Abstract

The invention, which relates to the technical field of the automation equipment, provides a PCB full-automatic test device comprising a detection unit, a transmission unit and a control unit. The detection unit comprises a first image collector, a second image collector, an online X-ray scanner and a labeling machine, and is used for detecting and tracking a PCB (Printed Circuit Board); the transmission unit comprises a first conveyor belt, a second conveyor belt and a PCB turn-over piece and is used for conveying and turning over a PCB; the control unit comprises a data acquisition module, a data processing module, an action adjusting module and a defect positioning module, and is used for acquiring and processing PCB image data, adjusting the running speed of the transmission unit and tracking the data of the PCB; the PCB is turned over in the conveying process through the use of the PCB turn-over piece, so that the testing efficiency of the PCB is improved, and the testing speed of the PCB can be adjusted according to production requirements through the use of the control unit.
