Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention belongs to can body forming equipment for metal cans, and relates to equipment for forming the mouth of metal bottles and cans, and in particular to a bidirectional linear displacement can mouth forming structure and a bottle and can mouth forming machine. Background Art
[0002] As people's living standards improve, high-end beverages in metal bottles and cans have various specifications in the market, especially in foreign countries where there is a large market demand. The appearance of the metal bottle and can is characterized by a conical mouth, a theft-proof groove 33 and a thread 34 for connecting the bottle cap, see Figure 1 As shown in the right figure in the figure. To manufacture it, the aluminum alloy plate must first be formed into a cylindrical shell through a stretching and thinning process (see Figure 1 The mouth (i.e., the can mouth) is then necked down multiple times to form a tapered shoulder, and the necked mouth is processed with threads, anti-theft grooves, trimming, and curling (see Figure 1 ).
[0003] At present, there are many forms of bottle mouth forming equipment, and its mainstream products are Belvac's BCMS (BottleCan Manufacturing System) and the turntable bottle mouth forming equipment of Mall Herlan, Hinterkopf, Frattini and other companies. Among them, Frattini's turntable bottle mouth forming equipment can be found in European patent EP0275369B1. The bottle mouth forming equipment of BCMS is the same as the two-piece can body necking machine, and is also modularly designed. The production capacity can reach 600 cans / minute, but its disadvantages are that it occupies a large area, is expensive, and has a large number of molds. The overall size of the turntable bottle mouth forming equipment is relatively small. The mold is installed on a huge tool plate for reciprocating motion, and the can is intermittently moved in the circumferential direction on another turntable. The problem brought about by this is that the equipment has a large vibration, and the process requirements for equipment manufacturing and assembly are very high. The equipment processing speed is low (150-200 cans / minute), and the cost performance is low.
[0004] In the bottle mouth forming equipment, the mouth forming mechanism is the core part of the whole equipment, which directly affects a series of performance and indicators such as processing efficiency, processing quality, equipment size, cost performance, and whether it is convenient for debugging and maintenance. In view of this, how to design a new mouth forming mechanism to overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology is the research topic of this invention. Summary of the invention
[0005] The present invention provides a bidirectional linear displacement type can mouth forming mechanism and a bottle can mouth forming machine, the purpose of which is to design a bottle can mouth forming machine with high efficiency, high quality, dynamic balance and high cost performance, so as to solve the problems of low efficiency, dynamic imbalance, large vibration, poor cost performance and the like existing in the existing bottle can mouth forming equipment.
[0006] To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the technical solution adopted by the present invention is: a bidirectional linear displacement type can mouth forming mechanism, the innovation of which lies in: comprising a carrier displacement mechanism for loading the formed can body and a mold sliding mechanism for loading the forming mold.
[0007] The carrier shifting mechanism comprises:
[0008] A closed-loop carrier chain is a closed-loop chain structure formed by a number of identical carriers that are hinged end to end and connected in series, with the carriers serving as chain links, wherein the carriers are tools used to install and position the formed can bodies.
[0009] The oblong circular track is formed by splicing a first straight line segment and a second straight line segment whose tracks are two straight lines and a first semicircular arc segment and a second semicircular arc segment whose tracks are two semicircular arcs.
[0010] The oblong track is relatively fixed, the closed-loop carrier chain is located on the oblong track as a whole, and can move along the track direction of the oblong track, and the closed-loop carrier chain is located on the first straight line segment and the second straight line segment of the oblong track. The two rows of carriers arranged in a straight line are used as the first group of carriers and the second group of carriers, wherein the centers of the carriers in the first group of carriers are arranged in a straight line, and the distance between the centers of the two carriers is the same and equal to the length of one station. The centers of the carriers in the second group of carriers are arranged in a straight line, and the distance between the centers of the two carriers is the same and equal to the length of one station.
[0011] The mold sliding mechanism comprises:
[0012] Two groups of sliding tables, namely a first group of sliding tables and a second group of sliding tables, wherein the first group of sliding tables is composed of at least one sliding table, and the second group of sliding tables is composed of at least one sliding table, and the two groups of sliding tables are slidably matched relative to the oblong track.
[0013] A plurality of molds, which are divided into two groups, namely, a first group of molds and a second group of molds, wherein the first group of molds are installed on a first group of sliding tables at intervals along a straight line direction, the centers of the molds at each station in the first group of molds are arranged in a straight line, and the distance between the centers of two molds on the same sliding table is the same and equal to the length of one station, and the second group of molds are installed on a second group of sliding tables at intervals along a straight line direction, the centers of the molds at each station in the second group of molds are arranged in a straight line, and the distance between the centers of two molds on the same sliding table is the same and equal to the length of one station. The sliding direction of the first group of sliding tables is perpendicular to the straight line direction where the centers of the first group of molds are located, and the sliding direction of the second group of sliding tables is perpendicular to the straight line direction where the centers of the second group of molds are located.
[0014] In the assembled state, the first group of molds on the first group of sliding tables are arranged facing the first group of carriers on the first straight line segment of the oblong track, wherein the straight line where the center of each mold in the first group of molds is located is parallel to the straight line where the center of each carrier in the first group of carriers is located, and each mold in the first group of molds corresponds to each corresponding carrier in the first group of carriers in position. The second group of molds on the second group of sliding tables are arranged facing the second group of carriers on the second straight line segment of the oblong track, wherein the straight line where the center of each mold in the second group of molds is located is parallel to the straight line where the center of each carrier in the second group of carriers is located, and each mold in the second group of molds corresponds to each carrier in the second group of carriers in position.
[0015] In the working state, the closed-loop carrier chain moves intermittently in a unidirectional cycle along the long circular track with the station distance as the step length. The two sets of sliding tables start to move synchronously in the opposite direction from their respective starting positions. During the entire molding process, when the closed-loop carrier chain is positioned and stationary relative to the long circular track, the first set of sliding tables and the second set of sliding tables slide synchronously towards each other. The first set of molds installed on the first set of sliding tables will mold a row of can bodies loaded on the first straight segment of the closed-loop carrier chain, and at the same time, the second set of molds installed on the second set of sliding tables will mold another row of can bodies loaded on the second straight segment of the closed-loop carrier chain. A row of can bodies are synchronously formed; when the first group of molds and the second group of molds finish forming, the first group of sliding tables and the second group of sliding tables synchronously slide in opposite directions to drive the first group of molds and the second group of molds to demould, and then the closed-loop carrier chain moves forward along the oblong track for one station step and then stops, and then the first group of sliding tables and the second group of sliding tables synchronously slide in opposite directions again, and the can bodies loaded on the first straight line segment and the second straight line segment of the closed-loop carrier chain are then formed by the molds of the next process, and the continuous progressive forming of the can bodies loaded on the closed-loop carrier chain is completed in this reciprocating cycle.

In the above scheme, a positioning mechanism is set for each carrier located in the first straight segment and the second straight segment on the closed-loop carrier chain, and the positioning mechanism is mainly composed of a positioning roller, a positioning block, a spring and a positioning bracket, wherein the positioning roller is positioned and installed on the top of each carrier on the closed-loop carrier chain, and each station of the first straight segment and the second straight segment is equipped with a positioning bracket, the positioning bracket is located above the carrier and fixed relative to the oblong track, the positioning bracket is provided with a slideway, the slideway faces the carrier at the corresponding station, the positioning block is located in the slideway and slides along the sliding direction of the slideway, the spring presses between the positioning block and the positioning bracket and acts in the sliding direction of the positioning block, the slideway is provided with a limiting structure for limiting the sliding of the positioning block, and the positioning block is provided with a positioning concave surface facing the carrier, and when the carrier shifts with the closed-loop carrier chain in the working state, the positioning roller cooperates with the positioning concave surface to form positioning.
[0028] 11. In the above scheme, the can mouth forming mechanism includes a can feeding mechanism and a can discharging mechanism. A can feeding station is provided on the oblong track for the can feeding mechanism, and the can feeding mechanism is docked with the can feeding station. A can discharging mechanism is provided on the oblong track for the can discharging mechanism, and the can discharging mechanism is docked with the can discharging station. In the present invention, the can feeding mechanism and the can discharging mechanism can use the existing technology.
[0029] To achieve the above object, another technical solution adopted by the present invention is: a bottle mouth forming machine, including a mouth forming mechanism and a driving mechanism, the innovation of which is: the mouth forming mechanism is composed of the above-mentioned two-way linear displacement mouth forming mechanism. The driving mechanism is composed of a two-way dynamic balancing driving mechanism, which is composed of a motor, a flywheel, a crank rocker mechanism and a groove cam mechanism, wherein:
[0030] The motor serves as a power source and outputs rotational power in a working state. The motor is positioned and installed relative to the base of the molding machine and has a rotation output end.
[0031] The flywheel, as a disc-shaped inertial component, provides a large rotational inertia. The flywheel is rotationally supported relative to the base. The flywheel has a rotation input end and a rotation output end. The rotation output end of the motor is transmission-connected to the rotation input end of the flywheel.
[0032] The crank-rocker mechanism is composed of a crankshaft, connecting rods arranged in pairs, and rocker rods arranged in pairs, wherein:
[0033] Each connecting rod pair consists of two identical connecting rods.
[0034] Each pair of rocker arms is composed of two identical rocker arms, one end of each rocker arm is used as a hinged end, and the other end is used as a swinging end. A driving end is provided between the swinging end and the hinged end, and the hinged end of each rocker arm is rotatably connected relative to the base.
[0035] The crankshaft is rotatably supported relative to the base, and is transmission-connected to the rotating output end of the flywheel. A pair of cranks is provided on the crankshaft for each pair of connecting rods, and the pair of cranks consists of two cranks, which have opposite eccentric directions and are arranged adjacent to each other in the axial direction of the crankshaft.
[0036] Each crank is rotatably connected to one end of a connecting rod, and the other end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the driving end of a swing rod, thereby forming a crank swing rod mechanism, and two crank swing rod mechanisms arranged axially adjacent to each other form a pair of crank swing rod mechanisms. In a pair of crank swing rod mechanisms, the swing end of one swing rod serves as the first group of mold driving ends, and the swing end of the other swing rod serves as the second group of mold driving ends.
[0037] In the assembled state, the projections of the two rocker arms in each pair of crank-rocker arm mechanisms in the crankshaft axis direction are symmetrically arranged on both sides with reference to a vertical line passing through the center point of the crankshaft.
[0038] In the working state, when a pair of crank rocker mechanisms rotates with the crankshaft, the first group of mold driving ends and the second group of mold driving ends perform synchronous swinging reciprocating motion in opposite directions on a plane perpendicular to the crankshaft axis.
[0039] The groove cam mechanism is composed of groove cams arranged in pairs and driven push rods arranged in pairs, wherein:
[0040] Each pair of slot cams consists of two slot cams, and a wheel disc of each slot cam is provided with closed-loop grooves arranged along a circumferential spiral direction.
[0041] Each pair of driven push rods consists of two driven push rods, each of which is provided with a matching end and a moving end, wherein the moving end of one driven push rod serves as the first driving end for tank body displacement, and the moving end of the other driven push rod serves as the second driving end for tank body displacement.
[0042] In the assembled state, each groove cam is fixedly mounted on the crankshaft, and each driven push rod is slidably connected relative to the base in the direction of the crankshaft axis. The mating end of one driven push rod in each pair of driven push rods extends into the closed-loop groove of a corresponding groove cam to form a fit, and the mating end of the other driven push rod in each pair of driven push rods extends into the closed-loop groove of the corresponding other groove cam to form a fit. The two groove cams and the corresponding two driven push rods constitute a pair of groove cam mechanisms, and the two groove cams in a pair of groove cam mechanisms are arranged at intervals on the crankshaft axis.
[0043] In the working state, when a pair of groove cams rotate with the crankshaft, each groove cam drives a driven push rod, so that the first driving end of the tank body displacement and the second driving end of the tank body displacement perform synchronous linear reciprocating motion in opposite directions along the direction parallel to the crankshaft axis.
[0044] The relevant contents in the above technical solution are explained as follows:
[0045] 1. In the above scheme, the "paired arrangement" refers to arrangement in pairs, where a pair consists of two components or two sets of structures. The paired arrangement means at least one pair in quantity. In other words, it can be one pair, two pairs, three pairs, or even more pairs.
[0046] 2. In the above scheme, the crank-rocker mechanism is composed of a pair of crank-rocker mechanisms.
[0047] 3. In the above scheme, the crank-rocker mechanism is composed of two pairs of crank-rocker mechanisms, which are arranged at intervals in the direction of the crankshaft axis, wherein the eccentricity direction of one pair of cranks is the same as that of the other pair of cranks, and the projections of one pair of crank-rocker mechanisms and the other pair of crank-rocker mechanisms in the direction of the crankshaft axis coincide with each other. When one pair of crank-rocker mechanisms and the other pair of crank-rocker mechanisms rotate with the crankshaft at the same time, the one pair of crank-rocker mechanisms and the other pair of crank-rocker mechanisms move synchronously with each other and have the same motion trajectory.
[0048] 4. In the above scheme, the groove cam mechanism is composed of a pair of groove cam mechanisms.
[0049] 5. In the above scheme, the groove cam mechanism is composed of two pairs of groove cam mechanisms, and the centers of the two pairs of groove cam mechanisms are arranged at intervals in the direction of the crankshaft axis. When one pair of groove cam mechanisms and the other pair of groove cam mechanisms rotate with the crankshaft at the same time, one pair of groove cam mechanisms moves synchronously with the other pair of groove cam mechanisms and have the same motion trajectory.
[0050] The design principle and effect of the present invention are as follows: in order to solve the problems of low efficiency, dynamic imbalance, large vibration, poor cost performance and so on in the existing bottle mouth forming equipment, the present invention designs a closed-loop carrier chain for the can mouth forming mechanism, the closed-loop carrier chain is a closed-loop chain structure formed by a plurality of identical carriers connected end to end and connected in series, with the carriers as chain links, and the distance between the centers of adjacent carriers is the same and equal to the length of one station. Then, an oblong track is designed, the oblong track is composed of a first straight line segment and a second straight line segment with two straight lines as the track, and a first semicircular arc segment and a second semicircular arc segment with two semicircular arcs as the track. Then, a first group of sliding tables and a second group of sliding tables are set for the first straight line segment and the second straight line segment, and then a series of can mouth forming molds are divided into two groups, namely, a first group of molds and a second group of molds, the first group of molds are installed on the first group of sliding tables at intervals along the straight line direction, and the second group of molds are installed on the second group of sliding tables at intervals along the straight line direction, and the distance between the centers of adjacent molds on the same sliding table is the same and equal to the length of one station.
[0051] In the assembled state, the closed-loop carrier chain is located as a whole on the oblong track and can move along the track direction of the oblong track, wherein the closed-loop carrier chain is located on the first straight segment and the second straight segment of the oblong track, and the two rows of carriers arranged in a straight line are used as the first group of carriers and the second group of carriers. The first group of molds on the first group of sliding tables are arranged facing the first group of carriers on the first straight segment of the oblong track, and each mold in the first group of molds corresponds to each corresponding carrier in the first group of carriers in position. The second group of molds on the second group of sliding tables are arranged facing the second group of carriers on the second straight segment of the oblong track, and each mold in the second group of molds corresponds to each corresponding carrier in the second group of carriers in position.
[0052] When in operation, the closed-loop carrier chain intermittently moves in a unidirectional cycle along the direction of the oblong track with the workstation distance as the step length, and the two sets of sliding tables make synchronous reverse reciprocating movements relative to each other from their respective starting positions. During the entire molding process, when the closed-loop carrier chain is positioned and stationary relative to the oblong track, the first set of sliding tables and the second set of sliding tables slide synchronously toward each other, and the first set of molds installed on the first set of sliding tables will perform molding processing on a row of can bodies loaded on the first straight segment of the closed-loop carrier chain, while the second set of molds installed on the second set of sliding tables will perform synchronous molding processing on another row of can bodies loaded on the second straight segment of the closed-loop carrier chain. When the first and second sets of molds finish the molding process, the first and second sets of slide tables synchronously slide in opposite directions to drive the first and second sets of molds to demold, and then the closed-loop carrier chain moves forward along the long circular track for one station step and then stops, and then the first and second sets of slide tables synchronously slide in opposite directions again, and the cans loaded on the first and second straight segments of the closed-loop carrier chain are molded by the molds of the next process, and the cans loaded on the closed-loop carrier chain are continuously molded in this way. This cycle is repeated to complete the continuous progressive molding process. This constitutes a bidirectional linear displacement can mouth molding mechanism.
[0053] In order to solve the problems of large driving force, unbalanced force and large vibration of the equipment in the working state, the driving mechanism of the present invention adopts the following technical concepts for two rows of molds arranged in a straight line and two rows of carrier shifting mechanisms with unidirectional intermittent movement and a closed-loop structure: first, the crank rocker mechanism and the groove cam mechanism are arranged in pairs with the crankshaft as the center; second, the crank rocker mechanism and the groove cam mechanism are arranged symmetrically; third, the bidirectional dynamic balance of the driving force is ultimately achieved through synchronous reverse motion.
[0054] Compared with the existing bottle and can forming technology, the advantages of the present invention are: all mold stations are arranged in a straight line, making the whole machine compact, occupying less space, and convenient for personnel to debug and maintain; the structure of the whole machine is basically arranged in pairs and symmetrically, and most of the forming force and inertia force generated by the equipment during operation will offset each other, making the vibration during operation smaller and close to a balanced state. The technical concept of the present invention is ingenious, with outstanding substantive characteristics and significant progress, and solves many problems of existing bottle and can mouth forming equipment, such as low efficiency, dynamic imbalance, large vibration, and poor cost performance. In fact, the number of sliding tables in the first group of sliding tables 6 and the number of sliding tables in the second group of sliding tables 7 can be the same or different. This depends on the specific application, but it is better that the number of sliding tables in the two groups is the same.
[0084] A plurality of molds (for example, 52 molds) are divided into two groups, namely a first group of molds 8 (26 molds) and a second group of molds 9 (26 molds) (see Figure 2 , Fig. 9 and Fig.10 ), wherein the first group of molds 8 are installed on the first group of sliding tables 6 at intervals along the straight line direction, the centers of the molds of each station in the first group of molds 8 are arranged in a straight line, and the distance between the centers of two molds on the same sliding table is the same and equal to the length of one station (see Figure 2 The second set of molds 9 are installed on the second set of sliding tables 7 at intervals along the straight line direction. The centers of the molds in each station of the second set of molds 9 are arranged in a straight line, and the distance between the centers of two molds on the same sliding table is the same and equal to the length of one station (see Figure 2 The sliding direction of the first set of sliding tables 6 is perpendicular to the straight line direction where the center of the first set of molds 8 is located, and the sliding direction of the second set of sliding tables 7 is perpendicular to the straight line direction where the center of the second set of molds 9 is located (see Figure 2 ).
[0085] In the assembled state, the first group of molds 8 on the first group of sliding tables 6 are arranged facing the first group of carriers on the first straight line segment of the oblong track 4 (see Figure 2 ), wherein the straight line where the center of each mold in the first group of molds 8 is located is parallel to the straight line where the center of each carrier 5 in the first group of carriers is located, and each mold in the first group of molds 8 corresponds to each corresponding carrier 5 in the first group of carriers in position (see Figure 2 The second group of molds 9 on the second group of sliding tables 7 are arranged facing the second group of carriers on the second straight line segment of the long circular track 4 (see Figure 2 ), wherein the straight line where the center of each mold in the second group of molds 9 is located is parallel to the straight line where the center of each carrier 5 in the second group of carriers is located, and each mold in the second group of molds 9 corresponds to each corresponding carrier 5 in the second group of carriers in position (see Figure 2 In this embodiment, since the number and length of the sliding tables in the first group of sliding tables 6 are the same as those in the second group of sliding tables 7, the closed-loop carrier chain 3 and the oblong track 4 in the carrier shifting mechanism 1 and the two groups of sliding tables and several molds in the mold sliding mechanism are arranged symmetrically with the long axis of the oblong track 4 as the center line (see Figure 2 ).
[0086] In working condition (see Figure 2 ), the closed-loop carrier chain 3 moves intermittently along the long circular track 4 in a unidirectional cycle with the station distance as the step length (see Figure 2 The two sets of slide tables start to move synchronously back and forth from their respective starting positions (see the direction indicated by the arrow in the figure). Figure 2In the direction indicated by the arrow in the figure), during the entire molding process, when the closed-loop carrier chain 3 is positioned and stationary relative to the oblong track 4, the first group of sliding tables 6 and the second group of sliding tables 7 slide synchronously towards each other ("sliding towards each other" means that the two slide face to face and slide toward each other, with opposite sliding directions and closer and closer distances), the first group of molds 8 installed on the first group of sliding tables 6 will mold a row of can bodies 17 loaded on the first straight segment of the closed-loop carrier chain 3, and the second group of molds 9 installed on the second group of sliding tables 7 will synchronously mold another row of can bodies 17 loaded on the second straight segment of the closed-loop carrier chain 3. When the first set of molds 8 and the second set of molds 9 finish the molding process, the first set of sliding tables 6 and the second set of sliding tables 7 slide synchronously in opposite directions ("sliding in opposite directions" means that the two slide back to back in the direction away from each other, the sliding directions of the two are opposite, and the distance is getting farther and farther) to drive the first set of molds 8 and the second set of molds 9 to demold, and then the closed-loop carrier chain 3 moves forward along the oblong track 4 for one station step and then stops, and then the first set of sliding tables 6 and the second set of sliding tables 7 slide synchronously in opposite directions again, and the can body 17 loaded on the first straight line segment and the second straight line segment of the closed-loop carrier chain 3 is molded by the mold of the next process, and the can body 17 loaded on the closed-loop carrier chain 3 is continuously molded in this way. This cycle is repeated to complete the continuous progressive molding of the can body 17 loaded on the closed-loop carrier chain 3. This alternating movement of the closed-loop carrier chain 3 and the two sets of sliding tables is achieved by another drive mechanism. There can be two driving mechanisms, one for driving the closed-loop carrier chain 3 to make unidirectional cyclic intermittent movement (for example, driven by a servo motor), and the other for driving the two sets of sliding tables to make synchronous reverse reciprocating movement with each other (for example, driven by a combination of a servo motor and a screw nut mechanism). The alternating movement of the closed-loop carrier chain 3 and the two sets of sliding tables can be achieved through mechanism control or electrical control. There can also be one driving mechanism, which is divided into two paths through the mechanism transmission, one for the closed-loop carrier chain 3 and the other for driving the two sets of sliding tables. The closed-loop carrier chain 3 and the two sets of sliding tables maintain a dynamic-stop relationship of alternating movement.

The positioning block 22 is located in the slideway and slides along the sliding direction of the slideway. The spring 23 presses between the positioning block 22 and the positioning bracket 24 and acts in the sliding direction of the positioning block 22. [0104] In the above four crank-rocker mechanisms, the first crank-rocker mechanism and the second crank-rocker mechanism are arranged adjacent to each other and form a pair of crank-rocker mechanisms, and the third crank-rocker mechanism and the fourth crank-rocker mechanism are arranged adjacent to each other and form another pair of crank-rocker mechanisms (see Fig.15 ). Among them, the eccentric direction of one pair of cranks is the same as that of the other pair of cranks, and the projections of one pair of crank-rocker mechanisms and another pair of crank-rocker mechanisms in the direction of the crankshaft 49 axis coincide (see Figure 4 ).
[0105] In the assembled state, the first crank-rocker mechanism and the fourth crank-rocker mechanism are located on one side of the reference line, and the second crank-rocker mechanism and the third crank-rocker mechanism are located on the other side of the reference line (see Fig.15 The first crank-rocker mechanism and the fourth crank-rocker mechanism are arranged symmetrically with the middle plane between them crossing the crankshaft 49 as a reference. [0110] In the assembled state, the first groove cam 45 and the second groove cam 46 are both fixedly mounted on the crankshaft 49, the first driven push rod 47 and the second driven push rod 48 are slidably connected relative to the base in the axial direction of the crankshaft 49 (not shown in the figure), and the mating end of the first driven push rod 47 extends into the closed loop groove of the first groove cam 45 to form a mating (see Figure 4 ), the mating end of the second driven push rod 48 extends into the closed loop groove of the second groove cam 46 to form a mating. The two groove cams in a pair of groove cam mechanisms are arranged at intervals on the axis of the crankshaft 49.
[0111] In the working state, when the two groove cams rotate with the crankshaft 49, each groove cam drives a driven push rod, so that the first drive end 54 of the tank body displacement and the second drive end 55 of the tank body displacement perform synchronous linear reciprocating motion in opposite directions along the direction parallel to the axis of the crankshaft 49 (see Figure 2 ).
[0112] Fig.16 This is a closed-loop carrier chain and its driving principle diagram of the present invention. Fig.17 This is a partial enlarged view of the driving end of the closed-loop carrier chain of the present invention. Fig.18 This is a motion structure diagram of a closed-loop carrier chain driven by a slot cam mechanism of the present invention. Figure 16-18 Combined with Figure 2 It can be seen that the closed-loop carrier chain 3 is a closed-loop chain structure formed by a plurality of identical carriers 5 connected end to end and connected in series, wherein the carrier 5 is a device for installing and positioning the formed can body 17. In this embodiment, 68 sets of carriers 5 are connected end to end and connected in series to form the closed-loop carrier chain 3. The closed-loop carrier chain 3 is located on the oblong track 4 as a whole and can move along the track direction of the oblong track 4. In this embodiment, the moving drive mechanism of the closed-loop carrier chain 3 is composed of a pair of groove cam mechanisms, a plurality of check valves 57, two carrier push plates 56, and a carrier roller 14 installed on the carrier 5 (see Figure 16-18 ), wherein one of the two carrier push plates 56 is installed on the first straight line segment of the oblong track 4 and is located behind the closed-loop carrier chain 3 corresponding to the first straight line segment (see Fig.17 ), another carrier push plate 56 is installed on the second straight section of the oblong track 4 and is located behind the closed-loop carrier chain 3 corresponding to the second straight section (see Fig.17 The two carrier push plates 56 are slidably matched with the oblong track 4 in the moving direction parallel to the first straight line segment or the second straight line segment of the closed-loop carrier chain 3. A backstop 57 is set on each carrier push plate 56 corresponding to the carrier 5 (see Fig.17 ). The distance between the effective ends of the two backstops 57 is the same and equal to the length of one workstation, and the distance between the centers of the corresponding two carrier rollers 14 on the closed-loop carrier chain 3 is the same and equal to the length of one workstation. The backstop 57 is composed of a swing arm, a spring and a seat body, the seat body is fixed on the carrier push plate 56, one end of the swing arm is hinged to the seat body, and the other end of the swing arm is elastically supported and connected to the seat body through a spring. A pair of slot cam mechanisms has two follower push rods, namely a first follower push rod 47 and a second follower push rod 48, wherein the second follower push rod 48 is fixedly connected to a second slider 58, the second slider 58 is slidably connected to a second slide rail 59, the second slide rail 59 is parallel to the moving direction of the first straight segment or the second straight segment of the closed-loop carrier chain 3, and the moving end of the second follower push rod 48 is connected to the positioning drive of the carrier push plate 56 as the second driving end 55 for tank displacement (see Fig.18 During operation, the second driven push rod 48 drives a carrier push plate 56 to move back and forth. During the reciprocating movement, the backstop 57 of the carrier push plate 56 cooperates with the carrier roller 14 on the back of the carrier 5, so that the closed-loop carrier chain 3 moves intermittently in a unidirectional cycle along the oblong track 4 with the workstation distance as the step length (see Figure 2 and Fig.17 The first driven push rod 47 is used to drive the carrier push plate 56 and the backstop 57 on the other side and drive the closed-loop carrier chain 3 to perform synchronous unidirectional cyclic intermittent movement along the long circular track 4 with the workstation distance as the step length. The structure of the first driven push rod 47 driving the closed-loop carrier chain 3 is the same as the structure of the second driven push rod 48 driving the closed-loop carrier chain 3, but in the opposite direction, and will not be repeated here.
[0113] Fig.19 This is a diagram of the motion structure of the sliding table driven by the crank rocker mechanism of the present invention. Fig.19 Combination Fig.15It can be seen that the first group of sliding tables 6 is located on the first linear guide rail 15 through the sliding base 61, the first group of sliding tables 6 is fixedly connected relative to the sliding base 61, and the sliding base 61 is slidably connected to the first linear guide rail 15. The swing end of the first swing rod 41 is hinged with a sliding sleeve 60 as the first group of mold first driving end 50, and the sliding sleeve 60 is slidably connected with the sliding base 61 in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the first group of sliding tables 6. The sliding base 61 is provided with a slide groove, and the slide sleeve 60 is fixed with sliding push plates 62 on the two sliding surfaces corresponding to the slide groove. In the assembled state, the two sliding push plates 62 correspond to the two sliding surfaces of the slide groove, so as to convert the swing of the first group of mold first driving end 50 into the sliding of the first group of sliding tables 6 along the first linear guide rail 15. The swing end of the fourth swing rod 44 is used as the first group of mold second driving end 53 to drive the first group of sliding tables 6. The structure is the same as that of the first swing rod 41 driving the first group of sliding tables 6, and the directions are the same and synchronous. The swing end of the second swing rod 42 serves as the first driving end 51 of the second group of molds, and has the same structure as the first swing rod 41 driving the first group of sliding tables 6, and drives in opposite directions and synchronously. The swing end of the third swing rod 43 serves as the second driving end 52 of the second group of molds, and has the same structure as the first swing rod 41 driving the first group of sliding tables 6, and drives in opposite directions and synchronously.
[0114] In order to better understand the innovation and features of the present invention, the working process and principle of the bottle mouth forming machine of the present invention are described as follows:
[0115] Bottle mouth forming machine is a bottle mouth forming equipment that necks and rolls threads on stretched cylindrical metal shells (see Figure 1 When working, the motor 35 drives the flywheel 36 to drive the crankshaft 49 to perform continuous rotational motion. Four crank rocker mechanisms are arranged on the rotating crankshaft 49 (see Fig.15 ), each of the two crank rocker mechanisms drives the sliding tables equipped with molds on both sides of the equipment to make relative linear reciprocating motion (see Figure 2 The first set of sliding tables 6 and the second set of sliding tables 7 in the equipment are used to form the metal can body 17 arranged in the middle of the equipment (see Figure 2 ). A plurality of carriers for clamping the metal can body 17 are connected end to end by hinges and connected in series to form a closed-loop carrier displacement mechanism 1 (see Figure 2 ), the metal tank body 17 follows the carrier and performs intermittent displacement motion (dynamic stop motion) along the guide rail under the drive of the groove cam mechanism installed on the crankshaft 49. The track of the guide rail is two straight lines connected by two semicircular arcs (see Figure 2 The metal can body 17 will pass through the positions corresponding to the molds of each station on the guide rail along the straight line segment and be processed and formed by the reciprocating mold (see Figure 2The first set of dies 8 and the second set of dies 9 in the figure). The dies used for forming are necking, thread rolling, groove rolling, trimming, thinning, curling and pressing, which are installed on a long slider in a straight line (see Figure 2 The first set of sliding tables 6 and the second set of sliding tables 7 in the tank are connected to the tank by means of a tank feeding mechanism 18 (see Figure 3 ) The metal cans arranged in a row are sequentially fed into a carrier in an intermittent moving motion (stop-motion) state, and are discharged by a can discharging mechanism 19 (see Figure 3 ) Push the formed bottles and cans out of the carrier and send them out of the equipment.
[0116] The specific working principle and process of the bottle mouth forming machine are as follows:
[0117] 1. The driving mechanism is used to provide power for the movement of the first set of sliding tables 6, the second set of sliding tables 7 and the carrier shifting mechanism 1 (see Fig.15 and Figure 2 ).
[0118] The motor 35 drives the flywheel 36 to drive the crankshaft 49 to perform continuous rotational motion. The crankshaft 49 itself is designed with four cranks, and the eccentric direction of the crank connecting the first connecting rod 37 and the fourth connecting rod 40 is opposite to the eccentric direction of the crank connecting the second connecting rod 38 and the third connecting rod 39. When the crankshaft 49 rotates, it will drive the four connecting rods hinged to the four cranks to move, and then drive the four swing rods hinged to the four connecting rods to swing, among which the first swing rod 41 and the fourth swing rod 44 will drive the first group of sliding tables 6, and the second swing rod 42 and the third swing rod 43 will drive the second group of sliding tables 7, respectively, to perform linear reciprocating motions in opposite directions along the swinging directions (see Figure 2 ). 26 mold assemblies are installed on each of the first set of sliding tables 6 and the second set of sliding tables 7. The mold functions include necking, thread rolling, groove rolling, trimming, thinning, curling and pressing. When the first set of sliding tables 6 and the second set of sliding tables 7 move towards each other, the molds installed on the sliding tables will process and shape the two rows of metal can bodies 17 arranged in the middle of the equipment. The molds are distributed in a straight line along the length direction of the sliding tables, and the distance between each other is the same (see Figure 2 ).
[0119] 2. The carrier shifting mechanism 1 is used to make a whole circle of carriers holding the metal can body 17 synchronously perform intermittent shifting motion (dynamic-stop motion).
[0120] The first groove cam 45 and the second groove cam 46 are installed on the crankshaft 49 at intervals (see Fig.15 As the slot cam rotates, the two driven push rods (the first driven push rod 47 and the second driven push rod 48) will respectively perform linear reciprocating motion in opposite directions along the axis of the crankshaft 49 under the drive of the corresponding slot cam (see Figure 2). A total of 68 sets of carriers for clamping the metal can body 17 are hinged together and connected end to end to form a closed-loop carrier chain 3 and are placed in an oblong track 4. When the two driven push rods move toward each other at the same time, the backstop 57 (see Fig.17 ) will push the carriers at their corresponding positions forward, so that the entire closed-loop carrier chain will move forward one station at the same time, and each positioning mechanism 20 (see Fig.11 and Fig.12 ) will temporarily fix each carrier that is pushed over, and then the metal can body 17 on each carrier will be formed by the moving mold. During the forming process, the two driven push rods will move in the opposite direction back to the origin. When the mold finishes the forming process and moves back in the opposite direction, the two driven push rods will move in opposite directions again to push the whole circle of the closed-loop carrier chain to the next station, and the metal can body 17 will be formed by the mold of the next process. That is, the above actions are repeated continuously under the drive of the crankshaft 49 to complete the continuous forming process of the metal can body 17 (see Figure 2 ).
[0121] Tank feeding mechanism 18 (see Fig.13 ) is used to deliver the continuously arranged unprocessed metal can bodies 17 one by one to the carrier 5 in the closed-loop carrier chain 3 which is in a dynamic stop motion state.
[0122] The unformed metal can bodies 17 are arranged in sequence along the can feeding guide rail 29, and are pushed into the positioning cup 26 one by one by the can feeding cam 25. The can feeding cam 25 performs continuous rotation under the drive of the servo motor 28. When the first group of sliding tables 6 moves forward, the can pushing assembly 27 fixed on the side surface of the first group of sliding tables 6 will push the metal can body 17 in the positioning cup 26 into the carrier 5 fixed by the positioning mechanism 20. The metal can body 17 will enter the next workstation as the carrier 5 moves, and then the can feeding cam 25 will push the next metal can body 17 into the positioning cup 26, and the above action will be repeated.
[0123] Can discharging mechanism 19 (see Fig.14 ) is used to send the processed bottles and cans out of the equipment.
[0124] The carrier 5 with the metal can body 17 will arrive at the can discharge station after passing through all the processes in sequence (see Figure 2 ), the second set of sliding platforms 7 drives the can-lifting assembly 30 to make a linear motion in the opposite direction of the second set of sliding platforms 7 through the gear rack mechanism. The can-lifting assembly 30 will push the metal can body 17 out of the carrier 5 from the rear when the carrier 5 is fixed by the positioning mechanism 20 at the can-lifting station. The crankshaft 49 will drive the can-lifting chain 31 to operate through a transmission method such as a synchronous belt, and the ejected bottle and can will enter the rubber block 32 installed on the can-lifting chain 31, and then be sent out of the equipment as the can-lifting chain 31 runs.
[0125] The following is an explanation of other implementations and structural changes of the present invention:
[0126] 1. In the above embodiment 2, the crank-rocker mechanism is composed of two pairs of crank-rocker mechanisms, and the two pairs of crank-rocker mechanisms are arranged at intervals in the crankshaft axis direction (see Fig.15 ). Using two pairs of crank rocker mechanisms is the best mode of the present invention. However, the present invention is not limited to this. In fact, the crank rocker mechanism can be composed of a pair of crank rocker mechanisms, or it can be composed of three pairs of crank rocker mechanisms, and the three pairs of crank rocker mechanisms are arranged at intervals in the direction of the crankshaft axis, or even more pairs of crank rocker mechanisms. A pair of crank rocker mechanisms is usually suitable for can mouth forming machines with relatively few molds and short molds arranged in a straight line on the equipment. Because a pair of crank rocker mechanisms is simpler in structure than multiple pairs of crank rocker mechanisms. However, it is not limited to this in special cases. For example, the rigidity of a pair of crank rocker mechanisms is very good. Although there is only one rocker, it adopts a multi-point push method in the vertical push direction with the slider carrying the mold. When three pairs of crank rocker mechanisms are used, it is better to arrange the three pairs of crank rocker mechanisms at equal intervals in the direction of the crankshaft axis. The use of three pairs of crank rocker mechanisms is relatively complex in structure, and the equipment cost will also increase accordingly, but it is very beneficial to increase the movement speed and rigidity of the equipment. The quantitative changes in the number of crank-rocker mechanism pairs and the corresponding technical effects are easily understood and accepted by those skilled in the art after reading.
[0127] 2. In the above embodiment 2, the groove cam mechanism is composed of a pair of groove cam mechanisms. This is the best solution of the present invention. However, the present invention is not limited to this. In fact, the groove cam mechanism can be composed of two pairs of groove cam mechanisms, or three pairs of groove cam mechanisms, or even more pairs of groove cam mechanisms. Using two pairs of groove cam mechanisms to drive the carrier shifting mechanism (i.e., driving the tank body installed on the carrier shifting mechanism to rotate) is just more complicated in structure and increases the equipment cost. Using three pairs of groove cam mechanisms to drive the carrier shifting mechanism is still feasible in theory, but the structure is complicated and the equipment cost is high.
[0128] The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and their purpose is to enable people familiar with the technology to understand the content of the present invention and implement it accordingly, and they cannot be used to limit the protection scope of the present invention. Any equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
