Method for on-line opening of original bricks of industrial kilns

Abstract

The application discloses an online hole opening method for an original brick flue of an industrial kiln, and belongs to the technical field of flue processing. The method comprises the following steps: based on the preset size of a branch flue, red bricks and heat insulation bricks under angle steels of one side wall of the original brick flue are removed; a reverse L-shaped sealing steel plate is hoisted above the side wall; the width of the reverse L-shaped sealing steel plate is adapted to the inner width of the branch flue, and the bottom edge of the reverse L-shaped sealing steel plate is close to the clay bricks of the side wall; and air suction into the original brick flue is avoided. Based on the preset size and a preset masonry sequence, the clay bricks of the side wall are continuously removed, and the corresponding structure of the branch flue is masonryed at the same time when the clay bricks of the side wall are removed; the preset masonry sequence is determined based on the structure of the branch flue, the structure of the branch flue is the same as that of the original brick flue, the corresponding structure of the branch flue is masonryed while the original brick flue is removed, the influence on the structural stability of the original brick flue is reduced, and air suction into the original brick flue is avoided.
