In still other examples, the water pan 1902 can be configured to substantially fill and / or occupy less than half (e.g., one-third) of the cooking box 102 (e.g., along the horizontal plane 1002), and the second grill grate 1504 can be configured to substantially fill and / or occupy more than half (e.g., two-thirds) of the cooking box 102 and / or the cooking chamber 804 (e.g., along the horizontal plane 1002).

[0082] exist Fig.23 and Fig.24In the example shown, the water pan 1902 is disposed on the upper surface 816 of the step 814 of the cooking chamber 102. More specifically, the lower surface 2102 of the front portion 2002 of the step 1922 of the water pan 1902 is disposed on the upper surface 816 of the front portion 902 of the step 814 of the cooking chamber 102 (e.g., in face-to-face contact with the upper surface 816), the lower surface 2102 of the rear portion 2004 of the step 1922 of the water pan 1902 is disposed on the upper surface 816 of the rear portion 904 of the step 814 of the cooking chamber 102 (e.g., in face-to-face contact with the upper surface 816), and the lower surface 2102 of the right side portion 2006 of the step 1922 of the water pan 1902 is disposed on the upper surface 816 of the right side portion 906 of the step 814 of the cooking chamber 102 (e.g., in face-to-face contact with the upper surface 816). In other examples, the lower surface 2102 of the front portion 2002 of the step 1922 of the water tray 1902 may be configured to be positioned on the upper surface 816 of the front portion 902 of the step 814 of the cooking box 102 (e.g., in face-to-face contact with the upper surface 816), and the lower surface 2102 of the rear portion 2004 of the step 1922 of the water tray 1902 may be configured to be positioned on the upper surface 816 of the rear portion 904 of the step 814 of the cooking box 102 (e.g., in face-to-face contact with the upper surface 816), while the lower surface 2102 of the right side portion 2006 of the step 1922 of the water tray 1902 is not configured to be positioned on the upper surface 816 of the right side portion 906 of the step 814 of the cooking box 102 (e.g., not in face-to-face contact with the upper surface 816).

[0083] Fig.25 is a first perspective view of an example steam tray 2502. Fig.26 yes Fig.25 A second stereoscopic view of the steam tray 2502. Fig.25 and Fig.26 The steam tray 2502 is configured to support and / or hold one or more foods above and / or on the bottom wall 1914 of the water tray 1902 to facilitate steaming the food in response to the generation of moisture and / or steam when the water tray 1902 is filled with fluid and heated by the heating element 802 of the portable grill 100. The steam tray 2502 can be any structure suitable for supporting and / or holding one or more foods. In this regard, a portion (e.g., a rim) of the steam tray 2502 surrounds and / or defines an example opening 2504, which has a configuration suitable for allowing one or more foods to be added to the steam tray 2502.

[0084] exist Fig.25 and Fig.26In the example shown, the steam tray 2502 has a generally box-shaped construction (e.g., a box with curved and / or contoured corners) including an example front wall 2506, an example rear wall 2508 positioned relative to the front wall 2506, an example right side wall 2510 extending between the front wall 2506 and the rear wall 2508, an example left side wall 2512 positioned relative to the right side wall 2510 and extending between the front wall 2506 and the rear wall 2508, and an example support wall 2514 (e.g., a horizontally-oriented wall) extending inward from and / or between one or more of the front wall 2506, the rear wall 2508, the right side wall 2510, and / or the left side wall 2512 and / or defined by these walls.

[0085] Fig.25 and Fig.26 The steam tray 2502 is a device having an example outer surface 2516 (e.g., including and / or defined by the outer surface of the front wall 2506, the outer surface of the rear wall 2508, the outer surface of the right side wall 2510, the outer surface of the left side wall 2512, and / or the outer surface of the support wall 2514) and an outer surface that is similar to the outer surface of the front wall 2506, the outer surface of the rear wall 2508, the outer surface of the right side wall 2510, the outer surface of the left side wall 2512, and / or the outer surface of the support wall 2514) The steam tray 2502 includes an example inner surface 2518 (e.g., including and / or defined by the inner surface of the front wall 2506, the inner surface of the rear wall 2508, the inner surface of the right side wall 2510, the inner surface of the left side wall 2512, and / or the inner surface of the support wall 2514) positioned relative to the surface 2516. The support wall 2514 of the steam tray 2502 includes an example first surface 2520 (e.g., defined by a portion of the inner surface 2518 of the steam tray 2502), an example second surface 2522 (e.g., defined by a portion of the outer surface 2516 of the steam tray 2502), and a plurality of openings 2524 (e.g., holes and / or slots) extending from the first surface 2520 of the support wall 2514 to the second surface 2522 of the support wall 2514. The opening 2524 formed in the support wall 2514 of the steam tray 2502 is configured to facilitate the passage of moisture and / or steam from the water tray 1902 through the support wall 2514 of the steam tray 2502 .

[0086] like Fig.25 and Fig.26As shown, the steam tray 2502 also includes an example rim 2526 surrounding and / or defining the opening 2504 of the steam tray 2502. The rim 2526 and / or the support wall 2514 of the steam tray include an example cutout 2528 (e.g., a notch) that is configured to facilitate reorienting the steam tray 2502 relative to the water tray 1902 (e.g., manual reversal by a user of the portable grill 100). In this regard, the steam tray 2502 is configured to be positioned within the water tray 1902 (e.g., nested within the water tray 1902) in two different orientations that are reversible relative to each other, and this results in the support wall 2514 of the steam tray 2502 being positioned at two different distances (e.g., two different heights) relative to the bottom wall 1914 of the water tray 1902 and / or relative to the heating element 802 of the portable grill 100.

[0087] In a first orientation of the steam tray 2502 (e.g., an "edge-up" orientation), a first surface 2520 of the support wall 2514 of the steam tray 2502 faces away from the inner surface of the bottom wall 1914 of the water tray 1902, a second surface 2522 of the steam tray 2502 faces the inner surface of the bottom wall 1914 of the water tray 1902, and an edge 2526 of the steam tray 2502 is oriented in the same direction as the upper edge 1920 of the water tray 1902 (e.g., upward). The steam tray 2502 is configured such that when the steam tray 2502 is positioned within the water tray 1902 in the first orientation described above (e.g., nested within the water tray 1902), one or more peripheral portions of the second surface 2522 of the support wall 2514 of the steam tray 2502 will be positioned on (e.g., in face-to-face contact with) an upper surface 1924 of one or more of the front 2002, rear 2004, right side 2006, and / or left side 2008 of the step 1922 of the water tray 1902.

[0088] In a second orientation of the steam tray 2502 (e.g., an "edge down" orientation), a first surface 2520 of the support wall 2514 of the steam tray 2502 faces the inner surface of the bottom wall 1914 of the water tray 1902, a second surface 2522 of the support wall 2514 faces away from the inner surface of the bottom wall 1914 of the water tray 1902, and an edge 2526 of the steam tray 2502 is oriented in a direction opposite to the direction of the upper edge 1920 of the water tray 1902 (e.g., downward). The steam tray 2502 is configured such that when the steam tray 2502 is positioned within the water tray 1902 in the second orientation described above (e.g., nested within the water tray 1902), one or more portions of the edge 2526 of the steam tray 2502 will be positioned on (e.g., in face-to-face contact with) an upper surface 1924 of one or more of the front 2002, rear 2004, right side 2006, and / or left side 2008 of the step 1922 of the water tray 1902.

[0089] Positioning the steam tray 2502 in the water tray 1902 in a first orientation causes the support wall 2514 to be spaced apart from the bottom wall 1914 of the water tray 1902 by a first distance (e.g., a first distance "D1", such as Fig.29 and Fig.30 In this regard, positioning the steam tray 2502 in the water tray 1902 in the first orientation results in the support wall 2514 having a relatively low vertical position in the water tray 1902, such that the support wall 2514 is positioned relatively closer to the heating element 802 of the portable grill 100. In contrast, positioning the steam tray 2502 in the water tray 1902 in the second orientation results in the support wall 2514 being spaced apart from the bottom wall 1914 of the water tray 1902 by a second distance (e.g., a second distance "D2," as shown) that is greater than the first distance. Fig.35 and Fig.36 In this regard, positioning the steam tray 2502 in the second orientation within the water tray 1902 results in the support wall 2514 having a relatively high vertical position within the water tray 1902 such that the support wall 2514 is positioned relatively away from the heating element 802 of the portable grill 100.

[0090] When the steam tray 2502 is positioned within the water tray 1902 in the first orientation, one or more foods can be placed directly on the first surface 2520 of the support wall 2514 of the steam tray 2502 to facilitate steaming the foods in response to the generation of moisture and / or steam when the water tray 1902 is filled with fluid and heated by the heating element 802 of the portable grill 100. In some examples, the front wall 2506, the rear wall 2508, the right side wall 2510, and / or the left side wall 2512 of the steam tray 2502 form a vertical boundary that advantageously prevents the foods from falling off the first surface 2520 of the support wall 2514 and / or more generally from falling off the steam tray 2502 when the foods are being steamed. In some examples, when the steam tray 2502 is positioned in the first orientation, the water tray 1902 is filled with fluid to a level that does not exceed the upper surface 1924 of the step 1922 of the water tray 1902.

[0091] When the steam tray 2502 is positioned within the water tray 1902 in the second orientation, one or more foods may be placed directly on the second surface 2522 of the support wall 2514 of the steam tray 2502 to facilitate steaming the foods in response to the generation of moisture and / or steam when the water tray 1902 is filled with fluid and heated by the heating element 802 of the portable grill 100. In some examples, when the steam tray 2502 is positioned in the second orientation, the water tray 1902 is filled with fluid to a level that exceeds the upper surface 1924 of the step 1922 of the water tray 1902 but does not exceed the upper edge 1920 of the water tray 1902. In other examples, when the steam tray 2502 is positioned in the second orientation, the water tray 1902 is alternatively filled with fluid to a level that does not exceed the upper surface 1924 of the step 1922 of the water tray 1902, thereby resulting in an increased distance between the support wall 2514 of the steam tray 2502 and the fluid contained in the water tray 1902.

[0095] When the steam tray assembly 2700 is Figures 27 to 30 When arranged in the first steam tray configuration 2702 as shown, one or more foods can be placed directly on the first surface 2520 of the support wall 2514 of the steam tray 2502 to facilitate steaming the food in response to the generation of moisture and / or steam when the water tray 1902 is filled with fluid and heated by the heating element 802 of the portable grill 100. In some examples, the front wall 2506, the rear wall 2508, the right side wall 2510, and / or the left side wall 2512 of the steam tray 2502 form a vertical boundary that advantageously prevents the food from falling off the first surface 2520 of the support wall 2514 while the food is being steamed and / or more generally prevents the food from falling off the steam tray 2502. In some examples, when the steam tray assembly 2702 is arranged in a Figures 27 to 30When arranged in the first steam tray configuration 2702 as shown, the water tray 1902 will be filled with fluid to a level that does not exceed the upper surface 1924 of the step 1922 of the water tray 1902.
