Abstract

The present invention relates to an ammonia gas preparation system, the ammonia gas preparation system comprises a hydrolysis tank, a first heating assembly, a pressure regulation assembly and a catalysis tank, the hydrolysis tank is suitable for introducing a urea solution so as to hydrolyze the urea solution into ammonia gas and carbon dioxide in the hydrolysis tank, the first heating assembly is arranged in the hydrolysis tank and is located at the bottom of the hydrolysis tank, and the pressure regulation assembly is located at the bottom of the hydrolysis tank. The first heating assembly is used for heating the hydrolysis tank to enable the temperature in the hydrolysis tank to be 135-160 DEG C, the pressure adjusting assembly is communicated with the hydrolysis tank, so that the pressure adjusting assembly adjusts the pressure in the hydrolysis tank to enable the pressure in the hydrolysis tank to be adjusted to be between 0.35 MPa and 0.55 MPa, an ammonium phosphate salt catalyst is stored in the catalysis tank and is communicated with the hydrolysis tank, and the catalysis tank is communicated with the hydrolysis tank. The ammonium phosphate salt catalyst in the catalysis tank flows into the hydrolysis tank so as to hydrolyze the urea solution. The ammonia gas preparation system has the advantages of simple structure, high ammonia gas preparation efficiency and the like.
