[0103] Reference Figure 2~Figure 8 as well as Figure 26~Figure 29 The first flow channel plate 40 is disposed on a side of the first wall 11 away from the second wall 12 along the third direction Z. The first flow channel plate 40 is provided with a liquid inlet channel 401, a plurality of first branch flow channels 402 and a plurality of second branch flow channels 403 on a side of the first flow channel plate 40 toward the first wall 11 along the third direction Z. Fig. 27 The liquid inlet 111 on the first wall 11 is connected to the first branch channel 402 along the third direction Z, referring to Figure 4~Figure 7 , along the first direction X, a plurality of first branch flow channels 402 are arranged at intervals, and the liquid inlet flow channel 401 is connected with the adjacent first branch flow channels 402. Specifically, the liquid inlet flow channel 401 extends along the first direction X, and the first branch flow channel 402 extends along the second direction Y. The plurality of first branch flow channels 402 are arranged at intervals along the first direction X, and one end of the liquid inlet flow channel 401 along the first direction X is connected with the adjacent first branch flow channel 402. Two adjacent first branch flow channels 402 along the first direction X are connected through the second branch flow channel 403, that is, the second branch flow channel 403 extends along the first direction X to connect the two adjacent first branch flow channels 402. Figure 4~Figure 5 , the number of second branch flow channels 403 between two adjacent first branch flow channels 402 along the first direction X decreases from an end close to the liquid inlet flow channel 401 to an end away from the liquid inlet flow channel 401 along the first direction X. Among them, one end of the liquid inlet pipe 15 extending into the accommodating cavity 101 and penetrating the first wall 11 is connected to the liquid inlet flow channel 401, so as to inject heat transfer fluid into the liquid inlet flow channel 401 through the liquid inlet pipe 15.
[0104] In the battery pack, a heat transfer fluid is passed into the liquid cooling plate to regulate and control the temperature of the battery cells. The liquid inlet pipeline for passing the heat transfer fluid is usually arranged on a side wall of the box body, and the heat transfer fluid is provided to the liquid cooling plate through the liquid inlet pipeline. This liquid supply method will cause uneven pressure distribution of the heat transfer fluid passing into the liquid cooling plate. Specifically, the pressure of the heat transfer fluid near the liquid inlet end inside the liquid cooling plate is relatively large, and the flow rate is relatively fast. The liquid cooling plate has a better temperature regulating effect on the battery cells near the liquid inlet end. As the heat transfer fluid moves away from the liquid inlet end, the flow rate of the heat transfer fluid slows down, resulting in a relatively small pressure of the heat transfer fluid inside the liquid cooling plate away from the liquid inlet end. The liquid cooling plate has a poor temperature regulating effect on the battery cells away from the liquid inlet end, resulting in poor temperature uniformity of the battery cells at different positions, affecting the safety of the battery cells, and then affecting the safety of the battery pack.
[0105] The battery pack 1 provided in the embodiment of the present application is provided with a first liquid cooling plate 30 in the accommodating cavity 101 of the box body 10, the first liquid cooling plate 30 is in contact with the battery cell 20 along the first direction X, a liquid inlet 111 is provided at one end of the first wall 11 along the second direction Y, a liquid inlet port 302 of the first liquid cooling plate 30 is arranged opposite to the liquid inlet 111 along the third direction Z, a first flow channel plate 40 is provided on a side of the first wall 11 of the box body 10 away from the second wall 12, a liquid inlet channel 401, a plurality of first branch channels 402 and a plurality of second branch channels 403 are provided on the side of the first flow channel plate 40 facing the first wall 11 along the third direction Z, and the liquid inlet 111 is provided at one end of the first wall 11 along the second direction Y. 1 is connected with the first branch flow channel 402 along the third direction Z, the liquid inlet flow channel 401 and the plurality of first branch flow channels 402 are arranged at intervals along the first direction X, and the liquid inlet flow channel 401 is connected with the adjacent first branch flow channels 402, and two adjacent first branch flow channels 402 along the first direction X are connected through the second branch flow channels 403, and the number of the second branch flow channels 403 between the two adjacent first branch flow channels 402 decreases from the end close to the liquid inlet flow channel 401 along the first direction X to the end away from the liquid inlet flow channel 401, and a part of the heat transfer fluid entering the first branch flow channel 402 through the liquid inlet flow channel 401 enters the liquid inlet port 111 and the liquid inlet port 302. The heat transfer fluid that enters the first branch flow channel 402 through the liquid inlet flow channel 401 is divided and divided in pressure through the second branch flow channel 403. The more the number of the second branch flow channels 403 is, the smaller the flow cross-sectional area of the heat transfer fluid between two adjacent first branch flow channels 402 is, the slower the flow rate of the heat transfer fluid between two adjacent first branch flow channels 402 is, and the better the effect of dividing and dividing the heat transfer fluid in the first branch flow channel 402 is, thereby reducing the fluid pressure and the pressure of the heat transfer fluid in the first branch flow channel 402 near one end of the liquid inlet flow channel 401. The fluid velocity is improved, and the uniformity of the fluid pressure and fluid velocity of the heat-conducting fluid entering the first branch channel 402 through the second branch channel 403 is improved, thereby improving the uniformity of the fluid pressure and fluid velocity of the heat-conducting fluid entering the first liquid cooling plate 30 through the first branch channel 402, the liquid inlet 111 and the liquid inlet port 302, and improving the uniformity of the fluid pressure and fluid velocity of the heat-conducting fluid in the multiple first liquid cooling plates 30 arranged at intervals along the first direction X, achieving a flow equalization effect, thereby improving the temperature uniformity of the multiple battery cells 20 arranged at intervals along the first direction X, improving the safety of the battery cells 20, and improving the safety of the battery pack 1.
[0106] In some embodiments, the housing 10 is integrally formed by a die-casting process.
[0107] In some embodiments, reference Figure 2 , Figure 4~Figure 8The first flow channel plate 40 includes a plurality of first filling portions 41. The plurality of first filling portions 41 are arranged at intervals along the first direction X. At least one first filling portion 41 is arranged between two adjacent first branch flow channels 402. Figure 4 and Figure 5 In the embodiment shown, a first filling portion 41 is disposed between two adjacent first branch flow channels 402. Figure 2 , Figure 4~Figure 5 as well as Figure 7 The first filling portion 41 is provided with a first filling cavity 410 for accommodating the filling material. Figure 2 and Figure 5 The first filling part 41 has a dimension S mm along the second direction Y. Along the first direction X, the dimension S of the plurality of first filling parts 41 increases from the end close to the liquid inlet channel 401 to the end away from the liquid inlet channel 401. The second branch channel 403 is arranged between two adjacent first branch channels 402, and the first filling part 41 is also arranged between two adjacent first branch channels 402. Therefore, as the dimension S of the first filling part 41 increases, the number of the second branch channels 403 between two adjacent first branch channels 402 decreases, and the flow division and pressure division effect on the heat transfer fluid becomes weaker, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the fluid pressure and fluid velocity of the heat transfer fluid in the plurality of first branch channels 402, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the heat transfer fluid entering the first liquid cold plate 30, and improving the temperature uniformity of the plurality of battery cells 20 arranged at intervals along the first direction X. The first filling cavity 410 in the first filling part 41 is opened, and a filler, such as a heat-insulating material such as heat-insulating cotton, can be arranged in the first filling cavity 410, so as to reduce the energy loss of the heat-conducting fluid in the first branch channel 402 and the second branch channel 403 during the transmission process, thereby ensuring the temperature control effect of the heat-conducting fluid on the battery cell 20. In some implementations, the filler can be selected according to actual use requirements. In some implementations, the first filling cavity 410 penetrates the first flow channel plate 40 along the third direction Z to form a through-hole structure, and the first filling cavity 410 can partially penetrate the first flow channel plate 40 to form a groove structure. In some other implementations, two or more first filling parts 41 can be arranged between two first branch channels 402 adjacent to each other along the first direction X, and it is only necessary to ensure that the sum S of the dimensions of the two or more first filling parts 41 along the second direction Y increases from the end close to the inlet flow channel 401 to the end away from the inlet flow channel 401 along the first direction X.
[0108] In some embodiments, reference Figure 2 , Figure 4~Figure 5 as well as Figure 7~Figure 8The first flow channel plate 40 also includes a second filling portion 42, which is arranged between two adjacent first branch channels 402 along the first direction X. A second filling cavity 420 for accommodating fillers is provided inside the second filling portion 42. Along the second direction Y, a second branch channel 403 is defined between the first filling portion 41 and the adjacent second filling portion 42, and a second branch channel 403 is defined between two adjacent second filling portions 42. Along the first direction X, the number of second filling portions 42 between two adjacent first branch channels 402 decreases from the end close to the liquid inlet channel 401 to the end away from the liquid inlet channel 401. The number of second branch channels 403 between two adjacent first branch channels 402 is determined by the number of second filling parts 42. The more the number of second filling parts 42, the more the number of second branch channels 403 defined and formed. The number of second filling parts 42 decreases from one end close to the liquid inlet channel 401 to one end away from the liquid inlet channel 401 along the first direction X, so that the number of second branch channels 403 decreases from one end close to the liquid inlet channel 401 to one end away from the liquid inlet channel 401 along the first direction X, forming a partial pressure and equal flow of the heat-conducting fluid in the multiple first branch channels 402, ensuring the temperature control effect of the heat-conducting fluid on the battery cell 20. The second filling cavity 420 is opened, and a filler, such as a heat-insulating material such as heat-insulating cotton, can be set in the second filling cavity 420, so as to reduce the energy loss of the heat-conducting fluid in the first branch channel 402 and the second branch channel 403 during the transmission process, thereby ensuring the temperature control effect of the heat-conducting fluid on the battery cell 20. In some implementations, the filler can be selected according to actual use requirements.

Moreover, along the third direction Z, the first bent portion 611 adjacent to the second flow channel plate 50 forms a support for the fifth side 25 of the battery cell 20, and the first bent portion 611 away from the second flow channel plate 50 forms a cover for the sixth side 26 of the battery cell 20, thereby wrapping and fixing the battery cell 20, and the temperature of the sixth side 26 of the pole 27 of the battery cell 20 can be regulated, so that the pole 27 is in a suitable operating temperature range, thereby improving the service life of the battery cell 20.
[0114] In some embodiments, reference Fig. 9 and Fig.10 The second flow channel 51 includes a first end 511 and a second end 512 which are arranged opposite to each other along the second direction Y. The first end 511 and the second end 512 are respectively provided with a second socket 55 which passes through the second flow channel plate 50 along the third direction Z. The first end 511 and the second end 512 are also respectively provided with a third socket 56 which passes through the second flow channel plate 50 along the third direction Z. The first single plate 61 is embedded in the second flow channel 51. The first bending portion 611 adjacent to the second flow channel plate 50 along the third direction Z is inserted into the second socket 55 located at the first end 511. The first port 612 is connected to the third socket 56 located at the first end 511 along the first direction X.
[0115] In some embodiments, reference Figure 1 , Figure 3 , Figure 6 , Figure 8 , Fig.17 , Fig.26 and Fig.29 The second liquid cooling plate 60 further includes a second single plate 62. Along the second direction Y, the second single plate 62 is arranged opposite to the first single plate 61 and abuts against the battery cells 20 respectively. Specifically, referring to Figure 6~Figure 8 as well as Fig.26 Along the second direction Y, the first single plate 61 abuts against the third surface 23 of the adjacent battery cell 20, and the second single plate 62 abuts against the fourth surface 24 of the adjacent battery cell 20, referring to Fig.17A fourth flow channel 620 for the flow of heat-conducting fluid is provided inside the second single plate 62, the liquid inlet end of the fourth flow channel 620 is connected to the second flow channel 51, and the liquid outlet end is connected to the liquid outlet 112, the opposite ends of the second single plate 62 are bent to form second bending portions 621, the liquid inlet end and the liquid outlet end of the fourth flow channel 620 are respectively opened on the second bending portions 621 adjacent to the second flow channel plate 50, along the third direction Z, one second bending portion 621 abuts against the fifth surface 25 of the battery cell 20, and the other second bending portion 621 abuts against the sixth surface 26 of the battery cell 20.
[0116] Specifically, refer to Figure 8 as well as Fig.17 The opposite ends of the second single plate 62 along the third direction Z are bent toward the same side to form a second bent portion 621. A third port 622 and a fourth port 623 respectively connected to the fourth flow channel 620 are provided on the second bent portion 621 adjacent to the second flow channel plate 50 along the third direction Z. The third port 622 is the liquid inlet end of the fourth flow channel 620, and the fourth port 623 is the liquid outlet end of the fourth flow channel 620. The third port 622 is toward the second flow channel 51 along the second direction Y and is connected to the second flow channel 51. The fourth port 623 is toward the liquid outlet 112 along the first direction X. Fig.17 A second shunt plate 624 extending along the third direction Z is provided inside the second single plate 62. The second shunt plate 624 divides the fourth flow channel 620 into a second liquid inlet flow channel connected to the third port 622 and a second liquid outlet flow channel connected to the fourth port 623. The second liquid inlet flow channel is connected to the second liquid outlet flow channel at the second bending portion 621 away from the second flow channel plate 50. The heat transfer fluid in the second flow channel 51 enters the second liquid inlet flow channel through the third port 622, enters the second liquid outlet flow channel through the second bending portion 621 away from the second flow channel plate 50, and enters the liquid outlet flow channel 404 through the fourth port 623 and the liquid outlet 112, thereby controlling the temperature of the fourth surface 24 of the battery cell 20 abutting against the second single plate 62 through the second single plate 62. Moreover, along the third direction Z, the second bend portion 621 adjacent to the second flow channel plate 50 forms a support for the fifth side 25 of the battery cell 20, and the second bend portion 621 away from the second flow channel plate 50 forms a cover for the sixth side 26 of the battery cell 20, thereby wrapping and fixing the battery cell 20, and the temperature of the sixth side 26 of the pole 27 of the battery cell 20 can be regulated, so that the pole 27 is in a suitable operating temperature range, thereby improving the service life of the battery cell 20.
[0117] In some embodiments, reference Fig. 9 and Fig.10The second single plate 62 is embedded in the second flow channel 51, and the second bending portion 621 adjacent to the second flow channel plate 50 along the third direction Z is inserted into the second socket 55 located at the second end 512, and the fourth port 623 is connected to the third socket 56 located at the second end 512 along the first direction X.
[0118] In some embodiments, reference Figure 1 , Figure 3 , Figure 6~Figure 8 , Figure 18~Figure 20 , Fig.26 and Fig.28 The second liquid cooling plate 60 further includes a third single plate 63, which is embedded in the second flow channel 51. Figure 1 and Figure 3 as well as Figure 6~Figure 8 Along the second direction Y, a plurality of battery cells 20 are arranged between the first single board 61 and the second single board 62, and a third single board 63 is arranged between two adjacent battery cells 20. Figure 19~Figure 20 A fifth flow channel 630 for the heat transfer fluid to flow is provided inside the third single plate 63, and the liquid inlet and outlet of the fifth flow channel 630 are respectively connected to the second flow channel 51. Figure 18~Figure 20 Along the third direction Z, a supporting portion 631 is provided at one end of the third single plate 63, and a covering portion 632 is provided at the other end. The liquid inlet end and the liquid outlet end of the fifth flow channel 630 are respectively opened on the supporting portion 631, the supporting portion 631 abuts against the fifth surface 25 of the adjacent battery cell 20, and the covering portion 632 abuts against the sixth surface 26 of the adjacent battery cell 20.
[0119] Specifically, refer to Figure 7 as well as Figure 18~Figure 20 The support portion 631 is provided with a fifth port 633 and a sixth port 634 respectively connected to the fifth flow channel 630. Along the second direction Y, the fifth port 633 as the liquid inlet end of the fifth flow channel 630 faces the first single plate 61, and the sixth port 634 as the liquid outlet end of the fifth flow channel 630 faces the second single plate 62. The fifth port 633 and the sixth port 634 are respectively connected to the second flow channel 51. Figure 19~Figure 20A third manifold 635 extending along the third direction Z is provided inside the third single plate 63. The third manifold 635 divides the fifth flow channel 630 into a third liquid inlet flow channel and a third liquid outlet flow channel. The third liquid inlet flow channel and the third liquid outlet flow channel are connected at the covering portion 632. The heat transfer fluid entering the third flow channel 610 enters the second flow channel 51 through the second port 613, and the heat transfer fluid entering the second flow channel 51 enters the third liquid inlet flow channel in the fifth flow channel 630 through the fifth port 633, and enters the third liquid outlet flow channel at the covering portion 632, and then flows out through the sixth port 634, thereby forming a temperature control of the side surfaces of two adjacent battery cells 20 along the second direction Y. The covering portion 632 can form a temperature control of the sixth surface 26 of the battery cell 20, thereby adjusting the temperature near the pole 27 arranged on the sixth surface 26. Moreover, along the third direction Z, the support portion 631 forms a support for the fifth side 25 of the battery cell 20, and the covering portion 632 forms a covering for the sixth side 26 of the battery cell 20, thereby wrapping and fixing the battery cell 20, and the temperature of the sixth side 26 of the pole 27 of the battery cell 20 can be regulated, so that the pole 27 is in a suitable operating temperature range, thereby improving the service life of the battery cell 20.
[0120] The first single plate 61, the third single plate 63 and the second single plate 62 are spaced apart along the second direction Y, which can clamp and fix the battery cell 20 along the second direction Y. While adjusting and controlling the temperature of the third surface 23 and the fourth surface 24 of the battery cell 20, the assembly stability of the battery cell 20 in the second direction Y can be ensured.
[0121] In some embodiments, reference Fig. 9 and Fig.10 The second single plate 62 is embedded in the second flow channel 51, and the second bending portion 621 adjacent to the second flow channel plate 50 along the third direction Z is inserted into the second socket 55 located at the second end 512, and the fourth port 623 is connected to the third socket 56 located at the second end 512 along the first direction X.
[0122] In some embodiments, reference Figure 11~Figure 13 , Figure 21 to Figure 25 as well as Fig. 27 The battery pack 1 also includes a valve body 70, referring to Fig. 27 The valve body 70 is inserted into the liquid inlet port 302 of the first liquid cooling plate 30 to block the liquid inlet port 111 and the first flow channel 301. Fig.12 and Fig.13The valve body 70 and the first single plate 61 are arranged along the first direction X to block the liquid inlet 111 and the liquid inlet end of the third flow channel 610. Specifically, the valve body 70 and the first single plate 61 are spaced apart along the first direction X to block the liquid inlet 111 and the first port 612. When the pressure on the valve body 70 reaches a preset first pressure threshold, the liquid inlet 111 and the first flow channel 301 can be connected. When the pressure on the valve body 70 reaches a preset second pressure threshold, the liquid inlet 111 and the liquid inlet end of the third flow channel 610 can be connected. The first pressure threshold is less than the second pressure threshold.
[0123] In other words, the valve body 70 has a preset first pressure threshold and a second pressure threshold. The valve body 70 can be opened when the pressure reaches the first pressure threshold and the second pressure threshold. Since the first pressure threshold is less than the second pressure threshold, the first pressure threshold is the minimum pressure required for the valve body 70 to open. Specifically, when the valve body 70 is in an unopened state (i.e., when the pressure does not reach the first pressure threshold), the valve body 70 forms a barrier between the liquid inlet 111 and the liquid inlet port 302, and at the same time forms a barrier between the liquid inlet 111 and the first port 612 (i.e., the liquid inlet end of the third flow channel 610). The heat transfer fluid in the first branch flow channel 402 cannot enter the liquid inlet port 302 through the liquid inlet 111, nor can it enter the third flow channel 610.
[0124] When the temperature of the battery cell 20 in the battery pack 1 deviates from the normal operating temperature by ±15°C, the battery pack 1 is in a normal operating state. At this time, the pressure of the heat-conducting fluid entering the liquid inlet channel 401 through the liquid inlet pipe 15 is relatively small. The heat-conducting fluid enters the first branch channel 402 through the liquid inlet channel 401 and enters the valve body 70 through the liquid inlet port 111 and applies pressure to the valve body 70. When the fluid pressure of the heat-conducting fluid on the valve body 70 reaches the first pressure threshold, the valve body 70 is partially opened to connect the liquid inlet port 111 with the liquid inlet port 111. Port 302 allows the heat-conducting fluid to enter the first flow channel 301 of the first liquid cooling plate 30, thereby regulating and controlling the temperature of the battery cell 20. Since the fluid pressure on the valve body 70 does not reach the second pressure threshold, the valve body 70 still forms a barrier between the liquid inlet 111 and the first port 612, and the heat-conducting fluid cannot enter the third flow channel 610 of the first single plate 61. The temperature of the battery cell 20 can be regulated only through the first liquid cooling plate 30, thereby improving the utilization rate of the heat-conducting fluid and reducing energy consumption.
[0125] When the temperature of the battery cell 20 in the battery pack 1 deviates greatly from the normal operating temperature (exceeding ±15°C), the battery pack 1 is in an abnormal state, and it is necessary to increase the pressure of the heat-conducting fluid entering the liquid inlet channel 401 through the liquid inlet pipe 15. The heat-conducting fluid enters the first branch channel 402 through the liquid inlet channel 401 and enters the valve body 70 through the liquid inlet port 111 and applies pressure to the valve body 70. Due to the high pressure of the heat-conducting fluid, the fluid pressure on the valve body 70 reaches a preset second pressure threshold, so that the valve body 70 connects the liquid inlet port 111 with the liquid inlet port 302 while also connecting the liquid inlet port 111 with the first port 302. 612, so that a part of the heat-conducting fluid enters the first flow channel 301 through the liquid inlet port 302, and the other part of the heat-conducting fluid enters the third flow channel 610 through the first port 612, thereby regulating the temperature of the battery cell 20 abutting against the first single plate 61, and regulating the temperature near the pole 27 of the battery cell 20. The heat-conducting fluid entering the third flow channel 610 is discharged to the second flow channel 51 through the second port 613 (i.e., the liquid outlet end of the third flow channel 610), and the heat-conducting fluid entering the second flow channel 51 can directly contact the fifth surface 25 of the battery cell 20 to regulate the temperature of the battery cell 20. When the fluid pressure on the valve body 70 reaches the second pressure threshold, the first single plate 61 can not only divert the heat-conducting fluid with a higher pressure to prevent the heat-conducting fluid from damaging the first liquid cooling plate 30 and improve the service life of the first liquid cooling plate 30, but also the first single plate 61 can cooperate with the first liquid cooling plate 30 and the second flow channel plate 50 to form temperature regulation of multiple surfaces of the battery cell 20, thereby improving the temperature regulation efficiency and allowing the operating temperature of the battery cell 20 to return to a reasonable operating temperature range as soon as possible, thereby ensuring the safety of the use of the battery cell 20 and the battery pack 1 and improving the service life of the battery cell 20 and the battery pack 1.
[0126] In some embodiments, reference Figure 11~Figure 13 , Figure 21 to Figure 25 as well as Fig. 27 The valve body 70 includes a first body 71 and a baffle 72, referring to Fig. 27 The first body 71 is inserted into the liquid inlet port 302 of the first liquid cooling plate 30, referring to Figure 22~Figure 24 The first body 71 is provided with a guide cavity 710 that penetrates the first body 71 along the third direction Z. Figure 12~Figure 13 , Fig.21 as well as Figure 23~Figure 24 The first body 71 is provided with a guide port 711 connected to the guide cavity 710 along the first direction X toward the first single plate 61. Figure 11~Figure 13 , Figure 21 to Figure 25 as well as Fig. 27The baffle 72 is arranged in the guide cavity 710, and the baffle 72 includes a first blocking portion 721 and a second blocking portion 722 connected along the third direction Z. The first blocking portion 721 can block the guide cavity 710 to block the liquid inlet 111 and the first flow channel 301. Specifically, the first blocking portion 721 is arranged at one end of the guide cavity 710 away from the first wall 11 along the third direction Z. The first blocking portion 721 is connected to the first main body 71 to block the guide cavity 710, so that the valve body 70 can block the liquid inlet 111 and the first flow channel 301 in the closed state, and the second blocking portion 722 can block the guide port 711 to block the liquid inlet 111 and the liquid inlet end of the third flow channel 610. The baffle 72 can reciprocate along the third direction Z in the guide cavity 710.
[0127] Reference Fig.23 When the pressure on the first blocking portion 721 reaches the first pressure threshold, the liquid inlet 111 and the first flow channel 301 can be connected. Fig. 27 The heat-conducting fluid enters the flow-guiding cavity 710 through the liquid inlet 111 and the liquid inlet port 302 and pushes the first blocking portion 721 along the third direction Z. The first blocking portion 721 is pushed away from the first wall 11 by the heat-conducting fluid and is separated from the first body 71, thereby connecting the flow-guiding cavity 710 and the first flow channel 301 of the first liquid cooling plate 30, so that the heat-conducting fluid enters the first flow channel 301 through the flow-guiding cavity 710 to regulate the temperature of the battery cell 20. Figure 11~Figure 13 as well as Fig.23 Since the pressure of the heat transfer fluid entering the flow guide cavity 710 is relatively small, the fluid pressure applied to the first blocking portion 721 only reaches the first pressure threshold. Although the first blocking portion 721 can drive the second blocking portion 722 to move together during the movement, the fluid pressure on the first blocking portion 721 is relatively small, resulting in the second blocking portion 722 still being able to form a blockage on the flow guide port 711, and the heat transfer fluid entering the flow guide cavity 710 cannot enter the third flow channel 610 through the flow guide port 711 and the first port 612.
[0128] Reference Fig.24 When the pressure on the first blocking portion 721 reaches the second pressure threshold, the liquid inlet 111 and the first flow channel 301 can be connected, and the second blocking portion 722 can be driven to expose at least part of the guide port 711 to connect the liquid inlet 111 and the liquid inlet end of the third flow channel 610, referring to Fig. 27The heat-conducting fluid enters the flow-guiding cavity 710 through the liquid inlet 111 and the liquid inlet port 302 and pushes the first blocking portion 721 along the third direction Z. At the same time, due to the heat-conducting fluid entering the flow-guiding cavity 710, the first blocking portion 721 moves away from the first wall 11 and is separated from the first body 71. The pressure of the heat-conducting fluid in the first sealing portion 721 is relatively large, and the fluid pressure applied to the first blocking portion 721 reaches the second pressure threshold, so that the heat-conducting fluid can apply sufficient thrust to the first blocking portion 721, so that the first blocking portion 721 drives the second blocking portion 722 to move away from the first wall 11 along the third direction Z and the second blocking portion 722 can expose at least part of the guide port 711, so as to connect the guide port 711 with the first port 612 (i.e., the liquid inlet end of the third flow channel 610), so that the heat-conducting fluid entering the guide cavity 710 A portion of the heat-conducting fluid enters the first flow channel 301 through the gap between the first blocking portion 721 and the first main body 71, and the other portion enters the third flow channel 610 through the guide port 711 and the first port 612. The heat-conducting fluid entering the third flow channel 610 enters the first liquid outlet flow channel through the first bending portion 611 away from the second flow channel plate 50, and enters the second flow channel 51 through the second port 613 (i.e., the liquid outlet end of the third flow channel 610), thereby forming a diversion of the heat-conducting fluid with a larger pressure, preventing the heat-conducting fluid from damaging the first liquid cooling plate 30, and improving the service life of the first liquid cooling plate 30. In addition, the first single plate 61 can cooperate with the first liquid cooling plate 30 and the second flow channel plate 50 to form temperature control on multiple surfaces of the battery cell 20, thereby improving the temperature control efficiency, so that the operating temperature of the battery cell 20 returns to a reasonable operating temperature range as soon as possible, ensuring the safety of the battery cell 20 and the battery pack 1, and improving the service life of the battery cell 20 and the battery pack 1.
[0129] Moreover, the structural design of the baffle 72 reciprocating along the third direction Z in the flow guide cavity 710 enables the first blocking portion 721 to fall back along the third direction Z and approach the first wall 11 when the fluid pressure applied by the heat transfer fluid to the first blocking portion 721 is lower than the second pressure threshold but higher than the first pressure threshold, and drives the second blocking portion 722 to reduce the opening of the flow guide port 711 and adjust the flow rate of the heat transfer fluid entering the third flow channel 610. When the fluid pressure applied to the first blocking portion 721 is equal to the first pressure threshold, it indicates that the electric The operating temperature of the battery cell 20 only exceeds the normal operating temperature by ±15°C. The first sealing portion 721 drives the second sealing portion 722 to move to the sealed flow guide port 711, so that the heat transfer fluid can only enter the first flow channel 301. When the fluid pressure on the first sealing portion 721 is less than the first pressure threshold, it indicates that the battery cell 20 is in the normal operating temperature range. The first sealing portion 721 forms a seal on the flow guide cavity 710, and there is no need to control the temperature of the battery cell 20 by the heat transfer fluid, thereby reducing energy consumption and improving temperature control efficiency.
[0130] In some embodiments, reference Fig. 22 The valve body 70 further includes a first elastic member 73. Along the third direction Z, one end of the first blocking portion 721 away from the second flow channel plate 50 is recessed to form a recessed portion 723. Figure 21 to Figure 25 The first main body 71 is connected to the limiting portion 712 at one end away from the second flow channel plate 50, and the first blocking portion 721 can move in the direction away from the first wall 11 along the third direction Z, so that the limiting portion 712 is embedded in the recessed portion 723. Specifically, refer to Fig.23 The first blocking portion 721 moves along the third direction Z in a direction away from the first wall 11, and the limiting portion 712 is embedded in the recessed portion 723. When the valve body 70 is not opened, the limiting portion 712 blocks the open end of the recessed portion 723. Fig. 22 The first elastic member 73 is arranged in the recessed portion 723, one end of the first elastic member 73 along the third direction Z abuts against the limiting portion 712, and the other end abuts against the recessed portion 723, the first blocking portion 721 moves away from the second flow channel plate 50 along the third direction Z, and the recessed portion 723 squeezes the first elastic member 73, when the fluid pressure applied to the first blocking portion 721 is lower than the first pressure threshold, the thrust force of the heat-conducting fluid applied to the first blocking portion 721 is smaller than the rebound force applied by the first elastic member 73 to the recessed portion 723, and the first blocking portion 721 moves toward the direction close to the second flow channel plate 50 under the action of the first elastic member 73, until the first blocking portion 721 blocks the guide cavity 710, thereby realizing the reciprocating movement of the baffle 72 in the guide cavity 710.
[0131] In some embodiments, reference Figure 11~Figure 13 as well as Figure 21 to Figure 25The valve body 70 also includes a guide column 74, one end of the guide column 74 along the third direction Z is connected to the recessed portion 723, and the other end is inserted into the limiting portion 712. The first elastic member 73 is sleeved on the guide column 74, and the guide column 74 can form support and guidance for the first elastic member 73, so that the first blocking portion 721 reciprocates along the third direction Z, thereby ensuring the sealing performance of the first blocking portion 721 in blocking the guide cavity 710.
[0132] In some embodiments, reference Figure 26~Figure 29 as well as Figure 32~Figure 40 The first liquid cooling plate 30 includes a plurality of connectors 31 and a plurality of sub-plates 32, referring to Figure 26~Figure 29 as well as Figures 34-36 A sub-channel 320 for the heat transfer fluid to flow is provided inside the sub-plate 32. Along the second direction Y, a plurality of sub-plates 32 are connected. The sub-channels 320 in the plurality of sub-plates 32 are connected along the second direction Y to form a first channel 301. Figure 26~Figure 29 as well as Fig.32 In the illustrated embodiment, the number of sub-plates 32 in the first liquid cooling plate 30 is two, that is, the first liquid cooling plate 30 includes a first sub-plate 321 and a second sub-plate 322, and sub-channels 320 are respectively provided inside the first sub-plate 321 and the second sub-plate 322, and the first sub-plate 321 and the second sub-plate 322 are connected along the second direction Y, and the sub-channels 320 are connected to form the first channel 301, and the first sub-plate 321 is inserted into the liquid inlet 111 through a connector 31 to connect the first channel 301 with the first branch channel 402, and the second sub-plate 322 is inserted into the liquid outlet 112 through a connector 31 to connect the first channel 301 with the liquid outlet channel 404, and the connector 31 is detachably connected to the first wall 11, and the first sub-plate 321 and the second sub-plate 322 are detachably connected. The arrangement of the connector 31 enables the sub-channel 320 in the first sub-plate 321 to communicate with the liquid inlet 111, and enables the sub-channel 320 in the second sub-plate 322 to communicate with the liquid outlet 112, so that the heat transfer fluid in the first branch channel 402 can enter the first channel 301 through the liquid inlet 111, and enter the liquid outlet channel 404 through the liquid outlet 112 to form a circulation. The detachable connection between the connector 31 and the first wall 11 can be driven by the movement of the connector 31 along the third direction Z to drive the sub-plate 32 connected to the connector 31, that is, the first sub-plate 322. The board 321 and the second sub-board 322 are away from the first wall 11 along the third direction Z, thereby releasing the restriction of the connector 31 on the first sub-board 321 and the second sub-board 322 in the third direction Z and the first direction X. The detachable connection structure design between the connected first sub-board 321 and the second sub-board 322 allows the first sub-board 321 and the second sub-board 322 to be separated along the second direction Y, thereby removing the first sub-board 321 and / or the second sub-board 322 from the box body 10 for subsequent maintenance, repair and replacement, thereby improving the safety and service life of the battery pack 1.
[0133] In some embodiments, reference Figure 25~Figure 27 , Fig.29 , Figure 32~Figure 35 , Fig.40 as well as Fig.42 , the plug connector 31 includes a plug connector portion 311, referring to Fig.25 , Figure 34~Figure 35 , Fig.40 as well as Fig.42 The plug-in portion 311 is provided with a first accommodating cavity 310 that penetrates the plug-in portion 311 along the third direction Z.
