Description

A water-emulsion double-layer water preparation and its preparation method Technical Field

[0001] The present application relates to the field of skin care products, and in particular to a water-emulsion double-layer water preparation and a preparation method thereof. Background Art

[0002] Aqueous solutions offer benefits such as moisturizing, nourishing, and softening the skin, making them a commonly used cosmetic formulation. However, conventional aqueous solutions are often transparent or translucent, have significant formulation limitations, cannot contain oil-soluble ingredients, and have a relatively simple appearance, failing to meet consumer demand for novel and unique designs. Two-layer aqueous solutions are also available on the market, with a lower water phase and an upper oil phase, which are shaken thoroughly before use. However, these lack emulsifiers, leading to rapid separation of the two phases. This can easily lead to consumers only pouring out the upper oil phase, resulting in a poor user experience.

[0003] There are also some water-emulsion double-layer products on the market. Chinese patent CN107929229B discloses a double-layer emulsion. The emulsifier includes inulin lauryl carbamate, with a weight percentage of 0.1-1%. Other components include 5-30% oil phase, 0.3-10% moisturizer, and 0.01-0.2% stabilizer. The double-layer emulsion in this application begins to separate after 5-30 minutes and completely separates after 60-17280 minutes. It has a beautiful appearance, good spreadability, and a refreshing skin feel. However, some examples contain silicone oil ingredients. Some consumers now pursue natural ingredients and do not like to use cosmetics containing silicone oil. Moreover, the separation time of most examples is relatively long, which does not meet consumers' demand for product appearance.

[0004] Chinese patent CN105147528A discloses a water-emulsion double-layer essence emulsion and its preparation method. The double-layer essence emulsion has a novel and beautiful appearance, can achieve rapid stratification, has stable emulsion properties, and has good moisturizing performance. The double-layer essence emulsion of this application is composed of cyclopentasiloxane, lubricant gum, isododecane, pentaerythritol tetra(ethylhexanoate), butylene glycol, propylene glycol, glyceryl polyether-26, glycerin, oat beta-glucan, North American witch hazel water, phenyl trimethicone, phenoxyethanol, PEG-6 caprylic / capric glycerides, thickener, caprylyl glycol / ethylhexylglycerin, methylparaben, butylated hydroxytoluene, sodium hyaluronate, colorant, and water. The emulsifier used in this application is PEG-6 caprylic / capric glycerides, and the oil contains two silicone oil components. Because PEG-6 caprylic / capric glycerides contain PEG groups, there may be dioxane residues. Dioxane easily penetrates the skin and is considered a probable human carcinogen by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Consequently, consumers are reluctant to use products that may contain dioxane.

[0005] The layered emulsion described in the above patent should be in the form of a lotion, because the national standard for skin care lotions GB / T29665-2013 stipulates that the appearance of the emulsion cannot be layered, while the national standard for lotions QB / T2660-2004 stipulates a multi-layer appearance.

[0006] The double-layer water-based formulations currently on the market have the following problems: (1) They do not contain emulsifiers, and the water and oil phases separate too quickly. During use, it is easy to pour out only the upper oil phase, which is not a good experience; (2) The ingredients contain silicone oil or emulsifiers containing PEG groups, which consumers are more resistant to; (3) Stabilizers or thickeners are added, and the separation time is too long, resulting in a poor appearance; (4) The properties are unstable, and oil will precipitate on the surface or the emulsion will be rough and not smooth. Application Contents

[0007] The present invention provides a water-emulsion double-layer aqueous solution that does not contain silicone oil or thickener, has safe ingredients, can be quickly separated into layers, and has stable emulsion properties, and a preparation method thereof, in order to solve the problems existing in the related art. [0028] In one embodiment, it further includes:

[0029] (6) Filling, packaging, and coding;

[0030] (7) After passing the inspection, the goods will be put into storage.

[0031] The advantages or beneficial effects of the above technical solution include at least:

[0032] 1. This application utilizes a combination of sodium di(laurylamide glutamine) lysine and glycine soja (Soybean) seed extract as an emulsifier. This formulation does not contain PEG groups and offers excellent safety. It exhibits strong emulsifying properties. Even without the addition of a thickener, the resulting water-in-water emulsion maintains excellent stability in the upper layer after prolonged standing, without the quality issues often seen in similar products, such as oily separation, oil-water separation, and thickening. Sodium di(laurylamide glutamine) lysine has a double-chain structure, forming a double-layered structure on the surface of the emulsified particles. The resulting interfacial film is relatively loose and generally stable. The addition of glycine soja (Soybean) seed extract, with its single-chain structure, allows the molecules in the double-layered structure of sodium di(laurylamide glutamine) lysine to aggregate and align, creating a denser and more compact structure and enhancing the strength of the interfacial film. Therefore, after the combination of sodium di(laurylamide glutamine) lysine and Glycine Soja (Glycine Soja) seed extract, the prepared emulsified particles have smaller particle size, more uniformity, and good stability, which is significantly better than using sodium di(laurylamide glutamine) lysine or Glycine Soja (Glycine Soja) seed extract alone.

[0033] 2. This application does not contain silicone oil ingredients, which can meet the personalized needs of consumers. By using C13-16 isoparaffin instead of silicone oil ingredients, it achieves a smooth skin feel close to that of silicone oil without containing silicone oil.

[0034] 3. The water-based emulsion of the present application, after being shaken evenly, begins to separate after about 3 minutes of standing, and completely separates into two layers after about 15 minutes, achieving rapid separation. The upper layer is the emulsion and the lower layer is the aqueous solution. The aqueous solution is temporarily translucent, and the layer interface is clear. After about 12 hours, the lower layer becomes a transparent and clear aqueous solution. The double-layer emulsion disclosed in Chinese patent CN107929229B begins to separate after 5-30 minutes of shaking evenly, and completely separates after 60-17280 minutes. This prolonged separation time affects the product appearance.

[0035] 4. This dual-layer water-emulsion formulation can replace toner and lotion, reducing skincare steps and saving time, which is in line with today's hectic lifestyle. It contains a variety of nourishing ingredients, including β-glucan, glyceryl glucoside, and purslane extract, to make skin healthier, plumper, and more elastic.

[0036] 5. The formulation system of this application can be added with various active ingredients in the water phase or oil phase. The flexibility of the formulation is much greater than that of conventional aqueous products, and it is suitable for use as a matrix for various functional products.

[0037] 6. All ingredients in the double-layer water-emulsion formula of this application have low ingredient safety scores on the Beauty Practice app (a higher score indicates a greater risk), earning them the Green label, making them all Beauty Practice all-green products. In recent years, many consumers have used Beauty Practice to check the safety of their cosmetics. Beauty Practice all-green products are safe and can be used with confidence.

[0095] As shown in Table 4, the double-layer essence waters of Examples 1 to 3 began to separate in approximately 3 minutes and were completely separated in approximately 20 minutes. The separation interface was clear, with the upper layer being the emulsion and the lower layer being the aqueous solution, which was temporarily translucent. After approximately 12 hours, the lower aqueous solution became transparent. The double-layer essence waters of Comparative Examples 1 and 2 began to separate in approximately 50 seconds and were completely separated in approximately 7 minutes. The separation interface was clear, with the upper layer being the emulsion and the lower layer being the aqueous solution, which was temporarily translucent. After approximately 7 hours, the lower aqueous solution became transparent. Comparative Example 3, which lacked an emulsifier and was a two-phase oil-water system, separated within 10 seconds and was completely separated in 5 minutes.

[0096] The examples incorporate sodium di(laurylamide glutamine) lysine and glycine soja (Soybean) seed extract in varying proportions; Comparative Example 1 incorporates only glycine soja (Soybean) seed extract, Comparative Example 2 incorporates only sodium di(lauryl glutamine) lysine, and Comparative Example 3 serves as a blank control. As shown in Table 4, the test results indicate that the double-layer aqueous solutions prepared in Comparative Examples 1-3 exhibit rapid delamination, potentially separating layers when shaken and poured, resulting in only the upper layer being poured out, resulting in a poor user experience. In contrast, the double-layer aqueous solutions prepared in Examples 1-3 exhibit moderate delamination rates, exhibit good material uniformity, and provide a pleasant user experience when shaken and poured. This demonstrates the significant synergistic effect of sodium di(laurylamide glutamine) lysine combined with glycine soja (Soybean) seed extract, resulting in enhanced emulsification ability, moderate delamination rates, and excellent stability. Significantly better than using sodium di(lauryl glutamine) lysine or soybean (Glycine Soja) seed extract alone.
