the housing 100 to expose the components within the housing 100, thereby facilitating repair and maintenance. Furthermore, when inspecting the wiring between the display panel assembly 400 and the electrical control box 220, the display panel assembly 400 only requires removing the first panel 300 from the first panel 300 to expose the wiring harness for the display panel assembly 400 and the electrical control box 220, thereby facilitating inspection and maintenance of the wiring harness.
[0076] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5 , the display panel assembly 400 includes a second panel 410 .
[0077] In some embodiments, the first panel 300 includes a first panel body 301 and a mounting portion 310. The mounting portion 310 is disposed on a side of the first panel body 301 facing away from the housing 100. The second panel 410 is detachably disposed in the mounting portion 310.
[0078] For example, the first panel 300 is a sheet metal component, and the second panel 410 and the decorative panel 420 are plastic components.
[0079] 1 and 5 , the display panel assembly 400 further includes a decorative plate 420 . The decorative plate 420 is detachably mounted on a side of the second panel 410 that faces away from the first panel 300 .
[0080] 1 and 5 , the display panel assembly 400 further includes a display panel 430 . The display panel 430 is detachably mounted on a side of the decorative plate 420 facing away from the second panel 410 , and is electrically connected to the electric control box 220 .
[0081] It is understood that the decorative plate 420 is provided in the display panel assembly 400 to improve the aesthetics of the hydraulic module 1. For example, the color of the decorative plate 420 can be different from that of the first panel 300, or a pattern can be engraved on the decorative plate 420.
[0082] For example, the display panel 430 is a touch screen, so that the display panel 430 can be used to display the operating status and data of the hydraulic module 1, and can adjust and control the hydraulic module 1 in response to the user's touch operation.
[0083] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG1 , a side surface of the first panel 300 facing away from the shell 100, a side surface of the second panel 410 facing away from the first panel 300, a side surface of the decorative panel 420 facing away from the second panel 410, and a side surface of the display panel 430 facing away from the decorative panel 420 are flush. In this way, the flatness of the outer surface of the hydraulic module 1 can be improved, thereby improving the aesthetics of the hydraulic module 1.
[0084] For example, the mounting portion 310 is recessed toward the housing 100 , that is, the mounting portion 310 is recessed in a direction away from the second panel 410 , so that the display panel assembly 400 can be flush with the outer surface of the first panel 300 after being mounted in the mounting portion 310 .
[0085] It can be understood that by providing the mounting portion 310 in the first panel 300, not only can the assembly between the display panel assembly 400 and the first panel 300 be pre-positioned to simplify the assembly steps of the display panel assembly 400 and the first panel 300, but also the contact area between the display panel assembly 400 and the mounting portion 310 can be increased, thereby facilitating improving the reliability of the connection between the second panel 410 and the mounting portion 310.
[0086] 2 , 3 and 6 , the housing 100 includes a housing body 102 and a plurality of insertion holes 120 . The plurality of insertion holes 120 are disposed on a side of the housing body 102 close to the display panel assembly 400 .
[0087] The first panel 300 includes a first panel body 301 and a plurality of plug-in blocks 320. The plug-in blocks 320 are disposed on a side of the first panel body 301 facing the housing 100. The plug-in blocks 320 correspond to the plug-in holes 120 and are configured to connect to the corresponding plug-in holes.
[0088] In this way, the first panel 300 and the housing 100 can be positioned and connected through the plug-in block 320 and the plug-in hole 120 , thereby simplifying the assembly steps between the first panel 300 and the housing 100 and improving assembly efficiency.
[0089] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG3 , the insertion hole 120 includes an insertion section 121, a transition section 122, and a locking section 123. Along the height direction of the hydraulic module 1 (i.e., the vertical direction as shown in FIG1 and FIG3 ), the insertion section 121, the transition section 122, and the locking section 123 are arranged in sequence, and the insertion section 121 is connected to the transition section 122, and the transition section 122 is connected to the locking section 123.
[0090] For example, the insertion section 121 extends in the height direction of the hydraulic module 1. The dimension of the insertion section 121 in the height direction of the hydraulic module 1 is greater than the dimension of the plug-in block 320 in the height direction of the hydraulic module 1, and the dimension of the insertion section 121 in the width direction of the hydraulic module 1 (i.e., the left-right direction as shown in Figures 1 and 3) is greater than or equal to the dimension of the plug-in block 320 in the width direction of the hydraulic module 1. In other words, the plug-in block 320 can be inserted into the insertion section 121 in the front-to-back direction.
[0091] For example, the transition section 122 is connected to the underside of the insertion section 121 and extends away from the insertion section 121. The width of the transition section 122 decreases along its extension direction. Specifically, the width of the transition section 122 at the end closest to the insertion section 121 is greater than the width of the end farther from the insertion section 121. The locking section 123 is connected to the underside of the transition section 122. The dimension of the locking section 123 in the width direction of the hydraulic module 1 is less than or equal to the dimension of the transition section 122 in the width direction of the hydraulic module 1.
[0092] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG6 , the plug-in block 320 extends toward the direction close to the housing 100 and bends toward the bottom. In other words, the plug-in block 320 can be constructed in the shape of a hook. In this way, the plug-in block 320 can be inserted into the plug-in hole 120 via the insertion section 121. The insertion section 121 is relatively large, which facilitates the insertion of the plug-in block 320, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the first panel 300 and the housing 100. Then, under the action of gravity, the first panel 300 can slide downward, thereby driving the plug-in block 320 to slide along the transition section 122 into the locking section 123. The locking section 123 can limit the plug-in block 320 in the width direction of the hydraulic module 1, thereby preventing relative shaking between the first panel 300 and the housing 100. Moreover, when the plug-in block 320 is locked in the locking section 123, the end of the plug-in block 320 away from the first panel body 301 is clamped on the side of the shell 100 facing away from the first panel 300, thereby limiting the first panel 300 in the thickness direction of the hydraulic module 1, thereby realizing a fixed connection between the first panel 300 and the shell 100.
[0093] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2 , FIG. 3 , and FIG. 5 , the housing 100 includes a first side plate 130 , a second side plate 140 , a plurality of first guide blocks 131 , and a plurality of second guide blocks 141 .
[0094] The first side plate 130 and the second side plate 140 are arranged opposite each other along the width of the hydraulic module 1. A plurality of first guide blocks 131 are disposed on the side of the first side plate 130 facing the display panel assembly 400, and a plurality of second guide blocks 141 are disposed on the side of the second side plate 140 facing the display panel assembly 400. The plurality of first guide blocks 131 correspond to the plurality of second guide blocks 141. Along the arrangement direction from the housing 100 to the first panel 300, the distance between the first guide blocks 131 and the second guide blocks 141 decreases. In other words, the distance between the end of the first guide block 131 away from the housing 100 and the end of the second guide block 141 away from the housing 100 is smaller than the distance between the end of the first guide block 131 closer to the housing 100 and the end of the second guide block 141 closer to the housing 100. The first guide blocks 131 and the second guide blocks 141 are configured to position the first panel 300 along the width of the hydraulic module 1, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the first panel 300 and the housing 100.
[0095] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, the first panel 300 further includes a first side edge 330 and a second side edge 340, which are arranged opposite each other along the width direction of the hydraulic module 1. The first guide block 131 and the second guide block 141 are located between the first side edge 330 and the second side edge 340, and the first guide block 131 abuts against the first side edge 330, and the second guide block 141 abuts against the second side edge 340, thereby limiting the position of the first panel 300 in the width direction of the hydraulic module 1.
[0096] In this case, a portion of the plurality of insertion holes 120 is disposed on a side of the first side plate 130 facing the display panel assembly 400 , and another portion of the plurality of insertion holes 120 is disposed on a side of the second side plate 140 facing the display panel assembly 400 .
[0097] It is understood that when the first panel 300 is mounted on the housing 100, the first panel 300 needs to be moved from front to back to insert the plug block 320 into the plug hole 120. Because the distance between the end of the first guide block 131 away from the housing 100 and the end of the second guide block 141 away from the housing 100 is small, the first guide block 131 and the second guide block 141 can be inserted between the first side 330 and the second side 340. Then, as the first panel 300 moves toward the housing 100, the first guide block 131 can abut against the first side 330, and the second guide block 141 can abut against the second side 340. This can limit the first panel 300 in the width direction of the hydraulic module 1 and guide the assembly of the first panel 300 and the housing 100. In this way, the assembly steps of the first panel 300 and the housing 100 are simplified, and the assembly efficiency of the first panel 300 and the housing 100 is improved.
[0098] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 5 and 7, the housing 100 further includes a bottom plate 150 and a plurality of first bolt holes 151. The plurality of first bolt holes 151 are disposed at one end of the bottom plate 150 near the display panel assembly 400 and are spaced apart along the width of the hydraulic module. For example, the first bolt holes 151 may extend through the bottom plate 150 along its thickness, or the first bolt holes 151 may be configured as blind holes.
[0099] As shown in Figures 8 and 9, the first panel 300 further includes a first bent portion 350 and a plurality of second bolt holes 351. The first bent portion 350 is provided at the lower end of the first panel body and is bent toward the housing 100. The plurality of second bolt holes 351 are provided in the first bent portion 350 and are spaced apart along the width direction of the hydraulic module.
[0100] The bottom plate 150 is located below the first bent portion 350 and abuts the first bent portion 350. A plurality of first bolt holes 151 correspond to a plurality of second bolt holes 351. Fasteners such as bolts are inserted through the first bolt holes 151 and the corresponding second bolt holes 351, thereby achieving a fixed connection between the first panel 300 and the housing 100.
[0101] It is understood that the provision of the first bent portion 350 can increase the contact area between the first panel 300 and the bottom plate 150, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the connection between the first panel 300 and the housing 100. Furthermore, by configuring the first bent portion 350 to bend toward the housing 100, the first bent portion 350 does not protrude from the outer surface of the hydraulic module 1, thereby improving the reliability of the connection structure between the first panel 300 and the housing 100 and enhancing the aesthetics of the hydraulic module 1.
[0102] Therefore, the first panel 300 and the shell 100 can be first plugged and fixed through the plug-in block 320 and the plug-in hole 120, and then the first panel 300 and the bottom plate 150 of the shell 100 can be fixed by screwing, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the first panel 300 and the shell 100 while ensuring the reliability of the connection between the first panel 300 and the shell 100.
[0103] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG5 , the housing 100 further includes a top plate 160 , and the housing is a separate component. The first side plate 130 , the second side plate 140 , and the rear sidewall of the housing 100 can be integrally stamped to form a frame, with the top plate 160 and the bottom plate 150 detachably connected to the frame. This facilitates the processing and assembly of the housing 100 .
[0104] In some embodiments, the housing 100 may also be an integral piece. The first panel 300 is detachably connected to the housing 100 and blocks the opening on the front side of the housing 100 .
[0105] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 5, 10, and 11, the second panel 410 includes a second panel body 4100, a plurality of first positioning blocks 411, and a plurality of first elastic clips 412. The plurality of first positioning blocks 411 are spaced apart and disposed on the upper side of the second panel body 4100, and the plurality of first elastic clips 412 are spaced apart and disposed on the upper side of the second panel body 4100. For example, the plurality of first positioning blocks 411 and the plurality of first elastic clips 412 are alternately spaced apart and protrude from the upper side of the second panel 410.
[0106] The mounting portion 310 includes a plurality of first positioning holes 311 and a plurality of first engaging holes 312. The plurality of first positioning holes 311 correspond to a plurality of first positioning blocks 411. The first positioning blocks 411 are configured to be inserted into the corresponding first positioning holes 311 to position the second panel 410 with the mounting portion 310. The plurality of first engaging holes 312 correspond to a plurality of first elastic clips 412. The first elastic clips 412 are configured to be inserted into the corresponding first engaging holes 312 and to be engaged and fixed therewith.
[0107] Thus, when assembling the second panel 410, the second panel 410 can be moved from bottom to top so that the first positioning block 411 is inserted into the first positioning hole 311 and the first elastic clip 412 is inserted into the first engaging hole 312. In this way, the first positioning block 411 cooperates with the first positioning block 411 to pre-position the second panel 410 and the first panel 300, thereby simplifying the assembly steps of the first panel 300 and the second panel 410. Furthermore, after the first positioning block 411 is inserted into the first positioning hole 311, the first elastic clip 412 can be inserted into the first engaging hole 312 and engaged and fixed with the first engaging hole 312, thereby preliminarily fixing the first panel 300 and the second panel 410 to prevent the second panel 410 from separating from the first panel 300.
[0108] In some embodiments, the first panel 300 and the housing 100 are fixedly connected by welding, thereby improving the reliability of the connection structure between the first panel 300 and the housing 100 .
[0109] In some embodiments, the first panel 300 and the housing 100 are fixedly connected by rivets, thereby improving the reliability of the connection structure between the first panel 300 and the housing 100 .
[0110] In some embodiments, one end of the first panel 300 is hinged to the housing 100 , and the other end of the first panel 300 is snap-fitted to the housing 100 , thereby facilitating opening the first panel 300 to maintain components inside the housing 100 .
[0111] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 6, 10, and 11, the mounting portion 310 further includes a plurality of second positioning holes 313. The second panel 410 further includes a plurality of second positioning blocks 413 corresponding to the plurality of second positioning holes 313. The plurality of second positioning blocks 413 are disposed on a side of the second panel body 4100 facing the first panel 300. The second positioning blocks 413 include a positioning portion 414 and a clamping portion 415.
[0112] The positioning portion 414 protrudes from a side surface of the second panel body 4100 facing the first panel 300, and the engaging portion 415 is provided on a side of the positioning portion 414 facing away from the second panel body 4100 and protrudes from the side surface of the positioning portion 414 facing away from the second panel body 4100. Thus, when the first positioning block 411 is inserted into the first positioning hole 311, both sides of the positioning portion 414 abut against the inner wall surface of the second positioning hole 313, and the engaging portion 415 engages with the mounting portion 310.
[0113] For example, the first positioning block 411 is arranged in the first positioning hole 311, the two sides of the positioning portion 414 along the width direction of the hydraulic module 1 are abutted against the two side inner wall surfaces of the second positioning hole 313 along the width direction of the hydraulic module 1, and the clamping portion 415 is clamped to the side of the mounting portion 310 facing away from the display panel assembly 400.
[0114] In this way, the side walls of the second positioning hole 313 can limit the second positioning block 413 from the opposite sides in the width direction, thereby limiting the second panel 410 in its width direction, preventing the second panel 410 from shaking relative to the first panel 300 in its width direction, so that the connection between the first panel 300 and the second panel 410 is more stable.
[0115] In some embodiments, the dimension of the second positioning hole 313 along the height direction of the hydraulic module 1 is larger than the dimension of the second positioning block 413 along the height direction of the hydraulic module 1 , so that the second positioning block 413 can be inserted into the second positioning hole 313 .
[0116] Thus, when assembling the second panel 410, the second panel 410 can be installed on the first panel 300 from front to back, with the second positioning block 413 inserted into the second positioning hole 313, and then the second panel 410 can be moved upward so that the first positioning block 411 is inserted into the first positioning hole 311 and the first elastic clip 412 is inserted into the first engaging hole 312. In this case, the engaging portion 415 of the second positioning block 413 can be engaged with the side of the mounting portion 310 that faces away from the display panel assembly 400. Thus, the cooperation between the first elastic clip 412 and the first engaging hole 312 can prevent the second panel 410 from being separated from the first panel 300 in the vertical direction, and the engagement between the engaging portion 415 of the second positioning block 413 and the mounting portion 310 can prevent the second panel 410 from being separated from the first panel 300 in the front-to-back direction.
[0117] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG11 , the second panel 410 further includes a plurality of third bolt holes 416. The plurality of third bolt holes 416 are spaced apart and arranged at the bottom of the second panel body 4100. For example, the plurality of third bolt holes 416 are arranged along the width direction of the hydraulic module 1.
[0118] As shown in Figures 6 and 9, the first panel 300 further includes a second bent portion 360 and a plurality of fourth bolt holes 361. The second bent portion 360 is provided at the lower end of the first panel body and is bent toward the second panel 410. The plurality of fourth bolt holes 361 are provided in the second bent portion 360 and are spaced apart along the width direction of the hydraulic module.
[0119] For example, the first panel 300 includes a plurality of second bending portions 360 spaced apart at the lower end of the first panel body and bent toward the second panel 410. The fourth bolt holes 361 are correspondingly disposed in the second bending portions 360.
[0120] The second bending portion 360 is supported on the lower side of the second panel 410 , and the plurality of third bolt holes 416 and the plurality of fourth bolt holes 361 are correspondingly fixedly connected by fasteners such as bolts.
[0121] It is understandable that, by providing the second bending portion 360 , the contact area between the first panel 300 and the second panel 410 can be increased, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the connection between the first panel 300 and the second panel 410 .
[0122] Thus, the first panel 300 and the second panel 410 can be pre-positioned by first positioning block 411 and first positioning hole 311, first elastic buckle 412 and first snap hole 312, and second positioning block 413 and second positioning hole 313, thereby improving the assembly efficiency between the first panel 300 and the second panel 410. Then, the first panel 300 and the second panel 410 are fixed by screwing to improve the connection reliability between the first panel 300 and the second panel 410.
[0123] 10 to 12 , the decorative plate 420 includes a plurality of second elastic buckles 421 . The plurality of second elastic buckles 421 are disposed on a side of the decorative plate 420 close to the second panel 410 and are spaced apart along the circumference of the decorative plate 420 .
[0124] The second panel 410 further includes a plurality of second snap-fit holes 417 , and the plurality of second elastic snaps 421 are correspondingly snap-fitted with the plurality of second snap-fit holes 417 , so that the decorative plate 420 is connected to the second panel 410 .
[0125] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1, 13, and 14, the housing 100 includes a frame 101. The front, top, and bottom sides of the frame 101 are open to facilitate installation of internal components. A first panel 300 is disposed on the front side of the frame 101 and connected to the frame 101 to block the opening on the front side of the frame 101.
[0126] In some embodiments, the housing 100 further includes a top plate 160 .
[0127] In some embodiments, the housing 100 further includes a bottom plate 150. A top plate 160 and a bottom plate 150 are respectively disposed on the upper and lower sides of the frame 101 to block the openings on the upper and lower sides of the frame 101. The frame 101 is fixedly connected to the top plate 160 and the bottom plate 150 via a plug-in structure and a screw-on structure.
[0128] For example, referring to Figures 7, 14 and 15, the frame 101 includes at least one first plug-in portion 170 and at least one first screw-in portion 180, at least one of the top plate 160 and the bottom plate 150 includes at least one second plug-in portion 152 and at least one second screw-in portion 153, the first plug-in portion 170 and the second plug-in portion 152 are clamped together, and the first screw-in portion 180 and the second screw-in portion 153 are fixedly connected by fasteners such as bolts, so that the frame 101 can be fixedly connected to the top plate 160 and the bottom plate 150.
[0129] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 14 to 17, the frame 101 includes a plurality of first plug-in portions 170 and a plurality of first screw-in portions 180. A portion of the plurality of first plug-in portions 170 is disposed on the upper side of the frame 101 to cooperate and plug with the second plug-in portion 152 in the top plate 160, and another portion of the plurality of first plug-in portions 170 is disposed on the lower side of the frame 101 to cooperate and plug with the second plug-in portion 152 in the bottom plate 150. A portion of the plurality of first screw-in portions 180 is disposed on the upper side of the frame 101 to cooperate and plug with the second screw-in portion 153 in the top plate 160, and another portion of the plurality of first screw-in portions 180 is disposed on the lower side of the frame 101 to cooperate and plug with the second screw-in portion 153 in the bottom plate 150.
[0130] In this way, the number of screw connections between the top plate 160 and the frame 101 and between the bottom plate 150 and the frame 101 can be reduced, which is beneficial for simplifying the assembly process of the housing 100 and improving the assembly efficiency of the housing 100.
[0131] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 14, 16, and 17, the frame 101 includes a back panel 190. The back panel 190 is a side panel of the frame 101 disposed opposite the first panel 300, that is, the back panel is the rear side panel of the housing 100. The housing 100 can be attached to the wall through the back panel 190 to connect the hydraulic module 1 to the wall.
[0132] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 14 , FIG. 16 and FIG. 17 , the frame 101 further includes a first side plate 130 .
[0133] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 14, 16, and 17, the frame 101 further includes a second side panel 140. The first side panel 130 and the second side panel 140 are respectively connected to two sides of the back panel 190 (e.g., two sides along the width direction of the hydraulic module 1). For example, the first side panel 130 can be connected to the left side of the back panel 190, and the second side panel 140 can be connected to the right side of the back panel 190. At least one of the upper and lower sides of the first side panel 130 is bent toward the second side panel 140 to form a third bent portion 132. At least one of the upper and lower sides of the second side panel 140 is bent toward the first side panel 130 to form a fourth bent portion 142.
[0134] The first portion of the multiple first plug-in portions 170 and the first portion of the multiple first screw-on portions 180 are arranged on the third bending portion 132 , and the second portion of the multiple first plug-in portions 170 and the second portion of the multiple first screw-on portions 180 are arranged on the fourth bending portion 142 .
[0135] For example, the upper and lower sides of the first side plate 130 are bent toward the second side plate 140 to form two third bent portions 132. The upper and lower sides of the second side plate 140 are bent toward the first side plate 130 to form two fourth bent portions 142.
[0136] In this way, along the width direction of the hydraulic module 1, one end of the top plate 160 is fixedly connected to the third bending portion 132 located on the upper side of the first side plate 130, and the other end of the top plate 160 is fixedly connected to the fourth bending portion 142 located on the upper side of the second side plate 140, one end of the bottom plate 150 is fixedly connected to the third bending portion 132 located on the lower side of the first side plate 130, and the other end of the bottom plate 150 is fixedly connected to the fourth bending portion 142 located on the lower side of the second side plate 140, so that the top plate 160 and the bottom plate 150 can respectively cover the upper and lower sides of the frame 101.
[0137] Moreover, by providing the third bending portion 132 and the fourth bending portion 142, it is not only convenient to construct the first plug-in portion 170 and the first screw-connecting portion 180, but also can increase the contact area between the frame 101 and the top plate 160, and between the frame 101 and the bottom plate 150, thereby helping to improve the reliability of the connection between the frame 101 and the top plate 160, and between the frame 101 and the bottom plate 150.
[0138] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 14, the back panel 190, the first side panel 130 and the second side panel 140 are constructed as an integral part. This not only reduces the number of parts of the shell 100 and facilitates the assembly of the shell 100, but also helps to improve the structural strength of the frame 101 and improve the reliability of the connection between the back panel 190, the first side panel 130 and the second side panel 140.
[0139] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 7 and 16, the first plug-in portion 170 is configured as a plug-in hole, and the second plug-in portion 152 is configured as a plug-in block. Multiple first plug-in portions 170 are correspondingly engaged with multiple second plug-in portions 152 to connect the frame 101 to the bottom plate 150 and to connect the frame 101 to the top plate 160.
[0140] The first threaded connection portion 180 and the second threaded connection portion 153 are constructed as bolt holes. In this way, multiple first threaded connection portions 180 and multiple second threaded connection portions 153 are correspondingly penetrated by multiple bolt fasteners, thereby achieving a fixed connection between the frame 101 and the base plate 150, and a fixed connection between the frame 101 and the top plate 160.
[0141] Therefore, when assembling the shell 100, the plug-in block can be inserted into the plug-in hole first to pre-position the assembly of the frame 101, the top plate 160 and the bottom plate 150, which is conducive to simplifying the assembly steps of the shell 100. Then, the bolt fastener is passed through the first screw part 180 and the second screw part 153 to fix the frame 101 and the top plate 160, and the frame 101 and the bottom plate 150, so as to ensure the connection strength between the frame 101 and the top plate 160, and the frame 101 and the bottom plate 150, which is conducive to improving the reliability of the shell 100.
[0142] It should be noted that the manner in which the first panel 300 is fixedly connected to the housing 100 and the related structures have been introduced above and will not be repeated here.
[0143] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG18 , backplate 190 includes a backplate body 1900 and at least one mounting hole 191. At least one mounting hole 191 extends through the backplate body 1900 along its thickness. Mounting hole 191 is configured to mate with a mounting plate pre-attached to a wall. Specifically, when securing hydraulic module 1 to a wall, backplate 190 can be hung from the mounting plate via mounting hole 191, thereby providing a preliminary fixation for hydraulic module 1.
[0144] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 16 to 18, back plate 190 further includes a flange portion 192, which is disposed around mounting hole 191. Flanged portion 192 can enhance the structural strength around mounting hole 191, thereby improving the reliability of the connection between back plate 190 and the mounting plate and preventing deformation of back plate 190.
[0145] In some embodiments, the flange portion 192 is disposed on a side of the back panel body 1900 facing the accommodating cavity 110 , so that interference between the flange portion 192 and the wall can be avoided, facilitating installation.
[0146] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG18 , back plate 190 further includes a raised portion 193 disposed on back plate body 1900 and projecting toward accommodating cavity 110 to prevent interference between raised portion 193 and the wall. Raised portion 193 is located on one side of mounting hole 191 and is configured to enhance the structural strength of back plate 190 .
[0147] For example, the raised portion 193 is located above the mounting hole 191 and extends along the width of the hydraulic module 1. The raised portion 193 is positioned near the mounting hole 191 and spaced apart from the mounting hole 191. Thus, the raised portion 193 improves the structural strength of the back plate 190, thereby increasing the stability of the connection between the hydraulic module 1 and the wall.
[0148] In some embodiments, the back panel 190 includes a plurality of protrusions 193, which are spaced apart and arranged on the side of the back panel body 1900 facing the accommodating cavity 110, and the extension directions of the plurality of protrusions 193 can be the same or different, thereby not only improving the stability of the connection between the back panel 190 and the wall, but also improving the stability of the connection between the components in the shell 100 (such as the heat exchanger 210, the water pump 200 and the expander 240, etc.) and the back panel 190.
[0149] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG18 , the backplate 190 includes a plurality of assembly protrusions 197 . These protrusions 197 are disposed on the backplate body 1900 and are located on the side of the backplate body 1900 facing away from the accommodating chamber 110 . These protrusions 197 are configured to abut against a wall to prevent direct contact between the backplate body 1900 and the wall, thereby improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the hydraulic module. Furthermore, when the temperature within the hydraulic module 1 is low, liquid droplets may form on the backplate body 1900 . Therefore, by having the plurality of assembly protrusions 197 abut against the wall, these droplets can be prevented from dripping onto the wall and causing damage.
[0150] For example, the plurality of assembly protrusions 197 include four assembly protrusions 197 , which are respectively arranged at the edge positions of the back panel body 1900 and protrude toward the rear side. The frame 101 is stopped by the four assembly protrusions 197 and the wall.
[0151] 2 , the hydraulic module 1 further includes a water receiving tray 250, which is disposed in the accommodating chamber 110 and located at the bottom of the accommodating chamber 110. The water receiving tray 250 is configured to receive liquid droplets dripping from the heat exchanger 210 or other components.
[0152] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG18 , the backplate 190 further includes a first mounting protrusion 194. The first mounting protrusion 194 is disposed on the side of the backplate body 1900 facing the accommodating cavity 110 and protrudes toward the accommodating cavity 110. The first mounting protrusion 194 is disposed adjacent to the base plate 150 and extends along the width of the hydraulic module 1. The water receiving tray 250 is fixedly connected to the first mounting protrusion 194. This improves the structural strength of the backplate 190 and facilitates enhancing the reliability of the connection between the backplate 190 and the water receiving tray 250.
[0153] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG18 , backplate 190 further includes a plurality of second mounting protrusions 195 . These are disposed on a side of backplate body 1900 facing accommodating cavity 110 and project toward accommodating cavity 110. Second mounting protrusions 195 are disposed proximate to first side panel 130 and above first mounting protrusions 194 . Expander 240 is fixedly connected to these second mounting protrusions 195 . This improves the structural strength of backplate 190 and facilitates enhancing the reliability of the connection between backplate 190 and expander 240.
[0154] As will be appreciated, the expander 240 is relatively large. Therefore, by providing multiple second mounting protrusions 195, and disposing the multiple second mounting protrusions 195 at either the longitudinal or width ends of the expander 240, the connection stability between the expander 240 and the backplate 190 is improved. Compared to a single, larger second mounting protrusion 195, multiple, smaller second mounting protrusions 195 are easier to manufacture and have higher structural strength.
[0155] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG18 , the back plate 190 further includes a third mounting protrusion 196 . The third mounting protrusion 196 is disposed on the side of the back plate body 1900 facing the accommodating cavity 110 and protrudes toward the accommodating cavity 110. The third mounting protrusion 196 is disposed adjacent to the second side plate 140 and above the first mounting protrusion 194 . The heat exchanger 210 is fixedly connected to the third mounting protrusion 196 . This improves the structural strength of the back plate 190 and facilitates enhancing the reliability of the connection between the back plate 190 and the heat exchanger 210.
[0156] Therefore, by providing the first mounting protrusion 194, the second mounting protrusion 195 and the third mounting protrusion 196, the structural strength of the back plate 190 can be improved, and the structural strength of the positions on the back plate 190 that are respectively connected to the water receiving pan 250, the expander 240 and the heat exchanger 210 can be improved, thereby improving the reliability of the connection between the back plate 190 and the water receiving pan 250, the expander 240 and the heat exchanger 210.
[0157] In some embodiments, the hydraulic module 1 further includes a mounting bracket assembly 500. The mounting bracket assembly 500 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 110 and is adjacent to one side of the hydraulic module 1 in the width direction. The heater 230 is disposed on the mounting bracket assembly 500. For example, the mounting bracket assembly 500 is located on a side of the heat exchanger 210 adjacent to the first side plate 130. For example, the mounting bracket assembly 500 is disposed on the first side plate 130 and corresponds to the position of the heat exchanger 210. That is, the heater 230 and the heat exchanger 210 are arranged along the width direction of the hydraulic module 1, thereby avoiding interference between the heater 230 and the heat exchanger 210 and facilitating the internal layout of the hydraulic module.
[0158] In this way, the heater 230 is connected to the housing 100 through the mounting bracket assembly 500 , which helps to improve the stability of the connection between the heater 230 and the housing 100 .
[0159] In some embodiments, the position of the mounting bracket assembly 500 is adjustable. Thus, by adjusting the position of the mounting bracket assembly 500 relative to the first side plate 130 in the front-to-back direction, the position of the heater 230 relative to the first side plate 130 can be adjusted, thereby allowing the heater 230 to be spaced apart from the back plate 190.
[0160] In some embodiments, the heater 230 and other components of the hydraulic module 1 (such as the expander 240, pipelines, etc.) can be arranged in the front-to-back direction. For example, the other components can be located between the heater 230 and the back plate 190. It is understood that because the mounting bracket assembly 500 is disposed on the side panel of the housing 100, the mounting bracket assembly 500 is unlikely to interfere with other components in the thickness direction of the hydraulic module 1. This allows the heater 230 and part of the components of the hydraulic module 1 to be arranged in the front-to-back direction, and other parts of the components of the hydraulic module 1 to be arranged in the left-to-right direction, which helps to reduce the size of the housing 100 and reduce the processing cost and material cost of the housing 100.
[0161] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG2 , the heat exchanger 210 is disposed on the back plate 190 and adjacent to the second side plate 140. The mounting bracket assembly 500 can be mounted on the first side plate 130 to securely connect the heater 230 to the first side plate 130. This allows the heater 230 to be spaced apart from the back plate 190, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the heater 230 and components connected to the back plate 190 in a front-to-back direction.
[0162] It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the mounting bracket assembly 500 may also be disposed on the second side plate 140 , that is, the heat exchanger 210 is disposed adjacent to the first side plate 130 , and the heater 230 is disposed adjacent to the second side plate 140 .
[0163] 20 to 22 , the mounting bracket assembly 500 includes a first bracket 510 and a second bracket 520 . The first bracket 510 is connected to the first side plate 130 , and the second bracket 520 is detachably mounted on the first bracket 510 . The heater 230 is disposed on the second bracket 520 .
[0164] That is to say, the mounting bracket assembly 500 is a split part. In this way, when installing the heater 230 in the shell 100, the first bracket 510 can be connected to the shell 100 first, and the second bracket 520 can be fixedly connected to the heater 230, and then the second bracket 520 can be installed on the first bracket 510, so that the connection and fixation of the heater 230 and the shell 100 can be achieved, which is beneficial to improving the assembly efficiency of the heater.
[0165] In some embodiments, the first bracket 510 is welded and fixed to the first side plate 130, and the second bracket 520 is welded and fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the heater 230, thereby improving the connection strength between the first bracket 510 and the first side plate 130, as well as the connection strength between the second bracket 520 and the heater 230, which is beneficial to improving the stability and reliability of the connection between the heater 230 and the shell 100.
[0166] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 22 and 23, the first bracket 510 includes a first bracket body 5100, which protrudes toward the back plate 190 to form a third positioning block 513. The back plate 190 includes a positioning hole corresponding to the position of the third positioning block 513. The third positioning block 513 is disposed in the positioning hole to limit the first bracket 510 in the left-right direction and the up-down direction, thereby pre-positioning the first bracket 510 and the housing 100, facilitating the assembly connection between the first bracket 510 and the housing 100.
[0167] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 22 to FIG. 24 , the first bracket 510 further includes a third plug-in portion 511 and a first fixing portion 512 , and the third plug-in portion 511 and the first fixing portion 512 are spaced apart and arranged on the first bracket body 5100 .
[0168] The second bracket 520 includes a fourth plug-in portion 521 and a second fixing portion 522 . The third plug-in portion 511 is plugged into and matched with the fourth plug-in portion 521 . The first fixing portion 512 is fixedly connected to the second fixing portion 522 .
[0169] In this way, the first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520 can be plugged together through the third plug-in portion 511 and the fourth plug-in portion 521, and can also be fixedly connected through the first fixing portion 512 and the second fixing portion 522, which is beneficial to improving the assembly efficiency of the first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520, and at the same time can ensure the connection reliability of the first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520, thereby improving the stability of the connection between the heater 230 and the shell 100.
[0170] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 22 to 24, one of the third plug-in portion 511 and the fourth plug-in portion 521 is a socket and the other is a pin, which plugs into the socket. The first fixing portion 512 and the second fixing portion 522 are both mounting holes and are fixedly connected by fasteners. This can reduce the number of screw connections between the first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520, which helps improve the assembly efficiency of the first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520.
[0171] For example, the third plug-in portion 511 is a latch and is located near one side of the first bracket 510 in the longitudinal direction, while the fourth plug-in portion 521 is a socket. The first fixing portion 512 is located near the other side of the first bracket 510 in the longitudinal direction. In this way, one side of the first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520 are plugged together, and the other side of the first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520 are connected by fasteners, which helps to improve the stability of the connection between the first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520.
[0172] For example, the third plug portion 511 protrudes toward the second side plate 140, and the upper side and front side of the third plug portion 511 are open. The fourth plug portion 521 can be inserted into the fourth plug portion 521 from top to bottom or from front to back, so that the sidewall of the third plug portion 511 can be stopped by the side of the fourth plug portion 521 facing the back plate 190, the lower side of the fourth plug portion 521, and the side of the fourth plug portion 521 facing away from the first bracket body 5100, thereby supporting and fixing the second bracket 520 and limiting the second bracket 520 in the thickness direction of the first bracket 510.
[0173] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 22 and 24 , the second bracket 520 includes a vertical portion 523 and a horizontal portion 524. The vertical portion 523 mates with the first bracket body 5100 and extends along the height of the hydraulic module 1. The horizontal portion 524 is disposed above the vertical portion 523 and extends toward the second side plate 140. The heater 230 is disposed on the horizontal portion 524. The fourth plug-in portion 521 and the second fixing portion 522 are disposed on the vertical portion 523.
[0174] For example, the side of the horizontal portion 524 facing the second side plate 140 is welded to the heater 230. The end of the horizontal portion 524 facing the heater 230 can be configured as an arc that matches the outer circumference of the heater 230. This increases the contact area between the horizontal portion 524 and the heater 230, thereby improving the connection strength between the second bracket 520 and the heater 230. Furthermore, the vertical portion 523 mates with the first bracket body 5100, thereby increasing the contact area between the vertical portion 523 and the first bracket 510, thereby improving the connection stability between the first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520.
[0175] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 , the expander 240 is located at the rear side of the heater 230 and fixedly connected to the housing 100 , and the electric control box 220 is located at the front side of the heater 230 and fixedly connected to the housing 100 .
[0176] That is, the expander 240 , the heater 230 and the electric control box 220 can be arranged along the front-to-back direction of the housing 100 , which facilitates the layout and installation of the expander 240 , the heater 230 and the electric control box 220 and can effectively reduce the size of the housing 100 .
[0177] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 22 and 23, the first bracket 510 further includes an escape groove 514. The escape groove 514 is provided on the first bracket body 5100 and corresponds to the position of the expander 240. The escape groove 514 is recessed away from the expander 240 to avoid the expander 240, thereby preventing the first bracket 510 and the expander 240 from interfering with each other.
[0178] In some embodiments, the first bracket 510 is located on the front side of the expander 240, that is, the first bracket 510 is connected to the first side plate 130 and is spaced a predetermined distance from the back plate 190. In this way, the size of the first bracket 510 in the front-to-back direction can be shortened, which is beneficial to reducing the processing cost of the first bracket 510. Moreover, the first bracket 510 will not extend between the expander 240 and the first side plate 130, so that there is no need to set an avoidance groove 514 on the first bracket 510 to avoid the expander 240, which is beneficial to simplify the structure of the first bracket 510 and facilitate processing.
[0179] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG19 , the hydraulic module 1 includes a plurality of mounting bracket assemblies 500, which are spaced apart and arranged on the first side plate 130 along the height direction of the hydraulic module. For example, the plurality of mounting bracket assemblies 500 may be spaced apart along the axial direction of the heater 230, and the plurality of mounting bracket assemblies 500 respectively secure the heater 230 to the first side plate 130 at multiple axial locations, thereby improving the connection strength between the heater 230 and the first side plate 130.
[0180] Some embodiments of the present disclosure further provide an air conditioner 1000, as shown in FIG25 . The air conditioner 1000 includes the hydraulic module 1 in any of the above embodiments and has the same technical effects as the hydraulic module 1, which will not be described in detail in the present disclosure.
[0181] The air conditioner 1000 performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner 1000 by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to conditioned and heat-exchanged air.
[0182] The compressor compresses high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant gas and discharges the compressed gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, releasing heat into the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
[0183] The expansion valve expands the high-temperature, high-pressure liquid refrigerant condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant gas to the compressor. The evaporator achieves a cooling effect by utilizing the latent heat of evaporation to exchange heat with the material being cooled. Throughout this cycle, the air conditioner 1000 regulates the temperature and humidity of the indoor space.
[0184] Those skilled in the art will understand that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above specific embodiments, and that certain elements of the embodiments may be modified and replaced without departing from the spirit of the present application. The scope of the present application is limited by the appended claims.
