The invention discloses a composite equipment identifier generation and transmission method and system suitable for a new energy measurement and control terminal and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: generating a service identifier, taking the service identifier and summary information of software and hardware in equipment as summary objects, mapping the summary objects into a hash value through a chain hash method, and transmitting the hash value to a server; converting the hash value into a secret identifier by adopting a nonlinear mapping method; compounding the service identifier and the secret identifier into a measurement and control terminal equipment identifier; and the measurement and control terminal encrypts the identification of the measurement and control terminal equipment based on the key matrix and then transmits the identification to the key center, and the key center decrypts the encrypted information to obtain summary information of software and hardware in the equipment. According to the invention, the device identifier is divided into the service identifier and the secret identifier, the service identifier can be publicly used for managing services, and the secret identifier is used for identity authentication and encrypted communication, so that the convenience of the device in daily management and the security during identity authentication and encrypted communication are ensured.
